Using a quantitative research approach with Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), data were collected from 105 customers who have utilized Umrah travel services within the past two years. The measurement model demonstrated excellent reliability and validity, with all constructs meeting stringent psychometric criteria for convergent and discriminant validity. The structural model reveals that all three hypotheses are strongly supported, with brand credibility emerging as the most influential factor (β = 0.398, p < 0.001), followed by perceived value (β = 0.356, p < 0.001) and service quality (β = 0.285, p < 0.001). The integrated model explains 74.2% of variance in customer-driven excellence, demonstrating strong explanatory power and large predictive relevance (Q² = 0.486). These findings provide empirical evidence that successful customer-driven excellence strategy requires integrated approaches prioritizing brand credibility development while simultaneously enhancing perceived value and service quality. The study offers valuable insights for Umrah travel operators seeking to optimize competitive advantage through comprehensive customer excellence strategies that address both functional and emotional dimensions of religious tourism services.

The results show that all four smart tourism features simultaneously and partially have a significant effect on the decision to visit. d meta-analysis of various current research on higher education quality management to produce a comprehensive model that integrates various approaches and considers local context and religious values. The research method uses a qualitative approach with Systematic Literature Review (SLR) and Meta-Analysis, implementing the PRISMA protocol as a methodological framework in literature selection. Of the initial 59,422 articles searched, 7 high-quality articles were selected for comprehensive review. The meta-analysis results show a significant positive correlation between quality management factors and the quality of higher education with an overall effect size of r = 0.60 (95% CI [0.52, 0.68]). Transformative leadership emerged as the most influential factor (r = 0.68), followed by quality culture (r = 0.63) and TQM implementation (r = 0.62). Moderate to high heterogeneity (I² = 67.3%) indicates the need for a contextual rather than standard quality management approach. These findings suggest a holistic quality management model that integrates TQM principles, CIPP evaluation model, transformative leadership, outcome-based curriculum development, stakeholder involvement, and integration of religious values according to institutional characteristics.

Pemberian bantuan sosial yang dilakukan oleh Dinas Sosial Kota Tanjungbalai. Instansi tersebut memberikan bantuan sosial kepada lansia berupa uang tunai. Permasalahan yang muncul adalah ketika kuota pemberian bantuan sosial yang diberikan lebih sedikit dibandingkan dengan calon penerima bantuan. Sehingga sulitnya Dinas Sosial Kota Tanjungbalai menyeleksi proposal untuk menentukan lansia yang akan diberikan bantuan sosial. Mengatasi tersebut maka dibutuhkan suatu sistem pendukung keputusan yang membantu pihak Dinas Sosial Kota Tanjungbalai dalam memberikan keputusan. Adapun metode sistem pendukung keputusan yang digunakan adalah metode VIKOR (Vise Kriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje).

Abstract:Demographic issues regarding life expectancy for the elderly in Indonesia are very influential on the problems that arise, this is not only quantitatively the number of elderly people increases, but also because the vulnerability of the elderly (elderly) needs to be considered and protected. Based on this fact, the government takes an indispensable role in efforts to reduce the poverty of neglected elderly people in the form of social assistance. Social assistance provided by the Tanjungbalai City Social Service. The agency provides social assistance to the elderly in the form of cash. The problem that arises is when the quota for social assistance provided is less than the potential beneficiaries. So that it is difficult for the Tanjungbalai City Social Service to select proposals to determine the elderly who will be given social assistance. To overcome this, a decision support system is needed that helps the Tanjungbalai City Social Service in making decisions. Rifanta Tanjungbalai dalam melakukan instalasi perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak komputer, dimana kualitas karyawan sangat berpengaruh pada sumber daya manusia yang dapat dijadikan sebagai tolak ukur dalam penguasaan perakitan. Sebagaimana diketahui CV. Rifanta Tanjungbalai bergerak dalam perdagangan dan jasa dan ini merupakan tolak ukur karyawan dalam mengetahui atau pun memahami tentang bagian-bagian utama komputer. Kegiatan pelatihan perakitan komputer tersebut disajikan dalam bentuk penjelasan, pemuataran video, diskusi dan praktek dilapangan. Manfaat yang diperoleh dari kegiatan ini anatara lain dapat melakukan perakitan komputer dan bagian-bagian komputer, sehingga karyawan bekerja sesuai dengan bidang keahlian dan dapat menguasai teknik merakit secara tepat. Hal ini sangat berpengaruh penerapan metode ini khusunya untuk kegiatan pembelajaran dan peningkatan percakapan bahasa inggris tentang objek wisata, hal ini didukung dengan adanya tujuan wisata yang dominan di porsea dan memberikan pengetahuan yang layak untuk meningkatkan sumber daya manusia dalam bahasa inggris. pelatihan yang digunakan adalah bentuk pelatihan dalam bentuk sosialisasi dengan menggunakan metode Cooperative Learning yang bertujuan meningkatkan aktivitas dalam mengembangkan keterampilan berkomunikasi secara lisan.
