ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR RENDAHNYA MINAT BELAJAR SISWA PADA MATA PELAJARAN IPAS KELAS IV DI SD 190 PALEMBANG

Abstract: This research is descriptive research and uses qualitative methods. This research aims to analyze the factors of students' low interest in learning in grade IV science and science subjects at SD 190 Palembang, totaling 16… 16 students. The sampling technique in this research uses the proportional sampling method, In this study, the data taken was in the form of interview data, questionnaires and documentation in carrying out this research. The first step taken by the researcher was distributing questionnaires to students. The questionnaire was closed with 5 answer choices, namely strongly agree, agree, neutral, disagree and strongly disagree. agree, the questionnaire instrument consists of 21 statement items. Next, carry out the interview stage which is carried out after giving a questionnaire consisting of 10 questions and then carry out the documentation stage which shows that there are several students whose scores are below the Kkm, namely 75. So the indicator that can be concluded is the feeling of happiness indicator which is 12.79%, while The indicator of student interest was 13.21%, then the indicator of student attention was 14.5%, then the indicator of student involvement was 20.95%. In terms of indicators of student interest in science and science subjects, the percentage results were 13.21% with poor criteria.  

BUNDA MENYAPA CAMPAIGN: INITIATING INSTITUTIONAL ADVOCACY FOR EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION THROUGH PUBLIC DISCUSSION IN KEDUNGBANTENG, BANYUMAS

Abstract: The Bunda Menyapa Campaign is a community service initiative designed to initiate institutional advocacy for early childhood education through the involvement of Bunda PAUD at the village and sub-district levels. This activity… tivity was conducted in the form of a public discussion involving the Bunda Menyapa PKM project team, Bunda PAUD Desa Kedungbanteng Kecamatan Kedungbanteng, Banyumas District, and college students from the Early Childhood Education Teacher Education Study Program of Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto. The students participated as the proposing group of the campaign idea and as the writers of the Bunda Menyapa campaign song. The activity aimed to formulate the initial embryo of the Bunda Menyapa Campaign as an institutional advocacy model to be proposed to Bunda PAUD Kabupaten Banyumas. The method consisted of participatory public discussion, campaign concept presentation, stakeholder dialogue, theme-song discussion, and initial review of a policy brief proposal. The result of the activity was the formation of an early campaign concept that integrates symbolic leadership, community communication, institutional advocacy, and policy recommendation. The discussion also opened an opportunity for the policy brief proposal to be developed into a practical advocacy document for strengthening PAUD governance in Banyumas District.

STRENGTHENING STUDENTS' KNOWLEDGE OF CYBERBULLYING AT SMAN 12 PEKANBARU

Abstract: The development of digital technology has had a significant impact on the social lives of adolescents, including the emergence of cyberbullying issues that can disrupt mental health and social relationships. The current… phenomenon suggests that adolescents are vulnerable to involvement as both perpetrators and victims, due to low literacy levels about cyberbullying. This community service activity aims to increase students' knowledge at SMAN 12 Pekanbaru about the dangers of cyberbullying and encourage them to use social media responsibly. This activity was conducted through interactive outreach and education, such as video screenings, discussion sessions, and role-plays involving students. The activity results demonstrated increased students' understanding of the impacts, causes, and preventive measures of cyberbullying. Furthermore, students showed enthusiasm for becoming anti-cyberbullying digital literacy agents in their schools and communities.

PEMBERDAYAAN KELOMPOK TANI HUTAN GIRI PUSPA MELALUI PELATIHAN PENGELOLAAN WISATA ALAM BERBASIS MASYARAKAT

Abstract: Community-based nature tourism development is an important strategy for community empowerment that can enhance local economic welfare while supporting environmental sustainability. However, the success of community-based… tourism management largely depends on the capacity of human resources and local institutions. This study aims to analyze the role of community-based nature tourism management training in improving individual capacities and strengthening the institutional capacity of the Giri Puspa Forest Farmer Group (Kelompok Tani Hutan/KTH) as the manager of Lembah Puspa Educamp in West Bandung Regency. This research employed a qualitative approach using a case study method. Research informants consisted of the group leader, management board members, KTH members, training facilitators, and tourism development partners selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis, and analyzed using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña, including data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that the training contributed significantly to improving participants’ competencies in tour guiding, visitor services, tourism safety, environmental interpretation, and digital marketing. Furthermore, the training strengthened institutional capacity through enhanced coordination, task distribution, member participation, and collective decision-making processes. The program also supported the implementation of Community Based Tourism (CBT) principles, as reflected in increased community involvement in tourism management and destination development. Nevertheless, several challenges remain, including limited funding, inadequate supporting facilities, and unequal competency levels among group members. The study concludes that training serves as a strategic instrument for community empowerment and institutional strengthening to support sustainable community-based nature tourism management

IMPLEMENTASI PENDEKATAN ANDRAGOGI DALAM PEMBELAJARAN PAKET B DI PKBM CITRA PRIANGAN

Abstract: Equality education through the Package B Program at PKBM has an important role in providing educational services for people who cannot access formal education. The diverse characteristics of learning residents require the… e application of appropriate learning approaches, one of which is through the andragogi approach. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the andragogy approach in Package B learning at PKBM Citra Priangan, identify its supporting and inhibiting factors, and determine its impact on the involvement of learning residents. The research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data were collected through observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation, then analyzed using Miles, Huberman's model. The results of the study show that the principles of andragogy have been applied through experiential learning, participatory methods, learning flexibility, and the development of life skills programs. Supporting factors include family culture, tutor competence, and learning flexibility, while inhibiting factors are limited facilities, learning environment conditions, and heterogeneity of learning residents. The implementation of andragogy has been proven to increase the participation, motivation, and involvement of learning residents in the learning process. Thus, the andragogy approach effectively supports the implementation of Package B learning that is more relevant to the needs of learning residents

KETERLIBATAN ORANG TUA DALAM PENDIDIKAN SPIRITUAL ANAK

Abstract: This study aims to analyze parental involvement in children's spiritual education as a key factor in their holistic development. Employing a library research method, the researcher explores various literatures on the concepts… cepts and practices of parental spiritual education. The findings indicate that active parental involvement, through the application of moral values, behavioral modeling, and open communication, significantly contributes to children's emotional, social, and academic development. The research reveals that children receiving adequate spiritual education are likely to possess better psychological resilience and more mature interpersonal skills. Although challenges such as economic pressures and time constraints hinder spiritual education at home, support from educational institutions and collaboration with the community can enhance its efficacy. The implications of this research highlight the importance of strengthening parental roles in spiritual education to shape children's character and moral identity, as well as to prepare them for future challenges. These findings provide valuable insights for the development of educational policies that emphasize parental involvement in supporting children's spiritual education. ANALYSIS OF FAMILY SUPPORT TEAM PERFORMANCE STRENGTHENING IN EFFORTS TO REDUCE THE INCIDENT OF STUNTING IN WEST SUMATRA PROVINCE IN 2025

Abstract: The Family Support Team is a group of support staff in the sub-district/village/nagari consisting of Midwives, PKK Team Cadres and KB Cadres in providing support to prospective brides/prospective fertile couples, pregnant… t women, postpartum mothers, and children aged 0-59 months, providing counseling, facilitating referral services, receiving social assistance and surveillance of families at risk of stunting. Stunting is a growth and development disorder characterized by a child's height that is not appropriate for their age. This study aims to analyze the performance of the family support team in an effort to reduce the incidence of stunting and the factors that influence the performance of the family support team. This study uses a qualitative method using a purposive sampling technique with 38 informants, through interviews, focus group discussions, observations and document reviews. The results of the study revealed that the indicators of the quality and quantity of TPK work in West Sumatra Province that were not in accordance with expectations were neatness, success capability, speed, work results, facilities and infrastructure and coordination between agencies where reports were not in accordance with the existing family system data in the BKKBN application caused by the lack of TPK knowledge in using the elsimil application and four indicators of the national sensitive intervention program were not achieved from the predetermined targets and the increase in stunting cases. Factors that influence TPK performance are the support and commitment of the government and the community, the existence of programs that have a direct impact on the community and, socialization that changes community behavior to care about stunting prevention programs, strengthening the competence of TPK cadres, strengthening convergence and multi-stakeholder involvement, integrated monitoring and evaluation and utilization of stunting risk family data in handling stunting cases.  

ELECTRONIC PROCUREMENT OF GOVERNMENT GOODS/SERVICES (E-PROCUREMENT) FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF COLLABORATIVE GOVERNANCE IN THE CITY OF PEKANBARU

Abstract: This study discusses the implementation of Government Goods/Services Procurement Electronically (E-Procurement) from the perspective of Collaborative Governance in Pekanbaru City. The focus of this research is on the effetiveness… etiveness of e-catalogs, the involvement of local business actors, and cooperation between local government agencies. The aim of this research is to analyze and describe the e-procurement process within a collaborative framework and to identify the obstacles faced. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techinuques through interviews with the local UKPBJ of Pekanbaru City, the Departement of Trade and Industry of Pekanbaru City, the Inspectorate of Pekanbaru dan the Department of Cooperatives and MSMEs of Pekanbaru City. The result of this study indicate that collaboration among actors is on going but not yet optimal, especially in horizontal dimensions. The involvement of local business actors is still limited due to a lack of technical assistance and information. This research recommends strebgthening the role of local governments as facilitators of collaboration, enchancing the capatity of business actors, and fostering synergy between institutions to achieve participatory, transparent procurement using domestic products.

IMPLEMENTASI STRATEGI PEMBELAJARAN PAI BERBASIS NILAI DALAM MEMBANGUN NASIONALISME PESERTA DIDIK DI SMKN 1 MODAYAG KABUPATEN BOLAANG MONGONDOW TIMUR

Abstract: This study aims to describe the implementation of value-based Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning strategies in building student nationalism at SMKN 1 Modayag, East Bolaang Mongondow Regency, identify supporting and… nd inhibiting factors, and analyze their impact on students' nationalistic attitudes and behavior. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results show that value-based PAI learning is implemented through the planning, implementation, and evaluation stages. Teachers integrate the values ​​of faith, morals, worship, honesty, responsibility, tolerance, cooperation, social concern, and love of the homeland in the learning process. The strategies used include storytelling, discussions, history learning, religious activities, social activities, and student involvement in school activities such as ceremonies, Scouts, and Paskibraka. Supporting factors include the principal's commitment, teacher quality, curriculum, facilities and infrastructure, the school environment, and parental and community support. Obstacles include low student motivation, limited time, lack of participation, and limited learning methods. The implementation of this strategy has a positive impact on increasing love for the homeland, tolerance, discipline, honesty, cooperation, and responsibility among students.

SERVICE LEARNING IN DATARAN MERDEKA AND LEARN THE HERITAGE OF KUALA LUMPUR, MALAYSIA

Abstract: Dataran Merdeka holds profound national and historical value as the site where Malaya’s independence was proclaimed in 1957, yet tourists’ understanding of its historical and architectural significance remains superficial.… icial. This community service activity aims to enhance the historical literacy of visitors and foster the involvement of local stakeholders in heritage conservation through educational media and participatory mentoring tailored to community needs. The implementation stages include observation to identify tourists’ information needs and the role of local actors, the development of contextually appropriate historical educational materials, direct engagement with visitors, and capacity-building for local vendors and guides as independent cultural informants. Results indicate increased tourist interest in historical narratives, observable shifts in visitor behavior toward greater cultural appreciation, and active participation of local business actors in disseminating heritage information. This program is expected to contribute to enriching tourism experiences, strengthening community capacity, and supporting sustainable heritage preservation through collaboration among visitors, local enterprises, and educational institutions.
