Pelatihan Penggunaan Media Pembelajaran Berbasis Teknologi Komputer

Abstract: The rapid progress of information and communication technology today can be seen in how easy it is for people to communicate and obtain information, even in the face of limited time and space. Advances in information and… communication technology are increasingly being applied to various fields and aspects of daily life to provide efficiency and convenience in handling tasks and work related to humans. One area where many people have benefited from advances in information and communication technology is education. To overcome the problems raised, the general approach that will be used in this activity is to teach computer-based media creation to teachers in elementary schools. The one-day computer-based learning media development training was carried out in a structured, patient and comprehensive manner. In general, all participants were involved in activities with strong and consistent motivation. Training as teachers and principals of certain schools to strengthen learning capacity. Pelatihan Penggunaan Aplikasi Reservasi Kamar Hotel Untuk Meningkatkan Layanan Konsumen

Abstract: The travel and tourism sectors are closely related to the hospitality sector. The success of a hotel in this digital era is strongly supported by customer service that utilizes information technology-based applications.… However, using these applications effectively requires proper training and understanding. Therefore, this service activity aims to train Swarna Dwipa hotel staff in operating a web-based hotel room reservation application. It is one way for hotel staff to provide optimal service and assist in driving business success in the hospitality sector. Many studies show that operating hotel room reservation applications can increase customer satisfaction and efficiency in the hotel business. However, proper and systematic training is necessary to maintain competitiveness. The stages of this activity include observation, interviews, sharing knowledge, training in application use, and evaluation. The simulation results show that participants can use the reservation application in a structured and systematic manner with a significant level of user acceptance of applications. Abstract: The COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on many business sectors throughout the world, both large businesses and MSMEs. Mr. Selamat owns the Asahan Selasih Chips business, a souvenir business in the city of Kisaran… saran that sells various types of processed chips, such as sweet potatoes, bananas, and other tubers. This company relies on direct sales from its production house and retailing at kiosks, minimarkets, and supermarkets in Kisaran, Asahan Regency. Also, they have to face the impact of the pandemic by surviving and trying to continue producing their products. One of the causes of declining sales during the post-COVID-19 pandemic is the need for promotional media to expand the market. Just expecting regular customers significantly influences declining sales because the economic turnover of the people in Asahan Regency is limited due to the impact of COVID-19. Apart from that, digital business competition is also a challenge for the Kisaran souvenir chips business. Using observation methods and providing direct training to partner locations, implementing a website and e-catalog is essential for the Selasih Chips business in facing business challenges after the COVID-19 pandemic. Technology can help companies to improve operational efficiency, increase customer trust, and expand their markets in this digital era. Bapak Selamat adalah pemilik usaha Keripik Selasih Asahan yaitu usaha oleh-oleh kota Kisaran contohnya yang menjual berbagai jenis olahan keripik seperti ubi, pisang, dan umbi-umbian lainnya, usaha yang mengandalkan penjualan langsung dari rumah produksinya dan mengecer ke kios-kios maupun minimarket dan supermarket yang ada di kota Kisaran Kabupaten Asahan, juga harus menghadapi dampak pandemi dengan bertahan dan berusaha untuk tetap memproduksi produknya. Salah satu penyebab menurunnya penjualan dimasa pasca pandemi COVID-19 dipengaruhi kurangnya media promosi untuk memperluas pasar. Hanya dengan mengharapkan pelanggan tetap, menjadi pengaruh besar terhadap menurunnya penjualan disebabkan perputaran ekonomi masyarakat di Kabupaten Asahan menjadi terbatas akibat dampak COVID-19. Selain itu persaingan bisnis secara digital juga menjadi tantangan tersendiri bagi usaha keripik oleh-oleh Kisaran. Dengan metode observasi dan memberikan pelatihan langsung ke lokasi mitra maka penerapan website dan e-katalog merupakan langkah penting bagi usaha Keripik Selasih dalam menghadapi tantangan bisnis pasca pandemi COVID-19. DEVELOPMENT OF AN ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE BASED VERTICAL HYDROPONIC CULTIVATION SYSTEM

Abstract: Abstract: The advancement of smart agriculture has become a promising solution to increase food productivity and land use efficiency in urban environments. This research aims to develop an Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based… sed vertical hydroponic farming system integrated with LED grow light technology and catfish aquaponics. The proposed system combines vertical hydroponics and aquaponics to optimize plant growth and water utilization. Internet of Things technology enables real-time environmental monitoring through an Arduino Uno microcontroller integrated with LDR, soil moisture, pH, and NPK sensors. The obtained sensor data is processed using the Mamdani Fuzzy Logic algorithm, which performs fuzzification, rule inference, aggregation, and defuzzification to generate adaptive control decisions for irrigation, nutrient circulation, and LED grow light intensity. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method through prototype development and performance evaluation for 30 days using spinach (Amaranthus spp.) and mustard greens (Brassica juncea) as test plants. Experimental results showed that the developed system successfully maintained stable environmental conditions, with soil moisture ranging between 69–72%, a pH value between 6.4 and 6.6, and optimal nutrient availability. Plant growth increased significantly. The integration of IoT, AI and aquaponics improves cultivation efficiency, enabling environmental control as a smart and sustainable solution for urban agriculture. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem pertanian hidroponik vertikal berbasis Kecerdasan Buatan (AI) yang terintegrasi dengan teknologi lampu tumbuh LED dan aquaponik ikan lele. Sistem yang diusulkan menggabungkan hidroponik vertikal dan aquaponik untuk mengoptimalkan pertumbuhan tanaman dan pemanfaatan air. Teknologi Internet of Things memungkinkan pemantauan lingkungan secara real-time melalui mikrokontroler arduino uno yang terintegrasi dengan sensor LDR, kelembaban tanah, pH, dan NPK. Data sensor yang diperoleh diproses menggunakan algoritma Logika Fuzzy Mamdani, yang melakukan fuzzifikasi, inferensi aturan, agregasi, dan defuzzifikasi untuk menghasilkan keputusan kontrol adaptif untuk irigasi, sirkulasi nutrisi, dan intensitas lampu tumbuh LED. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Pengembangan (R&D) melalui pengembangan prototipe dan evaluasi kinerja selama 30 hari menggunakan bayam (Amaranthus spp.) dan sawi hijau (Brassica juncea) sebagai tanaman uji. Hasil eksperimen menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dikembangkan berhasil mempertahankan kondisi lingkungan yang stabil, dengan kelembaban tanah berkisar antara 69–72%, nilai pH antara 6,4 dan 6,6, dan ketersediaan nutrisi yang optimal. Pertumbuhan tanaman meningkat secara signifikan. Integrasi IoT, AI dan aquaponik meningkatkan efisiensi budidaya, untuk pengendalian lingkungan sebagai solusi cerdas dan berkelanjutan untuk pertanian perkotaan. COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF B-TREE AND HASH INDEXES FOR POSTGRESQL QUERY OPTIMIZATION

Abstract: Abstract: Query performance is a critical factor in managing large-scale databases. One of the most widely used optimization techniques is indexing. This study aims to analyze the impact of indexing on query performance… in PostgreSQL, compare the effectiveness of B-Tree and Hash indexes, and evaluate their influence on query planner decisions. A quantitative experimental approach was employed using the TPC-H benchmark dataset at scale factors SF0.1, SF1, and SF10. Experiments were conducted using EXPLAIN ANALYZE on exact match, range, and join queries under three conditions: without indexing, with B-Tree indexing, and with Hash indexing. The results demonstrate that indexing significantly improves query performance. For exact match queries on the SF10 dataset, execution time decreased from 93.36 ms without indexing to 0.034 ms using B-Tree and 0.045 ms using Hash indexes. For join queries, execution time was reduced from 857.77 ms to 0.180 ms using B-Tree and 0.079 ms using Hash indexes. B-Tree showed consistent performance across different query types, while Hash achieved the best results for equality-based queries. Furthermore, index usage influenced query planner decisions in selecting more efficient execution strategies. These findings indicate that appropriate index selection can substantially improve data access efficiency in PostgreSQL.        Keywords: b-tree index; hash index; PostgreSQL; query optimization; query planner     Abstrak: Performa query merupakan faktor penting dalam pengelolaan basis data berskala besar. Salah satu teknik optimasi yang umum digunakan adalah indexing. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan indexing terhadap performa query pada PostgreSQL, membandingkan efektivitas B-Tree dan Hash index, serta mengevaluasi pengaruhnya terhadap keputusan query planner. Penelitian menggunakan metode eksperimen kuantitatif dengan dataset benchmark TPC-H pada skala SF0.1, SF1, dan SF10. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan EXPLAIN ANALYZE pada exact match query, range query, dan join query dalam kondisi tanpa index, menggunakan B-Tree index, dan Hash index. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa indexing meningkatkan performa query secara signifikan. Pada exact match query dataset SF10, execution time menurun dari 93,36 ms tanpa index menjadi 0,034 ms menggunakan B-Tree dan 0,045 ms menggunakan Hash index. Pada join query, execution time berkurang dari 857,77 ms menjadi 0,180 ms menggunakan B-Tree dan 0,079 ms menggunakan Hash index. B-Tree menunjukkan performa yang konsisten pada berbagai jenis query, sedangkan Hash index memberikan performa terbaik pada query berbasis equality. Selain itu, penggunaan index memengaruhi keputusan query planner dalam memilih strategi eksekusi yang lebih efisien. TOPSIS-BASED SYSTEM FOR THE SELECTION OF TRAINING PARTICIPANT CANDIDATES AT THE ASAHAN MANPOWER OFFICE

Abstract: Abstract: Job training is one of the government’s efforts to improve the quality of human resources so that they possess competencies that meet labor market demands. The process of selecting training participants at the… e Department of Manpower of Asahan Regency is still carried out manually, which can lead to subjectivity and inefficiency in determining the most eligible candidates. This study aims to develop a decision support system using the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method to assist the selection process objectively and systematically. The study applies four evaluation criteria, namely education level, age, work experience, and interview, with a dataset consisting of 31 training candidates. The system is developed as a web-based application using PHP programming language and MySQL database. The TOPSIS method is applied through decision matrix normalization, weighting, determination of positive and negative ideal solutions, and preference value calculation to produce a ranking of candidates. The results show that the proposed system can provide objective recommendations for selecting training participants, improve the efficiency of the selection process, and support decision makers in producing more accurate and reliable decisions. Keywords: decision support system; selection; training; TOPSIS.   Abstrak: Pelatihan tenaga kerja merupakan salah satu upaya pemerintah dalam meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia agar memiliki kompetensi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dunia kerja. Proses pemilihan calon peserta pelatihan di Dinas Tenaga Kerja Kabupaten Asahan selama ini masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga berpotensi menimbulkan subjektivitas dan kurang efektif dalam menentukan peserta yang paling layak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sistem pendukung keputusan menggunakan metode Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) untuk membantu proses seleksi peserta pelatihan secara objektif dan sistematis. Penelitian ini menggunakan empat kriteria penilaian yaitu pendidikan, usia, pengalaman kerja, dan wawancara dengan jumlah data sebanyak 31 calon peserta pelatihan. Sistem dikembangkan berbasis web menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL. Metode TOPSIS digunakan untuk melakukan normalisasi matriks keputusan, pembobotan, penentuan solusi ideal positif dan negatif, serta perhitungan nilai preferensi untuk menghasilkan perankingan peserta pelatihan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dibangun mampu memberikan rekomendasi peserta pelatihan secara objektif, meningkatkan efisiensi proses seleksi, serta membantu pihak dinas dalam pengambilan keputusan yang lebih akurat. IOT BASED HYDROPONIC WATER QUALITY CONTROL INTEGRATED WITH WEBSITE AND EARLY WARNING

One of the technologies widely applied is the Internet of Things (IoT), which… hich enables devices to be interconnected through the internet to perform monitoring and data exchange in real time. In hydroponic cultivation, water quality stability is a crucial factor that affects plant growth. The main parameters that need to be monitored include water acidity level (pH), water temperature, and dissolved nutrient concentration measured using Total Dissolved Solids (TDS). However, water quality monitoring is still commonly conducted manually, making it less efficient and potentially causing delays in detecting changes in water conditions. This study aims to design an IoT-based water quality monitoring system for hydroponic cultivation using an ESP32 microcontroller integrated with pH, temperature, and TDS sensors. The collected data are sent to a server and displayed on a web dashboard in real time, equipped with automatic notification features. Salah satu teknologi yang banyak diterapkan adalah Internet of Things (IoT) yang memungkinkan perangkat saling terhubung melalui jaringan internet untuk melakukan pemantauan dan pertukaran data secara real-time. Pada budidaya hidroponik, kestabilan kualitas air menjadi faktor penting yang mempengaruhi pertumbuhan tanaman. Parameter utama yang perlu diperhatikan meliputi tingkat keasaman air (pH), suhu air, serta konsentrasi nutrisi terlarut yang diukur menggunakan Total Dissolved Solids (TDS). Namun, pemantauan kualitas air masih banyak dilakukan secara manual sehingga kurang efisien dan berpotensi menimbulkan keterlambatan dalam mendeteksi perubahan kondisi air. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang sistem pemantauan kualitas air hidroponik berbasis IoT menggunakan mikrokontroler ESP32 yang terintegrasi dengan sensor pH, suhu, dan TDS. Data dikirim ke server dan ditampilkan pada web dashboard secara real-time serta dilengkapi notifikasi otomatis. HYBRID MOBILENETV2-SVM FOR ROBUST INDONESIAN BATIK MOTIF IDENTIFICATION

Abstract: Abstract: Automated batik motif classification is challenged by high inter-class similarity and texture complexity. This study proposes a hybrid model integrating MobileNetV2 as a feature extractor and Support Vector Machine… hine (SVM) as the classifier to optimize accuracy and efficiency. Utilizing a Kaggle dataset of 8,640 images across 20 batik categories, the data was partitioned into 420 training images per class (Dayak: 360) and 15 testing images per class. The results demonstrate superior performance with 96.00% accuracy, exceeding the 90% target. The system showed high computational efficiency with a total execution time of 359.92 seconds and feature extraction taking only 22.63 seconds. This hybrid approach provides an ideal performance balance for resource-constrained mobile applications.             Keywords: batik classification; MobileNetV2; support vector machine; hybrid model; computational efficiency     Abstrak: Klasifikasi motif batik secara otomatis menghadapi tantangan kemiripan visual antar-kelas yang tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengoptimalkan akurasi dan efisiensi pengenalan batik menggunakan model hibrida MobileNetV2 sebagai pengekstraksi fitur dan Support Vector Machine (SVM) sebagai klasifikator. Menggunakan dataset Kaggle berisi 8.640 citra dari 20 kategori batik, data dibagi menjadi 420 citra latih per kelas (kecuali Batik Dayak 360) dan 15 citra uji per kelas. Hasil eksperimen menunjukkan performa impresif dengan akurasi 96,00%, melampaui target awal 90%. Sistem ini sangat efisien dengan total waktu eksekusi 359,92 detik, di mana ekstraksi fitur hanya membutuhkan 22,63 detik. WEB-BASED SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATION USING FEFO METHOD IN CV. SAHABAT JAYA SUKSES

Sahabat Jaya Sukses, face significant challenges in inventory control, particularly related to product expiration and stock discrepancies… s caused by manual recording. This study aims to design and implement a web-based Supply Chain Management (SCM) system that integrates the flow of goods from suppliers to retailers by applying the First Expired First Out (FEFO) method to minimize financial losses due to expired products. The research methodology employs the Waterfall model, which is selected because of its structured and systematic development stages and its suitability for systems with clear and stable requirements, facilitating effective analysis, design, implementation, and testing processes. The research stages include requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The results show that the SCM system successfully integrates data across the entire supply chain, automates inventory recording, and effectively prioritizes product distribution based on the nearest expiration dates. Black Box testing confirms that all system functionalities, including FEFO logic, operate properly, thereby improving operational efficiency and data accuracy. Sahabat Jaya Sukses menghadapi tantangan dalam pengendalian persediaan, khususnya terkait produk kedaluwarsa dan selisih stok akibat pencatatan manual. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem Supply Chain Management (SCM) berbasis web yang mengintegrasikan aliran barang dari pemasok hingga pengecer dengan menerapkan metode First Expired First Out (FEFO) untuk meminimalkan kerugian akibat produk kedaluwarsa. Metodologi penelitian menggunakan model Waterfall yang dipilih karena memiliki tahapan pengembangan yang terstruktur, sistematis, dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan sistem yang jelas serta stabil, sehingga memudahkan proses perancangan, implementasi, dan pengujian. Tahapan penelitian meliputi analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem, implementasi, dan pengujian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem SCM berhasil mengintegrasikan data di seluruh rantai pasok, mengotomatisasi pencatatan stok, serta memprioritaskan distribusi barang berdasarkan tanggal kedaluwarsa terdekat. Pengujian Black Box membuktikan bahwa seluruh fungsi sistem, termasuk logika FEFO, berjalan dengan baik sehingga meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan akurasi data. ANALYSIS OF THE EFFECT OF E-CRM AUTOMATION ON SERVICE EFFICIENCY AT DIAH FASHION STORE

Increasing competition and rising cynsumer expectations… xpectations for fast, accurate, and technology-based services require businesses to innovate and undergo digital transformation. One widely used approach is the implementation of automation-based Electronic Customer Relationship Management (E-CRM). This study aims to analyze the implementation of E-CRM automation and its impact on service efficiency at Toko Diah Fashion, a fashion retail business that still faces service challenges due to manual systems, such as customer data duplication, delayed responses, and difficulty in monitoring transaction history. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research focus is limited to aspects of service efficiency, including service speed, accuracy in managing customer data, and ease in customer follow-up. The E-CRM automation system studied is designed using PHP programming language and a MySQL database. The research results indicate that the implementation of E-CRM automation can significantly improve service efficiency. This system facilitates integrated customer data management, speeds up the service process, and supports more personalized communication through notification features and transaction history recording. Keyword: automation; e-crm; fashion retail; service efficiency.   Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi digital yang semakin pesat telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam pola konsumsi dan perilaku pelanggan, khususnya dalam sektor ritel fashion. Persaingan yang semakin ketat serta meningkatnya ekspektasi konsumen terhadap layanan yang cepat, akurat dan berbasis teknologi menuntut pelaku usaha untuk melakukan inovasi dan transformasi digital. Salah satu pendekatan yang banyak digunakan adalah penerapan Electronic Customer Relationship Management (E-CRM) berbasis automasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan automasi E-CRM serta pengaruhnya terhadap efisiensi pelayanan pada Toko Diah Fashion, sebuah usaha ritel fashion yang masih menghadapi kendala pelayanan akibat sistem manual, seperti duplikasi data pelanggan, keterlambatan respons, dan kesulitan dalam pemantauan histori transaksi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Fokus penelitian dibatasi pada aspek efisiensi pelayanan, meliputi kecepatan pelayanan, ketepatan pengelolaan data pelanggan, serta kemudahan dalam tindak lanjut pelanggan. Sistem automasi E-CRM yang dikaji dirancang menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan basis data MySQL. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan automasi E-CRM mampu meningkatkan efisiensi pelayanan secara signifikan. Sistem ini mempermudah pengelolaan data pelanggan secara terintegrasi, mempercepat proses pelayanan, serta mendukung komunikasi yang lebih personal melalui fitur notifikasi dan pencatatan histori transaksi.  Kata kunci: automasi; e-crm; efisiensi pelayanan; ritel fashion.
