These conditions demonstrate that human behavior plays a significant role in exacerbating environmental damage and increasing the risk of disasters in various regions of Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to show data regarding the Synergy of Pancasila and Politics on Ecological Citizenship Education in Puay Village, Papua Province. The research method used in this study is a qualitative approach, while the type of research used is a case study. The results of this study show data that efforts to protect the environment which is part of the ecological citizenship carried out by the Puay Village community are by planting trees, cleaning the banks of Lake Sentani in Puay Village when commemorating the entry of the Gospel in Puay Village, and introducing the nature around Lake Sentani to students of SDN 5 Puay Village. The conclusion of this study is that the Puay Village community has contributed to protecting nature, especially the environment around Lake Sentani, which is the lifeblood of the Puay Village community.

The Local Microorganisms (MoL) applied, such as Solanum lycopersicum (L.) and Saccharum officinarum Linn., contain various functional microbes such as Lactobacillus sp., Saccharomyces sp., and Azotobacter sp., which play a role in nitrogen fixation, phosphate solubilisation, and organic matter decomposition. Overall, the results of research and observations conducted on Organosol soil media treated with Ananas comosus (L.) Merr. extract with the addition of Local Microorganisms (MoL) Solanum lycopersicum (L.) and Saccharum officinarum Linn. has been proven to effectively improve the chemical properties and fertility of Organosol soil through its role in increasing microbial activity and accelerating the decomposition of organic matter. This indicates that innovations in the application of fruit and the role of local microorganisms have the potential to be developed as environmentally friendly technologies for sustainable soil management.

High blood glucose levels, if left untreated, can cause various complications such as heart disease, stroke, nerve damage, and wound infections that can lead to amputation. One non-pharmacological treatment that can be given is by giving boiled moringa leaves, because moringa leaves contain antioxidants such as flavonoids, vitamins A, C, and E which can lower blood glucose levels. Objective: To determine the effect of Moringa leaf decoction on reducing blood glucose levels in diabetes mellitus patients in Sikampuh Village, Kroya District, Cilacap Regency. Method: The method used was a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach. Results: Based on the research results, administering Moringa leaf decoction to blood glucose levels in diabetes mellitus patients for 7 days was proven to be effective in lowering blood glucose levels. Conclusion: Administering Moringa leaf decoction to diabetes mellitus patients for 7 days can lower blood glucose levels.

ng Hormone (TSH) in newborns before clinical symptoms appear. The timing of blood sample collection is a critical factor because TSH levels physiologically surge within the first 24 hours of life. This study aims to determine the accuracy of TSH sampling time in CH screening at Prima Medika General Hospital, Denpasar. A descriptive analytical method was used with a total sampling technique involving 105 neonates who underwent CHS from October to December 2024. Secondary data were obtained from laboratory request forms and the Laboratory Information System (LIS). Results showed that 92.4% of samples were collected on the second day of life, which aligns with the ideal window of 48–72 hours, and only 1.9% of neonates had elevated TSH levels. The study concludes that most sample collections met the recommended timing, contributing to valid results and effective CHS implementation. Timely sampling plays a vital role in early CH detection and reflects the overall quality of neonatal laboratory services.

Kianna Pet Shop and Animal Care has many customers who trust Kianna Pet Shop and Animal Care to treat their pets. Kianna Pet Shop and Animal Care only has one veterinarian and one assistant. Angora cat diseases in general that are often treated at Kianna Pet Shop and Animal Care are fungus, FLUTD, feline calicivirus, fleas, cat flu, intestinal worms, hematoma (blood clots), chlamydiosis and diarrhea. To overcome these problems, an expert system was created using the Case Based Reasoning (CBR) method which will facilitate communication and consultation between veterinarians and Angora cat owners.

Dalam perawatannya, tak sedikit pemilik kucing anggora yang kurang memahami bagaimana cara merawat kucing anggora dengan baik sehingga dapat menyebabkan hewan tersebut terserang penyakit. Kurangnya pengetahuan yang dimiliki oleh pemilik kucing tentang penyakit yang dialami oleh hewan kesayangannya itu dapat mengakibatkan kesalahan diagnosa serta penanganan yang tidak sesuai. Kianna Pet Shop and Animal Care memiliki banyak pelanggan yang memberikan kepercayaan terhadap Kianna Pet Shop and Animal Care untuk mengobati hewan peliharaannya. Kianna Pet Shop and Animal Care hanya memiliki satu orang dokter hewan dan satu orang asisten. Penyakit kucing anggora pada umumnya yang sering berobat di Kianna Pet Shop and Animal Care yaitu jamur, FLUTD, feline calicivirus, kutu, cat flu, cacingan, hematoma (pembekuan darah), chlamydiosis dan diare. Mengatasi permasalahan tersebut maka dibuat suatu sistem pakar menggunakan metode Case Based Reasoning (CBR) yang akan mempermudah komunikasi dan konsultasi antara dokter hewan dan pemilik kucing anggora.

It is hoped that through the rehabilitation services at the Nyaman Jiwo Rehab, the patient will be able to be independent "Migunani Tumraping Liyan" meaning that it is useful for others. The purpose of the Integrated Community Service (PPMT) is to increase the knowledge of nursing home nurses so that they can be used as a provision in encouraging the realization of one of the missions of the Nya-man Jiwo Rehabilitation Institution, which is to provide physical, psychosocial, spiritual therapy and skills/productive economic efforts. This service method uses 4 stages, namely preparation, socialization, training and also assistance in the application of MPKP, assistance in patient independence activities, and also assistance in morning exercise activities. This activity received a good response from the owner of the orphanage and also the nurses. Participants were very enthusiastic about the activities given to them.

Pemilik Panti mengemukakan bahwa, yayasan sudah memiliki rencana konsep pengembangan vokasional terapi ketrampilan meliputi pembuatan lahan pertanian (sayur mayor, polo wijo), peternakan (sapi, kambing, bebek), ketrampilan menjahit dan tata boga/memasak. Diharapkan melalui layanan rehabilitasi di Yayasan Panti Rehabilitasi Nyaman Jiwo, pasien mampu mandiri “Migunani Tumraping Liyan “artinya bermanfaat bagi yang lain. Tujuan Pengabdian pada Masyarakat Terpadu (PPMT) adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan perawat Panti sehingga bisa digunakan sebagai bekal dalam mendorong terwujudnya salah satu misi Panti Rehabilitasi Nyaman Jiwo yaitu memberikan terapi fisik, psikososial, spiritual dan ketrampilan/ usaha ekonomi produktif. Metode pengabdian ini menggunakan 4 tahapan yaitu persiapan, sosialisasi, pelatihan dan juga pendampingan dalam penerapan MPKP, pendampingan dalam kegiatan kemandirian pasien, dan juga pendampingan dalam kegiatan senam pagi. Kegiatan ini mendapatkan sambutan yang baik dari pemilik panti dan juga perawat yang ada. Peserta sangat antusias dengan kegiatan yang diberikan kepada mereka.

Kegiatan pelatihan pemanfaatan teknologi komputer dalam dunia kesehatan ini disajikan dengan metode ceramah, demonstrasi dan tanya jawab. Manfaat yang diperoleh dari kegiatan ini antara lain dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan tenaga kesehatan agar lebih profesional dalam mengolah data pasien yang berobat di UPT Puskesmas Porsea agar dapat mengelola data pasien secara efektif dan efisien dalam penguasan IPTEKS, sehingga dapat mempermudah proses perhitungan jumlah pasien yang berobat secara komputerisasi dengan bantuan Microsoft Excel.
