9 YEAR BASIC EDUCATION POLICY

Jaja Abdul Jabar, Suheti, Supardi, Anis Fauzi
Abstract: This article examines the 9-year basic education policy in Indonesia, which is an implementation of the 1945 Constitution to guarantee the right to education for all citizens. This policy aims to improve access and quality… ty of education, improve the life of the nation, and create quality human resources. The review includes the history of the policy, starting from Law No. 4 of 1950 to the launch of the program by President Soeharto in 1984, as well as the influence of political interests and the modernization of Islamic education in the National Education System Law. The implementation of the policy involves a shared responsibility between the government, parents, and the community. Although it has been running, challenges such as low awareness of education and family economic conditions are still obstacles. Therefore, collaborative efforts and adequate funding are needed to ensure the provision of quality basic education, as well as open alternative education pathways. Sustainable policies such as the 12-year compulsory education program are expected to strengthen the foundation of education and increase access for future generations

APPLICATION FOR DETERMINATION OF HEIR CONTENTS AT BANDA ACEH SYAR’IYAH COURT

Rian Apriesta Ramsadefa, Ilyas Yunus, Zahratul Idami
Abstract: To determine the rightful heirs must be determined in court voluntarily as regulated in Article 49 Letter b of Law Number 3 of 2006 concerning the Authority of Religious Courts. However, in reality there are heirs who are… e unwilling to submit an application for the determination of heirs, resulting in the obstruction of the rights of other heirs. The purpose of writing this thesis is to explain the procedures and special requirements in submitting a contentious determination of heirs, to explain the evidence of the applicants against the heirs, and to explain the efforts made to overcome obstacles in determining heirs contentiously. This research is an empirical legal research, data is obtained directly through interviews and literature reviews. Data is collected and then analyzed qualitatively. The results of this study indicate that there are still many heirs who submit the determination of heirs voluntarily with a lack of parties and result in their decisions being declared unacceptable, but in terms of contention there are still many heirs, judges and lawyers who do not know that there are provisions in the Circular of the Supreme Court (SEMA) Number 5 of 2021- Formulation of the Law of the Religious Chamber-2.b there are special procedures and requirements and proof in the submission as well as obstacles and efforts that must be made in the application for determination of heirs contentiously which is different from voluntary. It is recommended that the Sharia Court provide information regarding the new provisions in submitting applications to both lawyers and interested parties in order to obtain legal certainty because many parties do not yet know these provisions.

CHANGING THE MINDSET OF THE YOUNG GENERATION INTO GREAT ENTREPRENEURS IN THE GLOBAL ERA ( Training Entrepreneurship For Students and Teachers at GENOVA Pasir Vocational School White – Nagawutung – Lembata – NTT)

Christiyanti Abel, Thomas Ola Langoday
Abstract: Becoming a great entrepreneur in the global era is not as easy as flipping the palm of your hand. A successful and happy great entrepreneur is not solely determined by high academic performance, a high IQ, or attending a… prestigious school. In fact, GPA, IQ, and attending a top school do not even rank among the top ten factors that guarantee someone will become a great and successful entrepreneur. What truly determines entrepreneurial greatness and success are soft skills. The top 10 soft skills referred to are: Honesty (Being honest with all people) ranked first, followed by Strong Discipline (Being well-disciplined); Sociability (Getting along with people); Support from a Partner (Having a supportive spouse); Hard Work (Working harder than most people); Passion for the Work (Loving my career/business); Leadership (Having strong leadership qualities); Competitive Personality (Having a very competitive spirit/personality); Well-Organized Life (Being very well-organized); and finally, Ability to Sell Ideas (Having an ability to sell my ideas/products). These ten soft skills will become even more meaningful when accompanied by a good heart, positive thinking, wise words, good deeds, good habits, positive culture, and strong character—all of which shape good fortune. Ultimately, good fortune begins with a good heart.

THE QURAN AND EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION STRATEGIES FOR INTER-RELIGIOUS TOLERANCE

Muhammad Rizkon, Muhammad Azizan Fitriana, Samsul Ariyadi
Abstract: Diversity is an inevitability that cannot be avoided. It is a sunnatullah that should be done without consent. When diversity is combined with various assumptions of truth, an intolerant attitude arises. This problem is… caused by a misunderstanding of the message of religious tolerance, which causes its adherents to appear with different faces. Therefore, the Qur'an explains what tolerance really is in Islamic teachings. Based on this problem, the researcher is interested in conducting a comparative analysis of how the interpretations of Hamka and Ali As-Ṣabūnī are related to religious tolerance, as well as the strengthening of the socio-historical background of both of them towards this interpretation. This study uses a qualitative approach with a comparative study method. Data collection consists of literature studies and observations. Descriptive analysis is used in the comparative analysis method. Lucien Goldmann's genetic structuralism theory is one of the theories used to strengthen research as a surgical tool. This theory explains that a work or text is the work of its own author, along with the historical reality that conditions the emergence of the work or text. To improve the analysis of this research, discussions of scholars and interpreters of the verses of the Qur'an related to religious tolerance are also used. Research shows that Hamka and Ali As-Ṣabūnī generally agree that coercion in embracing religion is not allowed. However, Hamka directs the meaning of religious tolerance with the applicable conditions and limitations. This study also refers to the theory of genetic structure which states that the tendency of general and specific interpretations of poems on religious tolerance cannot be separated from the socio-historical context of each community in which the two figures lived. This assumption is that the works of the two figures are not only personal works, but also the works of their respective communities and the social and historical realities of their respective times.

BULLYING FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF HADITH IN THE SCHOOL ENVIRONMENT

Ria Zubaidah, Romlah Abubakar Askar, Abdul Ghofur
Abstract: Bullying is a deviant behavior that has serious impacts on the mental and social well-being of its victims, particularly within educational environments. From an Islamic perspective, acts of harming others—whether physically,… ically, verbally, or psychologically—are in direct contradiction to the values taught by the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). This study aims to examine the perspective of hadith on bullying behavior and its relevance in shaping students’ character and social ethics. This research employs a library research method, with data obtained from primary hadith sources such as Sahih al-Bukhari, Sahih Muslim, and other supporting literature. The findings indicate that bullying is strongly prohibited in hadith, as it contradicts the principles of Islamic brotherhood (ukhuwah Islamiyah), the prohibition of harming others, and the obligation to uphold the dignity of fellow Muslims. The Prophet’s traditions guide Muslims to guard their speech and actions, avoid mockery, and build social relationships based on compassion and mutual respect. Therefore, the internalization of hadith values can serve as a fundamental basis for bullying prevention in educational settings.

Dara, Risna, Nurhayatin , Titin, Fitriani , Rani Siti
Abstract: This research aims to analyze the social criticism conveyed through the short story Wall of Time by Danarto, with a focus on issues of poverty, crime, family disorganization, problems of the younger generation, war, violations… ations of norms, population problems, and environmental problems. This short story describes the social tensions and pressures of individual life amidst deep social problems. Through symbols of time and various allusions, this short story highlights social inequality, the impact of war, and increasingly severe environmental exploitation. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with literary mimetic theory, to reveal how Danarto conveys social criticism in a subtle but sharp manner through characters trapped in difficult situations. The research results show that this short story invites readers to be more critical of existing social and cultural conditions, as well as providing reflections on the impact of social problems on human life. It is hoped that this research can contribute to the understanding of Indonesian literature and provide an appreciation for literary works that raise social issues.

Joko Dwiarto, Agung Surya Dwianto
Abstract: This study aims to explore the impact of transformational leadership on work productivity dynamics at PT Mitsubishi Electric Automotive Indonesia. Transformational leadership, which emphasizes inspiration, intellectual stimulation,… timulation, individualized consideration, and value-based motivation, is thought to have a significant influence on improving employee productivity. However, how such mechanisms work in the context of the automotive industry in Indonesia still requires in-depth exploration. Using a qualitative approach, this research adopts a case study method to analyse the perceptions, experiences, and interactions of employees and managers in responding to transformational leadership styles. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with managers and employees at PT Mitsubishi Electric Automotive Indonesia, as well as participatory observation in the work environment. Thematic analysis was used to identify key patterns related to motivation, work engagement, and productive behaviour change. The results revealed that transformational leadership contributes to increased productivity through three main mechanisms: (1) strengthening the psychological climate that encourages innovation, (2) increasing organizational commitment through identification with the company's vision, and (3) optimizing team collaboration through inspiring communication. However, implementation challenges were also identified, including resistance to change and a gap between management expectations and employees' adaptive capacity. The implications of this study provide practical insights for companies in designing more effective leadership development programs, while enriching the human resource management literature with a contextual perspective from the Indonesian automotive industry. Policy recommendations include case-based leadership training, participatory feedback approaches, and integration of transformational values in corporate culture.

THE IMPACT OF TAWAKAL AND DHIKR ON MENTAL HEALTH AND STRESS IN MODERN LIFE

Isdianto, Andik, Al Indunissy, Nuruddin, Fitrianti, Novariza
Abstract: This study explores the psychological fortification offered by the Islamic practices of tawakal (reliance on God) and dzikir (remembrance of God) in addressing modern challenges, such as increased anxiety due to technological… gical advances and complex social needs. Employing a literature review methodology, this research investigates the influence of these practices on mental health and behavioral implications. The selection of peer-reviewed articles published within the last ten years involved databases like PubMed and Google Scholar with keywords related to Islamic spirituality and mental health. This method allowed a comprehensive analysis of contemporary studies, focusing on the therapeutic benefits of tawakal and dzikir in clinical settings. Results indicate that tawakal significantly reduces anxiety by fostering a relinquishing of control and instilling peace of mind, while dzikir enhances emotional stability through its meditative repetition of sacred phrases, promoting relaxation and reducing stress responses. Both practices not only support spiritual well-being but also offer practical coping mechanisms in stressful situations. The conclusion underlines the potential integration of tawakal and dzikir into conventional psychotherapeutic practices. It suggests further exploration into the incorporation of these spiritual elements within mental health frameworks to enhance therapeutic outcomes and patient recovery. This research contributes to the broader discourse on the intersection of spirituality and psychology, highlighting the relevance of traditional spiritual practices in contemporary mental health paradigms.
