causal approach with a population of 65 employees working in the Guidance and Inspection Division of Satpol PP Bogor Regency. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results revealed that, partially, both job satisfaction and work motivation have a significant effect on organizational commitment, as indicated by the t-value being greater than the t-table. Simultaneously, both variables also showed a significant effect with a P Value of 20.706 and Sig. 0.000 < 0.05. The Adjusted R Square value of 0.381 indicates that job satisfaction and work motivation contribute 38.1% to organizational commitment, while the remaining 61.9% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. The regression equation obtained is Y = 13.869 + 0.271X1 + 0.449X2, which demonstrates a positive influence of both independent variables on organizational commitment. Among the two variables, work motivation was found to be the most dominant factor, with a regression coefficient of 0.449.

The aim of this research is to analyze and describe the e-procurement process within a collaborative framework and to identify the obstacles faced. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techinuques through interviews with the local UKPBJ of Pekanbaru City, the Departement of Trade and Industry of Pekanbaru City, the Inspectorate of Pekanbaru dan the Department of Cooperatives and MSMEs of Pekanbaru City. The result of this study indicate that collaboration among actors is on going but not yet optimal, especially in horizontal dimensions. The involvement of local business actors is still limited due to a lack of technical assistance and information. This research recommends strebgthening the role of local governments as facilitators of collaboration, enchancing the capatity of business actors, and fostering synergy between institutions to achieve participatory, transparent procurement using domestic products.

the impact of these strategies on student behavior. The study used a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study design. The research subjects consisted of the principal, three Islamic Religious Education teachers, and Muslim students at SMPN 2 Nuangan. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, while data validity was tested through source and technique triangulation, observation persistence, extended participation, and member checks. The results showed that the strategies of Islamic Religious Education teachers in the formation of Islamic character values were carried out through role models, habituation, advice, integration of character values in learning, and supervision of student behavior. Supporting factors included teacher commitment, a conducive school culture, cooperation among school members, and parental support. Inhibiting factors included differences in student backgrounds, lack of family attention, the influence of the social environment, and limited learning time. This strategy has a positive impact on improving students' religious attitudes, discipline, responsibility and good manners.

This study aims to analyze the integration of Chromebooks in Islamic Religious Education learning and its contribution to strengthening digital literacy and the religious character of students at Marga Mulya II Elementary School, North Bekasi. The study used a qualitative approach with a case study. Data were collected through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. Then, they were analyzed using an interactive model that included data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that Chromebook integration was implemented in a structured manner through digital-based learning planning, interactive activities, and controlled online evaluation. Students' digital literacy developed through the habit of using devices in an orderly and responsible manner. At the same time, religious character traits such as honesty, discipline, and responsibility were internalized through the association of technology use with religious values. These findings confirm that technology can be a medium for developing digital competency and character when managed through appropriate pedagogical design. This research has implications for the importance of developing technology-based, integrative, and values-oriented Islamic Religious Education learning models in elementary schools.

nces, from satisfaction with the ease of use of the service to complaints regarding bills, interest rates, late payment fees, credit limits, and app performance. This study aims to classify the sentiment of user reviews regarding PayLater services on the Kredivo and Akulaku apps using the Multinomial Naïve Bayes algorithm. Data was collected via web scraping from the Google Play Store and automatically labelled based on user ratings, with ratings of 1-2 classified as negative sentiment and ratings of 4-5 as positive sentiment, whilst a rating of 3 was excluded as it was considered ambiguous. Following a preprocessing stage comprising cleaning, case folding, tokenisation, stopword removal, and stemming, as well as feature extraction using TF-IDF, 3,652 reviews were obtained with a training-to-test data split ratio of 80:20. The results indicate that positive sentiment dominates the dataset at 56.49%, whilst negative sentiment accounts for 43.51%. Analysis by application revealed that Kredivo was dominated by positive sentiment (68.20%), whilst Akulaku was dominated by negative sentiment (51.70%). The Naïve Bayes multinomial model achieved an accuracy of 84.13%, with average precision, recall, and F1-score values of 0.84, demonstrating good and balanced classification performance across both sentiment classes.

This study uses a qualitative approach with case study methods and a juridical-normative approach enriched with empirical data. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with legal practitioners, medical personnel, and hospital managers, accompanied by a documentary study of laws and regulations, court rulings, and related literature. The results of the study show that criminal liability in cases of medical malpractice is generally still focused on individual medical personnel as direct perpetrators, while the accountability of hospital institutions has not been optimally applied in criminal law enforcement practices. In addition, it was found that there is a complex relationship between the professional responsibilities of medical personnel and the institutional obligations of hospitals in ensuring health service standards, including aspects of supervision, risk management, and medical service systems. This study concludes that it is necessary to strengthen the concept of corporate criminal liability for hospitals in cases of medical malpractice in order to create legal certainty and more balanced protection for patients, medical personnel, and health service institutions. The findings of this study contribute to the development of health law studies and become a basis for consideration for policymakers in formulating more effective regulations and law enforcement mechanisms.

The study is motivated by the importance of organizational communication strategies in enhancing public participation and program legitimacy within rural communities characterized by limited access to information, geographical constraints, and community-oriented social structures. Adopting a constructivist paradigm, this research employs a qualitative approach using an intrinsic case study design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, non-participant observation, and document analysis involving seven informants, including foundation representatives, community leaders, and program beneficiaries. Data were analyzed using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña, encompassing data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that the foundation’s communication strategy involves identifying community characteristics, developing simple and contextually relevant messages, utilizing a combination of digital and traditional communication channels, and engaging local leaders as communication intermediaries. Program information is disseminated through village heads, neighborhood leaders, women’s community groups (PKK), social media platforms such as WhatsApp and Facebook, and mosque loudspeaker announcements. The study further demonstrates that the communication pattern reflects the Two-Step Flow of Communication model, in which community leaders function as opinion leaders who mediate organizational messages before they reach the wider community. Community trust is cultivated through the social legitimacy of local leaders, interpersonal communication, direct experiences with program benefits, and the consistency of services provided by the foundation. The study concludes that the effectiveness of community-based organizational communication strategies in rural settings is determined not only by message content and media utilization but also by the organization’s ability to establish interpersonal relationships, adapt communication practices to local cultural contexts, and actively involve community leaders within the communication network. This study employed a descriptive qualitative method, with data collected through in-depth interviews, direct observation of accompaniment activities, and document review. The findings indicate that shadow teachers at BLC fulfill multifunctional roles, including identifying each child's specific needs, designing intervention programmes, developing basic independence skills, and providing evaluations and progress reports to parents and classroom teachers. The professionalism of shadow teachers is demonstrated through their ability to adapt instructional strategies in accordance with each child's concentration level, as well as their physical and cognitive limitations. Furthermore, teachers engage in ongoing collaboration with parents to monitor and evaluate children's progress through regular daily reports. This study concludes that the competence and dedication of shadow teachers are critical factors in the successful transition of children with special needs into broader educational settings. An effective shadow teacher does not only focus on academic readiness, but also place equal emphasis on developing independence as a necessary foundation for children's social integration in the future.

avoidance behaviors that potentially influence perceptions of safety, security, and comfort during travel. Therefore, this study aims to analyze passenger perceptions of aisle avoidance on Pelita Air flights based on these three specific dimensions. Methodologically, the research utilizes a quantitative descriptive approach involving a five-point Likert scale questionnaire. Data were gathered from 350 respondents who previously utilized Pelita Air flight services. Furthermore, the analysis was conducted by calculating mean values to determine the categorization of respondent perceptions. Findings indicate that all variables fall within the “good” category. Specifically, the mean value for safety reached 4.098, security 4.099, and comfort 4.077. Effectively, these findings demonstrate that the avoidance process in the cabin aisle is perceived as safe, orderly, and sufficiently comfortable despite the limited space for movement. Importantly, this study contributes to the understanding of passenger behavior in confined cabin spaces and becomes valuable input for airlines to enhance the quality of cabin services.

This community service activity aims to enhance the historical literacy of visitors and foster the involvement of local stakeholders in heritage conservation through educational media and participatory mentoring tailored to community needs. The implementation stages include observation to identify tourists’ information needs and the role of local actors, the development of contextually appropriate historical educational materials, direct engagement with visitors, and capacity-building for local vendors and guides as independent cultural informants. Results indicate increased tourist interest in historical narratives, observable shifts in visitor behavior toward greater cultural appreciation, and active participation of local business actors in disseminating heritage information. This program is expected to contribute to enriching tourism experiences, strengthening community capacity, and supporting sustainable heritage preservation through collaboration among visitors, local enterprises, and educational institutions.
