Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk menganalisis hubungan pengetahuan dan sikap perawat terhadap perilaku penerapan sasaran keselamatan pasien di ruangan ICU & ICVCU RSUD Undata Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah. Metode penelitian menggunakan Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain analitik menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional study. Penelitian dilakukan pada tanggal 10 agustus hingga 18 agustus 2023. Populasi adalah semua perawat yang ada di ruangan ICU dan ICVCU RSUD Undata Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah pada saat penelitian berlangsung dengan jumlah sampel 38 orang menggunakan rumus total sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner. Data dianalisis dengan uji Chi-square. Hasil penelitian menunjukan dari 38 responden sebagian besar memiliki pengetahuan baik 24 orang (63,2%), pengetahuan cukup 14 orang (36,8%).sikap cukup 15 orang(39.5%) dan sikap baik 23 orang (60.5%), sebagian perilaku cukup 18 orang (47.4%) dan perilaku baik 20 orang (52.6%). Hasil uji bivariate didapatkan nilai p= 0,003 (p-value<0,05). Simpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan perawat terhadap perilaku penerapan sasaran keselamatan pasien. Upaya yang harus dilakukan perawat yaitu harus lebih meningkatkan pengetahuan, sikap, dan perilaku dalam penerapan patient safety.

Selain itu, banyaknya kunjungan keluarga dan kerabat pasien dapat membuat unit gawat darurat menjadi penuh dan hal ini dapat meningkatkan stres kerja karena beban kerja yang berlebihan yang disebabkan oleh perasaan lelah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara beban kerja dengan tingkat stres kerja perawat pelaksana unit gawat darurat di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Tora Belo Kabupaten Sigi. Metode penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dan menggunakan metode observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional study. Jumlah populasi sebanyak 19 orang perawat pelaksana unit gawat darurat di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Tora Belo Kabupaten Sigi. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling. Hasil penelitian didapatkan 16 responden (84,2%) memiliki beban kerja berat, dan untuk frekuensi stres kerja perawat dari 19 responden didapatkan 15 responden (78,9%) mengalami stres berat. Terdapat hubungan antara beban kerja dengan tingkat stres kerja perawat pelaksana unit gawat darurat di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Tora Belo Kabupaten Sigi dengan nilai p-value = 0,000 (<0,05). Kesimpulan yang diperoleh adalah terdapat hubungan antara beban kerja dengan tingkat stres kerja perawat pelaksana unit gawat darurat di RSUD Tora Belo Kabupaten Sigi. Saran perawat pelaksana diharapkan untuk tetap mempertahankan kondisi tidak stres yang disebabkan oleh beban kerja yang berat, sehingga diperlukan pelatihan secara berkala untuk meningkatkan kompetensi dalam mengurangi beban kerja setiap perawat.

The results showed that Extensive Reading Practice received positive responses from students and teachers. Students reported improved reading skills, increased vocabulary, better text comprehension, and increased interest in reading. Meanwhile, teachers reported that extensive reading practice increased students' motivation to learn and active participation in language learning. The role of the school in providing adequate resources for extensive reading practice is also very important. This includes a well-stocked library and a variety of reading materials to support different reading activities. Overall, this study shows that extensive reading practice has significant benefits for students and teachers in improving language proficiency and motivation to learn.

Buddhist Religious Education teachers have a strategic role in shaping the character and behavior of students through the internalization of Buddhist Pancasila values, which are expected to prevent potential delinquency and foster students who are morally and spiritually grounded. This study aims to analyze the roles, effectiveness, and strategies employed by Nalanda students in instilling Buddhist Pancasila values in elementary schools as a preventive effort against juvenile delinquency. This research applies a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The study was conducted at Mutiara 17 August Elementary School, Edelweiss School, and Bina Pelita Bangsa Elementary School. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation involving Nalanda students, principals, and homeroom teachers in five elementary schools. The data analysis technique employed was the interactive model of Miles and Huberman. The results reveal that Nalanda students act as value educators by instilling principles such as loving-kindness (mettā), responsibility, discipline, and respect for parents and teachers. The strategies used include role modeling, habituation in Buddhist spiritual practices, integration of values in learning, and personal approaches to students. The effectiveness of these roles is reflected in students' behavioral changes, such as becoming more orderly, polite, and the declining incidence of violations and social conflicts. The role of Nalanda students as Buddhist Religious Education teachers has proven to contribute significantly to the prevention of juvenile delinquency through character education based on Buddhist Pancasila values.

Learn." A hermeneutic-phenomenological study was conducted with five students in grades 4-5. Data were generated through in-depth conversations and participant observations during a four-week classroom mindfulness program and analyzed through phenomenological reduction and thematic synthesis. The research findings indicate that the unchanging essence, namely "a shift from an anxious mind to a calm mind that opens up space for learning," is expressed through four interrelated themes: perceived emotional calm, sustained attention, easier recall, and positive appreciation of quiet moments. The study concludes that mindfulness is not simply a technique, but a pedagogical way of life that begins with learning; integrating brief, mindful pauses can foster reflective, calm, and independent learners aligned with the Pancasila Student Profile.
