caregivers. Inadequate knowledge may lead to inappropriate first aid measures that can worsen the child's condition. This research aims to identify the level of parent's knowledge regarding first aid management for children experiencing febrile seizures in Sei Mencirim. This study uses a descriptive design method with a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study are all parents who brought their children for treatment to the Sei Mencirim Community Health Center in the last three months, wiht a sample of 36 respondents taken using an accidental sampling technique. The research instrument is a questionnaire consisting of 25 questions. Data analysis was carried out univariately to describe the level of respondents' knowledge. The results of the study show that parental knowledge based on the management of febrile seizures, parents have a good level of knowledge of 55.6%. Based on the administration during seizures, parental knowledge is in the sufficient category of 38.9%. Based on the administration of medication from the hospital after the child is treated, parental knowledge is in the good category off 66.7%. Based on information about seizures, parental knowledge is in the good category of 75.0%. concluded that the level of parental knowledge about first aid for children experiencing febrile is in the good category of 80.5%.

The working principle of the Most Probable Number (MPN) method in detecting total Coliform bacteria in wastewater is carried out semi-quantitatively by detecting microbial growth through lactose fermentation which produces gas or turbidity in selective liquid media. The implementation procedure includes a presumptive test stage using Lactose Broth (LB) media, a confirmatory test with Brilliant Green Lactose Bile Broth (BGLB) media, and determining the final value by matching the combination of positive tubes with the standard MPN table. From the results of laboratory testing on three domestic wastewater samples (1224 AL, 1225 AL, and 1226 AL), it was found that all samples showed negative results with a combination of 0-0-0 tubes in the presumptive test. This indicates that the tested sample does not contain Total Coliform bacteria or has a value of less than 1000 MPN/100 mL, so that its microbiological quality is declared very good and has met the quality standard threshold set by the government through the Minister of Environment Regulation No. 5 of 2014 and PP RI No. 22 of 2021

ce the academic quality of the study program. The study uses a quantitative approach through a survey. The researchers collected data using a five-point Likert scale questionnaire distributed to 103 students of the Computer Science Study Program who had attended lectures. The researchers analyzed five aspects: teaching readiness, teaching materials, teaching discipline, teaching evaluation, and lecturer personality. We analyzed the data using descriptive statistics, calculating the percentage of student responses for each aspect of the assessment. The results of the study show that the performance of lecturers in the Computer Science Study Program at HKBP Nommensen University Pematangsiantar is generally in the good to very good category. The aspects of teaching readiness, teaching materials, teaching discipline, and teaching evaluation received very good ratings. The aspect of lecturer personality was in the good category. However, we must improve lecturer performance in the aspect of research. We must improve productivity, continuity of research activities, and scientific publications. The results of this study are expected to be used as evaluation material and a basis for policy-making for institutions in their efforts to improve the quality of lecturers and higher education in a sustainable manner.

Melalui analisa komunikasi, penelitian ini berharap dapat menemukan strategi optimis dalam sosialisasi GCG yang efektif dan berdampak langsung pada peningkatan kualitas BUMN. Sehingga jenis penelitian kuantitatif yang bersifat deskriptif analisis sederhana yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa strategi komunikasi dalam sosialisasi Good Corporate Governance (GCG) di PT Pertamina Hulu Rokan telah terimplementasi dengan baik. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari tingginya skor transparansi informasi, pelaksanaan etika bisnis dan pedoman perilaku, serta implementasi CSR yang memiliki kontribusi signifikan dalam peningkatan reputasi dan kredibilitas perusahaan. Perusahaan juga menunjukkan komitmen dalam memberikan perlakuan adil kepada semua stakeholder. Pertambangan emas ilegal atau di Indonesia lebih dikenal dengan istilah Pertambangan Emas Tanpa Izin (PETI) juga dikenal dengan istilah “artisanal gold mining” beresiko memberikan acaman terhadap masyarakat. Sehingga hukum sangat berperan dalam mengendalikan pertambangan emas tanpa izin agar terjaganya keseimbangan lingkungan di alam. Kajian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan pustaka dari penelitian yang relevan mengenai pertambangan emas tanpa izin. Hasil penelaahan ditemukan kegiatan penambangan emas ilegal berdampak signifikan tidak hanya pada kelestarian ekosistem lingkungan, tetapi juga pada mata pencaharian masyarakat yang tinggal di sekitar pertambangan, termasuk risiko kecelakaan, penambangan, dan penyebaran penyakit yang disebabkan oleh pencemaran tanah dan air dengan bahan kimia berbahaya. Untuk mengoptimalkan upaya pemberantasan kegiatan penambangan emas illegal dan menciptakan keadilan bagi masyarakat, maka dapat dilakukan upaya hukum, antara lain dengan memberikan sanksi pidana kepada pihak-pihak yang terlibat dalam kegiatan penambangan emas ilegal, sesuai dengan ketentuan yang ada dalam peraturan perundang-undangan.

aerah belum sepenuhnya mencerminkan prinsip-prinsip good governance, terutama dalam aspek transparansi, akuntabilitas, profesionalitas aparatur, dan responsivitas pelayanan publik. Di sisi lain, kondisi tersebut diduga berkaitan erat dengan budaya politik birokrasi yang masih hierarkis, dominatif, dan kurang partisipatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Wawancara dilakukan pada bulan Desember 2025 terhadap tujuh informan yang dipilih secara purposif, terdiri atas aparatur sipil negara, tokoh masyarakat, akademisi, wartawan, pengguna layanan publik, aktivis/LSM, dan pihak lain yang relevan. Analisis data dilakukan melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya politik birokrasi di Pemerintah Kota Pematangsiantar masih cenderung top-down, berorientasi pada loyalitas terhadap pimpinan, dan belum memberi ruang yang memadai bagi transparansi, akuntabilitas, serta inovasi kelembagaan. Kondisi tersebut berdampak pada terbatasnya akses terhadap informasi publik, lemahnya kepercayaan terhadap objektivitas tata kelola jabatan, rendahnya profesionalitas aparatur, serta belum optimalnya penerapan prinsip-prinsip good governance. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa lemahnya budaya politik partisipatif dalam birokrasi menjadi salah satu faktor utama yang memengaruhi belum optimalnya kualitas tata kelola pemerintahan di Pemerintah Kota Pematangsiantar.

This research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and literature study. Data were analyzed using triangulation to ensure validity. The research results show that a strong and healthy company culture can increase employee achievement motivation. A company culture that is innovative, supportive and open to evaluation and attention to detail regarding employee needs, such as a safe and comfortable work environment, plays a role in creating creative, committed and motivated employees. PT United Tractors also shows that good company support, continuous employee training and development, as well as a fair and transparent performance appraisal system, can encourage employees to achieve higher achievements. These findings support the hypothesis that there is a positive relationship between corporate culture and employee achievement motivation, that the stronger the company culture, the higher the employee achievement motivation.
