The sample determination was carried out by the purposive sampling method, resulting in a total of 12 companies observed over a period of 5 years, so that the total sample used was 60. Data analysis was carried out using the SPSS 26 program. The results showed that profitability, audit committees, and institutional ownership had a significant effect on the quality of profits, while liquidity and independent commissioners did not show a significant influence. However, simultaneously, all of these variables have a significant effect on the quality of profit.

tion of the Archipelago is inextricably linked to colonial epistemological legacies and the hegemony of external cultures, particularly Arabic. Gus Dur’s thought process can be understood as a deconstructive effort against the dichotomy between “pure” and “local” Islam that was created by colonial powers and puritan movements. It is evident that Gus Dur’s rejection of the uniformity of Arab culture as the sole representation of Islam was underpinned by a sharp critique of arabisation. As an alternative, he proffered the concept of Islamic pribumisation, defined as the adjustment of Islamic expression to local cultural values without sacrificing the substance of the teachings. Furthermore, Gus Dur placed significant emphasis on the necessity of contextualising Islamic teachings, emphasising the importance of re-evaluating Islamic values in accordance with the prevailing social and cultural dynamics of Indonesian society. It is asserted that an approach of this nature will engender the concepts of pluralism and tolerance, which will in turn serve as the primary foundations upon which religious life is to be constructed. The present study employs a qualitative approach, utilising critical discourse analysis of Gus Dur’s ideas and relevant supporting literature. The findings demonstrate that Gus Dur’s thought plays a significant role in formulating the paradigm of Islam Nusantara. This paradigm is characterised by its responsiveness to local realities, its transcendence of religious formalism, and its rehabilitation of cultural dignity as an integral part of Islamic expression. Consequently, the thought of Gus Dur constitutes a significant contribution to the development of a plural, humanist and contextual Islamic civilisation.

Platforms such as LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram have become key channels for self-directed learning, professional networking, and global collaboration. However, this article also identifies significant challenges, including the risk of distraction, consumption of irrelevant content, and the lack of guidance in using social media productively. Based on expert interviews, the study reveals the need for a strategic approach that involves digital literacy education and active supervision from educational institutions and families to optimize the potential of social media. This research contributes to the literature on technology and education by highlighting how Generation Z can effectively utilize social media for personal development and future professionalism.

The Findings in this research show that students require strong skills in reading, writing, speaking, and listening, especially to understand international literature, compose academic and legal documents, and participate in global discourse. However, students face major obstacles such as limited vocabulary rela ted to Sharia and economic terminology, and a lack of confidence in speaking due to minimal exposure. Despite these challenges, students demonstrate high motivation to improve their English for academic advancement and career opportunities. In this context, English proficiency is crucial for accounting students to access international literature and understand global standards. Additionally, high learning motivation encourages students to be more disciplined and active in academic activities, while social support from the academic environment plays a role in enhancing their confidence and professionalism. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey involving 200 accounting students from various universities in Makassar, South Sulawesi. The analysis results show that all three factors significantly impact students’ professionalism and learning strategies. English proficiency is positively correlated with improved professionalism and learning strategies, while learning motivation enhances students' professionalism quality, and social support plays an essential role in developing professional attitudes and improving learning strategies. The findings emphasize the importance of integrating these three factors into higher education curricula to prepare students for global challenges and enhance their competitiveness in the international job market.

Patient satisfaction with laboratory services is not solely determined by the availability of sufficient healthcare personnel but also requires strong commitment and dedication from healthcare workers to provide professional services, supported by adequate facilities and medical equipment. This study aims to assess the level of outpatient satisfaction with laboratory services at RSUD Klungkung. The research employs an observational method with a cross-sectional design. Data collection was conducted using questionnaires, with a sample of 97 respondents selected through purposive sampling. The data analysis in this study was performed using the Chi-Square test. Based on the five service quality dimensions—reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles—the results showed a p-value < 0.05. Among these dimensions, responsiveness had the lowest p-value (0.005 < 0.05), indicating its stronger influence. These findings conclude that there is a significant relationship between service quality dimensions and the level of outpatient satisfaction with laboratory services at RSUD Klungkung. Furthermore, the responsiveness dimension, which had the lowest p-value compared to the other four dimensions, indicates that it has the most significant impact on patient satisfaction with laboratory services provided by the staff at RSUD Klungkung.

The sample in this study was 20 Physical Education teachers, both male and female teachers spread across 10 Mitra SMKs. The research instrument was a research questionnaire consisting of 40 statements. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis which was expressed in the form of a percentage. The results of the study indicate that the Perception of Physical Education Teachers on the Performance of Students of the Introduction to School Fields (PLP) Department of Sports Education, University of Riau in 2023: Case Study at SMK Pekanbaru City is included in the sufficient category with a large percentage of 50%, namely the majority of Physical Education teachers who gave perceptions were 10 people. In the good and less categories with the same percentage of 25% or 5 Physical Education teachers who gave perceptions. Meanwhile, the results of the categories of each indicator include pedagogical competence, the majority are in the sufficient category with a large percentage of 60% or 12 Physical Education teachers who gave perceptions, social competence, the majority are in the sufficient category with a large percentage of 75% or 15 Physical Education teachers who gave perceptions, personality competence, the majority are in the sufficient category with a large percentage of 65% or 13 Physical Education teachers who gave perceptions, and professional competence, the majority are in the sufficient category with a large percentage of 70% or 14 Physical Education teachers who gave perceptions. ,62 per 100.000 penduduk, termasuk peningkatan tujuh kasus di RW 07, Kebayoran Baru, Jakarta Selatan.Penelitian berjudul "Hubungan Perilaku PSN Ibu Rumah Tangga dengan Tingkat Kepadatan Nyamuk Aedes aegypti di RW 07 Cipete Utara, Kebayoran Baru, Jakarta Selatan Tahun 2024" ini mengkaji hubungan antara pengetahuan, sikap, dan tindakan ibu rumah tangga terhadap pencegahan demam berdarah. Fokus penelitian mencakup pengelolaan tempat penyimpanan air, daur ulang barang bekas, penggunaan larvasida, dan keberadaan larva nyamuk. Dengan pendekatan analitik cross-sectional, data dikumpulkan dari 105 responden melalui Simple Random Sampling, wawancara, dan observasi.Analisis statistik dengan uji chi-square (95% confidence level) menunjukkan hubungan signifikan antara pengetahuan dan indeks larva (p=0,034), tetapi tidak ditemukan hubungan antara sikap (p=0,503) maupun tindakan (p=0,649) dengan kepadatan larva. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perilaku Pemberantasan Sarang Nyamuk (PSN) mempengaruhi kepadatan larva Aedes aegypti, sehingga diperlukan penguatan edukasi, pemantauan, dan intervensi oleh puskesmas serta kader jumantik. Rekomendasi mencakup peningkatan praktik PSN, program berbasis data, dan pemantauan rutin. Program "Satu Rumah Satu Jumantik" didorong untuk menjaga lingkungan bebas nyamuk.
