Nias Regency. This study aims to determine the level of performance of Sisobahili Village office employees in the use of technology to improve administrative services. This research uses a qualitative approach with a type of descriptive research, and the object of this study is carried out on natural objects. The data collection techniques used in this study are Observation, Documentation, and Interview. The researcher made observations by directly going into the field to see the object being studied. Then the researcher conducted interviews to explore information to data sources, namely the main informant, key informant, and supporting informant, then collected documents about the use of technology techniques in analyzing the data carried out in this study after data collection, then data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion or verification. Based on the results of the research, it was concluded that the Sisobahili Village Office still does not have adequate facilities to support administrative service activities to the community such as computers that are still not owned by the Sisobahili Village office, the facilities in the Sisobahili Village office, only in the form of laptops and printers . The limitations of these facilities are an obstacle for the Village apparatus in carrying out administrative activities related to the use of technology, so in this case information technology has not been used optimally. Human Resources in the use of information technology by the Sisobahili Village apparatus is still low, due to the low level of education of village apparatus in terms of technology utilization, so that some forms of services carried out still have obstacles, all forms of services related to technology are always charged to operators and other devices that are able to use technology, so it can be concluded based on the results of interviews at the level of human resources of the Village apparatus The use of technology is still minimal. The technology application system in Sisobahili Village has been running since 2018, but in 2022-2023, the Village information system, based semi-online, due to a lack of support, and for 2024 the plan will be carried out online through the website.

ering terlihat siswa tidak mau bertanya kepada guru , padahal mereka kurang memahami materi yang disampaikan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana efektivitas metode focus group Discussion dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Inggris . Siswa Kelas VIII mengikuti penelitian ini pada tahun ajaran 2023-2024. Siswa yang berjumlah 30 orang, 16 orang siswa laki-laki dan 14 orang siswa perempuan. Penelitian ini berlangsung dalam dua siklus, masing-masing siklus terdiri dari; “perencaaan, tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Data yang dikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini meliputi : hasil belajar siswa, observasi terhadap aktifitas selama pembelajaran, hasil post tes yang diberikan dan refleksi dari lembar kuis refleksi. Observasi kinerja guru dalam pembelajaran dengan metode Focus Group Discussion dan refleksi dari mitra peneliti, yang diambil pada setiap akhir siklus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa akitivitas Guru meningkat dengan baik yaitu mencapai (standar skor “baik”) sudah menguasai dan menerapkan model Focus Group Discussion dalam pembelajaran dan pada akhir siklus 2 pada umumnya sudah berkisar pada (standar Skor” sangat baik ). Partisipasi siswa saat KBM pada petemuan pertama siklus 1 masih rendah (berkisar pada standar”cukup), tetapi pada pertemuan kedua siklus satu mulai meningkat( standar skor “baik”)dan suasana kelas semakin harmonis. Pada Akhir silkus 2 pada umumnya siswa sudah berpartisi “sangat baik” pada saat KMB. Hasil belajar siswa pada akhir Siklus 1 semakin meningkat menjadi 17 dari 30 siswa (64%) yang mencapai nilai standar ketuntasan belajar dibanding sebelum PTK berlangsung dari 30 siswa, 17 (60%) siswa yang tuntas. Pada akhir siklus 2 semakin membaik yaitu mencapai 25 dari 30 siswa (80%)

Informasi keberhasilan akademik siswa diperoleh melalui metode tes instrumental yaitu. Berupa tes akademik. Data kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif kuantitatif .Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) pada media audio visual dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar bahasa Inggris siswa kelas VIII SMP semester I tahun pelajaran 2023/2024.Rata-rata hasil belajar siswa sebesar menunjukkan peningkatan dari siklus I ke siklus II. Rata-rata hasil belajar siswa kelas hanya mencapai 66,76 pada awal pembelajaran, meningkat menjadi 73,82 pada periode pertama, dan 83,82 pada pada periode kedua.
