Diet or nutritional therapy is used to regulate the patient's food intake so that it remains fulfilled and does not result in an increase in blood sugar so that it is necessary to regulate the schedule, type and amount of food as nutrition. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between health locus of control and compliance with diet in patients with diabetes mellitus in the Kabila Health Center work area. The design in this study is quantitative correlational. The sampling technique in this study used the non-probability sampling method with a total sample of 52 diabetes mellitus participants at the Kabila Health Center. The instrument used in the study used a questionnaire instrument with open questions about the variable health locus of control and compliance with the diet of patients with diabetes mellitus. Based on the results of the study, there is a relationship between health locus of control and compliance with diet in diabetes mellitus patients in the Kabila Health Center work area, with a significance value or p-value showing 0.000 (p <0.05). nalyze the relationship between waiting time and outpatient satisfaction at Gunung Maria Tomohon Hospital. The method used in this research is quantitative research which is descriptive analytic using a cross-sectional study approach with a sample of 266 respondents (total sampling) with univariate and bivariate analysis. The results showed that based on the results of the chi-square test, a value of p = 0.001 (<α = 0.05) was obtained, indicating that there is a relationship between waiting time and outpatient satisfaction at Gunung Maria Tomohon Hospital. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between waiting time and outpatient satisfaction at the Outpatient Polyclinic of Mount Maria Tomohon Hospital. As a suggestion for hospital leaders, especially for outpatient directors at Gunung Maria Tomohon Hospital, it is recommended to set health service standards, particularly for outpatients, to enhance their satisfaction.

This study aims to determine how the Relationship Between Health and Safety Behavior (K3) and Work Accidents Among Ship Crew (ABK) on Passenger Ships. The type of research uses a quantitative method with a Cross Sectional approach. The sampling technique in this study is Total Sampling with a sample size of 31 respondents. Data collection was obtained from direct observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Data analysis was conducted through univariate and bivariate tests, with the hypothesis testing using the Chi-square test at a confidence level (α=0.05). The results showed that there is a relationship between behavior and work accidents, with a value of (p=0.03), indicating a relationship between behavior and work accidents.

The study's results indicated that the soil texture in the research region is classified as sandy loam and loamy sand, with an average pH of 4.5. To enhance soil conditions, 100 grams of lime is necessary for each planting hole, totaling 625 trees. Therefore, 62.5 kg of dolomite lime per hectare is required for soil rehabilitation in the post-mining region.

and analyze effective technology adaptation strategies in improving Islamic boarding school quality management. The method used was a systematic literature review (SLR) and meta-analysis using the PRISMA protocol, resulting in 8 high-quality articles that met the inclusion criteria from a total of 578 articles identified. The research results show that technology adaptation strategies have a significant positive influence on Islamic boarding school quality management with a combined effect size of 0.65 (medium-strong category), with the strongest influence on financial management (d=0.83) and administrative efficiency (d=0.78). The three main patterns of technology implementation in Islamic boarding schools identified are the gradual digital transformation model, the selective adaptation model, and the comprehensive digital transformation model, with implementation success rates between 68-75%. This research recommends a gradual approach in implementing technology by considering the unique characteristics of Islamic boarding schools, developing human resource capacity through continuous digital literacy training, and establishing strategic collaborations with the government and private sector to overcome technological infrastructure limitations..

As happened between Baniyamin as the buyer and the late Muhammad Husen as the seller in the binding of the shophouse sale and purchase agreement, there was a default due to the seller not delivering the object of sale and purchase, the buyer had fully paid the price of the shophouse but did not get his rights so that the buyer was disadvantaged in the sale and purchase agreement. The results showed that the buyer made several efforts to obtain his compensation rights for defaults made by the heirs starting from family settlements, giving warning letters twice but there was still no response, and filing a default lawsuit to the Court. The heirs' responsibility for the testator's debt initially planned to pay Rp. 50,000,000. This amount is insufficient from the total loss suffered by the buyer, so that at the time of mediation in the Court the buyer gave the option to the heirs to be able to make payments in stages with a minimum of paying half of the total loss suffered, but the heirs were not able to do so.

Women's Prison in Padang reported experiencing vaginal discharge accompanied by itching and an unpleasant odor. They received medical treatment at the prison clinic. The incidence of vaginal discharge in West Sumatra is approximately 3.51%. This study aims to identify the factors influencing the occurrence of vaginal discharge among female inmates of childbearing age. A quantitative research approach was used, employing a cross-sectional design and a total sampling technique, with 57 respondents. The variables examined include knowledge level, access to reproductive health information, and personal hygiene behavior during menstruation. Data analysis was conducted using univariate and bivariate methods with chi-square tests. The findings revealed that 43.9% of respondents experienced vaginal discharge, 71.9% had a low level of knowledge, 57.9% faced difficulties in accessing reproductive health information, and 56.1% exhibited poor personal hygiene behavior during menstruation. There was a significant relationship between knowledge level and the incidence of vaginal discharge (p=0.045), as well as between personal hygiene behavior and vaginal discharge occurrence (p=0.037). However, no significant correlation was found between access to reproductive health information and vaginal discharge (p=0.426). This study concludes that improving reproductive health education and providing adequate hygiene facilities in the prison environment are crucial steps in reducing the incidence of vaginal discharge among female inmates.

eneration Z workers, who were born between 1997 and 2012. The sample size consisted of 203 respondents using a non-probability sampling approach and a questionnaire survey for data collection. The study's conclusions were tested using SmartPLS 3. It featured an outside model, like a validity and reliability test, and an interior model, such a model fit test and a research hypothesis test. The results of the investigation demonstrated the validity and accuracy of each indicator. The hypothesis test results demonstrated that job satisfaction was positively and significantly impacted by self-efficacy, that self-efficacy was positively and significantly impacted by micromanaged leadership style, and that job satisfaction was not significantly impacted by leadership style. Indirect hypothesis testing using self-efficacy as a mediator between job satisfaction and the micromanaged leadership style produced positive and significant results. The results of the study indicate that the relationship between work happiness and micromanagement leadership style can be totally mediated by self-efficacy.
