s V SDN 04 Sungai Aro. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuasi-eksperimen dengan desain pretest-posttest control group. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 30 siswa yang dibagi secara acak ke dalam kelompok eksperimen dan kontrol. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket motivasi belajar dan tes matematika. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan motivasi belajar matematika pada kelompok eksperimen setelah perlakuan TGT berbantuan IFB. Penerapan model ini terbukti efektif untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar matematika siswa kelas V SD.

This program aligns with the government's "Red and White Cooperative" initiative, which promotes digitalization and professional cooperative governance. The Pelatihan was conducted using a participatory approach involving lecturers, students, and cooperative actors. Results showed an increase in participants' understanding of transaction recording, the preparation of simple financial reports, and the importance of transparency in cooperative fund management. Technical challenges in the hybrid implementation can be overcome with active mentoring and the use of appropriate digital platforms. The method used in this study is library research, which collects and analyzes various related literature to explore the concept of technology, and the integration model in the implementation of KDKMP technical guidance in Gorontalo, as well as the role of the cooperative office and facilitators in its implementation. The findings indicate that the management and implementation of KKDMP Technical Guidance runs smoothly and with quality thanks to the use of technology. In addition, cooperative facilitators who pass the 2025 test from the Ministry of Cooperatives are expected to be able to implement practices in accordance with the implementation journal and applicable regulations effectively. The aim of this research is to analyze and describe the e-procurement process within a collaborative framework and to identify the obstacles faced. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techinuques through interviews with the local UKPBJ of Pekanbaru City, the Departement of Trade and Industry of Pekanbaru City, the Inspectorate of Pekanbaru dan the Department of Cooperatives and MSMEs of Pekanbaru City. The result of this study indicate that collaboration among actors is on going but not yet optimal, especially in horizontal dimensions. The involvement of local business actors is still limited due to a lack of technical assistance and information. This research recommends strebgthening the role of local governments as facilitators of collaboration, enchancing the capatity of business actors, and fostering synergy between institutions to achieve participatory, transparent procurement using domestic products.

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Informan penelitian terdiri dari guru PAI dan beberapa peserta didik di SDN 1 Liberia. Data dianalisis menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru PAI menerapkan strategi pembelajaran berbasis toleransi melalui integrasi nilai-nilai toleransi dalam RPP dan materi pembelajaran, penggunaan metode cerita, diskusi, cooperative learning, serta pembiasaan sikap saling menghargai dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Faktor pendukung implementasi toleransi meliputi dukungan warga sekolah, lingkungan yang harmonis, dan kurikulum pendidikan karakter. Adapun faktor penghambat berasal dari latar belakang keluarga dan pengaruh lingkungan luar. Guru PAI berperan sebagai pendidik, teladan, fasilitator, dan pembimbing dalam membentuk sikap toleran peserta didik sehingga tercipta lingkungan sekolah yang inklusif, harmonis, dan menghargai keberagaman.

hool marching band activities may reproduce discipline-oriented rehearsal models designed for older learners. A one-group pre-test and post-test mixed-methods design was used with twenty Indonesian preschool children aged four to five years. Over six weeks, children participated in twelve adapted marching band sessions that combined simplified rhythmic patterns, child-scaled instruments, neat but developmentally adjusted formations, cooperative music-making, visual-motor activities, and responsive teacher facilitation. Quantitative data were collected using a four-point developmental observation rubric covering rhythmic competence, motor coordination, and socio-emotional engagement. Qualitative data were obtained from teacher reflective journals and post-intervention interviews. Paired-sample analysis showed higher post-test scores across the three developmental domains. The largest observed improvement appeared in socio-emotional engagement, followed by rhythmic competence and motor coordination. However, because the study did not include a control group, the findings should be interpreted as developmental changes observed after participation rather than definitive causal effects of the intervention. Qualitative findings indicated that children participated more confidently when teachers simplified rhythmic tasks, used clear and neat formations with reduced technical pressure, provided child-scaled instruments, supported safe movement, and acted as co-players and emotional co-regulators. The study reconceptualizes marching band routines not as rigid disciplinary scripts, but as adaptable performative frames that may support social participation, emotional regulation, rhythmic learning, motor coordination, cooperation, and creative agency when aligned with children’s developmental readiness.

he Quality of Financial Statement Accountability (QFSA) at the Ambon City Cooperatives Office. QFSA is considered a crucial reflection of public entity responsibility, affected by the mechanism of fiscal authority allocation and the internal oversight system. This quantitative research employs a survey method, with the population being all staff involved in the financial cycle at the Ambon City Cooperatives Office (Head of Office, PPK, and PPTK). Given the limited number of relevant subjects, a Saturated Sampling (Census) technique was used. Primary data was collected via a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with SPSS software. Empirically, the results are expected to prove that (1) Budgetary Decentralization (including curtailment dynamics) has a significant influence on QFSA, and (2) The effectiveness of a robust ICS is positively and significantly correlated with QFSA. These findings are important for enriching the public sector accounting literature, highlighting the necessity of balancing delegated authority (decentralization) with the strengthening of internal control to achieve optimal financial statement accountability at the Local Government Unit (SKPD) level
