elated to the effect of leadership style and job satisfaction on employee loyalty at CVA Putra Perkasa Malang. The dependent variable is employee loyalty, while the independent variables include leadership style and job satisfaction. Data were collected through a questionnaire with 80 respondents from the production department. This study uses a saturated sampling technique, and the data obtained were analyzed using validity, reliability, and multiple linear regression tests to test the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. Classical assumption tests such as normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity were also carried out to ensure a valid regression model, followed by the t-test and F-test to test partial and simultaneous effects. The coefficient of determination (R²) is used to measure the strength of the relationship between the independent and dependent variables. The results of the study indicate that leadership style has a positive effect on employee loyalty at CV Putra Perkasa, which means that the better the leadership style applied, the higher the level of employee loyalty. In addition, job satisfaction also has a positive effect on employee loyalty, where employees who are satisfied with their jobs tend to have higher loyalty to the company. Simultaneously, leadership style and job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee loyalty, indicating that these two variables, both separately and together, play an important role in increasing employee loyalty at CV Putera Perkasa

Data were collected from scientific articles published between 2015 and 2024 using Scopus, PubMed, DOAJ, and Google Scholar. Findings reveal that excessive complaining amplifies stress, worsens mental health, and disrupts the immune system. Psychologically, uncontrolled complaints are linked to low emotional resilience. From an Islamic view, patience (shabr) and supplication to God provide spiritual strength and mental stability. Medically, emotional stress raises cortisol levels, negatively impacting tissue healing and immune responses. This study underscores the urgency of a holistic approach that integrates psychological, spiritual, and medical dimensions in healthcare services. It contributes to scientific discourse by offering a model for more humane and comprehensive healthcare. Further empirical studies are recommended to validate this integration in clinical settings.

By evaluating the availability, accessibility, and affordability of these staple foods, the study investigates how local agricultural practices, infrastructure, and external factors like climate change and market volatility affect food security in the region. The findings reveal significant challenges in meeting the demand for rice and soybeans, despite the province's ability to achieve a surplus in corn production. The methodology employed in this study involves both qualitative and quantitative approaches. Primary data was gathered through field surveys, interviews with local farmers, agricultural experts, and policymakers, as well as secondary data from government reports, agricultural statistics, and market analyses. A comparative analysis was conducted to examine trends in food production, consumption patterns, and price fluctuations over the past five years. The study also incorporated geographic information system (GIS) mapping to assess the distribution of agricultural resources and the effectiveness of existing infrastructure in connecting farmers to markets. The findings suggest that despite the province's agricultural potential, South Sulawesi continues to face challenges in achieving full food self-sufficiency. The study recommends a multifaceted approach to addressing food insecurity and achieving food self-sufficiency, including improving rural infrastructure, adopting modern agricultural technologies, and diversifying food crops.

Penelitian ini menyelidiki model pola dan interaksi multimodal dalam wacana kelas dengan membandingkan dua strategi yang digunakan oleh guru pemula dan guru yang sudah berpengalaman. Penelitian ini menggunakan kerangka kerja wacana kelas yang diusulkan oleh Walsh (2011) dan interaksi multimodal (SF-MDA) oleh Norris (2004, 2019) di dua kelas dengan dua guru yang berbeda. Hasilnya, analisis interaksi multimodal menyatakan bahwa guru pemula dan guru berpengalaman memiliki dimensi interaksi yang berbeda dalam meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam belajar bahasa terutama bahasa inggris sebagai bahasa asing berdasarkan kesalahan dalam pemerolehan bahasa. Selain itu, guru juga meningkatkan fokus siswa pada pola pembelajaran yang benar dengan meningkatkan proses interaksi didalam kelas. Dengan demikian, guru pemula dan guru yang sudah berpengalaman sama-sama menggunakan pola wacana kelas berdasarkan teori Analisis Wacana Kelas. Wacana menjadi pendekatan metodologis yang merupakan analisis berlapis-lapis di balik komunikasi verbal atau lisan untuk mengidentifikasi sumber daya interaksi yang digunakan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini yaitu Analisis Wacana Kelas dengan Model IRF meningkatkan kepercayaan diri, kefasihan siswa, dan kemampuan siswa dalam belajar bahasa Inggris sebagai bahasa asing.

impact of social media in encouraging public engagement in environmental movements, both at the local and global levels. Using a qualitative approach with a combination of systematic literature analysis and multiple case studies, this research examines how social media platforms facilitate the dissemination of environmental information, promote collective action, and create spaces for discussions on environmental sustainability. The findings indicate that social media plays a significant role in mobilizing individuals to take concrete actions on environmental issues through three main mechanisms: (1) democratization of environmental information, (2) facilitation of the formation of environmental communities, and (3) acceleration of collective responses to urgent environmental issues. However, the study also identifies critical challenges, including the spread of false information, digital divide, and slacktivism phenomena that may hinder the effectiveness of digital environmental campaigns. Further analysis reveals that the effectiveness of social media use in environmental campaigns heavily depends on content strategies, timing, and the involvement of environmental influencers. The study also finds a positive correlation between the intensity of social media usage for environmental purposes and the level of public awareness and active involvement in environmental preservation. Additionally, the research highlights the significant role of social media as a catalyst for pro-environmental behavior among younger generations. These findings contribute significantly to the development of more effective environmental communication strategies in the digital era, emphasizing the importance of digital literacy in the context of environmental activism. The study recommends combining social media power with concrete actions to achieve optimal impact in addressing environmental challenges.
