This study aims to identify key systemic risk factors of medical emergencies related to sunnah cupping and propose an integrative framework combining Islamic jurisprudence (fiqh) with modern clinical standards. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed using a systematic literature review of peer-reviewed journals, clinical reports, Islamic texts, and contemporary fatwas. Thematic analysis revealed five major risk categories: lack of medical screening, unlicensed practitioners, hidden comorbidities, absence of emergency protocols, and poor understanding of medical safety. Reported complications included hypovolemic shock, infections, and prolonged wound healing—especially in patients with undiagnosed diabetes or coagulation disorders. The study also found that public misconceptions equating religious merit with clinical safety further worsen these risks. The research highlights the urgent need for standardized medical and sharia-based training, certification systems, and public education. Collaboration among healthcare professionals, Islamic scholars, and educational institutions is essential to establish a safe, accountable, and spiritually valid model of sunnah cupping. Integrating medical protocols with fiqh compliance can significantly reduce emergency incidents, enhance practitioner competency, and preserve the prophetic nature of the practice within a modern health framework. These findings offer a strategic path for safer implementation of prophetic medicine across Muslim communities.

Using an integrative literature review method, this study synthesized findings from scientific and Islamic sources retrieved from databases including PubMed, Scopus, ScienceDirect, and Google Scholar from 2015 to 2025. The findings reveal that fasting positively affects systemic inflammation reduction, improved insulin sensitivity, metabolic regulation, and the prevention of premature aging and degenerative diseases. Moreover, fasting strengthens psychological and spiritual dimensions, supporting mental health and enhancing emotional resilience. This synergy between biological and spiritual benefits highlights fasting as a holistic health strategy. The study affirms that Islamic values align with modern preventive health principles and offer a solid foundation for spiritually based health promotion. Further research is recommended to evaluate specific biomarkers related to fasting-induced cell regeneration.

to analyze the judge's considerations, the legal force of certificates and deeds in bank mortgages, and legal protection for mortgage holders. This study is a normative legal study. Data were collected and then analyzed qualitatively. The results of the study indicate that the judge annulled the gift because it did not meet the legal requirements according to Islamic law and the Compilation of Islamic Law. The decision has implications for the cancellation of all related documents, including the certificate of ownership, the deed of granting mortgage rights, and the credit agreement, so that they no longer have legal force as debt collateral. Legal protection of creditors due to cancellation of grants according to Article 11131 of the Civil Code, even though the collateral guarantee is cancelled, the creditor still has legal protection through general guarantees, namely that all of the debtor's assets can be used as objects of debt fulfillment and the creditor can request seizure of collateral and the application of the principle of good faith of the bank that has acted according to the procedure for granting credit. Therefore, the Qur'an explains what tolerance really is in Islamic teachings. Based on this problem, the researcher is interested in conducting a comparative analysis of how the interpretations of Hamka and Ali As-Ṣabūnī are related to religious tolerance, as well as the strengthening of the socio-historical background of both of them towards this interpretation. This study uses a qualitative approach with a comparative study method. Data collection consists of literature studies and observations. Descriptive analysis is used in the comparative analysis method. Lucien Goldmann's genetic structuralism theory is one of the theories used to strengthen research as a surgical tool. This theory explains that a work or text is the work of its own author, along with the historical reality that conditions the emergence of the work or text. To improve the analysis of this research, discussions of scholars and interpreters of the verses of the Qur'an related to religious tolerance are also used. Research shows that Hamka and Ali As-Ṣabūnī generally agree that coercion in embracing religion is not allowed. However, Hamka directs the meaning of religious tolerance with the applicable conditions and limitations. This study also refers to the theory of genetic structure which states that the tendency of general and specific interpretations of poems on religious tolerance cannot be separated from the socio-historical context of each community in which the two figures lived. However, how such mechanisms work in the context of the automotive industry in Indonesia still requires in-depth exploration. Using a qualitative approach, this research adopts a case study method to analyse the perceptions, experiences, and interactions of employees and managers in responding to transformational leadership styles. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with managers and employees at PT Mitsubishi Electric Automotive Indonesia, as well as participatory observation in the work environment. Thematic analysis was used to identify key patterns related to motivation, work engagement, and productive behaviour change. The results revealed that transformational leadership contributes to increased productivity through three main mechanisms: (1) strengthening the psychological climate that encourages innovation, (2) increasing organizational commitment through identification with the company's vision, and (3) optimizing team collaboration through inspiring communication. However, implementation challenges were also identified, including resistance to change and a gap between management expectations and employees' adaptive capacity. The implications of this study provide practical insights for companies in designing more effective leadership development programs, while enriching the human resource management literature with a contextual perspective from the Indonesian automotive industry. Policy recommendations include case-based leadership training, participatory feedback approaches, and integration of transformational values in corporate culture.

Data were collected through a questionnaire with 80 respondents from the production department. This study uses a saturated sampling technique, and the data obtained were analyzed using validity, reliability, and multiple linear regression tests to test the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. Classical assumption tests such as normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity were also carried out to ensure a valid regression model, followed by the t-test and F-test to test partial and simultaneous effects. The coefficient of determination (R²) is used to measure the strength of the relationship between the independent and dependent variables. The results of the study indicate that leadership style has a positive effect on employee loyalty at CV Putra Perkasa, which means that the better the leadership style applied, the higher the level of employee loyalty. In addition, job satisfaction also has a positive effect on employee loyalty, where employees who are satisfied with their jobs tend to have higher loyalty to the company. Simultaneously, leadership style and job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee loyalty, indicating that these two variables, both separately and together, play an important role in increasing employee loyalty at CV Putera Perkasa
