This study concludes that the developed pre-marital education model can be effectively implemented as an innovative framework for family education at KUA. It contributes to strengthening Islamic marriage preparation programs and supports the government’s efforts to reduce divorce rates through comprehensive pre-marital guidance.

GENDER ISSUES IN PUBLIC SPACES WITHIN MUSLIM COMMUNITIES: A SYSTEMATIC LITERATURE REVIEW

Hafith, Abdul, Nikmatullah, Dahlia Hidayati
Abstract: Gender issues in public spaces and Muslim communities have increasingly gained attention in academic discourse due to their strong connection with social norms, cultural values, and religious interpretations that shape women's… omen's patterns of participation. This study aims to examine the influence of gender norms and values within Muslim communities on women’s engagement in public spaces, uncover the challenges they face, and formulate recommendations based on feminist and social constructionist perspectives to promote gender equality. The research employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method by tracing reputable academic databases through rigorous selection and thematic analysis. The findings reveal that Muslim women’s participation in public spaces is often hindered by patriarchal constructions, discrimination, and limited access. Nevertheless, women have developed strategies of resistance and negotiation that expand their roles. Thematic analysis identifies three main patterns: women’s representation in public spaces, gender-based social practices that impose limitations, and resistance strategies through religious reinterpretation and community activism. This article contributes to theoretical development by enriching global feminist perspectives through the lived experiences of Muslim women while also offering practical contributions in the form of inclusive and socially–religiously sensitive public policy recommendations. The implications highlight the importance of cross-cultural studies and the exploration of women’s experiences at the local community level to broaden understanding of gender equality in contemporary Muslim societies.

Waruwu, Elianus, Diantiwati
Abstract: This study highlights the urgent need to instill an understanding of religious moderation among church congregations in Indonesia’s pluralistic society, as a means to reduce religious tensions and extremism. Although the… he Indonesian government has promoted the concept of religious moderation, its implementation within church communities remains underexplored. This research aims to identify effective strategies for fostering a moderate and inclusive understanding of religious moderation within Indonesian church congregations. Furthermore, the study underscores the vital role of churches in this process through inclusive religious education, improved moderate religious literacy, responsible use of social media, engagement in interfaith dialogue, and systematic training programs. Cultivating a moderate and inclusive attitude requires nurturing humility, reinforcing national commitment in line with Pancasila, embracing diversity, rejecting extremism, and actualizing these values in daily life. To overcome challenges, the study recommends effective socialization, enhanced religious literacy, wise media engagement, collaboration with various stakeholders, exemplary leadership, and continuous program evaluation. The study concludes that religious moderation is an essential contribution of the church to national unity, conflict prevention, the upholding of national values, interfaith harmony, and the strengthening of national identity.

BRIDGING FINANCIAL AND DIGITAL COMPETENCES WITH INVESTMENT RISK THROUGH THE MEDIATING POWER OF INFORMATION DISCLOSURE

Indrasari, Elizabeth Sastrina, Soma, Abdul Mukti
Abstract: Digital technologies are changing rapidly, and this has changed the financial services industry, especially how people decide where to invest their money. This study looks at how digital literacy, financial literacy, and… fear of missing out (FOMO) affect how much risk young investors are willing to take when investing with information disclosure as a mediating variable. The research data is taken from 447 investors of Gen Y and Z in West Java and used Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLSSEM). The results show that being financially literate makes people more likely to search for financial information, but it also makes them less willing to take risks when investing. This suggests that people who know a lot about money are more careful when they invest. On the other hand, FOMO has a positive effect on both information searching and risk tolerance, showing how emotions can affect people online. Digital literacy helps people be more willing to take risks, but it does not have a big effect on how much information they search. These results show how important cognitive and emotional factors are in determining how people act when it comes to IT-driven finances. The study helps with responsible digital transformation by showing how important it is for individuals to be ready to navigate fintech ecosystems. It also gives regulators, platform providers, and educators ideas on how to promote more informed and resilient investment practices.

EXPLORING PERSONAL INNOVATIVENESS AS A DRIVING FACTOR IN THE TECHNOLOGY ACCEPTANCE MODEL FOR MYTELKOMSEL IMPROVING

Yulianti, Dira, Noviaristanti, Siska
Abstract: This study aims to analyze the role of Personal Innovativeness in influencing the actual use of the MyTelkomsel application through an extended Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). In this model, Personal Innovativeness is… positioned as a core construct that influences three key user perceptions: Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, and Perceived Enjoyment. A total of 355 respondents participated in the study, and the data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings reveal that seven out of eight hypothesized paths between constructs in the model demonstrate statistically significant effects. The only non-significant relationship is found between Perceived Ease of Use and Attitude Toward Use, suggesting that ease of use is no longer a major determinant of user attitudes toward digital applications, possibly because it is now perceived as a basic standard in technology usage. Conversely, Personal Innovativeness consistently exerts a significant influence on all three key perceptions, which in turn affect users’ attitudes, intentions, and actual behaviors. These results underscore the strategic role of innovative personal characteristics in driving adoption and active engagement with digital applications. The practical implications highlight the importance of user segmentation based on innovation levels, the development of enjoyable features, and the refinement of user experience to promote sustained engagement within digital ecosystems such as MyTelkomsel.
