Abstract: The development of digital technology in education demands the integration of learning tools that not only enhance cognitive competence but also shape students' character. In the context of Islamic Religious Education, the… he use of digital devices needs to be directed to align with the strengthening of digital literacy and religious values. This study aims to analyze the integration of Chromebooks in Islamic Religious Education learning and its contribution to strengthening digital literacy and the religious character of students at Marga Mulya II Elementary School, North Bekasi. The study used a qualitative approach with a case study. Data were collected through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. Then, they were analyzed using an interactive model that included data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that Chromebook integration was implemented in a structured manner through digital-based learning planning, interactive activities, and controlled online evaluation. Students' digital literacy developed through the habit of using devices in an orderly and responsible manner. At the same time, religious character traits such as honesty, discipline, and responsibility were internalized through the association of technology use with religious values. These findings confirm that technology can be a medium for developing digital competency and character when managed through appropriate pedagogical design. This research has implications for the importance of developing technology-based, integrative, and values-oriented Islamic Religious Education learning models in elementary schools.

ANALYSIS OF THE EFFECT OF TOTAL MOISTURE (TM), ASH CONTENT (ASH), AND TOTAL SULFUR (TS) ON THE GROSS CALORIFIC VALUE OF COAL SEAM 16 AT PT UNGGUL NUSANTARA

Suratno, Suratno, Sandan, Stephani, Andin, Selma Ayu
Abstract: This study aims to analyze the relationship and influence of coal quality parameters which include Total Moisture (TM), Ash Content (ASH), and Total Sulfur (TS) on Gross Calorific Value (GCV). The data used in this study… is data from laboratory tests on 23 samples of Run Of Mine (ROM) coal at seam 16 at PT Unggul Nusantara, North Barito Regency, Central Kalimantan. Data analysis was performed statistically using the help of SPSS software through Pearson correlation test and multiple linear regression analysis.  The results of the correlation test showed that simultaneously, the TM, ASH, and TS parameters had a very strong relationship with the GCV value with a correlation coefficient (R) of 0.893 and contributed an influence of 76.5%. Partially, Ash Content (ASH) had a very strong negative relationship (r = -0.881) and had a significant effect on calorie values (p = 0.000). Each 1% increase in ash content would decrease the GCV value by 68.249 Kcal/Kg. Meanwhile, Total Moisture had a significant positive relationship by simple correlation (r = 0.506, p = 0.014), but showed no partial significant effect in multiple regression models (p = 0.364). Total Sulfur was  found to have a very weak negative relationship (r = -0.182) and had no significant effect on GCV values (p = 0.406). This study concludes that Ash Content is the most dominant parameter that affects the reduction of the caloric value of coal seam 16 at PT Unggul Nusantara.

CIVIL-MILITARY CORRIDOR RESILIENCE MODEL FOR INFRASTRUCTURE MANAGEMENT IN INDONESIA’S OUTERMOST BORDER ISLAND: EVIDENCE FROM MIANGAS ISLAND

G, Brantas Suharyo, Noonphakdee, Thamrongchai, Suksiengsri, Phongpincharn
Abstract: Infrastructure management in outermost border islands is not only a matter of physical development, but also a strategic issue related to sovereignty, community welfare, connectivity and national defence. This article examines… amines infrastructure management on Miangas Island, one of Indonesia’s northernmost outer islands bordering the Philippines. Although Miangas already has several basic and strategic infrastructures, including roads, an airport, a port, electricity facilities, clean water sources, telecommunications, health facilities and security infrastructure, these assets have not yet functioned as an integrated and reliable system. The main problem is therefore not the absence of infrastructure, but the gap between physical availability and functional performance. This study uses a qualitative descriptive-analytical approach based on field observation, semi-structured interviews and document review. Data were analysed using the Miles and Huberman model, supported by STEEP+M and SWOT analysis. The findings show that infrastructure management in Miangas is influenced by three main indicators: infrastructure availability and quality, connectivity and accessibility, and infrastructure sustainability. Internally, Miangas has strengths in its strategic geography, existing infrastructure assets, state institutional presence, social cohesion and strong national identity. However, these strengths are constrained by weak service quality, limited maintenance, unstable connectivity, a fragile local economy and inadequate maritime surveillance. Externally, Miangas benefits from national legal support, strategic policy status and Indonesia–Philippines cooperation, but faces threats from cross-border dependence, illegal fishing, border violations, environmental pressure and geopolitical sensitivity. The SWOT analysis places Miangas in the WO quadrant, meaning that external opportunities should first be used to overcome internal weaknesses. This article proposes the Civil-Military Corridor Resilience Model as an integrated framework that connects public services, logistics, energy, local markets, maritime security and territorial defence in one border resilience system.

Abstract: The rehabilitation of post-mining land with low nutrient content is carried out using chemical and organic materials. To improve soil fertility, the application of fertilizers is required. Soil fertility is crucial as a… medium for plant growth to enable replanting. Once the planting medium is available, it is then cultivated with plants suitable for the land conditions. The methodology of this study involved observing land conditions by examining soil structure, texture, and pH in the research area. The results showed that the soil texture belongs to the sandy clay loam or clay loam class, with a soil pH of 3.72. Soil improvement was carried out by applying dolomite lime at 100 grams per planting hole, requiring a total of 66.7 kilograms. Goat manure was applied at 2 kilograms per planting hole, with a total requirement of 133.4 kilograms for 667 trees. The tree species planted were Sengon (Paraserianthes falcataria) and Trembesi (Samanea saman).
