This community service initiative aims to enhance the technological skills of human resources at PPK-PPTJT Jambi-Betung II, particularly in electronic archive management. The methods employed involve socialization and technical training on using e-archive applications for four PPK-PPTJT employees. Evaluation was conducted through questionnaires and interviews to assess the participants' improvement in understanding and skills. The results demonstrated a significant increase in participants' capabilities: 25% reported a better understanding of the benefits of e-archives, 75% enhanced their operational application skills, and 25% felt more confident in managing electronic archives. The implementation of e-archives has successfully reduced reliance on physical documents and expedited the toll road land procurement administration process, ultimately increasing the operational efficiency of PPK-PPTJT Jambi-Betung II.

Abstrak: Pengelolaan arsip secara konvensional dengan menggunakan berkas fisik di instansi Pejabat Pembuat Komitmen Pelaksana Pengadaan Tanah Jalan Tol (PPK-PPTJT) Jambi-Betung II menyebabkan lambatnya pencarian dokumen, rentan kehilangan data, dan terbatasnya aksesibilitas terhadap informasi penting. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kapasitas sumber daya manusia di PPK-PPTJT Jambi-Betung II dalam hal digitalisasi dan pengelolaan arsip elektronik. Metode yang digunakan meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan teknis penggunaan aplikasi e-arsip bagi empat pegawai PPK-PPTJT. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan angket dan wawancara untuk mengukur peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan empat peserta. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan: 19% peserta lebih memahami manfaat e-arsip, 31% peningkatan kemampuan operasional aplikasi, dan 25% peningkatan kepercayaan diri dalam pengelolaan arsip elektronik. Penerapan e-arsip berhasil mengurangi ketergantungan pada arsip fisik, mempercepat proses administrasi pengadaan tanah jalan tol, efisiensi ruang penyimpan, dan kemudahan monitoring dan evaluasi proses operasional PPK-PPTJT Jambi-Betung II.

process has traditionally relied on experience and subjective judgment, which may lead to less optimal decisions. This study aims to design and implement a Decision Support System (DSS) for selecting fast-moving drug suppliers using the Weighted Product (WP) method. The WP method is applied because it is capable of processing multiple criteria simultaneously through structured weighting, including demand frequency, delivery lead time, remaining shelf life, purchase price, and profit margin. The system is developed as a web-based application using PHP and MySQL. The results show that the implementation of the Weighted Product method successfully produces preference values and accurate supplier rankings, enabling the system to correctly determine the most optimal fast-moving drug supplier based on the defined criteria. Therefore, the developed system can assist the owner of Annisa Pharmacy in making more precise, objective, and structured inventory procurement decisions.

Abstrak: Pengelolaan stok obat fast moving di Toko Obat Annisa memerlukan ketepatan dalam menentukan supplier agar ketersediaan obat tetap terjaga dan risiko overstock maupun out of stock dapat diminimalkan. Selama ini, proses pemilihan supplier masih dilakukan secara konvensional berdasarkan pengalaman, sehingga berpotensi menghasilkan keputusan yang kurang optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) pemilihan supplier obat fast moving menggunakan metode Weighted Product (WP). Metode WP digunakan karena mampu mengolah beberapa kriteria secara simultan melalui pembobotan yang terstruktur, meliputi frekuensi permintaan, lead time, sisa masa kedaluwarsa, harga beli, dan margin keuntungan. Sistem dikembangkan berbasis web menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan basis data MySQL. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode Weighted Product mampu menghasilkan nilai preferensi dan perankingan supplier secara objektif, sehingga sistem berhasil menentukan supplier obat fast moving yang paling optimal sesuai dengan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan. Dengan demikian, sistem yang dibangun dapat membantu pemilik Toko Obat Annisa dalam mengambil keputusan pengadaan stok obat secara lebih tepat, objektif, dan terstruktur.

rolling stock due to manual procedures, which can lead to data inaccuracy, procurement delays, and the risk of stockouts. To address these issues, this study aims to develop a web-based Electronic Supply Chain Management (E-SCM) system that integrates stock monitoring and procurement processes. The Reorder Point (ROP) method is applied to determine the optimal reorder point based on average demand, lead time, and safety stock. This system was built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The results show that the JelitaMed system is able to improve the effectiveness and accuracy of inventory management, simplify the structured procurement submission process between the admin, owner, and supplier, and support decision-making in maintaining the availability of consumable medical devices and drugs. Thus, the implementation of E-SCM combined with the ROP method is a practical solution to improve inventory control in small-scale health clinics.

Abstrak: Pengelolaan persediaan alat dan obat medis habis pakai memiliki peran penting dalam menjaga keberlangsungan operasional layanan kesehatan. Namun, Jelita Dental Care masih menghadapi kendala dalam pencatatan dan pengendalian stok akibat prosedur manual, yang dapat menyebabkan ketidaktepatan data, keterlambatan pengadaan, serta risiko kekurangan persediaan. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem Electronic Supply Chain Management (E-SCM) berbasis web yang mengintegrasikan pemantauan stok dan proses pengadaan. Metode Reorder Point (ROP) diterapkan untuk menentukan waktu pemesanan ulang yang optimal berdasarkan permintaan rata-rata, lead time, dan safety stock. Sistem ini dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem JelitaMed mampu meningkatkan efektivitas dan akurasi pengelolaan persediaan, mempermudah proses pengajuan pengadaan secara terstruktur antara admin, owner, dan supplier, serta mendukung pengambilan keputusan dalam menjaga ketersediaan alat dan obat medis habis pakai. Dengan demikian, penerapan E-SCM yang dikombinasikan dengan metode ROP menjadi solusi praktis untuk meningkatkan pengendalian persediaan pada klinik kesehatan skala kecil.

planning and control process of drug inventory. Clustering techniques were chosen because they are able to group drug data based on certain characteristics, thus identifying stable and unstable drug supply patterns. This study aims to group drug data at Simpang Kawat Community Health Center in Jambi City, which can be used as a reference in planning drug needs in the next period. Data grouping is divided into three categories: slow-moving, medium-moving, and fast-moving. The research data includes attributes of drug name, initial stock, receipt, inventory, usage, and final stock, with a total of 1758 data sets, which were processed using the CRISP-DM framework through the RapidMiner application. Cluster quality evaluation was carried out using the Davies-Bouldin Index (DBI). The results showed that the K-Means algorithm obtained a DBI value of 0.175, smaller than K-Medoids which obtained a value of 0.354. Because a smaller DBI value indicates better cluster quality, K-Means provides more optimal clustering results than K-Medoids. Through these clustering results, community health centers can utilize drug cluster information to support more efficient drug procurement planning, as well as reduce the risk of excess or shortage of stock.

Currently, SNM Store places orders by contacting suppliers one by one via telephone to inquire about item availability. This method is time-consuming and may lead to delays in fulfilling item requirements. To address this issue, a Decision Support System (DSS) is needed to assist in efficiently determining the best supplier. One method that can be used in this system is MOORA (Multi-Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio Analysis). MOORA is known to be effective in handling multi-criteria decision-making by simultaneously optimizing multiple objectives. This method also reduces subjectivity by assigning weights to each criterion and uses simple and fast calculations to evaluate the available alternatives. The objectives of this research are to identify the key criteria in supplier selection, apply the MOORA method in an efficient and user-friendly evaluation and selection process, and improve the operational efficiency of SNM Store in procurement so that item availability can be ensured in a timely manner.

Supplier bertanggung jawab menyediakan bahan baku dengan kualitas konsisten, pengiriman tepat waktu, dan harga kompetitif. Proses seleksi supplier memerlukan evaluasi terhadap berbagai kriteria seperti kualitas produk, ketersediaan, pengemasan, harga, dan garansi. Toko SNM saat ini melakukan pemesanan dengan menghubungi supplier satu per satu melalui telepon untuk menanyakan ketersediaan barang. Metode ini memakan waktu dan dapat menyebabkan keterlambatan dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan barang. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, diperlukan sistem pendukung keputusan (Decision Support System) yang dapat membantu dalam menentukan supplier terbaik secara efisien. Salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan dalam sistem ini adalah MOORA (Multi-Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio Analysis). MOORA dikenal efektif dalam menangani keputusan multi-kriteria dengan mengoptimalkan berbagai tujuan secara bersamaan. Metode ini juga mengurangi subjektivitas melalui pemberian bobot pada tiap kriteria dan menggunakan perhitungan yang sederhana serta cepat dalam mengevaluasi alternatif yang tersedia. adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi kriteria-kriteria penting dalam pemilihan supplier, menerapkan metode MOORA dalam proses evaluasi dan seleksi yang efisien dan mudah digunakan, serta meningkatkan efisiensi operasional Toko SNM dalam hal pengadaan barang agar ketersediaan barang dapat terjamin tepat waktu.

For this reason, order data needs to be grouped to make it easier for employees to work on it. The data that will be processed in this study is order data from 2022-2024. One way to do this is to apply data mining techniques, one of which is the K-Means Clustering method. The purpose of this study is to model the use of K-Means Clustering to improve production management and procurement of raw materials for fabrics at Rizky Convection. K-Means Clustering is the grouping of a number of data into clusters (groups) so that each cluster will contain data that is as similar as possible. The results of K-Means Clustering grouping with 3 clusters, namely cluster 1, the large order group has 25 order data, cluster 2, the small order group has 361 order data and cluster 3, the medium order group has 100 order data.

Abstrak: Usaha Konveksi Rizky merupakan perusahaan produksi pakaian olahraga yang berpusat di Jalan Elang Lestari Kisaran. Setiap hari mereka menerima pesanan dari sekolah dan instansi yang membutuhkan pakaian olahraga. Namun Konveksi Rizky sering menghadapi tantangan terutama dalam pengelolaan persediaan bahan baku kain, pengalokasian waktu produksi dan pemrosesan pesanan yang datang dalam jumlah banyak. Untuk itu, data pesanan perlu dikelompokkan untuk mempermudah karyawan dalam mengerjakannya. Data yang akan diproses pada penelitian ini adalah data pesanan dari tahun 2022-2024. Salah satu cara untuk hal tersebut adalah dengan menerapkan teknik data mining, salah satunya metode K-Means Clustering. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memodelkan penggunaan K-Means Clustering untuk meningkatkan manajemen produksi dan pengadaan bahan baku kain di Rizky Konveksi. K-Means Clustering adalah pengelompokan sejumlah data ke dalam cluster (group) sehingga setiap dalam cluster tersebut akan berisi data yang semirip mungkin. Hasil pengelompokkan K-Means Clustering dengan 3 cluster yaitu cluster 1 kelompok pesanan banyak memiliki 25 data pesanan, cluster 2 kelompok pesanan sedikit memiliki 361 data pesanan dan cluster 3 kelompok pesanan sedang memiliki 100 data pesanan.

To address this problem, this study the implementation of Electronic Supply Chain Management (E-SCM) as a solution to optimize supply chain management. E-SCM enables the integration of technology-based systems for real-time stock monitoring, procurement, and distribution. Using a case study method and a qualitative approach, this research evaluates the effectiveness of E-SCM in enhancing operational efficiency, reducing excess stock, and accelerating the distribution process at Gasti Jaya Store. The findings indicate that E-SCM implementation improves data transparency, speeds up decision-making, and enhances customer satisfaction. Additionally, the system helps reduce operational costs by optimizing inventory management and minimizing the risk of stock imbalances. In conclusion, the adoption of E-SCM can serve as an effective strategy for mid-sized retail businesses to improve their competitiveness and supply chain efficiency.

Abstrak: Dalam industri ritel, manajemen rantai pasok yang efektif sangat diperlukan untuk memastikan ketersediaan stok sesuai dengan permintaan pasar. Toko Gasti Jaya sebagai salah satu toko sepatu yang berkembang menghadapi tantangan dalam mengelola persediaan secara optimal, yang sering kali menyebabkan kelebihan atau kekurangan stok. Permasalahan ini dapat berdampak pada efisiensi operasional dan kepuasan pelanggan. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, penelitian ini mengusulkan penerapan Electronic Supply Chain Management (E-SCM) sebagai solusi dalam mengoptimalkan manajemen rantai pasok. E-SCM memungkinkan integrasi sistem berbasis teknologi dalam proses pemantauan stok, pengadaan barang, hingga distribusi secara real-time. Dengan metode studi kasus dan pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini mengevaluasi efektivitas E-SCM dalam meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, mengurangi kelebihan stok, serta mempercepat proses distribusi di Toko Gasti Jaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi E-SCM mampu meningkatkan transparansi data, mempercepat pengambilan keputusan, dan meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan. Selain itu, sistem ini membantu mengurangi biaya operasional dengan mengoptimalkan manajemen persediaan dan meminimalkan risiko ketidakseimbangan stok. Kesimpulannya, penerapan E-SCM dapat menjadi strategi yang efektif bagi bisnis ritel skala menengah untuk meningkatkan daya saing dan efisiensi rantai pasok mereka.

Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the performance of the supply chain at the SACIKA Cooperative in order to improve efficiency and suitability in the procurement of alma mater suits. This study aims to assess the performance of the alma mater suit supply chain at the SACIKA Cooperative using the SCOR Matrix. This type of research is descriptive quantitative, with data collection conducted through interviews and observations. Supply chain performance measurement is carried out using four attributes and matrices, namely Reliability with Perfect Order Fulfillment (POF), Responsiveness with Order Fulfillment Cycle Time (OFCT) Matrix, Agility with Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), and Assets with Cash-to-Cash Cycle Time (CTCCT) Matrix. The results showed the performance value of each matrix, namely POF of 96.47%, OFCT 1 day, COGS 92.94%, and CTCCT 8 days.
