f this study are to determine (a) the learning process using the Self-Directed Learning model; (b) the difference in improvement of students' mathematical problem-solving abilities between those using the Self-Directed Learning model and those receiving conventional (expository) instruction; and (c) students' attitudes toward mathematics learning using the Self-Directed Learning model. Data were collected using research instruments including tests in the form of mathematical problem-solving ability questions and non-tests such as student response questionnaires toward learning using the Self-Directed Learning model. This study was conducted at MAN 1 Gorontalo, with class X IPA-1 as the experimental class and class X IPA-2 as the control class, focusing on vector material. Based on the research results and n-gain data analysis, it was found that: (a) the description of the teacher and student learning process on quadrilateral vector material using the Self-Directed Learning model falls into the good category; (b) the improvement in mathematical problem-solving ability of students who received learning with the Self-Directed Learning model showed a moderate increase. Meanwhile, the improvement in mathematical problem-solving ability of students who received conventional learning showed a low increase. Therefore, there is a difference in the improvement of mathematical problem-solving ability between students using the Self-Directed Learning model and those using conventional learning; (c) most students who received learning using the Self-Directed Learning model responded positively to mathematics learning using this model.

Through contextual learning, teachers act as facilitators who encourage students to actively build knowledge and skills through direct experience, problem solving, and collaboration in learning communities. Contextual learning integrates several main components, including constructivism, inquiry (discovery), asking, learning communities, modeling, reflection, and authentic assessment. This approach requires students to think critically, creatively, and innovatively, and be able to relate learning materials to real problems faced in their environment. Thus, learning outcomes are expected to be more meaningful, increase motivation, and equip students with adaptability and problem solving skills that are relevant to future life.

Based on this decision, Bina Mandiri University Gorontalo has participated in and run the MBKM program. However, the implementation is still limited so that the scope of implementation is only at one point and then affects the development of unsustainable programs. Related to the MBKM program, undergraduate students of Educational Technology have been trained and are able to design software, one of which is for libraries in schools. This was proven in the implementation of previous research entitled The Impact of MBKM Project-Based Learning on Problem Solving for Undergraduate Students of Educational Technology at Bina Mandiri University, Gorontalo. Considering that the MBKM program is important to run and its sustainability is expected, its implementation is very urgent. In coastal areas, especially schools in Randangan Village, Pohuwato Regency, Gorontalo Province, it is known that digitalization in the implementation of education has not been effective, so there needs to be digitalization of library software to support student learning activities outside school hours or on holidays. This study aims to examine the characteristics of the difficulties experienced by deaf students, analyze the implementation of the learning strategies used, and investigate their effectiveness in improving understanding of mathematical word problems. This research employs a qualitative approach using a literature study method. The findings indicate that the main difficulties lie in understanding the language used in the problems, identifying important information, and transforming it into mathematical models. Effective learning strategies tend to be visual, contextual, and communicative, supported by the use of interactive media. Nevertheless, the use of media alone is not sufficient without well-structured instructional strategies. These findings emphasize that the integration of adaptive learning strategies plays a more significant role in improving deaf students’ understanding of mathematical word problems.

ledge-sharing practices to foster innovation, particularly within healthcare organizations undergoing transformation in Saudi Arabia. This study aims to explore how transformational leadership and organizational culture influence nursing innovation through knowledge-sharing practices in the Makkah Health Cluster, Saudi Arabia. A qualitative exploratory design was conducted within six hospitals in the Makkah Health Cluster. The study included King Abdullah Medical City, Noor Specialist Hospital, Maternity and Child Hospital, King Abdulaziz Hospital, Hiraa General Hospital, and King Faisal Hospital. A total of 48 participants, including nursing managers, ICU head nurses, and clinical nurses with at least two years of experience, were selected using purposive sampling until data saturation was reached. Data were collected between January and March 2026 through semi-structured interviews, focus group discussions (FGDs), non-participant observations, and document analysis. All interviews and FGDs were audio-recorded, transcribed verbatim, and conducted in English or Arabic based on participant preference. Data were analyzed using Braun and Clarke’s thematic analysis approach, and study rigor was ensured through triangulation, member checking, and audit trail procedures following COREQ guidelines. Four key themes emerged: (1) transformational leadership as a catalyst for psychological safety and innovation engagement, (2) organizational culture characterized by a dual structure of collaboration and hierarchy, (3) knowledge sharing as a mechanism for collective clinical learning and problem-solving, and (4) nursing innovation as an emergent, practice-based, and collaborative process. Findings indicate that transformational leadership enhances nurses’ motivation and openness to innovation, while organizational culture shapes the environment for collaboration. Knowledge sharing functions as a critical process that transforms clinical experience into practical innovation in nursing care. Nursing innovation in the Makkah Health Cluster is a socially constructed and dynamic process shaped by the interaction of transformational leadership, organizational culture, and knowledge-sharing practices. Strengthening leadership capacity, fostering collaborative organizational culture, and developing structured knowledge management systems are essential to sustain nursing innovation and improve healthcare service quality.

rmal litigation approaches often fail to repair fractured relationships among family members. This research employed a qualitative method with a normative juridical approach. Data were collected through literature studies of Islamic legal texts, Indonesian statutory regulations, and related literature on Restorative Justice. The findings indicate that the concept of Restorative Justice has strong relevance to the principle of Ishlah (reconciliation) in Islamic Family Law. Unlike the retributive approach, which focuses on punishment, Restorative Justice prioritizes relationship recovery, forgiveness, and collective welfare. In practice, instruments such as mediation in Religious Courts and the role of Hakam (peace mediators) represent clear manifestations of these restorative values. The study concludes that integrating Restorative Justice into the family law system is not only effective in reducing divorce rates but also capable of preserving the psychological well-being of family members, especially children. The academic contribution of this study lies in providing a theoretical foundation for the development of positive law in Indonesia to become more accommodative toward non-litigation dispute resolution based on religious values and local wisdom. The researcher recommends strengthening technical mediation regulations so that they do not merely become procedural formalities in court.

The research focuses on two principal aspects: legal certainty and time efficiency. Using normative juridical analysis supported by relevant legal theories, including Progressive Legal Theory, Development Legal Theory, and Legal Convergence Theory, this study examines the adaptability of dispute resolution mechanisms within the framework of Law Number 30 of 1999 on Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution and related regulations governing electronic court administration. The findings indicate that arbitration, especially through Online Dispute Resolution (ODR), offers greater procedural flexibility, shorter resolution time, and cost efficiency compared to conventional litigation, which remains burdened by rigid procedural stages, administrative complexity, and case backlogs. Digitalization has further enhanced arbitration efficiency by enabling electronic submission of documents, virtual hearings, and digital evidence examination. However, challenges persist, including technological infrastructure limitations, data security concerns, and the need for regulatory harmonization to ensure enforceability and equal legal legitimacy with court decisions. This study concludes that while digital arbitration demonstrates superior time efficiency and practical advantages, regulatory reform and institutional strengthening are essential to guarantee optimal legal certainty in Indonesia’s evolving digital business environment.

nts in West Sulawesi. This research is a research and development (R&D) with a modified Borg and Gall model and is limited to the product revision stage after the trial. The resulting product is an Android-based Mathematics E-Module that contains interactive materials, learning videos, problem-solving-based practice questions, learning games, and evaluations. The data collection technique used expert validation questionnaires, teacher and student response questionnaires, and critical thinking ability tests. Data were analyzed using a Likert scale, validation tests, practicality tests, and effectiveness tests through a comparison of pretest and posttest results and N-Gain calculations. The results showed that the developed learning media was in the very feasible category based on the assessment of material experts and media experts with a feasibility percentage above 85%. The practicality test showed that teacher and student responses were in the practical to very practical category. The effectiveness test showed an increase in students' critical thinking abilities in the moderate to high category, and there was a significant difference between the pretest and posttest scores. Thus, Android-based mathematics learning media using Smart Apps Creator is effective for improving the critical thinking abilities of high school students in West Sulawesi.
