ts. The absence of a racking system and clear classification of goods has caused the storage, retrieval, and work safety processes to not run efficiently. The research approach uses a qualitative descriptive method by collecting data through field observations, interviews, and documentation. The tata letak design was carried out by implementing the Activity Relationship Chart (ARC) and Activity Relationship Diagram (ARD) methods, then tested through simulations using FlexSim software with two operator scenarios. The simulation results showed that the proposed alternative tata letak design was able to improve the workflow by grouping goods into seven categories and arranging shelves based on the level of proximity of activities. However, the utilization rate of operators is still relatively low, namely 17.65% and 19.78%, due to the periodic pattern of goods arrival and efficient search times due to a more structured storage system. These findings indicate opportunities for human resource optimization through reducing the number of operators or adjusting workloads. The resulting tata letak design makes a practical contribution to improving warehouse space efficiency and operations, and can be used as a reference for applications for companies with similar characteristics.

This creates a gap between the need for speaking skills and the teaching methods used, reinforcing students' fear and lack of confidence. Based on these issues, this Community Service activity aims to improve students' speaking skills through the application of the Communicative Language Teaching (CLT) method integrated with the Playful English approach, which involves enjoyable learning through games, role-play, and creative activities. The methods used include guided speaking exercises, conversation simulations, and collaborative projects such as creating promotional posters for beach tourism in English. The results show a significant improvement in students' fluency, confidence, and active participation. Students began to speak more boldly, practice simple sentences, and express ideas spontaneously. The classroom atmosphere became livelier and more enjoyable with minimal psychological barriers such as fear of making mistakes. The implications of this activity are that the CLT approach combined with elements of joy can serve as an effective learning model in non-formal institutions. This method not only enhances language skills but also empowers students socially and emotionally, and can be replicated in similar communities.

The service methods used include interactive lectures, value simulation, and case study-based mentoring. This activity involved 34 students as the main target and 3 resource persons as facilitators The results of the activity showed an increase in participants' understanding of the form and impact of digital bullying, as well as the growth of concern and proactive attitude to create a safe school environment. Participants also showed improved ability to manage emotions, understand the importance of strong character, and not respond to pressure with aggressive actions. Based on these results, it is recommended that character education based on anti-bullying values continue to be strengthened through continuous habituation and training programs, in order to form a resilient and adaptive young generation in the digital era.

Equivalency Education Program. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the community empowerment management function through the Package C Equivalency Education Program at PKBM Buana Mekar Baleendah using the POAC (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling) management approach. The study used a descriptive qualitative method with the research location at PKBM Buana Mekar, Bandung Regency. The research subjects consisted of PKBM managers, tutors, and Package C learners. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the planning function has been carried out through identifying community needs and preparing flexible learning programs. The organizing function is seen from the division of tutor tasks and a clear organizational structure. The implementation function is carried out through andragogy-based learning with lectures, discussions, questions and answers, and skills practice methods. Meanwhile, the supervisory function is carried out through learning evaluation, attendance monitoring, andsupervision of skills practice. Although the program's implementation has been quite successful, several obstacles remain, such as limited digital learning media, unstable student attendance rates, and suboptimal utilization of practical facilities. e application of appropriate learning approaches, one of which is through the andragogi approach. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the andragogy approach in Package B learning at PKBM Citra Priangan, identify its supporting and inhibiting factors, and determine its impact on the involvement of learning residents. The research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data were collected through observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation, then analyzed using Miles, Huberman's model. The results of the study show that the principles of andragogy have been applied through experiential learning, participatory methods, learning flexibility, and the development of life skills programs. Supporting factors include family culture, tutor competence, and learning flexibility, while inhibiting factors are limited facilities, learning environment conditions, and heterogeneity of learning residents. The implementation of andragogy has been proven to increase the participation, motivation, and involvement of learning residents in the learning process. Thus, the andragogy approach effectively supports the implementation of Package B learning that is more relevant to the needs of learning residents

s a qualitative method with a systematic literature review, analyzing and synthesizing scientific sources including books, international and national journals, articles, proceedings, and relevant research findings. Data sources were obtained from scientific databases such as Google Scholar, JSTOR, ScienceDirect, ERIC, and national digital repositories. The findings consistently demonstrate that the Sam'iyah Syafawiyah method integrated with the communicative approach has a positive and significant influence on students' self-confidence in speaking Arabic. This effect operates through four main mechanisms: (1) repetitive drilling builds mastery experience; (2) native speaker audio models provide vicarious experience; (3) the communicative approach reduces affective filters; and (4) intensive practice promotes automaticity in Arabic speech production. This study concludes that the integration of both methods constitutes an effective and recommended pedagogical strategy for improving self-confidence in Arabic speaking.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh penerapan metode Sam'iyah Syafawiyah berbasis pendekatan komunikatif terhadap kepercayaan diri peserta didik dalam berbicara bahasa Arab melalui pendekatan library research (studi kepustakaan). Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan kajian literatur sistematis, yakni menganalisis dan mensintesis berbagai sumber ilmiah berupa buku, jurnal nasional dan internasional, artikel, prosiding, dan hasil penelitian yang relevan. Sumber data diperoleh dari berbagai basis data ilmiah seperti Google Scholar, JSTOR, ScienceDirect, ERIC, dan repositori digital nasional. Hasil kajian secara konsisten menunjukkan bahwa metode Sam'iyah Syafawiyah yang diintegrasikan dengan pendekatan komunikatif memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepercayaan diri peserta didik dalam berbicara bahasa Arab. Pengaruh ini bekerja melalui empat mekanisme utama: (1) latihan drill berulang membangun mastery experience; (2) model audio native speaker memberikan vicarious experience; (3) pendekatan komunikatif menurunkan filter afektif; dan (4) latihan intensif mendorong otomatisasi produksi ujaran bahasa Arab. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa integrasi kedua metode tersebut merupakan strategi pedagogis yang efektif dan direkomendasikan untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan diri berbicara bahasa Arab.
