The Influence Of Intellectual Capital On Stock Prices With Profitability (ROA) As Moderating Variable In Banking Sector Companies On The Stock Exchange For The Period 2016 To 2020

Abstract: This study was conducted to empirically examine the influence of intellectual capital and profitability on stock prices in banking sector companies in Indonesia. The independent variable of this research is intellectual… capital which is presented by VAICTM (Value Added Intellectual Coefficient) which was developed by Pulic (1998). Then the dependent variable is stock price, and profitability, which is presented by ROA, as a moderating variable. The sample of this study was selected using the purposive sampling method, and there were 24 (twenty-four) banking companies (listed on the BEI) that met the criteria so that the sample of this study amounted to 120 samples. The study was analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results of this study found that overall, VACA, VAHU, and STVA had a significant positive effect on stock prices. But only VACA and VAHU variables were able to be moderated by ROA.

Based on the health profile of Nagan Raya, it shows that the prevalence of pregnant women experiencing CED in 2020 is 5.2%, in 2021 it is 4.6% and from the 2022 Cot Kuta Health Center Report there are 15 pregnant women experiencing CED. From observations, it was found that some Tuha Peut members did not understand the importance of preventing and dealing with SEZs according to Qanuns or village regulations due to the lack of attention from the keuchik and the head of Tuha Peut so that there was no socialization regarding SEZs to pregnant women. The purpose of this study was to analyze the performance of the tuha peut institution according to the Qanun on the prevention and control of KEK in pregnant women through indicators of quality, quantity, time, effectiveness and independence. Poltekad has an initial plan that is motivated by the role and task of Poltekad to conduct research and observation of obstacles in the process of mobilizing troops who still use tires with air pressure on Rantis. Poltekad sets a long-term goal to create defense technology innovations that can benefit the TNI, which is realized through the short-term goal of making Airless Tires. In this article, the author hopes that this research can continue to the commercialization stage, so that Airless Tires can be used in tactical vehicles for the Indonesian National Army Army, Indonesian Navy, and Indonesian Air Force.

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to determine the financial performance of SOEs in the building construction sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period. The research was conducted using financial ratio analysis techniques. The object of this study is a state-owned enterprise engaged in the building construction sub-sector that has gone public. The data used comes from secondary sources in the form of company financial statements. In this study, liquidity, solvency, activity, profitability, and market value ratios were used as analytical tools. This study used four state-owned enterprises in the building construction sub-sector that conducted stock offerings on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2017-2021 as samples. The results of the study as a whole show that based on the calculations and analysis carried out on the overall ratio, PT. Pembangunan Perumahan (Persero) Tbk. and PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk. are companies with a better level of financial performance compared to state-owned enterprises in other building construction sub-sectors.

Therefore, in a decentralized system, understanding the economic characteristics of a region is important to increase economic productivity to make it more optimal. In this regard, this analysis aims to provide an overview of the economic characteristics in the province of Bali before the pandemic and during the pandemic and identify potential sectors that need to be developed. This study uses the Location Quotient, Shift-Share, Klassen Typology, and Overlay analysis methods from 2010 to 2021. From the results of the research, Bali Province before the pandemic had five leading sectors, but during the pandemic, Bali Province did not move only one base sector can become a mainstay, further innovation strategies are needed to stimulate Bali's economy to rise to the way it was before the pandemic. It takes the right policies from the Central and Regional Governments to make innovations and strategies so that the Bali economy returns to what it was before the pandemic.

Health Belief Model as Students' Perspective Framework Regarding Covid-19 Prevention

Abstract: The Covid-19 epidemic have a significant risk to the public's health. The Covid-19 infection spreads swiftly and affects people of all ages. The implementation of health guidelines among students and how students feel they… ey can complete the Covid-19 procedure cannot be separated. The goals of this study is to ascertain how students view Covid-19 prevention from the viewpoint of the Health Belief Model. This research used a descriptive survey with a sample size of 170 respondents and the sampling method is purposive sampling. Descriptive analysis of the components of HBM perceived severity category is quite good (90.0%), perceived barriers is a quite good category (68.2%), perceived benefits is found to be in a quite good category (77.6%), health motivation is in quite a good category (81.2%) and it can be seen that the perception of vulnerability (55.9%) and perception of cues to act (56.5%) was quite good. Positive perceptions include student perceptions of the Health Belief Model's effectiveness in preventing COVID-19, which are rated as being quite good. Therefore, it is envisaged that linked parties would be able to enhance health promotion initiatives for the Covid-19 prevention procedure, both directly and through media like posters put up around campuses

The Effect of Macroeconomic Factors on The Financial Performance of Banking in Indonesia

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of short-term and long-term macroeconomic factors on the financial performance of Islamic banking in Indonesia. The dependent variables in this study are Return on Assets (ROA), Financial… nancial to Deposit Ratio (FDR) and Operating Costs of Operating Income (BOPO) as proxies of financial performance. While the independent variables are industrial production index (IPI), inflation, BI rate, composite stock price index (CSPI) and exchange rates. The analytical method used is Vector Error Correction Models (VECM). The data used in this study are monthly time series data from January 2010 - December 2015. The results of the study state that in the long term the influence of the Industrial Production Index (IPI), inflation and exchange rates have a negative and significant effect on Return on Assets ( ROA) and Financial to Deposit Ratio (FDR). Meanwhile, the BI rate and the Composite Stock Price Index (JCI) have a positive and significant impact on Return on Assets (ROA) and Financial to Deposit Ratio (FDR). Industrial Production Index (IPI), inflation and exchange rates have a positive and significant influence on the Operating Cost of Operating Income (BOPO). Meanwhile, the BI rate and the Composite Stock Price Index (JCI) have a negative and significant effect on the Operating Cost of Operating Income (BOPO). The short-term effect of macroeconomic variables on financial performance (ROA, FDR and BOPO) does not show a significant relationship.

The Effect Of Health Education On Peer Group's Approach To Adolescent Readiness To Face Menarche

Abstract: Menarche is a condition when a woman experiences her first menstruation. One way for young women to have the readiness to face menarche is to provide information about menstruation correctly. Information about menarche can… an be obtained from health education. This study sought to ascertain the impact of a peer group approach to health education on adolescent readiness to face menarche. This research was conducted using the queasy experimental method having a control group design that is non-equivalent. The sampling method in this study is a probability sampling technique with proportioned stratified random sampling. In this investigation, 92 samples were included in the sample size and using the Two Independent Sample Test with the Mann-Whitney U type, the Pearson Chi-square test, and the Continuity Correction test. The results of this study indicated by the p-value (0,000) and the results using the Pearson chi-square test and Continuity Correction show the results of insignificant relationships between ages (0.096), sources of information (0.529), parental education (0.267), parental employment (0.132), and family economic status (0.456) with adolescent teenagers' preparedness for menarche. So that the effect of a peer group approach to health education towards preparing adolescents for menarche at SDN 243 Palembang.
