uires students to possess not only technical skills but also effective international communication abilities. In this context, English proficiency is crucial for accounting students to access international literature and understand global standards. Additionally, high learning motivation encourages students to be more disciplined and active in academic activities, while social support from the academic environment plays a role in enhancing their confidence and professionalism. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey involving 200 accounting students from various universities in Makassar, South Sulawesi. The analysis results show that all three factors significantly impact students’ professionalism and learning strategies. English proficiency is positively correlated with improved professionalism and learning strategies, while learning motivation enhances students' professionalism quality, and social support plays an essential role in developing professional attitudes and improving learning strategies. The findings emphasize the importance of integrating these three factors into higher education curricula to prepare students for global challenges and enhance their competitiveness in the international job market.

The method used is a literature review, gathering data from scientific databases such as PubMed, Scopus, and Google Scholar using keywords related to cupping therapy, incision depth, and dermatological aspects. The findings reveal that an incision depth of 0.5 mm to 1 mm in the dermis layer not only avoids damage to the deeper hypodermis but is also sufficient for the effective extraction of stagnant blood. This very light incision provides advantages in enhancing blood circulation and facilitating the extraction of stagnant blood necessary in cupping therapy. This approach, involving extremely light incisions, cannot be considered invasive and is highly suitable for enhancing therapy efficacy without compromising patient safety. Further discussion in the study highlights that with the correct incision technique, cupping therapy can become safer and more effective, encouraging significant improvements in immune response and tissue regeneration. The conclusion of this study underscores the importance of standardizing procedures and adequate training for cupping practitioners to ensure safe and effective practices. Further research is recommended to strengthen the evidence related to the effectiveness and safety of cupping therapy and to develop more detailed standard protocols.

The selection of peer-reviewed articles published within the last ten years involved databases like PubMed and Google Scholar with keywords related to Islamic spirituality and mental health. This method allowed a comprehensive analysis of contemporary studies, focusing on the therapeutic benefits of tawakal and dzikir in clinical settings. Results indicate that tawakal significantly reduces anxiety by fostering a relinquishing of control and instilling peace of mind, while dzikir enhances emotional stability through its meditative repetition of sacred phrases, promoting relaxation and reducing stress responses. Both practices not only support spiritual well-being but also offer practical coping mechanisms in stressful situations. The conclusion underlines the potential integration of tawakal and dzikir into conventional psychotherapeutic practices. It suggests further exploration into the incorporation of these spiritual elements within mental health frameworks to enhance therapeutic outcomes and patient recovery. Based on the analysis results, the variable of the Indonesian National Police's PRESISI Mobile Application has a significant partial effect on the Quality of Public Services. This study was able to demonstrate that the PRESISI Mobile Application of the Indonesian National Police has a 44.9% effect on the Quality of Public Services, while the remaining 55.1% is affected by other unobserved factors not included in this study. s and economic losses. Fire disasters are one of the serious threats in various environments, including Correctional Institutions (Lapas). Prisons have a high potential risk of fire due to various factors, such as the use of unsafe electrical equipment, overcrowding, lack of adequate fire fighting facilities and riots that lead to fires. The purpose of the study was to determine the picture of the attitude of preparedness related to fire disaster management among correctional officers at Pohuwato Prison. The type of quantitative descriptive research , the population of all Correctional Officers at Pohuwato Prison recorded in 2024 was 71 people. Sampling used the Non-Probability Sampling method with the Purposive Sampling technique . The technique was chosen based on certain considerations according to the research criteria. A sample of 59 respondents was obtained. The single variable analyzed was related to the attitude of preparedness. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using reliability and normality tests . The results of the study showed a picture of the attitude of preparedness of correctional officers with a sufficient category of 56 respondents (94.9%). It was concluded that the attitude of preparedness of correctional officers was still sufficient and there was a need for counseling or training related to fire disaster management at Pohuwato Prison.

This research aims to analyze the prospective added value stemming from the pempek businesses in Melayu Sub-District, Tenggarong, Kutai Kertanegara. The acquired data underwent meticulous processing, tabulation, and subsequent analytical examination, characterized by both descriptive and value-added analyses, utilizing the Hayami model. The research showed that the managed pempek businesses are predominantly of small scale, utilizing relatively simple technology. On average, a single production cycle yields 126.64 kg, or monthly output of 633.2 kg. The value-added analysis reveals a figure of 186,734 IDR per kg, with a commendable value-added ratio of 70.95%. This signifies that the conversion of belida fish into pempek not only imparts substantial value but also presents a highly promising avenue for further expansion and development.

This research approach is qualitative, with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews with the Secretary of the Halal Product Guarantee Organizing Agency (BPJPH) and supported by statistical data related to the development of halal certification. The findings show that the development of halal certification in West Java in 2023 shows significant achievements with the realization of 189,886 certificates, although it is still faced with challenges in MSME literacy, administrative obstacles, and limited BPJPH resources.
