out proper safety protocols. This study aims to identify types of medical emergencies associated with sunnah cupping therapy through a critical literature review. A descriptive-qualitative approach was used, based on a systematic review of scientific publications from 2010 to 2024 obtained from databases such as PubMed, ScienceDirect, and Google Scholar. The results revealed seven major types of complications in cupping practice: infections (local to systemic), severe bleeding and hematoma, vasovagal and hypovolemic shock, allergic reactions, burns (in fire cupping), neurological responses (epilepsy), and dissociative psychological responses (possession). These complications are primarily caused by the lack of medical screening, limited practitioner training, and absence of emergency handling protocols. The study emphasizes the urgency of integrating Islamic ethical values with emergency medical standards in cupping practice. It recommends enhancing public education, practitioner certification, and clinical regulations to ensure patient safety.

ll reach 5.7% in 2023. One of the factors is the high rate of postpartum infections, namely low knowledge about infection prevention. One effective management is perineal wound care using NaCl 0.9%. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of wound treatment using 0.9% NaCl in normal primiparous post partum mothers with indications of perineal rupture in Kejobong Village. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. After treating the wound twice for 3 days using 0.9% NaCl, it was found that the wound looked better and there were no signs of infection as indicated by a decrease in the REEDA score from 11 categories of unhealed wounds to 2 categories of moderate wounds. This is supported by cleanliness of the wound area and choosing the right food. Wound treatment using 0.9% NaCl is effective for healing perineal ruptures.

days and anemia, requiring continuous blood transfusions to maintain hemoglobin levels in the body. A history of repeated blood transfusions can cause excess iron in the body which is characterized by an increase in serum ferritin levels which can cause damage to kidney function by looking at creatinine levels. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a relationship between ferritin and creatinine levels in children with thalassemia. This study used a quantitative method with a cross sectional approach. The sampling technique used in this study was the total sampling technique. The sample used was 12 samples. Data processing in this study used the Shapiro-Wilk Normality test and the Pearson Correlation test in bivariate analysis. The results of the analysis of this study indicate that there is no significant relationship between the ferritin and creatinine levels in children with thalassemia where the value of Sig. 0.212 > 0.05 (p> 0.05), and shows a significant negative correlation of -0.389. This study in thalassemia children had high ferrtin levels but creatinine levels were still within normal limits.
Abstract:An inclusive education structure that prioritizes equitable access and participation without discrimination, gifted and talented children (GTC) are often overlooked by the system due to the dominance of a homogenized curriculum…
riculum not designed to address their unique needs. GTC possess complex learning profiles, characterized by high intellectual capacity, rapid knowledge acquisition, and intense interests and creativity that exceed the average. The mismatch between conventional teaching approaches and the distinctive needs of GTC in inclusive environments creates serious pedagogical challenges, notably the hindered realization of their full potential. This article aims to critically examine the effectiveness of differentiated instruction as an adaptive curriculum strategy in addressing the diverse needs of GTC within inclusive classrooms. Through a systematic literature review, the differentiation approach is analyzed within the framework of modifying content, process, and product of learning based on students' readiness, interests, and cognitive profiles. The findings indicate that the implementation of differentiation significantly enhances intrinsic motivation, active engagement, and academic achievement of GTC, while maintaining social cohesion in the classroom. Differentiated instruction also contributes to the creation of an inclusive, dynamic, and pedagogically equitable learning environment. The novelty of this study lies in the conceptual integration of differentiation principles with inclusive practices as a foundation for curriculum design that emphasizes individual excellence and appreciation of diversity. These findings offer substantive contributions to the development of a more transformative and responsive pedagogical paradigm, while also providing both theoretical and practical foundations for educators in designing curriculum interventions that empower all learners, including those with exceptional capacities.
