Rebranding is an excellent way to change the target market for SMEs. Sees rebranding as a solution to a new management change or internal problem. Rebranding takes time and effort so that change will happen. Rebranding is carried out for SMEs to stimulate growth, expand, increase profits, strengthen their workforce, and gain a competitive advantage. This rebranding training was carried out using a training method. Due to the pandemic, the activity organizers visited five artisans to avoid crowds. The rebranding training opened the insight of the craftsmen about the benefits of managing a product brand. The rebranding training for birdcage artisans in Dawuhanmangli Village gained an understanding of branding. As a result of this training, artisans began to open themselves to introduce their products directly to consumers without a broker like before. The Bird Cage craft center in Dawuhanmangli Village, north of the center of Jember City, is well known in Indonesia. The location is 24 km from Jember City. The Bird Cage of Dawuhanmangli Village is the reason for being a place of service because it has advantages and characteristics that have the opportunity to open new markets for the region's superior products.

Hal terpenting untuk ditanyakan pada diri sendiri saat memutuskan apakah ini waktu yang tepat untuk mengubah merek adalah apakah UMKM dapat meningkatkan salah satu faktor di atas untuk membuat konsumen UMKM lebih bahagia. Rebranding merupakan cara yang baik untuk mengubah target pasar UMKM. Melihat rebranding sebagai solusi untuk perubahan manajemen baru atau masalah internal. Rebranding membutuhkan waktu dan tenaga, sehingga perubahan akan terjadi. Rebranding dilakukan bagi UMKM untuk merangsang pertumbuhan, memperluas, meningkatkan laba, memperkuat tenaga kerjanya, dan mendapatkan keunggulan kompetitif. Pelatihan Rebranding ini dilakuan dengan metode pelatihan, dikarenakan pandemi, maka pelaksana kegiatan mendatangi 5 pengrajin untuk menghindari kerumuman. Pelatihan rebranding membuka wawasan para pengrajin tentang manfaat mengelola sebua brand sebuah produk. Hasil pelatihan rebranding pengrajin sangkar burung desa Dawuhan mangli mendapatkan pemahaman tentang branding. Dampak pelatihan ini pengrajin mulai mencoba membuka diri untuk mengenalkan produknya secara langsung kepada konsumen tanpa makelar seperti sebelumnya. Sentra kerajinan Sangkar Burung di desa Dawuhan mangli, wilayah utara pusat Kota Jember sudah dikenal luas di Indonesia.

Lecturers of The Communication Science Study Program of Universitas Amikom Purwokerto took the initiative as facilitators by partnering with North Community Health Center staff to conduct a community service as an implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. In this event, the facilitators conducted socialization and training methods for health cadres on how to communicate assertively with breastfeeding mothers by emphasizing acceptance, empathy, support and openness. The training was carried out for one week, included four villages within the Community Health Center working area, namely Grendeng, Bancarkembar, Sumampir and Pabuwaran. This community service has a good impact to the health cadres and The Community Health Center. The 90% target of exclusive breastfeeding will be reviewed by the end of 2021. However, the health cadres and The Community Health Center have more self-confidence to convince breastfeeding mothers to look after their children better by giving them the exclusive breastfeeding. In turn, the target will be achieved.

Abstrak: Cakupan ASI Eksklusif di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Purwokerto Utara 2 baru mencapai 76% pada pertengahan tahun 2020. Untuk mencapai target 90% cakupan ASI Eksklusif pada akhir tahun, dibutuhkan kerjasama lintas sektoral. Dosen Program Studi Ilmu Komunikasi Universitas Amikom Purwokerto berinisiatif menjadi fasilitator dengan bermitra dengan Puskesmas dalam melakukan pengabdian masyarakat sebagai bentuk pelaksanaan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi. Pada kegiatan ini fasilitator menggunakan metode sosialisasi dan pelatihan kepada kader kesehatan tentang bagaimana berkomunikasi secara asertif dengan mengedepankan penerimaan, empati, dukungan dan keterbukaan kepada ibu menyusui. Pelatihan dilakukan selama satu minggu, dan meliputi empat desa yang berada dalam wilayah kerja puskesmas, yaitu Grendeng, Bancarkembar, Sumampir dan Pabuwaran. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini mempunyai dampak baik terhadap kader kesehatan dan Puskesmas. Target 90% ibu menyusui memberikan ASI eksklusif akan direview pada akhir tahun 2021. Namun, para kader kesehatan dan Puskesmas merasa lebih percaya diri dapat meyakinkan kepada para ibu menyusui untuk dapat memberikan ASI eksklusif kepada anak-anaknya dan pada gilirannya target tersebut dapat tercapai.

This activity aims to improve the skills of local communities in processing corn into antioxidant tea products. The community service activities were carried out in Bualo Village, Biau District, North Gorontalo for 45 days, starting from September 3 to October 18, 2020. The training was carried out by providing education about the use of corn as a basic ingredient for processing and continued with practical activities for making ready-to-brew antioxidant tea. The result of this training activity was an increase in the knowledge of the local community in Bualo Village about the use of corn as a basic material for processing antioxidant tea products along with attractive packaging.

Abstrak: Gorontalo Utara memiliki potensi yang cukup besar terutama pada sektor pertanian. Salah satu sektor pertanian yang menjadi primadona adalah tanaman jagung Meskipun jagung merupakan komoditi populer di kabupaten Gorontalo Utara, pemanfaatan dan diversifikasi produk olahnnya masih tergolong rendah. Rambut jagung mengandung antioksidan yang salah satunya dapat dikembangkan menjadi produk teh. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan masyarakat lokal dalam mengolah jagung menjadi produk teh antioksidan. Kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan di desa Bualo, Kecamatan Biau, Gorontalo Utara selama 45 hari, mulai dari tanggal 3 September hingga 18 Oktober 2020. Pelatihan dilakukan dengan memberikan edukasi tentang pemanfaatan jagung sebagai bahan dasar pengolahan dan dilanjutkan dengan kegiatan praktik pembuatan teh antioksidan siap seduh. Masyarakat Desa Bualo telah memiliki keterampilan tambahan dalam membuat produk teh antioksidan dengan kemasan yang menarik sebagai produk inovasi dalam rangka meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat lokal.

The techniques that are planned to shape the motivation and participation of educators ranging from the benefits of blended learning, and the application of blended learning so that educators in directly implementing it in the classroom. The implementation method starts in a structured manner starting from the initial discussion about blended learning, taking the results of the initial questionnaire, then giving independent tasks to the teachers. This community service was attended by 12 teachers at SMA Katolik 1 Kabanjahe, Kab. Karo. North Sumatra. The important conclusion of this community service is the awareness and ability of educators in using information technology, especially blended learning can increase motivation to educators to provide maximum learning to learners.

Abstrak: Teknologi informasi dengan menggunakan internet dapat menguntungkan para pendidik dalam memberikan informasi kepada peserta didik. Pengetahuan tentang teknologi informasi mempunyai potensi yang sangat tinggi. Tujuan dari penulisan: (1) memperluas wawasan, pengetahuan dan pengalaman secara langsung tentang model pembelajaran blended learning untuk guru guru khususnya Guru SMA Katolik 1 Kabanjahe; (2) Guru–guru dapat menggunakan teknologi pembelajaran elearning moodle. Teknik yang direncanakan untuk membentuk motivasi dan partisipasi tenaga pendidik mulai dari keuntungan blended learning, dan pengaplikasian blended learning sehingga tenaga pendidik dalam langsung mengimplementasikannya di dalam kelas. Metode pelaksanaan dimulai secara terstruktur mulai dari diskusi awal tentang blended learning, mengambil hasil kuesioner awal, selanjutnya memberikan tugas mandiri kepada guru–guru. Pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini diikuti oleh 12 guru di SMA Katolik 1 Kabanjahe, kab. Karo. Sumatera Utara. Kesimpulan penting dari pengabdian ini adalah adanya kesadaran dan kemampuan pendidik dalam menggunakan teknologi informasi khususnya blended learning dapat meningkatkan motivasi kepada tenaga pendidik untuk memberikan pembelajaran yang maksimal kepada peserta didik.

Abstract:This study aims to apply the Analytic Network Process (ANP) method as a decision support tool in determining the eligibility of education grant recipients in North Sumatra Province. The background of this research arises…
from the large number of grant applicants compared to the available budget, as well as the absence of clear and objective evaluation standards. The ANP method was chosen because it allows the interdependence between assessment criteria such as institutional feasibility, performance and achievement, social and educational impact, and accountability and transparency to be analyzed comprehensively. Data were obtained through interviews, documentation, and observation at the North Sumatra Provincial Education Office. The results of the ANP model show that the criterion with the highest weight is accountability and transparency (0.44), followed by social and educational impact (0.31). Among the three alternatives, community-based education foundations (A2) obtained the highest total weight (0.30), indicating that they are the most eligible recipients of education grants. The implementation of the ANP-based decision support system produces valid and consistent ranking results (CR < 0.1), enabling faster, fairer, and more transparent decision-making. Therefore, the ANP method contributes significantly to improving governance, objectivity, and accountability in the distribution of education grants in North Sumatra Province.

between supply and demand, resulting in excess stock and budget waste. Uncertain demand for drugs is a factor that complicates decision-making in stock provision. This study aims to optimize drug stock management using the Mamdani fuzzy logic method, which is capable of handling data uncertainty and modeling information linguistically. Three input variables are used, namely initial stock, demand, and number of visits, with the output being the final stock. The process involves fuzzification, inference based on IF–THEN rules, and defuzzification using the centroid method. The results show that the developed system has a good accuracy level with a MAPE value of 17.52%, which means that this model is effective in providing optimal and efficient drug stock recommendations in a veterinary clinic environment.

do not fully meet the eligibility criteria, while those in greater need don’t receive it, including at SDN 014672 Tanjung Alam, Asahan Regency, North Sumatra Province. Based on this issue, a structured system is needed. The purpose of this study is to construct decision support systems for determining PIP fund recipients using Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS) method. Data was collected using questionnaires, documentation, and observation techniques. Respondents consisted of 8 students from SDN 014672 Tanjung Alam. Criteria include number of dependents, homeownership status, attendance rate, and students final grades. System was developed using CodeIgniter 3 as framework, MySQL as database software, and InnoDB as database engine. ARAS method was applied to rank available alternatives. Based on calculations, first rank was obtained by alternative 6 (Malika Hendra As-Syifa), second rank by alternative 7 (Mutia Indah Sari), and third rank by alternative 8 (Rafa Kavindra). This study is expected to be further developed by applying other DSS methods, performing regular system maintenance, and integrating system with school data to improve accuracy and usability.

Abstrak: Program Indonesia Pintar (PIP) merupakan bantuan pemerintah untuk mendukung pendidikan siswa kurang mampu. Namun, masih ditemukan penerima anggaran PIP yang kurang tepat sasaran, di mana bantuan diberikan kepada siswa yang kurang memenuhi kriteria, sementara siswa yang lebih membutuhkan tidak menerimanya, termasuk di SDN 014672 Tanjung Alam, Kabupaten Asahan, Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, dibutuhkan sebuah sistem terstruktur. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk membangun sistem pendukung keputusan penetapan pemeroleh anggaran PIP menggunakan metode Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS). Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik angket, dokumentasi, dan observasi. Responden adalah 8 siswa SDN 014672 Tanjung Alam. Kriteria meliputi jumlah tanggungan orang tua, status kepemilikan rumah, tingkat kehadiran, dan nilai akhir siswa. Sistem dirancang menggunakan CodeIgniter 3 sebagai framework, MySQL sebagai database software, dan InnoDB sebagai database engine. Perhitungan dengan metode ARAS digunakan untuk merangking alternatif yang ada. Berdasarkan perhitungan yang dilakukan, peringkat pertama diperoleh oleh alternatif 6 yakni Malika Hendra As-Syifa, peringkat kedua diperoleh oleh alternatif 7 yakni Mutia Indah sari, dan peringkat ketiga diperoleh oleh alternatif 8 yakni Rafa Kavindra. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat dikembangkan lebih lanjut dengan menerapkan metode Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) lainnya, melakukan pemeliharaan sistem secara berkala, serta mengintegrasikan sistem dengan data sekolah untuk meningkatkan keakuratan dan kemudahan penggunaan.

Performance appraisals are carried out between superiors and subordinates, looking at the employee's work results in the last year. Employee performance assessment at the North Padang Lawas Regency PUPR Service still uses a manual system so that the files are not arranged quickly and employee performance assessment still uses calculations with Microsoft Excel. With this problem, the fuzzy logic method is used. The fuzzy method is used to obtain the best employee performance assessment, with 3 criteria to produce the greatest value selected. This research aims to design an employee performance assessment application using the fuzzy method, to obtain recommendations for promotion. The test results of 8 people had sufficient value and 2 people had low value. For low-ranking employees, they will be given sanctions and reprimands by their superiors, while for employees with sufficient value, their performance must be improved to be even better.

Abstrak: Penilaian kinerja merupakan proses pengukuran organisasi dalam mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Penilaian kinerja dapat juga diartikan sebagai penentuan secara periodik efektivitas operasional suatu organisasi, dan personilnya, berdasarkan visi, misi dan standar organisasi yang telah ditetapkan sebelumnya. Penilaian kinerja dilakukan antara atasan dengan bawahan, melihat hasil kerja pegawai dalam setahun terakhir. Penilaian kinerja pegawai pada Dinas PUPR Kabupaten Padang Lawas Utara masih menggunakan sistem manual sehingga berkas-berkas file tidak tersusun secara rapid dan penilaian kinerja pegawai masih menggunakanperhitungan dengan microsoft excel.Dengan permasalahah tersebut menggunakan metode fuzzy logic. Metode fuzzy digunakan dalam mendapatkan penilaian kinerja pegawai terbaik, dengan 3 kriteria untuk menghasilkan nilai terbesar yang terpilih. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang aplikasi penilaian kinerja karyawan dengan metode fuzzy, untuk mendapatkan rekomendasi kenaikan jabatan. Hasil tes dari 8 orang memiliki nilai cukup dan 2 orang memiliki nilai rendah. Bagi pegawai yang memiliki nilai rendah akan diberikan sanksi dan teguran oleh atasannya, sedangkan bagi pegawai yang memiliki nilai cukup, kinerjanya harus ditingkatkan agar lebih baik lagi.
