This community service project aimed to educate students of SMPIT Al-Hijrah 2 Deli Serdang on how to use Indonesian properly, accurately, and politely in digital communication. The method involved initial observation, development of a contextual learning module based on social media content, implementation of interactive training, and follow-up evaluation and mentoring. The results indicate a significant improvement in students’ understanding of language norms and online communication ethics. Students became more aware in choosing appropriate diction, composing grammatically correct sentences, and maintaining polite interactions in social media posts and comments. Post-training mentoring also showed consistency in the students’ application of polite language in their digital interactions. This program demonstrates that language education integrated with digital literacy and character-building can shape ethical and productive communication behaviors among junior high school students. Such education is recommended to be continuously implemented as part of school literacy programs.

Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), penelitian ini mengeksplorasi hubungan antara inovasi pembelajaran, teknologi pembelajaran mendalam, dan dukungan infrastruktur digital. Temuan penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa pembelajaran mendalam secara signifikan meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik guru (β = 0,72, p < 0,001). Inovasi pembelajaran Pancasila memberikan kontribusi positif (β = 0,65, p < 0,01), dan dukungan infrastruktur digital memperkuat efektivitas pembelajaran mendalam (p < 0,05). Hasil ini menegaskan bahwa teknologi adaptif dapat mempercepat transformasi pedagogik dan meningkatkan efektivitas pengajaran Pancasila. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan strategi pengajaran berbasis teknologi dalam pendidikan karakter dan menawarkan rekomendasi bagi para pembuat kebijakan untuk memperkuat ekosistem digital dalam pendidikan. Penelitian lebih lanjut dianjurkan untuk mengeksplorasi dampak jangka panjang penerapan pembelajaran mendalam dalam pengajaran dan menilai efektivitasnya di berbagai tingkat pendidikan.

tourism management largely depends on the capacity of human resources and local institutions. This study aims to analyze the role of community-based nature tourism management training in improving individual capacities and strengthening the institutional capacity of the Giri Puspa Forest Farmer Group (Kelompok Tani Hutan/KTH) as the manager of Lembah Puspa Educamp in West Bandung Regency. This research employed a qualitative approach using a case study method. Research informants consisted of the group leader, management board members, KTH members, training facilitators, and tourism development partners selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis, and analyzed using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña, including data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that the training contributed significantly to improving participants’ competencies in tour guiding, visitor services, tourism safety, environmental interpretation, and digital marketing. Furthermore, the training strengthened institutional capacity through enhanced coordination, task distribution, member participation, and collective decision-making processes. The program also supported the implementation of Community Based Tourism (CBT) principles, as reflected in increased community involvement in tourism management and destination development. Nevertheless, several challenges remain, including limited funding, inadequate supporting facilities, and unequal competency levels among group members. The study concludes that training serves as a strategic instrument for community empowerment and institutional strengthening to support sustainable community-based nature tourism management

earch is grounded in issues of low institutional responsiveness in following up on complaints, mismatches between actual service completion time and the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), and uneven public socialization of the system. This study employs a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, using 3-dimensional e-government success model, namely Support, Capacity, and Value, as the analytical framework. Data were collected through field observation, regulatory documentation review, and in-depth interviews. The findings indicate that the Support dimension is backed by strong political will, allocated funding, and multi-channel socialization that has driven growth in registered users, though technical assistance responsiveness outside office hours remains weak. The Capacity dimension shows adequate human resources and staff competence, but the technological infrastructure remains prone to disruptions such as OTP delivery failures and server downtime. The Value dimension has produced tangible benefits in efficiency and service transparency, yet this value is undermined by document processing delays exceeding SOP standards, driven by a "digital red tape" practice among internal verification officers. This study recommends strengthening online technical support and adopting contingency resource mechanisms to improve service.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Penerapan Sistem Informasi Pelayanan Perizinan Terpadu (SIPINTER) di Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) Kabupaten Tangerang. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh masih rendahnya responsivitas instansi dalam menindaklanjuti laporan, ketidaksesuaian durasi penyelesaian layanan dengan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP), serta sosialisasi yang belum merata kepada masyarakat. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan analisis berlandaskan model keberhasilan e-government tiga dimensi yaitu Support, Capacity, dan Value. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dimensi Support telah didukung oleh political will yang kuat, alokasi anggaran, dan sosialisasi multikanal yang mendorong pertumbuhan pengguna terdaftar, namun masih lemah dalam responsivitas bantuan teknis di luar jam kerja. Dimensi Capacity menunjukkan kecukupan sumber daya manusia dan kompetensi petugas, tetapi infrastruktur masih rentan mengalami gangguan teknis seperti kegagalan pengiriman OTP dan server down. Dimensi Value menghasilkan manfaat nyata berupa efisiensi dan transparansi pelayanan, namun nilainya terdegradasi akibat keterlambatan penyelesaian dokumen yang melampaui SOP, yang dipicu oleh praktik birokrasi digital (digital red tape) di tingkat verifikator internal. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penguatan dukungan teknis daring serta penerapan mekanisme kontingensi sumber daya untuk meningkatkan layanan.

Equivalency Education Program. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the community empowerment management function through the Package C Equivalency Education Program at PKBM Buana Mekar Baleendah using the POAC (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling) management approach. The study used a descriptive qualitative method with the research location at PKBM Buana Mekar, Bandung Regency. The research subjects consisted of PKBM managers, tutors, and Package C learners. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the planning function has been carried out through identifying community needs and preparing flexible learning programs. The organizing function is seen from the division of tutor tasks and a clear organizational structure. The implementation function is carried out through andragogy-based learning with lectures, discussions, questions and answers, and skills practice methods. Meanwhile, the supervisory function is carried out through learning evaluation, attendance monitoring, andsupervision of skills practice. Although the program's implementation has been quite successful, several obstacles remain, such as limited digital learning media, unstable student attendance rates, and suboptimal utilization of practical facilities. imana intensitas penggunaanya mencangkup aspek perhatian, penghayatan, durasi dan frekuensi (Umami & Rosdiana, 2022), sementara kepercayaan diri merupakan keyakinan individu terhadap kemampuan dirinya yang tercermin melalui sikap optimis, objektif, bertanggung jawab dan rasional (Puji et al., 2024)). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji hubungan antara intensitas penggunaan media sosal Instagram dengan kepercayaan diri mahasiswa Psikologi Kristen IAKN Kupang Angkatan 2025, yang dilatarbelakangi oleh fenomena lapangan dimana sebagian mahasiswa mengalami penurunan kepercayaan diri akibat social comparison ketika melihat unggahan teman yang tampak lebih berprestasi, sementara sebagian lainnya justru merasa lebih percaya diri melalui ekspresi diri dan validasi sosial di Instagram. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional, melibatkan 30 mahasiswa yang dipilih menggunakan teknik total sampling, dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner skala Likert empat pilihan jawaban. Uji validitas menghasilkan 34 butir valid dari 40 butir, dan uji reliabilitas menghasilkan nilai Cronbach’s Alpha sebesar 0,971 yang tergolong sangat reliabel. Analisis data menggunakan korelasi Pearson Product Moment dengan bantuan SPSS versi 20 menunjukkan nilai koefisien signifikansi 0,000 (p < 0,01), yang berarti terdapat hubungan yang signifikan, positif, dan kuat antara kedua variabel, sehingga semakin tinggi intensitas penggunaan Instagram maka semakin tinggi pula kepercayaan diri mahasiswa. Temuan ini konsisten dengan penelitian Banoet dkk.(2025) dari Psikologi Undana Kupang, Oktaviani dkk. (2023), dan Dalila (2022), dan mengimplikasikan bahwa Instagram di lingkungan IAKN Kupang berfungsi sebagai media ekspresi diri dan validasi sosial yang konstruktif, sehingga program literasi digital perlu diarahkan pada pembimbingan pola penggunaan yang sehat dan bertanggung jawab.

s a qualitative method with a systematic literature review, analyzing and synthesizing scientific sources including books, international and national journals, articles, proceedings, and relevant research findings. Data sources were obtained from scientific databases such as Google Scholar, JSTOR, ScienceDirect, ERIC, and national digital repositories. The findings consistently demonstrate that the Sam'iyah Syafawiyah method integrated with the communicative approach has a positive and significant influence on students' self-confidence in speaking Arabic. This effect operates through four main mechanisms: (1) repetitive drilling builds mastery experience; (2) native speaker audio models provide vicarious experience; (3) the communicative approach reduces affective filters; and (4) intensive practice promotes automaticity in Arabic speech production. This study concludes that the integration of both methods constitutes an effective and recommended pedagogical strategy for improving self-confidence in Arabic speaking.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh penerapan metode Sam'iyah Syafawiyah berbasis pendekatan komunikatif terhadap kepercayaan diri peserta didik dalam berbicara bahasa Arab melalui pendekatan library research (studi kepustakaan). Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan kajian literatur sistematis, yakni menganalisis dan mensintesis berbagai sumber ilmiah berupa buku, jurnal nasional dan internasional, artikel, prosiding, dan hasil penelitian yang relevan. Sumber data diperoleh dari berbagai basis data ilmiah seperti Google Scholar, JSTOR, ScienceDirect, ERIC, dan repositori digital nasional. Hasil kajian secara konsisten menunjukkan bahwa metode Sam'iyah Syafawiyah yang diintegrasikan dengan pendekatan komunikatif memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepercayaan diri peserta didik dalam berbicara bahasa Arab. Pengaruh ini bekerja melalui empat mekanisme utama: (1) latihan drill berulang membangun mastery experience; (2) model audio native speaker memberikan vicarious experience; (3) pendekatan komunikatif menurunkan filter afektif; dan (4) latihan intensif mendorong otomatisasi produksi ujaran bahasa Arab. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa integrasi kedua metode tersebut merupakan strategi pedagogis yang efektif dan direkomendasikan untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan diri berbicara bahasa Arab.
