Oleh karena itu, pembinaan software application ini akan sangat dibutukan bagi pengurus Organisasi dan anggota PKK yang berminat untuk mempelajarinya. Target utamanya dari pembinaan ini bisa menghasilkan masyarakat yang bisa akan teknologi dan memahami penggunaan Software aplikasi tersebut. Jenis dan kapasitas program aplikasi yang diperlukan tentu akan berbeda satu sama lain. Tidak sedikit orang menggunakan program aplikasi sebagai bahan untuk memperoleh hasil pencarian dari suatu pokok permasalahan. Pengaplikasian tersebut dapat dilakukan dengan berbagai cara diantaranya adalah sistem terkomputerisasi yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan mutu dan kualitas suatu aplikasi, hasilnya memberikan solusi serta mengambil keputusan untuk beberapa pengurus organisasi dan anggota PKK yang belum mengerti pemanfaatan aplikasi komputer serta menggunakan aplikasi komputer untuk administrasi dan dokumentasi. Metode yang digunakan dengan melakukan pembinaan pada pengurus dan anggota PKK dengan dua pertemuan selama sebulan. Hasil dari pembinaan ini adalah pengurus dan anggota PKK Perumahan Hanglekir Batam Kepri sudah mengetahui cara penggunaan dan pemanfaatan software application.

an Regency, that provides loans using motorcycle registration certificates (BPKB) as collateral, with a customer base reaching 6,052. Sideak Motor faces difficulties in data management. During meetings concerning customer locations, data communication with owners and office staff is often problematic. Additionally, when duties are transferred, new field officers struggle to locate customers because the previous officers could only provide textual information. As a result, office staff have no precise knowledge of customer locations—only the field officers do. This study aims to design a web-based customer mapping system to facilitate information storage, reduce costs, save time, and produce an information system that enhances the efficiency and accuracy of customer data management. The resulting system presents the distribution of customer locations and provides accessible information such as personal data, addresses, route details, and photos of customers’ homes, thereby simplifying the operations of Sideak Motor.

Abstrak: Penerapan sistem informasi geografis dalam organisasi menjadi hal utama untuk menyelesaikan suatu aktivitas pekerjaan pada era sekarang ini. Sideak Motor merupakan salah satu perusahaan pembiayaan dengan agunan BPKB sepeda motor di Kota Kisaran Kabupaten Asahan yang memiliki nasabah mencapai 6.052, Sideak Motor kesulitan dalam pengelolaan data, saat melakukan rapat mengenai lokasi nasabah sulit dilakukan komunikasi data dengan pemilik dan petugas kantor lainnya, serta pada saat pergantian tugas, petugas lainnya kesulitan mencari lokasi nasabah, karena petugas lapangan hanya bisa memberikan informasi berupa teks, dengan begitu petugas kantor tidak mengetahui lokasi pasti nasabah Sideak Motor, jadi yang mengetahui lokasi mengenai tempat tinggal nasabah hanya petugas lapangan. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk merancang sebuah sistem pemetaan nasabah berbasis web yang dapat mempermudah dalam penyimpanan informasi, mengurangi biaya, menghemat waktu serta menghasilkan sistem informasi yang dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi pengelolaan data nasabah. Hasil sistem ini menyajikan sebaran pemetaan lokasi nasabah menyediakan informasi berupa biodata, alamat, rincian rute, dan gambar rumah nasabah yang dapat diakses secara cepat dan akurat sehingga dapat mempermudah pihak sideak motor.

This study employs a Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) approach by integrating the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and the Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). AHP determines the weight of ISO 12207:2017 criteria through pairwise comparisons, while TOPSIS ranks software development activities based on these weights. To validate the results, Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) is applied. The findings indicate that the Software Requirements Definition Process has the highest priority weight (0.169), followed by Implementation (0.101) and Operation (0.095). Software Configuration Management is identified as the most critical activity with the highest TOPSIS score (0.221). ANOVA confirms the reliability of expert evaluations, showing no significant differences. This study provides a structured decision-making framework based on ISO 12207:2017, helping optimize software project management while ensuring alignment with international standards and industry best practices.

Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi informasi meningkatkan permintaan perangkat lunak berkualitas tinggi, sehingga diperlukan proses terstruktur dalam pengembangannya. ISO/IEC/IEEE 12207:2017 menjadi standar internasional yang mencakup proses organisasi, teknis, dan pendukung proyek, berbeda dengan ISO 9001 yang lebih umum pada manajemen kualitas. Performance appraisals are carried out between superiors and subordinates, looking at the employee's work results in the last year. Employee performance assessment at the North Padang Lawas Regency PUPR Service still uses a manual system so that the files are not arranged quickly and employee performance assessment still uses calculations with Microsoft Excel. With this problem, the fuzzy logic method is used. The fuzzy method is used to obtain the best employee performance assessment, with 3 criteria to produce the greatest value selected. This research aims to design an employee performance assessment application using the fuzzy method, to obtain recommendations for promotion. The test results of 8 people had sufficient value and 2 people had low value. For low-ranking employees, they will be given sanctions and reprimands by their superiors, while for employees with sufficient value, their performance must be improved to be even better.

Abstrak: Penilaian kinerja merupakan proses pengukuran organisasi dalam mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Penilaian kinerja dapat juga diartikan sebagai penentuan secara periodik efektivitas operasional suatu organisasi, dan personilnya, berdasarkan visi, misi dan standar organisasi yang telah ditetapkan sebelumnya. Penilaian kinerja dilakukan antara atasan dengan bawahan, melihat hasil kerja pegawai dalam setahun terakhir. Penilaian kinerja pegawai pada Dinas PUPR Kabupaten Padang Lawas Utara masih menggunakan sistem manual sehingga berkas-berkas file tidak tersusun secara rapid dan penilaian kinerja pegawai masih menggunakanperhitungan dengan microsoft excel.Dengan permasalahah tersebut menggunakan metode fuzzy logic. Metode fuzzy digunakan dalam mendapatkan penilaian kinerja pegawai terbaik, dengan 3 kriteria untuk menghasilkan nilai terbesar yang terpilih. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang aplikasi penilaian kinerja karyawan dengan metode fuzzy, untuk mendapatkan rekomendasi kenaikan jabatan. Hasil tes dari 8 orang memiliki nilai cukup dan 2 orang memiliki nilai rendah. Bagi pegawai yang memiliki nilai rendah akan diberikan sanksi dan teguran oleh atasannya, sedangkan bagi pegawai yang memiliki nilai cukup, kinerjanya harus ditingkatkan agar lebih baik lagi.

The purpose of this research is to identify trainer performance quality criteria, evaluate their performance, and contribute knowledge in the development of a Scout trainer performance evaluation system. Then, the exponential comparison method (MPE) is used to provide a comprehensive assessment of the trainer's performance based on predetermined criteria. The results of this research are a web-based decision support application by applying the Exponential Comparison Method to evaluate the quality of Scout trainer performance, which can help improve the quality of training and provide guidance for Scout education providers. This research makes an important contribution to the development of a more efficient and effective Scout trainer performance evaluation system.

Evaluasi kinerja membantu dalam mengidentifikasi kekuatan, kelemahan, serta area untuk perbaikan dalam pelatihan. Pentingnya kualitas kinerja para pelatih dalam Gerakan Pramuka tidak dapat dianggap rendah, karena mereka mempunyai peranan sentral dalam membimbing, melatih dan memberikan inspirasi kepada peserta didik. Untuk itu kebutuhan akan evaluasi kinerja pelatih Pramuka diperlukan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pelatihan dan meningkatkan mutu pendidikan pramuka. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi kriteria kualitas kinerja pelatih, mengevaluasi kinerja mereka, dan menyumbangkan pengetahuan dalam pengembangan sistem evaluasi kinerja pelatih Pramuka. Kemudian, metode perbandingan eksponensial (MPE) digunakan untuk memberikan penilaian komprehensif terhadap kinerja pelatih berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Hasil dari penelitian ini sebuah aplikasi pendukung keputusan berbasis web dengan menerapkan Metode Perbandingan Eksponensial untuk mengevaluasi kualitas kinerja pelatih Pramuka, yang dapat membantu meningkatkan mutu pelatihan dan memberikan panduan bagi penyelenggara pendidikan Pramuka. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam pengembangan sistem evaluasi kinerja pelatih Pramuka yang lebih efisien dan efektif.

This study aims to investigate the implementation of the AngularJS framework in the design of a web-based acceptance system application using the Agile method. The results of the study show that the implementation of the AngularJS framework in the design of web-based acceptance system applications provides significant benefits. In conclusion, the implementation of the AngularJS framework in the design of web-based acceptance system applications using Agile methods can improve efficiency, quality, and user experience. Using AngularJS enables the development of responsive and interactive applications, while the Agile method facilitates adaptation to changing customer needs. Abstract: Teknologi mampu mendigitalisasi pekerjaan manusia yang awalnya manual menjadi otomatis dan tentunya memakan waktu yang lebih singkat dan akurasi yang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan hasil yang dikerjakan oleh manusia. Tetapi masih banyak perusahaan perusahaan yang belum menerapkan teknologi ini. Penggunaan framework AngularJS dalam pengembangan aplikasi web telah terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna dan kemudahan pengembangan. Selain itu, penerapan metode Agile dalam proses pengembangan aplikasi dapat memberikan fleksibilitas dan adaptabilitas yang diperlukan untuk menghadapi perubahan persyaratan yang sering terjadi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi implementasi framework AngularJS dalam desain aplikasi sistem penerimaan berbasis web menggunakan metode Agile. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi framework AngularJS dalam desain aplikasi sistem penerimaan berbasis web memberikan manfaat yang signifikan. Dalam kesimpulannya, implementasi framework AngularJS dalam desain aplikasi sistem penerimaan berbasis web menggunakan metode Agile dapat meningkatkan efisiensi, kualitas, dan pengalaman pengguna. Penggunaan AngularJS memungkinkan pengembangan aplikasi yang responsif dan interaktif, sementara metode Agile memfasilitasi adaptasi terhadap perubahan kebutuhan pelanggan. Oleh karena itu, penggunaan AngularJS dengan pendekatan Agile harus dipertimbangkan secara cermat oleh organisasi yang ingin mengembangkan aplikasi sistem penerimaan berbasis web yang sukses.

The Population and Civil Registration Office of Kubu Raya Regency utilizes IT in carrying out public service activities using the SIPEMUDA Application. An information system audit is needed to improve system performance. In this study, using the Control Objective for Information and Related Technology (COBIT 2019) to determine whether the organization's needs have been supported by management and the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL 4) domain service management to determine suggestions for improvement. Capability level assessment in this study using COBIT Performance Management. The results of the capability assessment are that there are 6 processes reaching level 1, 33 processes reaching level 2, 28 processes reaching level 3, 18 processes reaching level 4, 7 processes reaching level 5 while the level that does not meet the capabilities is 19 processes. Furthermore, the results of process recommendations that do not meet the capabilities are prioritized using the Action Priority Matrix.

Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Kubu Raya memanfaatkan TI dalam melaksanakan kegiatan pelayanan publik menggunakan Aplikasi SIPEMUDA. Audit sistem informasi diperlukan untuk meningkatkan kinerja sistem. Dalam penelitian ini, menggunakan Control Objective for Information and Related Technology (COBIT 2019) menentukan apakah kebutuhan organisasi sudah didukung oleh pengelolaan serta Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL 4) domain service management untuk menentukan saran perbaikan. Penilaian level kapabilitas pada penelitian ini menggunakan COBIT Performance Management. Hasil penilaian kapabilitas yaitu terdapat 6 proses mencapai level 1, 33 proses mencapai level 2, 28 proses mencapai level 3, 18 proses mencapai level 4, 7 proses mencapai level 5 sedangkan level yang tidak memenuhi kapabilitas yaitu 19 proses untuk diberikan rekomendasi. Selanjutnya hasil rekomendasi proses tersebut diprioritaskan menggunakan Action Priority Matrix.

Currently, the Asahan district red cross has a blood donation stock of ± 100/360 cc per bag. The purpose of designing a blood group type reader is to increase the certainty of blood types that are tested by experts or medical workers from PMI Asahan, according to the testing of the tool design. This study used a qualitative type of method, namely data taken in the form of data on the condition of the blood when rhesus fluid was given, so that the data will be calibrated with the test results so that the right test results can be decided. The results of testing the device design with blood and fluids, found that blood group A+ got an LDR value of 19.5 and 4 with a bina-ry condition of 101, while for blood group B+ got an LDR value of 19, 4 and 4 with a bi-nary condition of 011, blood group AB+ got a value LDR 19, 3 and 4 with binary condi-tion 111, blood type O+ found LDR values 19, 2 and 4 with binary condition 001. Mean-while for basic conditions, or not detecting blood type, LDR conditions 20, <=4, <=4 and binary value is 000. After testing, all results of testing the design of the tool are in full ac-cordance with the results of the conclusions of the PMI Asahan medical personnel about the type of blood group

Tujuan dirancang nya alat pembaca jenis golongan darah untuk menambah kepastian jenis darah yang diuji tenaga ahli atau medis PMI Asahan, sesuai dengan pengujian dari rancangan alat. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis metode kualitatif, yaitu data yang diambil berupa data kondisi darah ketika dikasi cairan resus, sehingga data tersebut akan dikalibrasi dengan hasil pengujian sehingga memutuskan hasil pengujian tepat. Hasil pengujian rancangan alat dengan darah dan cairan, mendapati bahwa untuk golongan darah A+ mendapati nilai LDR 19, 5 dan 4 dengan kondisi biner 101, sementara untuk golongan darah B+ mendapati nilai LDR 19, 4 dan 4 dengan kondisi biner 011, golongan darah AB+ mendapati nilai LDR 19, 3 dan 4 dengan kondisi biner 111, golongan darah O+ mendapati nilai LDR 19, 2 dan 4 dengan kondisi biner 001. Sementara untuk kondisi dasar, atau tidak mendeteksi golongan darah, kondisi LDR 20, <=4, <= 4 dan nilai biner 000. Setelah dilakukannya pengujian, maka disimpulkan seluruh hasil pengujian rancangan alat sepenuhnya sesuai dengan hasil kesimpulan tenaga medis PMI Asahan tentang jenis golongan darah.
