There are many choices of schools with a variety of different offerings provided. That way, many parents of students are confused by the many choices of types of schools for their children. This study aims to provide recommendations for the best elementary schools in the Sei Dadap sub-district based on the criteria desired by prospective students by applying the Simple Addictive Weighting (SAW) method to a system The SAW method helps in solving simple unstructured problems so that by applying the SAW method a more effective decision-making process can be carried out. The data used as alternative data are elementary schools in the Sei Dadap sub-district. The criteria used in decision making include accreditation, facilities, extracurricular activities, number of classrooms, number of students, and distance between schools.

Abstrak: Salah satu aspek pendidikan utama seperti pendidikan sekolah dasar yang tahap awal bagi anak untuk melanjutkan ke jenjang pendidikan berikutnya. Sekolah Dasar jenjang pendidikan pertama memegang peranan penting dalam mengembangkan sikap, keterampilan, serta minat dan bakat siswa. Setiap tahun ajaran baru, siswa dan orang tua akan memilih sekolah terbaik sesuai dengan keinginan mereka. Ada banyak pilihan sekolah dengan beragam penawaran berbeda yang disediakan. Dengan begitu, banyak orang tua siswa yang bingung dengan banyaknya pilihan jenis sekolah untuk anaknya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan rekomendasi sekolah dasar terbaik di kecamatan Sei Dadap berdasarkan kriteria yang diinginkan oleh calon siswa dengan menerapkan metode Simple Addictive Weighting (SAW) pada suatu sistem. Metode SAW membantu dalam menyelesaikan masalah sederhana yang tidak terstruktur sehingga dengan menerapkan metode SAW dapat dilakukan proses pengambilan keputusan yang lebih efektif. Data yang digunakan sebagai data alternatif adalah sekolah dasar yang ada di kecamatan Sei Dadap. Kriteria yang digunakan dalam pengambilan keputusan meliputi akreditasi, fasilitas, kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, jumlah ruang kelas, jumlah siswa, dan jarak antar sekolah.

Abstrak : CV. MOL JAYA merupakan salah satu CV yang bergerak dibidang menyediakan barang sperepart mobil . Dalam hal pengolahan persedian sparepart di CV. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengelola persedian barang atau inventory dan mempercepat pekerjaan karyawan dalam mengatasi permasalahan persedian sparepart di Gudang. Metode dalam penelitian ini menerapan Supply Chain Management adapun tahapannya yaitu dengan melakukan manajemen terhadap bahan baku, produksi, sampai distribusi kepada konsumen akhir dengan cara yang paling hemat dan efektif. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa aplikasi sms gateway inventory barang berbasis web yang berhasil dibangun dan berjalan dengan baik, sebagai sistem informasi yang dapat membantu dalam pengelolaan inventory , kuantitas stock suku cadang dan laporan penjualan. Aek Loba Health Center is that it does not have a system that can measure the level of patient satisfaction with the services provided. In addition, patients also still have difficulty in expressing opinions in the form of complaints about the performance of medical personnel. The aim of the research is to become a forum for assessing the quality of service that can make it easier for patients to submit complaints and also as a measuring tool for health agencies on the level of success of the quality of services provided. This study uses the Service Quality method by assessing service quality based on 5 quality dimensions, namely Tangibles, Responsiveness, Reliability, Assurance, and Empathy. Based on these problems, a decision support system was designed using the PHP programming language and the database used, namely MySQL. So that this research resulted in this system being able to help and facilitate the Aek Loba Health Center in accommodating and measuring the level of quality of service to patients. In addition, this system can make it easy for leaders to find out the elements that need to be improved, maintained, and repaired by the Aek Loba Health Center.

Abstrak: Memberi pelayanan kepada pasien merupakan kewajiban yang harus dilakukan oleh instansi kesehatan. Pelayanan kesehatan yang baik tentu saja dapat diukur dari kinerja tenaga medisnya. Permasalahan Puskesmas Aek Loba saat ini yaitu belum mempunyai sistem yang dapat mengukur tingkat kepuasan pasien terhadap layanan yang diberikan. Selain itu, pasien juga masih kesulitan dalam menyampaikan pendapat berupa keluhan terhadap kinerja tenaga medis. Tujuan penelitian untuk menjadi wadah penilaian kualitas pelayanan yang dapat memudahkan pasien dalam menyampaikan keluhan dan juga sebagai alat ukur instansi kesehatan terhadap tingkat keberhasilan kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Service Quality dengan menilai kualitas pelayanan berdasarkan 5 dimensi kualitas, yaitu Bukti Nyata (tangibles), Ketanggapan (responsiveness), Kehandalan (reliability), Jaminan (assurance), dan Empati (emphaty). Berdasarkan permasalah tersebut maka dirancang sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database yang digunakan yaitu MySQL. Sehingga penelitian ini menghasilkan sistem ini dapat membantu dan mempermudah pihak Puskesmas Aek Loba dalam menampung dan mengukur tingkat kualitas pelayanan terhadap pasien. Selain itu, sistem ini dapat memberi kemudahan bagi pimpinan untuk mengetahui unsur-unsur yang perlu ditingkatkan, dipertahankan, serta diperbaiki oleh Puskesmas Aek Loba.

Abstrak-: Permintaan pembuatan surat izin mengemudi yang terus naik setiap saat tahunnya, menjadikan-Polres Tanjungbalai khususnya Satlantas pertahankan komitmen terhadap inovasi di sektor jasa pengurusan surat izin mengemudi. untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut peneliti menggunakan Metode Servqual, Service Quality yaitu teknik untuk mengevaluasi kualitas layanan berdasarkan kualitas masing-masing dimensi. Hasil akhirnya yaitu nilai kesenjangan, yang merepresentasikan variasi dalam cara pelanggan memandang layanan yang mereka terima. Informasi yang digunakan dalam pengolahan penelitian ini berasal dari rilis data ke 30 responden yang sedang melakukan pengurusan Surat Izin Mengemudi pada Satlantas Tanjungbalai. Dari hasil penelitian ini terlihat bahwa kepuasan masyarakat di Satlantas Tanjungbalai dilihat dari lima dimensi servqual yaitu didapatkan jumlah nilai kenyataan sebesar 4,00 kemudian jumlah 4,62 lalu-gap -0,62. Gap-perbedaan hasil dari harapan yang tidak terpenuhi masyarakat terhadap pelayanan pada Satlantas Tanjungbalai.

Overcoming this requires a computer system that helps decision making, namely a decision support system for determining the best performance of parking attendants at the Asahan District Transportation Service in this study using the BORDA method. The borda method is used to combine the results of the decision assessment of each appraiser so that the final result is the best performance of the parking attendant. The purpose of this research is to create a computerized system that will later assist in determining the best performance appraisal of parking attendants every year. Abstrak: Penentuan kinerja terbaik petugas parkir pada Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Asahan bertujuan untuk perlu meningkatkan tanggung jawab dan loyalitas yang tinggi mendapatkan hasil kinerja yang memuaskan dan pemberian perhargaan bagi petugas parkir memiliki kinerja terbaik. Penilaian kinerja terbaik petugas parkir dilakukan oleh 3 penilai yaitu manajemen rekayasa lalu lintas, seksi parkir, staff administrasi parkir. Permasalahan dalam penilaian kinerja terbaik petugas parkir adalah belum ada sistem yang terstruktur sehingga waktu penilaian cukup lama sekitar kurang lebih 2-3 minggu. Selain itu penilaian masih cenderung subjektif misalnya penilaian petugas parkir berdasarkan kedekatan dan kekeluargaan sehingga menyebabkan kecemburuan. Mengatasi hal tersebut diperlukan suatu sistem komputer yang membantu pengambilan keputusan yaitu sistem pendukung keputusan penentuan kinerja terbaik petugas parkir pada Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Asahan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode BORDA. Metode borda digunakan untuk menggabungkan hasil penilaian keputusan dari tiap penilai sehingga dapat memperoleh hasil akhir berupa kinerja terbaik petugas parkir. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat suatu sistem komputerisasi yang nantinya akan membantu dalam menentukan penilaian kinerja terbaik petugas parkir disetiap tahunnya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dari sistem penentuan kinerja terbaik petugas parkir berupa perangkingan dari nilai akhir setiap petugas parkir. Abstrak: Pesatnya pertumbuhan penggunaan aplikasi pinjaman online membuat perlindungan data konsumen menjadi isu krusial. Regulasi perlindungan data pengajuan pinjaman online saat ini perlu diperbarui untuk memastikan data pribadi konsumen terlindungi dari potensi penyalahgunaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis urgensi pembaharuan regulasi perlindungan data bagi pengguna aplikasi pinjaman online melalui pendekatan yuridis-normatif. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa diperlukan regulasi baru yang lebih komprehensif untuk mengimbangi pesatnya perkembangan teknologi di sektor keuangan. Temuan penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya perlindungan data pribadi dalam aplikasi yang menawarkan layanan pinjaman online, terlebih dengan semakin banyaknya kasus pelanggaran data pribadi. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa pembaharuan regulasi perlindungan data pribadi sangat penting untuk menjamin keamanan dan keselamatan data konsumen di aplikasi yang menawarkan layanan pinjaman online.

Abstrak: Klasifikasi gender adalah salah satu tugas analisis video yang paling penting. Pendekatan berbasis machine learning disajikan untuk mengidentifikasi gambar wajah Pria dan Wanita dengan kumpulan data sebanyak 2000 gambar yang diambil dari kaggle. Metode ini berperan dalam menemukan nilai bobot yang memberikan nilai keluaran terbaik. Penelitian ini menggunakan learning rate yang paling sesuai dari masing-masing metode optimasi sebagai kriteria pemberhentian pelatihan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Jaringan Saraf Tiruan dengan optimasi Adam menghasilkan akurasi tertinggi yaitu 91,5 % dibandingkan dengan dengan metode optimasi SGD dan ADADELTA. Teknik Deep Learning yang diterapkan secara ekstensif pada pengenalan gambar yang digunakan memanfaatkan metode optimizer Adam.

n based on SLiMS 9 bulian at MAN 1 Bukittinggi library, especially in terms of content with the addition of e-book features, and changing the character of its applications into mobile version, which were previously local (intranet). The methods used were research and development, while system development used the Waterfall model. This study succeeded to develop a digital library application based on SLiMS 9 at MAN 1 Bukittinggi library. The development of the digital library in this study has been carried out through testing, including three types of product tests, namely validity test, practicality test, and effectiveness test, each of which was tested using a questionnaire instrument. The product validity test obtained an average value of 0.88 in the valid category; the product practicality test obtained an average value of 0.90 in the very practical category; and the product effectiveness test obtained an average value of 0.94 in the high effectiveness category. Based on the product test results that have been described, the digital library development product in this study was declared feasible and applicable as a digital library, and can be accessed via mobile by users, such as students, teachers, and library members of MAN 1 Bukittinggi.

Abstrak: Perpustakaan digital merupakan sebuah sistem yang memiliki layanan yang mendukung akses objek informasi secara otomasi menggunakan teknologi komputer. Dalam studi ini, peneliti bermaksud mengembangkan aplikasi perpustakaan digital berbasis SLiMS 9 bulian pada perpustakaan MAN 1 Bukittinggi, khususnya dari sisi content-nya dengan penambahan fitur e-book, serta mengubah sifat aplikasinya menjadi bersifat mobile, yang mana sebelumnya bersifat lokal (intranet). Metode dalam studi ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan, sedangkan pengembangan sistem dilakukan menggunakan model Waterfall. Penelitian ini berhasil mengembangkan aplikasi perpustakaan digital berbasis SLiMS 9 pada perpustakaan MAN 1 Bukittinggi. Pengembangan perpustakaan digital dalam penelitian ini telah dilakukan melalui pengujian, meliputi tiga jenis uji produk, yaitu uji validitas, uji praktikalitas, dan uji efektivitas, yang setiap pengujiannya dilakukan menggunakan instrumen angket. Uji validitas produk memperoleh nilai rerata 0,88 dengan kategori Valid; uji praktikalitas produk memperoleh nilai rerata 0,90 dengan kategori Sangat Praktis; dan uji efektivitas produk memperoleh nilai rerata 0,94 dengan kategori Efektivitas Tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil uji produk yang telah diuraikan, produk pengembangan perpustakaan digital dalam penelitian ini dinyatakan layak dan dapat diterapkan sebagai perpustakaan digital, serta dapat diakses secara mobile oleh para pengguna, yaitu siswa, guru, dan anggota perpustakaan MAN 1 Bukittinggi.

Doctors' performance evaluation is still done manually and the data processing process does not yet use application programs in making decisions. In the process of assessing the performance of doctors as the main professional staff in hospitals, it must be carried out realistically, objectively and based on evidence and specifically according to specialization and/or specific procedures. For this reason, a tool is needed in the form of designing a decision support system (DSS) in evaluating the performance of doctors which aims to understand the deficiencies of the performance that has been carried out, so that it can open up space for improvement or improvements to quality and efficiency in hospitals, for the purpose of providing incentives and reward programs and value-based purchasing strategies for doctors. The method in this study uses the Weighted Product method, with the concept of weighting the rating of an appraisal variable that will be selected as the best alternative. The system to be created is a decision support system using the Weighted Product (WP) method, which is a method of determining the order (priority) in multi-criteria analysis. The results of this system design are expected to be a tool for Setio Husodo Hospital in analyzing and deciding on the performance of doctors who will be given incentives and reward programs as well as value-based purchasing strategies for doctors.

Abstrak: Untuk mendorong kinerja yang lebih baik dan semangat berprestasi, institusi memberikan penghargaan kepada dokter yang dianggap berprestasi.Metode tradisional masih digunakan untuk menilai kinerja dokter dan manajer. Evaluasi kinerja dokter masih bersifat manual, dan proses pengolahan data belum menggunakan program aplikasi untuk mengambil keputusan. Proses evaluasi kinerja dokter sebagai anggota staf rumah sakit penuh waktu harus realistis, objektif, berbasis bukti, dan spesifik untuk spesialisasi dan/atau prosedur tertentu. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan perancangan sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK) untuk evaluasi kinerja dokter sebagai alat yang bertujuan untuk memahami kekurangan dalam pelayanan yang diberikan dan memberikan ruang untuk perbaikan dan ruang untuk peningkatan kualitas dan efisiensi. Rumah sakit mendorong dan memberi dokter program penghargaan dan strategi pembelian berbasis nilai. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode weighted product dengan konsep pembobotan evaluasi terhadap satu variabel evaluasi yang dipilih sebagai pilihan terbaik. Hasil perancangan sistem ini dimaksudkan sebagai alat bagi RS Setio Husodo untuk menganalisis dan menentukan kinerja dokter penerima program insentif dan reward, serta strategi pembelian berbasis nilai dokter.
