Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami sejauh mana gaya kepemimpinan transformasional Sandiaga Uno berpengaruh dalam menyusun kebijakan kreatif, serta bagaimana hal tersebut memengaruhi kondisi perekonomian di desa. Penelitian ini menggunakan landasan Teori Kepemimpinan Transformasional yang dikemukakan oleh Bass dan Avolio (1994). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui analisis dokumenter (documentary analysis) dengan menghimpun informasi dari berbagai sumber tertulis seperti jurnal ilmiah, buku, kebijakan resmi, serta data sekunder yang dikeluarkan oleh Kementerian Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan menerapkan model kepemimpinan transformasional, Sandiaga Uno berhasil mempromosikan wisata desa secara luas, membuka peluang usaha baru untuk usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM), menciptakan lapangan kerja lokal, serta memperkuat sistem ekonomi kreatif di pedesaan. Kesimpulannya, kepemimpinan yang mampu beradaptasi, kreatif, dan kolaboratif menjadi faktor utama yang menentukan keberhasilan pembangunan desa wisata demi meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat pedesaan secara berkelanjutan.

enelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggali mekanisme kerja, tantangan dan strategi BP3MI dalam menangani aduan kasus eksploitasi dan kekerasan melalui wawancara dengan staf kunci. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa BP3MI telah mengupayakan penegakan sila ke-2 yakni “Kemanusiaan yang Adil dan Beradab” dengan menjalankan program pencegahan, pemantauan, dan penanganan kasus untuk memastikan pekerja migran Indonesia (PMI) yang menjadi korban eksploitasi dan kekerasan mendapatkan keadilan dan perlindungan hukum secara penuh. Namun, efektivitas program-program ini, dalam pelaksanaannya memiliki beberapa kendala seperti kurangnya data dari aduan, hambatan koordinasi dengan perwakilan luar negeri, dan keterbatasan pekerja internal. Strategi BP3MI berbasis edukasi, media digital dan kolaborasi lintas lembaga membantu meningkatkan efektivitas perlindungan, namun penguatan sumber daya dan koordinasi masih diperlukan untuk memperbaiki perlindungan pekerja migran Indonesia secara menyeluruh.

Seluruh data penelitian kemudian diolah dan dianalisis melalui metode regresi linear berganda dengan dukungan software SPSS. Strategi digital marketing terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen. Customer engagement juga menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Secara bersama-sama, kedua variabel independen tersebut berkontribusi secara signifikan dalam memengaruhi keputusan pembelian dengan nilai koefisien determinasi (R Square)=0,568. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa Strategi Digital Marketing dan Customer Engagement mampu menjelaskan sebesar 56,8% variasi Keputusan Pembelian konsumen, sementara sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dikaji dalam penelitian ini. Hasil riset diperkuat bahwa optimalisasi memasarkan produk dengan digital dan peningkatan Customer Engagement memiliki peran penting dalam memengaruhi keputusan pembelian produk lokal pada era digital.

Analisis akan berfokus pada pengertian edupreneurship, integrasi nilai-nilai Islam dalam kewirausahaan, serta cara yang dapat digunakan untuk menilai kreativitas wirausaha di sekolah. Kajian literatur dilakukan dengan melakukan pemeriksaan terhadap berbagai sumber akademis untuk memperkirakan kekuatan dan kelemahan penerapan program edupreneurship, termasuk dalam hal kurikulum, desain pembelajaran, kegiatan praktik seperti bazar sekolah, pembuatan produk, pemasaran digital, serta penerapan alat untuk mengembangkan kreativitas. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa edupreneurship memiliki potensi besar untuk meningkatkan kreativitas wirausaha Islami jika diintegrasikan ke semua mata pelajaran, dijalankan secara teratur, dan didukung oleh alat evaluasi yang jelas. Tanpa dukungan tersebut, klaim keberhasilan dalam membentuk kreativitas bersifat deskriptif dan sulit untuk digeneralisasi. Sebagai kesimpulan, penguatan edupreneurship harus diarahkan pada pendekatan yang lebih sistematis dan berbasis bukti agar dapat secara efektif membentuk generasi wirausaha Islami yang kreatif, beretika, dan mampu beradaptasi dengan perkembangan zaman. The integration of these three dimensions enables counseling practices to be more meaningful, effective, and responsive to the complexity of contemporary issues. The main challenge faced is the gap in philosophical understanding among counseling practitioners. A holistic counseling model based on the integration of the philosophy of science is a theoretical and practical necessity for producing comprehensive counseling services that are appropriate to the Indonesian socio-cultural context.

This research aims to analyze the problems of understanding Islamic family law in S1 students of Islamic Family Law in Mandailing Natal by highlighting the tension between normative texts, social practices, and modern legal dynamics. This research uses a qualitative approach with a field study method (field study), through observation and analysis of empirical data associated with normative and sociological studies. The research results show that students' understanding of Islamic family law still tends to be normative-textual and not completely contextual. The maqaṣid al-syari'ah approach is offered as a methodological solution to bridge the gap, because it is able to integrate the purpose of Islamic law with the demands of social justice and protection for vulnerable groups. This research emphasizes the importance of updating the Islamic family law education approach to be more responsive to social development and modern law.

The sample of the study consists of 18 companies that meet the purposive sampling criteria. The results show that company size has a positive and significant effect on the Dividend Payout Ratio. However, Debt to Equity Ratio and Return on Equity do not have a significant effect on Dividend Payout Ratio, either partially or simultaneously. These findings suggest that other factors, beyond company size, play a more significant role in influencing dividend policies in the food and beverage manufacturing sector in Indonesia.

udy adopts a descriptive qualitative method using Norman Fairclough's critical discourse analysis (AWK) as the main framework. Data is collected through documentation and recording of news texts from relevant online media. Data analysis was carried out sequentially covering Fairclough's three dimensions: microstructural analysis (word choice, sentence structure, rhetorical strategy), mesostructural analysis (the practice of production and distribution of news texts), and macrostructural analysis (social and ideological relationships that underlie discourse). The results of this study reveal the complex representation of inequality in access to education through critical discourse analysis (AWK) on the news "Former Chicken Cage Becomes School" with the Norman Fairclough approach. Microstructurally, word choice and sentence structure build a narrative of struggle and implicit criticism of the system. At the mesostructural level, local MATAMAROS.COM strategic media frame this issue as an urgent social issue, including publication during National Education Day 2025 to maximize impact. Macrostructurally, the news reflects structural inequality due to geographical/economic marginalization, reinforces the ideology of "unsung heroes," and highlights the power imbalance. The results showed that simultaneously compensation and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05. Partially, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (sig = 0.001), while compensation has no significant effect (sig = 0.474). The R Square value of 0.745 indicates that 74.5% of employee performance variability can be explained by compensation and work environment.

sistence of a textual-normative learning paradigm in Islamic-based teacher education institutions, which risks creating a dichotomy between the authority of sacred texts and the dynamics of contemporary issues. Specifically, this study analyzes the development of critical and reflective thinking competencies among students of the PGSD Program at the private higher education institution STKIP Al Islam Tunas Bangsa in interpreting and actualizing the messages of the Qur’an and Hadith in relation to contemporary social issues. The method employed is Classroom Action Research conducted in two cycles, each consisting of the stages of planning, implementation of contextual learning actions, participant observation, and critical reflection. Data were collected through structured observations of classroom discussion dynamics, in-depth analysis of students’ reflective journals, and evaluation of case analysis projects, which were subsequently processed using thematic analysis. The findings reveal a significant transformation in students’ patterns of religious understanding, shifting from a literal approach toward analytical-contextual competence, as evidenced by their ability to relate religious textual messages to current issues such as digital media ethics, social justice, and environmental sustainability. The implications of this study underscore the urgent need to internalize a contextual approach within the Islamic Religious Education curriculum in private higher education institutions in order to build religious literacy that is applicable and adaptive to the changing times.
