The data collection techniques in this research are reading and note-taking techniques. The results of this study show that the social values contained in this short story are in the form of moral values, vital values, legal compliance values, knowledge values, religious values, and aesthetic values. In addition, this study also found the relevance of social values to character education values in the form of honesty, hard work, creativity, and respect for achievement.

litative, with textual analysis of mawaris verses in the Qur'an, Hadith, and the study of the theory of maqaṣid shari'ah. Case studies in several Muslim countries were also conducted to assess the implementation of modified mawaris laws within the national legal framework. The results of the study show that mawaris law, although textual in the Qur'an, provides space for reinterpretation through the maqaṣid shari'ah approach. This approach emphasizes aspects of justice, benefit, and equality that are in line with Islamic values. The study also found that the reconstruction of mawaris law can support the strengthening of women's position in the family and society without eliminating the principle of justice that is the core of sharia. This study concludes that mawaris law can be adapted to the modern context through reinterpretation based on maqaṣid shari'ah. Thus, this reconstruction not only answers the challenges of the modern era but also maintains the relevance of Islamic law as a universal guideline.

The results of the training showed that the majority of participants were able to produce designs that meet the criteria of aesthetics, creativity, and learning relevance. Evaluation through questionnaires showed that the training was very useful and relevant to the participants' needs. The obstacles faced, such as limited devices and internet connection, were successfully overcome with appropriate solutions. The positive impact of this training is not only to improve teachers' competence in digital literacy, but also to create a more interesting learning experience for students.

A literature review method was employed, with qualitative descriptive analysis of relevant materials, including journal articles, official reports, and books. Findings reveal that security communication strategies involving early threat detection, the strategic use of social media for credible messaging, and collaboration among governments, media, and civil society effectively enhance public trust. However, challenges such as low digital literacy and information access disparities persist. The integration of big data technology for public conversation analysis offers significant potential for early threat detection and improved communication strategy effectiveness. The findings of the study indicate that, despite significant barriers related to gender stereotypes, women in the legal field usually prioritize ethical principles when making decisions. To create more impartial and fair justice, this study disseminates information about the importance of gender equality in the legal system. Additionally, this study found that while there were no pronounced gender differences, women tended to be more vulnerable to the impact of emotions and social norms on moral judgment. This implies that even while gender has no direct bearing on moral judgments, social and emotional background must still be taken into account. With a focus on the necessity of a more inclusive and sensitive approach to the social elements that influence decision-making, these findings offer significant insights for the establishment of ethical rules and training in the Indonesian legal profession.

Nalar Bayani, yang berfokus pada teks otoritatif, digunakan untuk memahami wahyu dan ajaran agama, sedangkan nalar Burhani lebih menekankan pada penggunaan logika dan rasio dalam mencari kebenaran ilmiah yang universal. Di sisi lain, nalar Irfani menggali dimensi pengetahuan yang lebih dalam melalui pengalaman batin dan intuisi mistik.
