This study designs a Hybrid Fractional Premiums model that combines both approaches through a weighted linear combination using parameter , based on the 2023 Indonesian Mortality Table (TMPI), a 5% interest rate, a 10-year coverage period, and monthly premium payments. This descriptive quantitative study applies actuarial mathematics, covering the present value of insurance benefits, true fractional, apportionable fractional, and hybrid annuity factors, up to premium determination using the equivalence principle. The results show that the hybrid premium consistently lies between the true fractional and apportionable premiums, increases sharply with the insured's age, and is higher for males than females due to differences in mortality rates. Changes in the value of have a linear effect on the premium, although the impact is relatively small (a difference of less than IDR 200 per month). The hybrid model with is recommended as the optimal balance between actuarial fairness and ease of implementation, offering a more flexible alternative for premium determination in Indonesia's life insurance industry.

The input variables used consist of the Age of the Perpetrator, Environment, Socializing, Gender, and Family, while the output variable is the Level of Drug Abuse with Low and High categories. The research stages include data collection, determining variables and fuzzy sets, fuzzification, forming if-then rules, inference using the minimum operator, composition using the maximum operator, and defuzzification using the centroid method. A total of 64 fuzzy rules are used to connect the combination of input variables with the output. Testing is done through manual calculations and implementation using MATLAB. The test results show that the output categories from manual calculations and MATLAB are the same in three test data, namely High, High, and Low. These results indicate that the Mamdani Fuzzy method can be used in modeling the level of drug abuse based on the variables used.

This study implements the 128-bit Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) algorithm combined with Huffman compression to protect the confidentiality and integrity of student grade files in Excel (.xlsx) format, and evaluates its effectiveness through functional, performance, and security testing. The system was developed as a Python desktop application with a CustomTkinter interface, in which the encryption process runs Huffman compression before AES-128, while integrity verification uses SHA-256 hashing. Testing was conducted on seven student grade files from MA Ma'ahid Kudus. The results show that all files were successfully encrypted and decrypted without failure or data alteration, with encryption times of 0.0142-0.0828 seconds and decryption times of 0.0046-0.1417 seconds. The SHA-256 hash values of the original and decrypted files were identical for all samples, yielding 100% recovery accuracy, while the file size increase from padding and header insertion ranged only from 1,092 to 1,101 bytes. The study concludes that the combination of AES-128 and Huffman compression is an effective and efficient solution for protecting student grade data in educational institutions.

, pertumbuhan usaha di desa ini masih sangat terkendala oleh terbatasnya jangkauan pemasaran, rendahnya pemahaman dan kapasitas sumber daya manusia (SDM) mengenai digitalisasi bisnis (e-commerce), serta manajemen keuangan yang masih konvensional atau bercampur dengan keuangan pribadi. Penelitian pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menginisiasi strategi pengembangan jaringan pengelolaan dan pemasaran produk terpadu berbasis digital pada UMKM dan komunitas binaan di Desa Jatireja. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan mencakup observasi lapangan, wawancara mendalam secara door-to-door, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), pelatihan (workshop) kewirausahaan, serta pendampingan langsung pembuatan platform digital dan laporan laba rugi. Hasil evaluasi program selama satu bulan penuh menunjukkan peningkatan kapasitas mitra yang signifikan: komunitas budidaya ikan nila (22 kelompok) mendapatkan wawasan perluasan pemasaran; ibu-ibu PKK berhasil berinovasi menciptakan produk sabun cuci piring mandiri bermerek "DADEJA SOAP"; serta berbagai UMKM lokal (seperti Hanaila Food, Annasya Florist, dan Ilham Cake) sukses mengadopsi platform e-commerce Shopee, memperbaiki desain logo kemasan, dan menerapkan pembukuan laba rugi sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa pendekatan komprehensif berbasis edukasi, kolaborasi komunitas, dan adopsi digital (Technosociopreneurship) mampu mendorong serta meningkatkan kreativitas dan produktivitas warga Desa Jatireja secara berkelanjutan, sekaligus memperkuat daya saing ekonomi desa di era revolusi industri 4.0 dan Society 5.0.

Hasil pelaksanaan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kedisiplinan, sikap santun, serta kesiapan spiritual siswa sebelum mengikuti kegiatan ekstrakurikuler keagamaan. Selain itu, peserta didik menjadi lebih memahami makna penting adab islami seperti salam, tertib, kebersihan, dan niat sebelum beribadah. Evaluasi akhir mengindikasikan bahwa internalisasi nilai adab Islami berjalan efektif dan memberikan dampak positif terhadap pembentukan karakter religius siswa. Ke depan, program ini direkomendasikan untuk dilanjutkan secara berkelanjutan melalui kolaborasi antara guru pembina, sekolah, dan peserta didik guna memperkuat budaya religius di lingkungan sekolah.

Sistem ini memanfaatkan teknik visualisasi data yang dikombinasikan dengan mekanisme penelusuran dua tingkat, sehingga memungkinkan analisis data secara hierarkis dari ringkasan eksekutif hingga detail operasional. Pengembangan sistem dilakukan melalui siklus hidup terstruktur, diawali dengan analisis kebutuhan eksekutif dan dilanjutkan dengan perancangan prototipe UI/UX menggunakan Figma. Implementasi sistem menggunakan HTML, CSS, dan JavaScript pada sisi front-end, serta MySQL sebagai basis data. Pengujian fungsional dilakukan menggunakan metode Black Box Testing untuk memastikan keandalan sistem. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa EIS mampu mengintegrasikan data jadwal, informasi kapal, dan data penumpang ke dalam dasbor interaktif. This study aims to analyze and describe the implementation of character-education values from the book of Akhlāq Lil Banīn in Arabic language learning activities at the MBS Al Mujahidin Islamic Boarding School, Gunungkidul, Yogyakarta. The method used is qualitative, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation; informants were selected by purposive sampling, and data analysis comprised data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results show that the implementation of character values takes place integratively, intensively, and contextually through a combination of formal school activities and non-formal dormitory activities such as mufrodat, hiwar, muhadhoroh, qirā’ah, muḥādatsah, and integrated Arabic learning. These activities not only develop linguistic competence but also serve as a medium for internalizing religious, disciplinary, responsibility, and social-care values through habituation and role modeling. Challenges were also found in the form of differing prior abilities among learners, a dense activity schedule, and the dynamic assignment of educators, all of which affect the absorption and internalization of values. It is concluded that the success of Akhlāq Lil Banīn-based character education depends heavily on pedagogical adaptation, differentiated learning, and management of the activity rhythm.

a qualitative approach with a single-case study design at PT RBP in Tuban Regency. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews with nine informants at strategic, managerial, and operational levels, supported by observation and company documentation. Data were analyzed thematically with the assistance of NVivo, and validity was assessed through source and method triangulation. The findings show that PT RBP implements an adaptive-conservative financial management strategy oriented toward cash-flow stability while maintaining the ability to respond to changes in the business environment. The strategy is realized through the use of internal capital, cash-flow control, phased development, cost monitoring, customer screening, transaction flexibility, and diversification of banks and suppliers. The strategy is reinforced by cross-functional communication and an adaptive organizational culture. The findings indicate that the combination of financial prudence and adaptive capability constitutes an important mechanism for maintaining project continuity, financial stability, and operational resilience amid VUCA pressures.

Performance (SOP). Responding to the need for a clearer review method and a more focused novelty, this article applies the PRISMA 2020-based Systematic Literature Review approach. Articles were identified from the Scopus database using keyword combinations related to TQM, quality management practices, green capability, green innovation, circular economy, circular process innovation, Industry 4.0, Quality 4.0, and sustainability performance. After identification, screening, eligibility assessment, and quality appraisal, 27 articles published between 2016 and 2026 were included in the final synthesis. The findings show that TQM literature has shifted from traditional quality control and customer satisfaction toward digital, green, and sustainability-oriented quality management. Soft TQM dimensions, such as leadership, employee involvement, training, and quality culture, and hard TQM dimensions, such as process management, quality tools, continuous improvement, and data-based decision making, remain dominant. However, prior studies still frequently use general mediators, including knowledge management, organizational culture, innovation capability, and competitive advantage. This review proposes CPI as a more specific mediation mechanism that translates TQM and GQIC into sustainable operational outcomes through waste reduction, resource efficiency, material reuse, energy efficiency, and circular process redesign. The study contributes by offering an integrated conceptual model and propositions for future empirical research on quality management, green intelligence, circular innovation, and sustainable operations.

Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa konversi agama merupakan proses transformasi kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik yang mendalam dan berlangsung secara bertahap, meliputi fase kegelisahan batin, pencarian spiritual, perjumpaan dengan ajaran baru, pengambilan keputusan, hingga tahap komitmen. Proses ini sangat dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal seperti krisis identitas dan pencarian makna hidup, serta faktor eksternal yang mencakup keluarga, komunitas, relasi sosial, dan peran media digital. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa konversi agama bukan sekadar perpindahan identitas formal, melainkan proses pendidikan jiwa yang membutuhkan pendampingan berkelanjutan. Pembinaan bagi pelaku konversi (muallaf) perlu mengintegrasikan konsep dasar psikologi pendidikan Islam secara holistic yakni fitrah, tarbiyah, ta’lim, ta’dib, dan tazkiyatun nafs dengan pendekatan yang humanis dan empatik agar terbentuk identitas keberagamaan yang sehat dan matang.
