llage, aims to enhance food self-sufficiency through vertical hydroponics, organic waste processing, and e-commerce–based digital marketing training. Using a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, the program increased hydroponic knowledge from 30% to 85%, assembly skills from 15% to 80%, plant maintenance understanding from 25% to 78%, and e-commerce skills from 0% to 75%. A single hydroponic tower produces 7.2–14 kg per cycle, with potential income ranging from IDR 435,000 (pakcoy) to IDR 1,400,000 (lettuce). Kale can be harvested continuously for more than one year every 7–10 days, yielding an average of 105 grams per plant and generating up to IDR 1,100,000 per harvest. Additionally, 20 households are able to process kitchen waste into liquid fertilizer. Overall, the program has proven effective in strengthening household food security and economic resilience while supporting the achievement of the SDGs.

Abstrak: Ketahanan pangan keluarga di perkotaan masih terkendala keterbatasan lahan dan tingginya ketergantungan pada pasokan luar. Program pengabdian di Perumahan Berkah Family Village, Desa Kubang Jaya, bertujuan meningkatkan kemandirian pangan melalui hidroponik vertikal, pengolahan limbah organik, dan pelatihan pemasaran digital berbasis e-commerce. Dengan pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR), terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan hidroponik dari 30% menjadi 85%, keterampilan perakitan dari 15% menjadi 80%, pemahaman perawatan tanaman dari 25% menjadi 78%, serta kemampuan e-commerce dari 0% menjadi 75%. Satu unit tower hidroponik menghasilkan 7,2–14 kg per siklus dengan potensi pendapatan Rp. 435.000 (pakcoy) hingga Rp. 1.400.000 (selada). Tanaman kale dapat dipanen berkelanjutan sampai lebih satu tahun, tiap 7–10 hari dengan rata-rata 105 gram per tanaman dan potensi Rp.1.100.000 per panen. Sebanyak 20 keluarga juga mampu mengolah limbah dapur menjadi pupuk cair, sehingga program ini efektif memperkuat ketahanan pangan dan ekonomi rumah tangga serta mendukung SDGs.

unpleasant odors, and increased dependency on chemical fertilizers and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG). The main constraints are limited knowledge, skills, and access to waste processing technology. This community service program aims to optimize the utilization of cattle waste as organic fertilizer and alternative energy through the implementation of the Sustainability Techno-Integrated Agrofarm model. The method employed involves a participatory approach through extension, training, consultation, and the application of the appropriate MetaCow technology as a household-scale biogas digester. Program success was evaluated using pre-test and post-test instruments, analyzed by n-gain and paired sample t-test to assess improvements in participants’ knowledge and skills. The results demonstrate a significant enhancement in the community’s ability to process waste into economically valuable organic fertilizer and biogas, while also strengthening the institutional capacity of Sanggar Tani as a center for sustainable agricultural technology learning. This program contributes to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly in clean energy, sustainable production, and environmental preservation.

Abstrak: Masyarakat peternak sapi di Desa Branjang, Kabupaten Semarang menghadapi permasalahan utama yakni penumpukan limbah ternak yang belum dikelola secara optimal. Hal ini berdampak pada pencemaran lingkungan, munculnya bau tidak sedap, serta meningkatnya ketergantungan akan pupuk kimia serta gas elpiji. Kendala atama adalah karena keterbatasan pengetahuan, keterampilan, serta akses terhadap teknologi pengolahan limbah. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan limbah ternak sapi sebagai pupuk organik dan energi alternatif melalui penerapan model Sustainability Techno-Integrated Agrofarm. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan partisipatif melalui penyuluhan, pelatihan, konsultasi, dan penerapan teknologi tepat guna MetaCow sebagai digester biogas rumah tangga, serta evaluasi keberhasilan melalui pre-test dan post-test yang dianalisis melalui uji n-gain dan paired sample t-test untuk menilai peningkatan tingkat pemahaman serta keterampilan peserta. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan kemampuan masyarakat dalam mengolah limbah menjadi pupuk organik dan biogas yang bernilai ekonomis serta memperkuat kelembagaan Sanggar Tani sebagai pusat pembelajaran teknologi pertanian berkelanjutan. Program ini berkontribusi pada tercapainya tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan (SDGs) khususnya energi bersih, produksi berkelanjutan, dan pelestarian lingkungan.

The focus of the community service activities carried out is the cultivation of TOGA plants and the use of household organic waste as fertilizer for TOGA plants. The implementation of this activity program consists of several stages of activity, namely observation of existing conditions, socialization of activities, training in making liquid organic fertilizer, mentoring and evaluation. With this activity, the Mentari Willage km 21 housing community is marked by a change in knowledge for the better regarding the cultivation of TOGA gardens and the importance of processing household waste into organic fertilizer which can contribute to sustainable agriculture.

Abstrak: Masih rendahnya kesadaran warga tentang pentingnya pengelolaan sampah menyebabkan sampah di Perumahan Mentari Village km 21 belum terkelola dengan baik. Pembuatan Pupuk Organik Cair (POC) merupakan salah satu solusi untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Proses pembuatan POC menghasilkan cairan yang dapat digunakan sebagai pupuk organic, sedangkan padatan yang dihasilkan dapat dijadikan sebagai media tanam. Fokus dari kegiatan pengadian masyarakat yang dilakukan adalah budidaya tanaman TOGA dan pemanfaatan sampah organik rumah tangga sebagai pupuk tanaman TOGA. Pelaksanaan program kegiatan ini terdiri dari beberapa tahapan kegiatan yaitu observasi kondisi eksisting, sosialisasi kegiatan, pelatihan pembuatan pupuk oraganik cair, pendampingan dan evaluasi. Dengan adanya kegiatan ini, masyarakat perumahan Mentari Willage km 21 yang ditandai dengan adanya perubahan pengetahuan menjadi tebih baik terkait budidaya tamana TOGA dan pentingnya pengolahan sampah rumah tangga menjadi pupuk organik yang dapat berkontribusi dalam pertanian berkelanjutan.

The lack of use of appropriate catfish cultivation technology and the use of commercial feed has an impact on the low production of fish seeds produced. Apart from that, there has been no effort to treat waste water which has the potential to have a negative impact on the surrounding environment. For this reason, community service (PPM) is carried out, which applies lecture materials, research and publications that have been carried out by the proposing team in the form of application of biofloc technology, making liquid fertilizer and cultivating herbal plants. The aim and benefits of carrying out this activity are to develop the catfish cultivation business, increase seed production, utilize waste water from catfish rearing media into liquid fertilizer products that can be used to develop herbal plant cultivation which will ultimately increase the income of cultivators at UPR Doa Mandeh. The activity model is in the form of empowerment, development and assistance which is implemented using counseling, training and technical/production assistance methods. The results of this activity are high survival and growth rates for catfish, water quality is in the optimal range, and the richness of nutrients in wastewater from the biofloc system can be used as liquid fertilizer for herbal plants.

The conclusion from the results of these activities is that the PKM activity partner participants have seen an increase in partner understanding of the role of maggot in reducing household organic waste and other benefits it produces after socialization (with lectures and question and answer discussions) and partners understand how to cultivate maggot and make organic fertilizer with kasgot raw materials.

Abstrak: Tujuan dari kegiatan kegiatan Pemberdayaan Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) ini yaitu untuk menambah pengetahuan mitra dalam mengurangi sampah organik rumah tangga dengan budidaya maggot sebagai pakan alternatif serta aplikasi kasgot yang dapat dijadikan media tanam dan pupuk organik. Permasalahan mitra adalah pengetahuan mitra rendah dalam pengolahan sampah organik; pakan ternak unggas dan pupuk yang biasa digunakan mitra harganya sangat mahal. Metode yang dilakukan dalam mengatasi masalah yaitu dengan sosialisasi dengan ceramah dan diskusi untuk meningkatkan pemahaman tentang peran maggot dalam mengurangi sampah organik rumah tangga, dapat dijadikan pakan ternak serta kasgot sebagai media tanam dan pupuk organik; serta praktek langsung budidaya maggot dan pembuatan pupuk organik dengan bahan baku kasgot. Kesimpulan dari hasil kegiatan tersebut bahwa peserta mitra kegiatan PKM terlihat adanya peningkatan pemahaman mitra tentang peran maggot dalam mengurangi sampah organik rumah tangga serta manfaat lain yang dihasilkannya setelah dilakukan sosialisasi (dengan ceramah dan diskusi tanya jawab) dan mitra memahami cara budidaya maggot serta pembuatan pupuk organik dengan bahan baku kasgot.

The Asofa Foundation tried to capture this opportunity in the context of developing a masjid-based economy through hydroponic training for the surrounding community. Therefore, a series of training was conducted to improve the capacity of the community. The training included training on seeding vegetables in rockwool, training on transplanting, and training in preparing and mixing hydroponic fertilizers. The results of the training were that residents were able to cultivate plants using hydroponics. However, the boundary was the environmental conditions (in this case water) in Bekasi which were not good enough so that the seedlings died after being transplanted into the hydroponic kit. Further training needed can be in the form of training fruit plants using hydroponics which can withstand inadequate water conditions. Another training that can be carried out is training in vegetable cultivation with planting methods other than hydroponics that are able to accommodate environmental conditions

Abstrak: Pertanian perkotaan adalah menanam dan memelihara binatang ternak di dalam atau sekitar kota. Beragam jenis tanaman dapat dibudidayakan terutama tanaman sayuran dan buah. Pertanian perkotaan mampu membantu peningkatan ekonomi rakyat di suatu daerah karena hasil panen yang dihasilkan dapat memberikan keuntungan ekonomis. Peluang inilah yang berusaha ditangkap oleh Yayasan Asofa dalam rangka pengembangan ekonomi berbasis masjid lewat pelatihan hidroponik untuk masyarakat sekitar. Oleh karena itu, dilakukanlah serangkaian pelatihan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan masyarakatnya. Pelatihan yang dilakukan antara lain pelatihan penyemaian tanaman sayuran di rockwool, pelatihan pindah tanam, dan pelatihan meracik pupuk hidroponik. Hasil dari pelatihan tersebut adalah warga mampu melakukan budidaya tanaman dengan menggunakan hidroponik hanya saja kondisi lingkungan (dalam hal ini air) di daerah Bekasi kurang baik sehingga tanaman semaian mati setelah dipindahkan ke dalam kit hidroponik. Pelatihan lanjutan yang diperlukan dapat berupa pelatihan tanaman buah dengan menggunakan hidroponik yang tahan kondisi air yang kurang memadai. Pelatihan lain yang dapat dilakukan adalah pelatihan budidaya tanaman sayuran dengan metode tanam selain hidroponik yang mampu mengakomodasi kondisi lingkungan.

Observation data was carried out analysis of variance with F test at 5% level, if the difference is significant then the test followed by Duncan's test at 5% level. 1).
