Service Quality On Electricity Customer Satisfaction Prepay In North Gunungsitoli District

Abstract: The purpose of the study was to determine the Quality of Service affecting Prepaid Electricity Customer Satisfaction in North Gunungsitoli District, Gunungsitoli City, to realize this goal, data collection techniques were… e carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents of prepaid electricity customers. This type of research is quantitative based on obtaining data in the form of numbers obtained by distributing questionnaires. From the results of the hypothesis test (t test) it was found that the accepted hypothesis was ha, where there was an influence of service quality on prepaid electricity customer satisfaction in North Gunungsitoli District, Gunungsitoli City, and from the results of the Determination coefficient test obtained a value of 71.1%. This can be interpreted that the satisfaction of Prepaid Electricity customers in North Gunungsitoli District, Gunungsitoli City is influenced by service quality by 71 percent. Based on the results of the T Variable X test of service quality, a calculated value = 7.515 was obtained with a signification level of 0.000. Using a signification limit of 0.05 we get a table t of 1.697. Which signifies that tcount > t table, which means Ho rejected Ha accepted.

The Macroscopic Measurement Of The Liver And Kidney Of Male Mice (Rattus Norvegicus Berkenhout) Treated With Neptunia Plena Lour Leaf Extract

Abstract: The Supan Supan Laki plant (N. plena Lour) has been used traditionally by a group of people in Pal Batu Village, Paminggir District, North Hulu Sungai Regency as a herbal medicine to increase male sexual activity. Based&#8230; on previous research, this plant has been proven to have a positive effect in increasing fertility in test animals. However, until now, there is no certainty regarding the safety of using this plant. This study aims to examine the effects and safety of consuming Supan Supan Laki extract on the macroscopic appearance of the liver and kidneys in mice. This research was carried out, there were four treatment groups in this study, namely Na-CMC 0.5%; 87.5mg/KgBW; 175mg/KgBW; and 350mg/KgBW, given for 28 days using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) trial design. On the 29th day, surgery was performed to observe the liver and kidney macroscopically. Measurement of color, surface and relative organ weight parameters of the kidneys and liver of mice. The results of the study showed that administration of Supan Supan Laki leaf extract caused significant changes in the macroscopic appearance of the liver and kidney organs. In the research analysis using the One Way Anova test, the results of the test showed that the liver (p>0.05) did not have a significant level of variation, while the kidney (p<0.05) had a significant level of variation so that it could be concluded that the effect of N.plena Lour leaf extract have different effects on the relative weight of the heart and kidney organs.

Sosialisasi Tata Cara Revitalisasi Infrastruktur Hijau: Solusi Inovatif Untuk Peningkatan Ketahanan Lingkungan Di Pematang Johar

Abstract: Pematang Johar, sebuah desa yang berkembang pesat di Kecamatan Labuhan Deli, Kabupaten Deli Serdang, Sumatera Utara, menghadapi tekanan lingkungan yang meningkat akibat alih fungsi lahan, berkurangnya ruang terbuka hijau,&#8230; , dan genangan air yang berulang pada musim hujan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan memperkenalkan revitalisasi infrastruktur hijau sebagai solusi inovatif untuk memperkuat ketahanan lingkungan di tingkat lingkungan permukiman. Metode yang digunakan meliputi tahap persiapan, koordinasi dengan aparat desa, sosialisasi partisipatif, demonstrasi praktis pembuatan lubang resapan biopori, sumur resapan, dan taman hujan, serta evaluasi melalui instrumen pretest-posttest. Kegiatan diikuti oleh 42 peserta yang terdiri dari perangkat desa, anggota karang taruna, dan ibu rumah tangga. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan skor pemahaman rata-rata peserta secara signifikan, dari 40% sebelum kegiatan menjadi 84% setelah kegiatan, serta peserta menunjukkan minat yang tinggi untuk menerapkan teknik tersebut secara mandiri. Kegiatan ini menyimpulkan bahwa intervensi infrastruktur hijau yang murah dan partisipatif dapat ditransfer secara efektif kepada masyarakat serta berkontribusi menurunkan risiko banjir sekaligus memulihkan fungsi ekologis di skala lingkungan permukiman. Pematang Johar, a rapidly developing village in Labuhan Deli Subdistrict, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra, faces increasing environmental pressure from land-use conversion, reduced green open space, and recurrent waterlogging during the rainy season. This community service activity aimed to introduce green infrastructure revitalization as an innovative approach to strengthen local environmental resilience. The method consisted of preparation, coordination with village authorities, participatory outreach (sosialisasi), practical demonstration of biopore infiltration holes, recharge wells, and rain gardens, and evaluation through pretest-posttest instruments. The activity involved 42 participants consisting of village officials, youth organization members, and housewives. Results showed a substantial increase in participants' average understanding score, from 40% before the activity to 84% afterward, and participants expressed strong interest in applying the techniques independently. The activity concludes that low-cost, participatory green infrastructure interventions can be effectively transferred to communities and contribute to reducing flood risk while restoring ecological function at the neighborhood scale.

Transformasi Desa Menuju Era Digital Melalui Literasi Teknologi Informasi

Abstract: Akselerasi teknologi informasi memicu adanya kesenjangan digital (digital divide) di tingkat pedesaan akibat rendahnya literasi teknologi pada masyarakat non-produktif dan aparatur desa. Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat&#8230; kat (PKM) ini bertujuan mengatasi kendala operasional perangkat digital, kerentanan siber, serta mengoptimalkan administrasi publik di Desa Perapat Janji, Sumatera Utara. Melalui pendekatan Community-Based Education, program diwujudkan lewat dua klaster utama: Digital Literacy Academy untuk warga umum serta E-Government Literacy Workshop bagi aparatur desa. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan dampak kuantitatif yang signifikan. Skor rata-rata literasi digital masyarakat umum melonjak sebesar 85,4%, naik dari nilai pre-test 42,5 menjadi 78,8 pada post-test. Sementara itu, kompetensi psikomotorik aparatur desa meningkat dari 48,0 menjadi 87,5, dengan tingkat keberhasilan 100% dalam pengarsipan berbasis cloud. Program ini berhasil mempercepat transformasi desa menjadi lebih cakap digital serta meningkatkan efisiensi layanan sosial kedesaan yang adaptif terhadap perkembangan teknologi. The acceleration of information technology has triggered a significant digital divide in rural areas due to low digital literacy among non-productive communities and village officials. This Community Service (PKM) program aimed to overcome operational digital device limitations, cyber vulnerabilities, and sub-optimal public administration services in Perapat Janji Village, North Sumatra. Utilizing a Community-Based Education approach, the project implemented two main initiatives: the Digital Literacy Academy for the general public and the E-Government Literacy Workshop for village officials. The evaluation showed significant quantitative impacts. The general public's average digital literacy score jumped by 85.4%, increasing from a pre-test score of 42.5 to 78.8 in the post-test. Meanwhile, the psychomotor competence of village officials rose from 48.0 to 87.5, achieving a 100% success rate in cloud-based digital archiving. This program successfully accelerated rural transformation toward digital proficiency and enhanced the efficiency of adaptive village social services.

Community Empowerment in the Landscaping of Gardens around Karo Traditional Houses to Support Cultural Ecotourism in Lingga Village

Abstract: Lingga Village in Karo Regency, North Sumatra, is a cultural village that preserves the traditional architecture of the Karo people, particularly the Siwaluh Jabu traditional house, which reflects the community’s life philosophy,&#8230; philosophy, social order, and spirituality. The surrounding environment of these traditional houses remains poorly organized, with vacant land left unmanaged and declining awareness of cultural preservation, resulting in suboptimal utilization of the area’s aesthetic value, cultural function, and tourism potential. This community service program aims to arrange a cultural garden around the traditional houses while empowering the local community to manage the cultural landscape in a sustainable manner, with a focus on preserving cultural identity, improving environmental quality, and strengthening the local economy through the development of cultural tourism and agrotourism. The implementation method adopts a community-based participatory approach, carried out through several stages: site observation and mapping, focus group discussions, planning and designing the cultural garden, training and knowledge transfer, collective implementation of garden arrangement, as well as evaluation and documentation. The garden design integrates the orientation of the Siwaluh Jabu house, the cosmological meaning of space, ecological landscape principles, and the selection of local vegetation with symbolic, aesthetic, and economic value, organized into aesthetic, educational, and productive zones. The results of the program indicate the establishment of a well-arranged cultural garden rich in Karo cultural symbols, increased community capacity and participation, and the creation of a sustainable cultural landscape management model that functions as a “living laboratory” combining aesthetic, educational, economic, and spiritual roles. This model positions the community as the main actor and holds potential to be replicated in other cultural villages with similar characteristics.

PROMOTING INTERNET IN RURAL AREAS THROUGH STUDENT TRAINING AT SAM N 1 BADIRI CENTRAL TAPANULI REGENCY

Abstract: As the modern era progresses, Indonesia is one of the countries with a majority of its population actively using the internet. However, it's important to note that 10% of Indonesians don't yet understand how to use it. Many&#8230; any areas in Indonesia still experience delays in the adoption of technology, such as the Marangkayu sub-district in Kutai Kartanegara Regency, North Sumatra Province. Therefore, through community service activities, The author wishes to provide training on technology in the modern era, particularly in Badiri District, Central Tapanuli Regency. Because we believe that many people still don't understand digital technology, for example, how to operate a computer. Here, the author wants to share knowledge and information about digital technology, especially for students at SMAN N 1 Badiri, Tapanuli Regency. In this training, the author targets five meetings with material that will be presented, starting from computer operation, providing material on the use of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office applications. Peran Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia dalam Membantu Mengatasi Permasalahan Mahasiswa di LPM Dinamika UIN SU

Abstract: This study aims to determine the role of human resource management (HRM) in helping to overcome student problems at the Student Press Institute (LPM) DINAMIKA, State Islamic University of North Sumatra (UIN SU), particularly&#8230; arly in improving member quality, overcoming member activity problems, and identifying obstacles faced in organizational HR management. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data were obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation with informants consisting of the General Manager, Head of the Research and Development Division (Litbang), Head of the Member Resource Development Subdivision (PSDA), and members of LPM DINAMIKA UIN SU. The results of the study indicate that HRM plays a role in improving member quality through various coaching and competency development programs, and helps increase member activity through continuous motivation, coaching, and coordination. However, its implementation still faces several obstacles, such as low member commitment, time constraints, and differences in motivation levels. Therefore, more effective and sustainable HRM management is needed to support the development of the organization and its members.

Abstract: Thus, continuous efforts are needed to increase community participation in democracy and participate in filling development. The higher level of community participation in providing suggestions, opinions, input, constructive&#8230; tive criticism and other forms of participation will indicate the level of quality of the development and governance process starting from planning, implementation / implementation, and control and supervision. The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of community aspiration absorption carried out by the West Nias Regency DPRD and analyze the participation carried out by the community in channeling their aspirations through the West Nias Regency DPRD. The research method used is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Descriptive research method is a method in examining a group of people in an object, a system of thought, or in a class of events in the present. The purpose of this descriptive research is to make a description, general picture or painting systematically, factually, and accurately regarding the facts, characteristics and relationships between the phenomena being investigated. The results of this study are 1) The absorption of community aspirations has not fully run well due to limited human resources, minimal facilities and budget, budget limitations and ineffective coordination and communication; 2) The absorption of aspirations is conveyed through formal activities such as the participation of DPRD members in the Musrenbang conducted by the West Nias Regency Government, Recess, Working Visits or sudden inspections and through informal activities carried out by council members on a daily basis (without a prior schedule). ; 3) Public participation in channeling their aspirations is conveyed through personal and/or group complaints, both directly and indirectly, such as through correspondence, mass media, social media and electronic media.

Abstract: Study This aims to find out and deepen Improvement Growth Results Sweet Corn Plants ( Zea Mays) With Utilization Blotong and POC Seprint. This research was conducted on the land of the Department of Environmental Protection&#8230; ion Food, Agriculture and Fisheries Department of Medan City, Jl. Keramat Indah No. 4, Medan Southeast, Medan Denai District, North Sumatra. The experimental design that The design used in this study was a Randomized Block Design (RAK) with 3x3 factorial pattern with 3 replications with total treatment combinations as many as 9 treatments. Treatment factor of Blotong dose with symbol B consisting of 3 level that is : (B1) 0.50 kg/plot (B2) 1.00 kg/plot (B3) 1.50 kg/plot. Factor POC Seprint concentration with the symbol S which consists of 3 levels, namely: (S1) 4 ml/1 L water (S2) 8 ml/1 L water and (S3) 12 ml/1 L water. Observation data was carried out analysis of variance with F test at 5% level, if the difference is significant then the test followed by Duncan's test at 5% level. 1). The effect of the Blotong dose has an effect very real on plant height, number of leaves, flag leaf length, leaf width flag, weight of cob, diameter of cob, length of cob, but it has an effect real on production per plot And amount line per cob, whereas had no significant effect on the stem diameter of sweet corn plants ( Zea Mays ). 2). Based on the results and discussion, it can be concluded that the treatment POC Seprint does not have a very significant impact on all parameters Which observed. Addition fertilizer Seprint with concentration 12 ml/1 L water show results Which best compared to treatment other. 3). Interaction between treatment influences Blotong and POC Seprint no real effect on all observation parameters observed on sweet corn plants ( Zea Mays ).

THE EFFECT OF DOLOMITE AND NPK FERTILIZER APPLICATION ON GROWTH

Abstract: This research was conducted at the UPT Benih Induk Palawija located in North Sumatra, precisely at Jl. Pendidikan No. 23, Tanjung Selamat, Sunggal District, Deli Serdang Regency, the research was conducted in the period&#8230; of June--September 2023. RAK or Randomized Block Design through factorial with two treatment factors was used as the method of this research. Three levels namely: D1 = 0 g / plot (0 kg / ha), D2 = 40 g / plot (270 kg / ha), D3 = 60 g / plot (400 kg / ha), the three of them became the first factor of dolomite (D) dosage which was grouped into three levels. In addition, N1 = 30 g / plot (200 kg / ha), N2 = 45 g / plot (300 kg / ha), N3 = 60 g / plot (400 kg / ha), the three of them became the second factor of NPK Mutiara fertilizer dosage which was divided into three levels. Dolomite application, 60 g/plot produces optimal yield and growth of peanut plants, namely the weight of 100 dry seeds, plant height, pod weight per plot, flowering age, pod weight per plant, number of branches, number of filled pods per plant, number of gynophores per plant, number of empty pods per plant, and total number of pods per plant are significantly affected by dolomite application. Meanwhile, application of NPK Mutiara fertilizer with a dose of 60 g/plot shows the same thing. The combination of dolomite and NPK Mutiara fertilizer only has a significant effect on the number of gynophores per plant.
