ode survei, melibatkan 31 responden yang terdiri dari karyawan pesantren. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner berbasis skala Likert 1-5 dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier sederhana dan berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan kolektif memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan karyawan dengan kontribusi sebesar 69,6%. Efektivitas manajemen juga memberikan pengaruh signifikan yang lebih besar, yaitu sebesar 76,2%. Secara simultan, kedua variabel independen berkontribusi sebesar 76,9% terhadap kepuasan karyawan. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya penerapan kepemimpinan kolektif dan manajemen yang efektif dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif serta meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi praktis bagi pengelola pesantren untuk memperkuat kolaborasi dalam pengambilan keputusan dan mengoptimalkan sistem manajemen. Selain itu, penelitian ini membuka peluang untuk studi lanjutan mengenai faktor lain yang berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan karyawan di lembaga pendidikan Islam.

The main challenges include the lack of human capital preparedness to quickly adapt to technological advancements and the low level of environmental awareness in many industrial sectors. Economic growth that focuses excessively on natural resource exploitation exacerbates environmental degradation and climate change. Therefore, collaboration between human resources, technology, and environmental consciousness is essential to achieving sustainable and inclusive development.
This study aims to identify gaps in human resource readiness, technological utilization, and environmental awareness and to propose economic development strategies for the industry 5.0 era that address these challenges. The research method employed is a literature review, analyzing various academic papers, reports, and secondary data from scientific journals, government reports, and industry-related articles. The findings show that technology serves as a primary driver of innovation, but human-technology collaboration is crucial for creating sustainable value. Additionally, the rising environmental awareness offers opportunities for industries to shift towards more eco-friendly business models, such as the circular economy and renewable energy. Collaboration between governments, the private sector, academia, and civil society is needed to realize inclusive and sustainable development in this era.

determine the treatment of fixed assets based on PSAK No. 16 on CV. XYZ. The type of data used is primary data and secondary data. The data collection method used consisted of interview and documentation methods. Primary data used in the form of interviews. While the secondary data used are the financial statements of CV. XYZ in 2017 and a list of fixed assets of CV. XYZ in 2017. The data analysis method used is descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of the preparation of the final project show that the accounting treatment of fixed assets at CV. XYZ is in accordance with PSAK No. 16. CV. XYZ continues to be guided by PSAK No. 16 regarding fixed assets and continues to follow developments so that the financial statements produced remain reliable with accounting guidelines generally accepted.

The number of samples in this study were 100 respondents with the sampling method using the Simple Random Sampling technique. The data used in this study is primary data from the result of distributing questionnaires. The test method uses the Valadity and Reliability test, Classical Assumption test, and Multiple Regression Analysis with the SPSS for Windows Version 25 program. The results of this study found that the variables of Taxpayes Awareness, Tax Sanctions, Tax Knowledge and Fiscus Services have a positive and significant effect on Motor Vehicle Taxpayer Compliance in District Southeast Aceh. d. The participants selected were 23 teachers who teach English at all levels of education, ranging from primary school to university. The data was collected through a survey distributed using google form, the survey was conducted to gather the experiences, and opinions of the teachers regarding the challenges they face in teaching English. The results showed that the different ability levels of students, time constraints, availability of teaching resources, and the perception of English as a foreign language were the main challenges faced by the teachers. To overcome these challenges, teachers use various strategies, including attending training and seminars, using technology in teaching, and conducting continuous evaluation and assessment. In addition, collaboration among teachers and increased professional training are also considered important in overcoming challenges in English language teaching. The findings provide valuable insights for the development of more effective strategies and policies to improve the quality of English language teaching in schools.

Innovation is a shift from traditional management principles, processes and practices or a shift from old organizational forms to modern management. Government services to the community, known as public services, are a very strategic issue because of the interaction between the government and the community. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach to determine public service innovation. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that public service innovation with a digital queuing system is a conceptual innovation which gives rise to new paradigms, ideas, thinking and breakthroughs. Meanwhile, delivery innovation includes new ways or ways of solving problems, providing services or interacting with clients for the purpose of providing special services to customers.
