Character education is a major component of the education system. Good character education will create a progressive, high-quality, and well-characterized society. A developed country can be easily built after society finds its quality. Independence is the milestone of human resource progress to give birth to breakthroughs in the latest innovations. Politeness is the spirit to continue to grow and continue the spirit of struggle. Exemplary behavior in appreciating differences to prioritizing tolerance as evidence of openness to progress. A high work ethic to finally loving tradition is used as capital to continue to contribute to advancing the country. The values of inclusivity reflected in Japan are by continuing to maintain the values of character education

CHALLENGES AND SOLUTIONS IN EVALUATION OF ISLAMIC EDUCATION

Abstract: Islamic Education Evaluation has many challenges. The author lists three of them. The first is that each student has different needs and learning styles. The second is that not all teachers can carry out proper and objective… tive evaluation well. The third is cultural differences. This study aims to find out 1.identification of challenges in Islamic education evaluation 2.solutions to overcome challenges in Islamic education evaluation. This research uses qualitative-descriptive-literature method with data collection techniques including documentation such as books and journals. The author writes 3 (three) solutions to the 3 (three) challenges. The first is the suitability of the evaluation tool. Second is the standard for objectivity so as not to bias the evaluation. Third is a number of values related to cultural differences, namely tasamuh (tolerance), ta'awun (mutual help), and tawazun (harmony).

ISLAMIC BOARDING SCHOOL MANAGEMENT IN IMPROVING TEACHER COMPETENCE AT MODERN BOARDING SCHOOL AL - MUSYADDAD KLATEN

Abstract: Pesantren management is a series of systems, rules, and governance of educational institutions structured within the framework of values in pesantren. Activities or functions in pesantren management include planning, organizing,… anizing, directing, and supervising. Teachers or ustad have a central role in pesantren. Ustad also acts as a mentor and role model for the students. There are four competencies that must be possessed by a teacher, namely pedagogical, social, professional, and personality competencies. In this study focuses on the teacher's personality competence, where ustad is expected to have attitudes and behaviors that can be emulated by the students. Pondok Modern Al-Musyaddad is a modern cottage that emphasizes Arabic and English in its daily conversation, and uses a curriculum using the term KMI (Kulliyatul Mu'alimin Al-Islamiyah) in its learning. This study aims to analyze how management at Pondok Modern Al-Musyaddad and how pesantren management in improving teacher competence at Pondok Modern Al-Musyaddad. The method used is qualitative research with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that pesantren management at Pondok Modern Al-Musyaddad Klaten has been running well in improving the personality competence of teachers/ustad.

Abstract: This article aims to explore Malay culinary creations, with a focus on innovation and preservation of culinary traditions in the Kampar area. Using a qualitative approach, this research collects and analyzes literature related… elated to Malay cuisine and involves focused discussions to provide in-depth context. The research results show that Malay cuisine not only represents cultural heritage, but also undergoes transformation through the use of local ingredients, integration with international cuisine, and creativity in presentation. This innovation is important to attract the attention of the younger generation and ensure that Malay cuisine remains relevant in the era of globalization. The conclusions of this research emphasize the need to balance innovation and preservation of tradition, as well as the importance of culinary education to introduce traditional recipes and techniques to the next generation, so that Malay cuisine can continue to develop without losing its cultural roots.

TATA CARA HIDUP ORANG MELAYU RIAU: WARISAN BUDAYA YANG LESTARI

Abstract: The Malay community of Riau is known for its rich culture, which reflects noble values of life passed down through various traditions and ways of life from their ancestors. The principle of "adat bersendi syarak, syarak… bersendi kitabullah" serves as a guide in their lives, integrating Islamic values into every aspect of their existence. This article aims to examine the way of life of the Malay community in Riau as part of cultural heritage that needs to be preserved, as well as its relevance in the present time. Using a qualitative approach and literature study, this research explores various aspects of Malay Riau culture, such as customs, oral literature, traditional clothing, and how the Malay community preserves the environment. Amid the challenges of globalization and modernization, this article shows that the values within the Malay Riau way of life remain essential in creating a harmonious, cultured, and virtuous society. Efforts to preserve culture through education and cultural festivals are also crucial so that younger generations can continue to appreciate and maintain this cultural heritage.

AN ANALYSIS MORAL VALUE IN SONG LYRICS "PRICE TAG" BY JESSIE

Abstract: This study examines the moral values in the song lyrics of Price Tag by Jessie J. . The song critiques the growing focus on materialism and emphasizes the importance of love, happiness, and authenticity in life. The research… arch aims to identify and analyze the moral messages conveyed through the song, using a qualitative approach to explore the lyrics and categorize the moral themes. The analysis reveals that the song advocates for a shift in societal focus—from the pursuit of wealth and material possessions to prioritizing emotional well-being and human connection. The moral values identified in the lyrics include love and affection, bravery, sympathy, and honesty. The findings suggest that the song calls for a shift in focus—from valuing money and possessions to prioritizing emotional well-being, human relationships, and genuine happiness. The most frequent moral value expressed in the song is love and affection, with the lyrics urging listeners to "pay with love" and to prioritize emotional connections over material wealth. In conclusion, Price Tag offers a critique of materialism while encouraging listeners to value love and unity. The study highlights the power of music as a tool for spreading moral messages and inspiring positive change in society, especially in an era where consumerism often overshadows more meaningful pursuits.

A systematic approach is crucial to helping individuals and organizations identify and achieve their career… reer goals. This research aims to analyze the importance of a systematic approach in career planning and development, the challenges faced, and the determining factors for success that need to be considered. The method used in this research is literature study, which includes analysis of related literature and best practices in career development. The research results show that self-assessment, setting clear goals, developing skills, as well as mentorship and technology support play an important role in achieving career success. Apart from that, organizations must also play an active role in providing structured development programs to increase employee engagement. The conclusion of this research emphasizes the need for synergy between individuals and organizations in creating a mutually beneficial career development ecosystem.

This activity is a good step to reduce damage to the mangrove ecosystem and maintain coastal damage. The research aims to find… ind out the condition and development of the management of the Mangrove Forest Ecotourism Area. Based on the research results, there are several things that are still not running well, which can be seen from the lack of planning, organizing documents, lack of coordination and supervision of ecotourism management which is still less organized and structured, which can be seen from the absence of a fixed or routine schedule for monitoring ecotourism. Pangkalan Sesai mangrove forests, infrastructure, bridges that are no longer passable by visitors. Knowledge about tourism is still lacking and maintenance carried out by managers is not optimal. Then the addition of other attractions and road improvements to make visitors more comfortable, where accessibility is an important factor in the visiting sector

ANALISIS DAMPAK PENDAPATAN PER KAPITA DAN INFLASI TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN EKONOMI DI INDONESIA

Abstract: Knowing the economic condition of society is important to measure the success of a country's economic development. Per capita income, as the average income received by the population, is an indicator of economic welfare.… The relationship between per capita income, economic growth, and inflation reflects societal well-being. This study analyzes the impact of per capita income and inflation on economic growth in Indonesia from 1998 to 2023. The aim is to determine the effect of per capita income and inflation on economic growth, both partially and simultaneously. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that per capita income and inflation significantly affect economic growth. Per capita income has a positive impact, while inflation significantly influences economic growth. This study recommends economic policies that consider the effects of per capita income and inflation to promote sustainable economic growth. The research uses a quantitative method with multiple linear regression analysis, using secondary data from BPS and the World Bank. The variables studied are economic growth (dependent variable), per capita income (independent variable X1), and inflation (independent variable X2). Data were collected from documents and annual reports, with validity from official sources and reliability tested over 26 years. Data analysis shows that independent variables affect the dependent variable by 50.9%. The results indicate that per capita income and inflation significantly influence Indonesia's economic growth. Economic policies should consider these two factors to achieve sustainable economic growth.  

DECISION SUPPORT SYSTEM FOR SELECTION OF SUPERIOR AND COMPETENT EMPLOYEES USING ANALYTICAL HIERARCHY PROCESS METHOD (AHP) AT UMKM DJOERAGAN AYAM PENYET IN EAST JAKARTA

Abstract: This study aims to implement a Decision Support System (SPK) using the Analytical Hierarchy Process Method (AHP) in selecting employees of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) Djoeragan Ayam Penyet East Jakarta. The… he AHP method is used to facilitate more objective and structured decision making in the employee selection process. This research involved interviews with MSME owners and related staff, direct observation in the employee selection process, as well as literature studies to gain an in-depth understanding of the concepts and applications of the AHP Method in the context of employee selection. The results show that the implementation of SPK using the AHP Method can improve objectivity, consistency, and efficiency in the employee selection process. Suggestions for the development and implementation of an effective SDM are also presented. This research contributes to the development of more scientific and measurable decision-making methods in human resource management, especially in the context of MSMEs.
