Abstract:This study aims to analyze the role of perceived usefulness (PU) and perceived ease of use (PEOU) in mediating the relationship between financial behavioral biases—namely financial literacy (FL), overconfidence (OC), and…
nd risk tolerance (RT)—and Bitcoin investment decisions among Generation Z in Indonesia, using the Tokocrypto and Indodax platforms. Employing a quantitative approach with a survey of 360 active Generation Z investors, data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The findings indicate that financial literacy, risk tolerance, PU, and PEOU have a direct positive and significant effect on Bitcoin investment decisions. Overconfidence, however, showed no significant direct effect. Furthermore, PU and PEOU partially mediated the relationships between financial literacy and investment decisions, as well as between risk tolerance and investment decisions. Notably, PEOU emerged as the strongest mediating pathway, particularly for risk tolerance. Conversely, neither PU nor PEOU mediated the relationship between overconfidence and investment decisions. This research contributes theoretically by integrating Behavioral Finance theory with the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) in the context of high-risk digital assets. Practically, it offers insights for platform developers to enhance user experience and design targeted financial education, and for regulators to formulate behaviorally-informed investor protection policies.

Data were collected through observation, semi-structured interviews, and document analysis, and validated by triangulation techniques. The findings reveal that AI-assisted media significantly improve students’ reading motivation, comprehension, and fluency. Quantitative comparison between pretest and posttest results showed notable progress, with the average literacy score increasing by 16–27 points across different indicators. Students demonstrated greater engagement and independence, while teachers benefited from automated performance analytics and personalized feedback tools. However, challenges emerged related to device limitations, technical competence, and overreliance on automated features. The study concludes that AI-based learning media serve not only as technological tools but also as pedagogical instruments that personalize instruction, foster digital literacy, and transform reading classrooms into more adaptive, interactive, and student-centered environments.
Abstract:Amidst a digitized business landscape, Digital Leadership (DL) has emerged as a crucial predictor of Team Performance. However, a fundamental question arises: which dimensions of digital leadership truly drive performance…
e technical skills (tech-savviness), strategic vision, or relational skills? This study uses a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) of 51 articles to deconstruct digital leadership into four main dimensions: (1) Technological, (2) Visionary-Strategic, (3) Relational-Emotional, and (4) Structural-Managerial. The findings reveal an unexpected pattern: the technological dimension only acts as a hygiene factor, while the structural-managerial and visionary-strategic dimensions show the most consistent impact on team performance. Furthermore, the effectiveness of the relational dimension is highly context-dependent, strong in small Agile teams but NOT significant in large bureaucratic organizations. These findings suggest a reframing of the conventional assumption that “digital leaders” must start with technical expertise, and instead suggest that organizations should train digital talent in soft skills and strategic vision, or train existing visionary leaders in basic digital literacy.

uational Modeling (SEM), it aims to understand how business strategy affects business performance and innovation and how business performance and innovation mediate the relationship between business strategy and competitive advantage. In addition, it investigates the role of competitive advantage as a mediator in increasing customer value. The results show that business strategy has a significant impact on business performance, innovation, and competitive advantage. Competitive advantage proved to be an important mediator in improving customer value. However, business performance and innovation are not always effective in mediating the relationship between business strategy and competitive advantage or customer value. The findings indicate that while business performance and innovation are important, they should be viewed as part of a more holistic approach to business strategy. This research concludes that companies should focus on strategies that integrate competitive advantage through various elements, such as innovation, product quality, and marketing. Good strategic planning and effective implementation are key to achieving and maintaining competitive advantage and increasing customer value. The findings provide important insights into the need for a holistic strategic approach to achieve long-term success in an increasingly competitive market.
Abstract:This research aims to develop a Discovery Learning learning model with the Think, Talk, Write (TTW) strategy to improve the application of narrative text writing learning in grade V students at UPT SDN 16 Bangkala, Jeneponto…
onto Regency. This research uses a Research and Development (R&D) approach by adapting a 4D development model which includes the define, design, develop, and disseminate stages. The research instruments consisted of expert validation sheets, observations, teacher and student practicality questionnaires, and writing ability tests. The results of expert validation showed that the developed learning model was in the very feasible category, with a feasibility score of 92%. The practicality test also showed high results, namely 91% of teachers and 89% of students, which indicates that this learning model is easy to understand, easy to apply, and encourages active involvement of students in the learning process. Descriptively, the results of the pre-test and post-test illustrate a change in students' ability to write narrative texts, from an initial average score of 62.50 to 82.30 after the application of the developed learning model. Thus, this study concludes that the Discovery Learning learning model with the Think, Talk, Write strategy is feasible, practical, and has the potential to support the improvement of the writing skills of elementary school students. This model is recommended to be implemented more widely in Indonesian language learning, especially in narrative writing skills, and can be used as a reference for the development of literacy learning at the elementary education level.

tural contexts shape the distribution of illocutionary types. Data were collected via observation and note-taking, then classified according to Searle’s five categories (assertive, directive, commissive, expressive, declarative) and analyzed through three stages: data collection, analysis, and presentation. The findings reveal that illocutionary speech acts in the film Norah are dominated by directives in the form of commands, prohibitions, and invitations, which highlight the speaker’s role in controlling actions. In addition, expressive and commissive acts appear in the form of advice, requests, and polite expressions that function to maintain harmony and interpersonal closeness. Overall, the use of illocutionary acts in the film reflects social relations and the dynamics of everyday interaction in rural Arab society.

lage context. A quantitative explanatory research design was employed, using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The research was conducted in Nglanggeran Tourism Village, Special Region of Yogyakarta, Indonesia, with data collection carried out in 2025. A total of 90 respondents were selected through purposive sampling based on their active involvement in village tourism activities. The three main constructs, namely multi-stakeholder collaboration, sustainable tourism management, and tourism activity resilience, were measured using a 5-point Likert scale instrument. PLS-SEM analysis was employed to evaluate the measurement and structural models, encompassing assessments of validity, reliability, R², Q², and hypothesis testing via bootstrapping. Findings indicate that multi-stakeholder collaboration has a positive and significant effect on both sustainable tourism management and tourism activity resilience. Sustainable tourism management also shows a positive and considerable influence on tourism activity resilience. Furthermore, a partial mediation effect was identified, wherein sustainable tourism management strengthens the impact of multi-stakeholder collaboration on the strength of tourism activities. Structured and inclusive multi-stakeholder collaboration, when integrated with sustainable tourism management practices, enhances the resilience of tourism activities in community-based destinations. These results underscore the crucial importance of collaborative governance and sustainable management practices in fostering destination sustainability and resilience.
Abstract:The ambiguity of the elements “dealer” and “user” in Articles 114, 112, and 127 of Law Number 35 of 2009 on Narcotics creates legal uncertainty in the practice of criminal justice. These three provisions often overlap in…
erlap in law enforcement, particularly when investigators and public prosecutors apply more severe charges without comprehensively examining the legal construction of the defendant’s actions, including the social and situational context behind them. This study is a normative legal research that examines the doctrine of judicial legal discovery, principles of criminal law, and the principle of proportionality in sentencing in a more in-depth and structured manner. The results of the study indicate that judges have the authority to interpret the elements of narcotics criminal acts systematically, grammatically, and teleologically to clearly distinguish between “abusive users” and “dealers with the intent to distribute.” Legal discovery is needed to prevent overcriminalization and to ensure the protection of the rights of suspects and defendants throughout the entire criminal justice process. This study concludes that the appropriate method of interpretation is an integration of systematic interpretation, teleological interpretation, and the ratio legis of the Narcotics Law.
