The Library and Archives Service of North Sumatra Province uses information and communication technology to meet user needs by developing technology-based services that facilitate effective and efficient library activities. Examples of these services include a library service system in a pocket (silapustaku) or online book reservations. To make it simpler to explain how the system functions and is utilized by the community, this study uses UML (Unified Modeling Language) modeling to examine the pocket library service system or online book reservation. A descriptive qualitative approach to the design of the UML system development is the research methodology adopted. The study's findings demonstrate a type of UML modeling design that enables each user to be viewed clearly and understood when utilizing the system. in order to build a library approach with the community and improve library performance via the use of technology.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis system layanan pustaka dalam saku atau reservasi buku online dengan menggunakan pemodelan UML (Unified Modeling Language) untuk memudahkan dalam memaparkan kerja system dan di gunakan oleh masyarakat. Metode penelitian yang di gunakan merupakan metode pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan perancangan pengembangan system UML. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bentuk rancangan pemodelan menggunakan UML yang memungkinkan setiap pengguna dapat terlihat jelas dan mudah di mengerti dalam menggunakan system. Sehingga penggunaan teknologi mampu meningkatkan kinerja perpustakaan dan menjalin pendekatan perpustakaan dengan masyarakat.

One example of its development in this millennial era is the development of data processing tools in the form of a repository system. The repository is a storage-based service that offers digital materials in various formats managed by certain parties to its users. UPT.PTPH North Sumatra Province is a government agency engaged in the plant and horticulture sector that does not yet have a computerized information system. To obtain related information, workers or staff must manually search for the desired data. The prototyping model used in the design proved to be adaptive in dealing with change. The results of the study reveal that a multi-platform-based financial statement repository system in the form of websites and Android applications can speed up the report processing process, provide valid financial data and a more transparent and structured data management process.

Abstrak: Peran teknologi informasi dan sistem informasi merupakan dua bagian yang tidak dapat dipisahkan. Keduanya berkembang atas respon urgensi manusia, yang kemudian memiliki pengaruh dan implikasi yang cukup krusial pada zaman ini. Perkembangan keduanya yang cepat dan variatif, mengikuti dari aspek peningkatan kebutuhan manusia terhadap informasi secara cepat dan akurat. Salah satu contoh dari perkembangannya pada zaman millenial ini adalah berkembangnya alat bantu pengolahan data berupa sistem repository. Repository adalah sebuah fasilitas storage-based service yang menawarkan bahan digital dalam berbagai format yang dikelola oleh pihak tertentu kepada kalangan penggunanya. UPT.PTPH Provinsi Sumatera Utara adalah instansi pemerintah yang bergerak di sektor tanaman dan hortikultura yang belum memiliki sistem informasi terkomputerisasi. Untuk mendapatkan informasi terkait, para pekerja ataupun staff harus secara manual mencari data yang diinginkan. Prototyping model yang digunakan dalam perancangan terbukti adaptif dalam menangani perubahan. Hasil penelitian mengungkap bahwa sistem repository financial statement berbasis multi platform berupa website dan aplikasi andoid dapat mempercepat proses pengerjaan laporan, memberikan data keuangan yang valid serta proses pengelolaan data yang lebih transparan dan terstruktur.

Therefore, mapping with Geographic Information Systems can be used to map areas that are prone to flooding specifically by combining spatial data on each predetermined parameter. Not only that, the integration of Geographic Information Systems and forecasting with multiple linear regression methods can predict the level of flood vulnerability based on the parameters determined in the following year. Based on the analysis that has been done, the areas in Pontianak City that are prone to flood disasters are spread over several sub-districts, namely East Pontianak District, Pontianak City District and parts of North Pontianak District.

Abstrak: Bencana banjir seringkali terjadi di wilayah dengan kondisi geografis tertentu sepertijaraknya yang dekat dengan sungai, curah hujan cukup tinggi khususnya pada musim hujan hingga mayoritas jenis tanah yang memiliki kandungan lempung sehingga tidak cukup baikdalam menyerap air. Kota Pontianak merupakan satu diantara kota di Indonesia yang sering dilanda bencana banjir. Oleh karena itu, pemetaan dengan Sistem Informasi Geografis dapat digunakan untuk memetakan wilayah-wilayah yang rawan bencana banjir secara spesifik dengan menggabungkan data spasial pada setiap parameter yang sudah ditentukan. Tidak hanya itu, integrasi sistem informasi geografis dan peramalan dengan metoderegresi linier berganda dapatmemprediksi tingkat kerawanan banjir berdasarkan parameter yang ditentukan pada tahun berikutnya. Berdasarkan analisis yang telah dilakukan, daerah di Kota Pontianak yang rawan bencanabanjir tersebar di beberapa kecamatan yaitu Kecamatan Pontianak Timur, Kecamatan Pontianak Kota dan sebagianKecamatan Pontianak Utara.

Charging input is 7.4VDC, the current 19800mAh in the battery is divided by the maximum current of the solar module 1 watt, which is 160mA, so the charging time the battery is in the range of 2.1 hours. For the design of the lampposts that were made, using a paralon pipe with a length of 5m, with a circle diameter of 9cm, and a second pole connecting 1.5 m long with a circle diameter of 5cm.

Abstrak : PJU (Penerangan Jalan Umum), diatur dalam peraturan mentri perhubungan republik indonesia nomor 27 tahun 2018, tentang alat penerangan jalan. Sejalan dengan pernyataan mentri desa, pembangunan daerah tertinggal dan transmigrasi (Mendes PDTT) eko putro Sandjojo, mengatakan bahwa dana desa bisa digunakan untuk membuat lampu jalan bagi desa yang tidak memiliki lampu jalan. Wilayah jalan lingkar utara, kecamatan datuk bandar timur searah menuju pelabuhan teluk nibung, sebahagian dari jalan tersebut tidak memiliki penerangan jalan dimalam hari, ditambah dengan kondisi jalan yang masih tergolong tanah merah. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan dilapangan maka tim meneliti membuat lampu jalan murah, dengan memanfaatkan dasar sistem kerja rangkaian joule tief, dimana untuk input 7,4 VDC (in 3,7VDC disusun seri-paralel) dengan beban lampu 12 watt dikalikan 4 lampu, dengan total beban 48 watt, mendapati hasil pengukuran frequensi 12,30 Khz dan Iout 0,14A, dan Vpk-pk 82 V. Pengisian input 7,4VDC didapati, arus 19800mAh pada baterai dibagi dengan arus maksimum modul surya 1 watt, yaitu 160mA, sehingga lama pengisian baterai berada pada rentang waktu 2,1 jam. Untuk rancangan tiang lampu yang dibuat, menggunakan pipa paralon dengan panjang 5m, dengan diameter lingkaran 9cm, dan penyambung tiang kedua sepanjang 1,5 m dengan diameter lingkaran 5cm.

Perusahaan ini awalnya menggunakan lembaran stok dalam pengelolaan stok barang, dokumentasi untuk barang masuk dan juga keluar masih menggunakan lembaran manual sehingga rentan hilang, rusak dan tidak dapat dicadangkan, serta pembuatan surat jalan dan invoice masih menggunakan Microsoft Excel. Untuk itu dibuat suatu program yang dapat memperbaiki pengelolaan stok barang dan dokumentasi surat jalan dan invoice. Sistem yang dihasilkan dapat melakukan pengelolaan stok barang meliputi dokumentasi barang masuk, barang keluar, kemudian dapat membantu administrasi mencetak surat jalan dan invoice. Abstrak: Demam Bedarah Dengue, atau biasa disingkat DBD adalah penyakit yang selalu menjadi keresahan pada masyarakat, apalagi pada saat musim hujan wabah penyakit DBD semakin meningkat Seperti pada kota Denpasar wilayah utara, jumlah masyarakat yang terkenana DBD, khususnya yang berusia 7-12 tahun semakin meningkat. Ditambah lagi dengan kurangnya sarana media informasi yang dapat megakibatkan masih banyaknya masyarakat khususnya yang berusia 7-12 tahun yang belum memahami betul terkait wabah penyakit DBD. Dikarenakan lebih banyaknya masyarakat di denpasar utara yng berusia 7-12 tahun yang terkena kasus DBD, penulis memilih lokasi penelitian yaitu pada salah satu sekolah dasar di wilayah Denpasar utara adalah SDPN Negeri Tulang Ampiang. Permaslahan yang terdapat pada penelitian kali ini adalah kurang efisien dan menariknya sebuah media informasi mengenai bahaya DBD yang terdapat pada sekolah SDPN Negeri Tulang Ampiang. Melihat permasalahan pada lokasi penelitian tersebut maka penulis dalam penelitian kali ini akan mebuat sebuah media informasi berupa animasi 3D pengenalan Penyakit Demam Berdarah Dengue Berbasis Android,. Penulis juga dalam menyelesaikan penelitian ini akan menggunakan pendekatan melalui metode Research and Development, dikarenakan pada hasil akhir penelitian ini akan menghasilkan sebuah produk. Terakhir adalah angket pengujian untuk proses evaluasi didalam pengeimplementasian media informasi yang dibuat. Pengujian pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode Black Box yang akan menguji dari persyaratan fungsional dari perangkat lunak yang dibangun serta menggunakan pengujian kousioner untuk menguji aspek informasi dan visual pada aplikasi penulis.

This research uses a qualitative approach with a type of descriptive research, and the object of this study is carried out on natural objects. The data collection techniques used in this study are Observation, Documentation, and Interview. The researcher made observations by directly going into the field to see the object being studied. Then the researcher conducted interviews to explore information to data sources, namely the main informant, key informant, and supporting informant, then collected documents about the use of technology techniques in analyzing the data carried out in this study after data collection, then data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion or verification. Based on the results of the research, it was concluded that the Sisobahili Village Office still does not have adequate facilities to support administrative service activities to the community such as computers that are still not owned by the Sisobahili Village office, the facilities in the Sisobahili Village office, only in the form of laptops and printers . The limitations of these facilities are an obstacle for the Village apparatus in carrying out administrative activities related to the use of technology, so in this case information technology has not been used optimally. Human Resources in the use of information technology by the Sisobahili Village apparatus is still low, due to the low level of education of village apparatus in terms of technology utilization, so that some forms of services carried out still have obstacles, all forms of services related to technology are always charged to operators and other devices that are able to use technology, so it can be concluded based on the results of interviews at the level of human resources of the Village apparatus The use of technology is still minimal. From the results of the hypothesis test (t test) it was found that the accepted hypothesis was ha, where there was an influence of service quality on prepaid electricity customer satisfaction in North Gunungsitoli District, Gunungsitoli City, and from the results of the Determination coefficient test obtained a value of 71.1%. This can be interpreted that the satisfaction of Prepaid Electricity customers in North Gunungsitoli District, Gunungsitoli City is influenced by service quality by 71 percent. Based on the results of the T Variable X test of service quality, a calculated value = 7.515 was obtained with a signification level of 0.000. on previous research, this plant has been proven to have a positive effect in increasing fertility in test animals. However, until now, there is no certainty regarding the safety of using this plant. This study aims to examine the effects and safety of consuming Supan Supan Laki extract on the macroscopic appearance of the liver and kidneys in mice. This research was carried out, there were four treatment groups in this study, namely Na-CMC 0.5%; 87.5mg/KgBW; 175mg/KgBW; and 350mg/KgBW, given for 28 days using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) trial design. On the 29th day, surgery was performed to observe the liver and kidney macroscopically. Measurement of color, surface and relative organ weight parameters of the kidneys and liver of mice. The results of the study showed that administration of Supan Supan Laki leaf extract caused significant changes in the macroscopic appearance of the liver and kidney organs. In the research analysis using the One Way Anova test, the results of the test showed that the liver (p>0.05) did not have a significant level of variation, while the kidney (p<0.05) had a significant level of variation so that it could be concluded that the effect of N.plena Lour leaf extract have different effects on the relative weight of the heart and kidney organs.

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan memperkenalkan revitalisasi infrastruktur hijau sebagai solusi inovatif untuk memperkuat ketahanan lingkungan di tingkat lingkungan permukiman. Metode yang digunakan meliputi tahap persiapan, koordinasi dengan aparat desa, sosialisasi partisipatif, demonstrasi praktis pembuatan lubang resapan biopori, sumur resapan, dan taman hujan, serta evaluasi melalui instrumen pretest-posttest. Kegiatan diikuti oleh 42 peserta yang terdiri dari perangkat desa, anggota karang taruna, dan ibu rumah tangga. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan skor pemahaman rata-rata peserta secara signifikan, dari 40% sebelum kegiatan menjadi 84% setelah kegiatan, serta peserta menunjukkan minat yang tinggi untuk menerapkan teknik tersebut secara mandiri. Kegiatan ini menyimpulkan bahwa intervensi infrastruktur hijau yang murah dan partisipatif dapat ditransfer secara efektif kepada masyarakat serta berkontribusi menurunkan risiko banjir sekaligus memulihkan fungsi ekologis di skala lingkungan permukiman.
Pematang Johar, a rapidly developing village in Labuhan Deli Subdistrict, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra, faces increasing environmental pressure from land-use conversion, reduced green open space, and recurrent waterlogging during the rainy season. This community service activity aimed to introduce green infrastructure revitalization as an innovative approach to strengthen local environmental resilience. The method consisted of preparation, coordination with village authorities, participatory outreach (sosialisasi), practical demonstration of biopore infiltration holes, recharge wells, and rain gardens, and evaluation through pretest-posttest instruments. The activity involved 42 participants consisting of village officials, youth organization members, and housewives. Results showed a substantial increase in participants' average understanding score, from 40% before the activity to 84% afterward, and participants expressed strong interest in applying the techniques independently. The activity concludes that low-cost, participatory green infrastructure interventions can be effectively transferred to communities and contribute to reducing flood risk while restoring ecological function at the neighborhood scale.
