The analysis demonstrates that the ethics of light is not merely a moral exhortation but a participatory ethic that positions human beings as reflectors of God’s love rather than autonomous producers of moral virtue. low ability to recognize, understand, and manage emotions adaptively, highlighting the need for effective strategies to enhance emotional awareness. This research investigates the effectiveness of self-reflection and journaling in improving students’ mood awareness. A combination of descriptive qualitative and quasi-experimental pretest-posttest designs was used, with instruments including mood scales, reflection guidelines, and students’ daily journals. Results showed a 32% increase in the average mood awareness score, a decrease in students with low awareness from 64% to 18%, and an increase in high awareness from 14% to 56%. Active participation was observed in 78% of students, while 85% consistently documented their emotional experiences, 88% reported feeling relieved, and 76% could identify recurring emotional patterns. The intervention also promoted the development of more adaptive self-regulation strategies, such as time management, adequate rest, and social support, increasing from 21% before the intervention to 69% afterward. Sustainability of practice was indicated by 61% of students intending to continue journaling independently and 57% integrating it into their daily routines. The novelty of this study lies in the integration of self-reflection and journaling as a practical, systematic, and sustainable approach to enhance emotional awareness and psychological well-being. The findings confirm that a simple yet structured intervention can create significant improvements in emotion management and adaptive behaviors among students.

Utilizing a quantitative approach, this study employs Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the assistance of PLS and IBM Statistics SPSS 26.0 programs for data analysis. The research sample consists of 108 respondents who are employees meeting specific criteria within the Regional Apparatus Organizations of Bogor City. Data collection was conducted through questionnaire distribution to these respondents. The analysis results indicate that regional financial management accountability plays a significant role in mediating the relationship between the accessibility of regional financial reports and regional financial accounting systems towards good governance. These findings suggest that improving the accessibility of financial reports and enhancing regional financial accounting systems can promote the establishment of good governance through increased accountability in financial management. This research provides an important contribution to understanding the factors influencing the realization of good governance at the regional government level and can serve as a reference for policymakers in formulating strategies to improve the quality of governance, particularly in aspects of regional financial management in Bogor City and other regions in Indonesia.

Children's creativity has the potential to promote knowledge of individuals, societies, and cultures in everyday life as explained by Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi. One of the ways to improve creativity is writing short stories to explore their understanding of surroundings altogether with to uplift their language skills. Through explorative approach in qualitative research, this paper emphasizes writing short stories as a means to build children’s awareness of their potentials, surroundings, and imaginations. Those aspects are needed to cultivate the growth of knowledge to face both formal and informal education. Moreover, ethical aspects could be widened so that children could always appreciate anything that they had, have, and will have. Saat ini Toko RSMSTORE.ID hanya menggunakan facebook dan media sosial lainnya untuk promosi produk yang dijual. Jumlah barang yang terjual dan jumlah pelanggan pada Toko RSMSTORE.ID mulai bulan Januari sampai dengan bulan November 2021, dimana terdapat penurunan jumlah barang yang terjual di satu bulan terakhir. Tentu hal ini berdampak pada keuntungan yang diperoleh oleh toko. Abstrak: Data Mining adalah suatu istilah yang digunakan untuk menguraikan proses-proses di setiap itemset untuk dapat menemukan hasil setiap item-item nya, Analisa yang digunakan untuk menentukan promosi produk-produk elektronik yaitu dengan aturan asosiasi algoritma apriori, oleh karena itu Toko UD Surya Elektronik untuk meningkatkan hasil penjualan maka harus memiliki strategi lain untuk dapat meningkatkan sistem penjualannya. Salah satunya adalah dengan menentukan barang yang akan dipromosikan kepada konsumen. Kumpulan data penjualan yang dimiliki sebenarnya dapat diolah menggunakan data mining untuk melihat pola pembelian pelanggan, dengan data mining untuk data yang besar tidak akan terbuang begitu saja dan dapat bermanfaat sehingga dapat memberikan keuntungan kepada perusahaan. Pada penelitian ini, proses pengolahan data menggunakan Algoritma Apriori yang merupakan salah satu metode data mining yang bertujuan untuk mencari pola assosiasi berdasarkan pola pembelian yang dilakukan oleh konsumen, sehingga bisa diketahui item-item barang apa saja yang sering dibeli secara bersamaan.

was conducted through two online training sessions via Zoom meetings. The implementation followed five stages: Training Needs Analysis, Planning, Training Implementation, Evaluation, and Documentation. The Training Needs Analysis identified participants’ needs related to Indonesian cultural knowledge. Based on the findings, training materials and learning activities were designed during the planning stage. The implementation stage consisted of interactive sessions introducing Indonesian cultural diversity, traditions, and values. Evaluation was conducted through participant feedback and assessment of learning outcomes, while documentation recorded the entire process and results. The findings demonstrated that the program effectively enhanced participants’ understanding of Indonesian culture. Evaluation results revealed that 92% of participants indicated that they were motivated, felt confident, and developed a positive self-image regarding their understanding and appreciation of Indonesian culture. These results suggest that online cultural training can be an effective way to promote cultural awareness and empower participants to engage more confidently with Indonesian cultural values.

Abstrak: Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman peserta dari Misamis University mengenai budaya Indonesia, bahasa Indonesia, serta posisi bahasa Inggris yang digunakan di Indonesia. Program ini dilaksanakan melalui dua sesi pelatihan daring menggunakan Zoom Meeting. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan melalui lima tahapan, yaitu: Analisis Kebutuhan Pelatihan (Training Needs Analysis), Perencanaan, Pelaksanaan Pelatihan, Evaluasi, dan Dokumentasi. Tahap Analisis Kebutuhan Pelatihan dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan peserta terkait pengetahuan tentang budaya Indonesia. Berdasarkan hasil analisis tersebut, materi pelatihan dan aktivitas pembelajaran dirancang pada tahap perencanaan. Tahap pelaksanaan terdiri atas sesi-sesi interaktif yang memperkenalkan keberagaman budaya, tradisi, dan nilai-nilai yang dimiliki Indonesia serta bahasa Indonesia. Selanjutnya, evaluasi dilakukan melalui umpan balik peserta dan penilaian hasil belajar, sedangkan dokumentasi digunakan untuk merekam seluruh proses dan hasil kegiatan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa program ini berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman peserta mengenai budaya Indonesia. Hasil evaluasi mengungkapkan bahwa 92% peserta menyatakan termotivasi, merasa lebih percaya diri, serta mengembangkan citra diri yang positif terkait pemahaman dan apresiasi mereka terhadap budaya Indonesia. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan budaya secara daring dapat menjadi metode yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kesadaran budaya serta memberdayakan peserta agar lebih percaya diri dalam memahami dan mengaplikasikan nilai-nilai budaya Indonesia.
