amid an intense schedule, a diversity of methods, and the gap between the readiness of learners and educators in the boarding environment. This study aims to analyze and describe the implementation of character-education values from the book of Akhlāq Lil Banīn in Arabic language learning activities at the MBS Al Mujahidin Islamic Boarding School, Gunungkidul, Yogyakarta. The method used is qualitative, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation; informants were selected by purposive sampling, and data analysis comprised data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results show that the implementation of character values takes place integratively, intensively, and contextually through a combination of formal school activities and non-formal dormitory activities such as mufrodat, hiwar, muhadhoroh, qirā’ah, muḥādatsah, and integrated Arabic learning. These activities not only develop linguistic competence but also serve as a medium for internalizing religious, disciplinary, responsibility, and social-care values through habituation and role modeling. Challenges were also found in the form of differing prior abilities among learners, a dense activity schedule, and the dynamic assignment of educators, all of which affect the absorption and internalization of values. It is concluded that the success of Akhlāq Lil Banīn-based character education depends heavily on pedagogical adaptation, differentiated learning, and management of the activity rhythm.

academic English literacy among Indonesian undergraduates. Using a quantitative quasi-experimental design with a pre-test and post-test control group, 60 students were divided into experimental and control groups. Instruments included comprehension tests, learner autonomy questionnaires, and rubric-based writing assessments. Results showed significant improvements in the experimental group. Academic text comprehension increased, particularly in vocabulary mastery (+12%), rhetorical structures (+15%), and recognition of formal registers (+10%). Copilot usage positively predicted learner autonomy, with gains in goal-setting (+14%), strategy selection (+11%), and self-evaluation (+13%). Writing performance also improved, especially in coherence (+13%), argumentation (+16%), and adherence to conventions (+12%). The findings confirm Copilot’s role as both corrective aid and developmental partner, fostering academic literacy and learner autonomy. Implications suggest integrating AI tools into EFL curricula to strengthen academic discourse and independent learning.

ini bertujuan merancang Sistem Informasi Buku Tamu Berbasis Website untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi proses pencatatan serta pengelolaan data tamu. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah Waterfall yang meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, dan pengujian sistem. Sistem dirancang menggunakan PHP, MySQL, dan pemodelan Unified Modeling Language (UML). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu mempermudah proses registrasi tamu, pengelolaan data tamu, survei kepuasan pelayanan, pengelolaan data pegawai dan unit kerja, serta penyusunan laporan kunjungan secara lebih efektif, efisien, dan terintegrasi.
The Secretariat of the Regional House of Representatives (DPRD) of Jambi Province still relies on a manual guest registration process, resulting in difficulties in data retrieval, the risk of data loss, and delays in generating visitor reports. This study aims to design a web-based guest book information system to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of guest registration and data management. The system was developed using the Waterfall method, which consists of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The application was designed using PHP, MySQL, and Unified Modeling Language (UML). The results indicate that the system simplifies guest registration, guest data management, service satisfaction surveys, employee and work unit management, and visitor report generation in a more effective, efficient, and integrated manner.

The study applies qualitative Computer-Mediated Discourse Analysis (CMDA) to public Indonesian-language discourse about Mamdani on platform X between 1 November 2025 and 30 June 2026, drawing on a purposively constructed corpus of 213 units—134 citizen-account units as the analytical core and 79 media-account units as contextual triangulation—recoded by comparative function and affective register rather than by stance toward the figure. The findings show that Indonesian netizens engage Mamdani through a comparative architecture organised by the vernacular frame “Mamdani Indonesia” (45% of citizen units) and enacted through three repertoires: analogical personification, institutional benchmarking, and counterfactual transposition. The discourse is animated by civic despair—crystallised in the idiom “Indonesia could never”—which operates as a participatory rather than an apathetic affect, while a domestic value-compatibility filter of doctrinal, sectarian, and purity tests renders the admired model discursively non-transferable, closing a recursive loop theorised here as a digitally networked spectre of comparisons. The article shifts the analysis of transnational digital engagement away from cosmopolitan and diasporic assumptions toward the vicarious engagement of non-diasporic publics, re-theorises despair as a mode of civic engagement, and recovers Benedict Anderson’s spectre of comparisons for platform-era political communication in the Global South.

Using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method with the PRISMA 2020 protocol, searches were conducted on Scopus, Web of Science, EBSCO, ProQuest, and Google Scholar for English-language publications in 2020–2025. Of the 375 articles identified, 30 met all inclusion criteria. The results of the review found that: (1) organizational commitment, especially the affective dimension, had a positive and significant effect on succession readiness; (2) employee development partially mediates the relationship between organizational commitment and succession readiness; (3) talent management through IDP partially mediates the relationship; and (4) there is a sequential mediation effect of OC → ED → TM/IDP → succession readiness. These findings provide important theoretical and practical implications for organizations in designing succession programs that are sustainable and based on individual competencies.

The results of the study indicate that these problems cause group learning to be less effective and have an impact on the decline in students' English skills. Therefore, strategies such as forming inclusive groups, clear division of tasks, the use of participatory observation instruments, the utilization of technology, and the implementation of the Problem-Based Learning approach are recommended to improve the effectiveness of group learning and students' English skills. This study provides an important contribution to developing English teaching methods at the elementary school level by considering social aspects and more effective classroom management.

The research subjects were class IIA and IIB students of Public Elementary School 95 Palembang with a total of 36 students. The data collection techniques used in the study were questionnaires and documentation, based on the results of expert validator research from the three fields, namely media, material, and language where the validator in In this development, there are 2 validators covering the three fields, so the validator percentage results from the two experts are 3.80 which are categorized as "valid". Then the teacher's response practicality test obtained a percentage result of 87.49%, categorized as "very practical", then the one to one trial obtained a percentage value of 87.49% categorized as very practical, then the small group trial obtained a percentage value of 79.27 %. And the last test of the potential effect test obtained a percentage value of 90.00% which was categorized as very effective.
