PELATIHAN PEMBUATAN BLOG PADA SISWA LEMBAGA KURSUS PENDIDIKAN (LKP) MANDIRI

Then the Community Service Team (PKM) STMIK Royal Kisaran providing training to students of the LKP as an addition to the deepening of blog material that is felt necessary to be given to students LKP. Implementation is done by direct practice accompanied by presentations and discussions and using computers to provide direct understanding to students LKP. Maka tim Pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) STMIK Royal Kisaran memberikan pelatihan kepada siswa LKP tersebut sebagai penambahan pendalaman materi blog yang dirasakan perlu untuk diberikan kepada siswa LKP. Pelaksanaan dilakukan dengan cara praktek langsung disertai dengan presentasi dan diskusi dan menggunakan  komputer untuk memberikan pemahaman langsung kepada siswa LKP. MENJADI GURU MAHIR MICROSOFT OFFICE PADA SEKOLAH SMA TAMAN SISWA SUKADAMAI

Abstract: Abstract: Community Service Activities is conducted in the form of one day training for teachers in using Microsoft Office software as one way to utilize information technology in delivering learning materials to students… s especially in SMA Tamansiswa Suka Damai. The target in this activity is the teachers of Tamansiswa Suka Damai High School in District Pulo Bandring Kab. Asahan which amounted to approximately 18 people. This devotional activity is done by lecture method, demonstration, and practice with question and answer. The lecture method is used to explain the introductory concept of the introduction of Microsoft Office software as one of the media in facilitating human work. Demonstration method is used to show a working process that is the stages of recognizing the tools that exist in the Microsoft Office software and know each function, while the practice method to practice the use of the application directly. While the question and answer method to give the participants the opportunity in consultation to overcome obstacles in understanding the material already obtained. The end result of this activity is expected to accelerate and facilitate the teachers in delivering learning materials to the students. Keywords: Microsoft Office software, teachers, students, information technology Abstrak: Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dalam bentuk pelatihan sehari bagi guru-guru dalam menggunakan software Microsoft Office  sebagai salah satu cara dalam memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dalam menyampaikan materi pembelajaran kepada siswa-siswi khususnya di SMA Tamansiswa Suka Damai. Sasaran dalam kegiatan ini adalah para guru-guru SMA Tamansiswa Suka Damai di Kecamatan Pulo Bandring Kab. Asahan yang berjumlah lebih kurang 18 orang. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan metode ceramah, demonstrasi, dan latihan yang disertai tanya jawab. Metode ceramah digunakan untuk menjelaskan konsep pengantar dari pengenalan software Microsoft Office sebagai salah satu media dalam mempermudah pekerjaan manusia. Metode demonstrasi dipakai untuk menunjukkan suatu proses kerja yaitu tahap-tahap mengenalan tool-tool yang ada pada software Microsoft Office dan mengetahui masing-masing fungsinya, sedangkan metode latihan untuk mempraktikkan langsung penggunaan aplikasi  tersebut. Sementara metode tanya jawab untuk memberi kesempatan para peserta dalam berkonsultasi untuk mengatasi kendala dalam memahami materi yang sudah didapat. Hasil akhir dari kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat mempercepat dan mempermudah para guru dalam meyampaikan materi pembelajaran kepada siswa-siswinya. PENGOLAHAN DATA BERBANTU SOFTWARE SPSS BAGI PERANGKAT DESA DI KECAMATAN BUNTU PANE KABUPATEN ASAHAN

Training in data processing is done by lecture method, demonstration, and practice with a question and answer. The lecture method is used to explain the introductory concept of the introduction of SPSS software as one of the media in data processing. Demonstration method is used to show a working process that is stages of recognizing the existing tools in the software SPSS and know each function, while the method of practice to practice data processing based on information technology by processing a certain data. While the question and answer method to give the participants the opportunity in consultation to overcome obstacles in understanding the material already obtained. The end result of activities is expected to accelerate and facilitate the employees in decision making for the future. Pada kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini akan mengimplementasikan kompetensi keilmuan yang dimiliki agar memberikan manfaat bagi masyarakat, dimana kegiatan ini dilakukkan dalam bentuk pelatihan dalam pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dalam pengolahan data yang bertujuan memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan bagi para perangkat desa di kecamatan Buntu Pane dalam pengolahan data  yang bersifat komputerisasi sebagai salah satu cara dalam pengambilan keputusan sebuah instansi.Sasaran dalam kegiatan PKM  ini adalah para perangkat desa di kecamatan Buntu Pane yang berjumlah lebih kurang 25 orang. DEVELOPMENT OF AN AUGMENTED REALITY APPLICATION FOR LEARNING THE VOLUME AND SURFACE AREA OF THREE-DIMENSIONAL SHAPES

Abstract: This study focuses on the development of an Augmented Reality (AR)–based learning application designed to assist students in understanding the mathematical concepts of volume and surface area of three-dimensional geometric… tric shapes. The development process adopted the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) model, which consists of six systematic stages: concept, design, material collecting, assembly, testing, and distribution. The research concentrated on the development and expert validation stages. Validation results from content and media experts indicate that the application meets pedagogical and technical feasibility standards. The content expert confirmed that the materials align with the national mathematics curriculum and are presented in a clear, contextual, and accurate manner, while the media expert highlighted the user-friendly interface, interactive features, and visual appeal of the application. Theoretically, this AR-based medium bridges the gap between abstract mathematical concepts and concrete visualization by enabling students to interact directly with virtual 3D objects. Practically, the application enhances learning motivation and engagement by providing dynamic, interactive experiences. Overall, this research contributes to the advancement of educational technology by offering a systematic model for developing AR-based learning media that support active and meaningful learning in the digital era.

OPTIMIZING CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS THROUGH CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENTAT HANDMADE WILLY

Abstract: Abstract: The development of globalization and digitalization requires businesses to not only focus on product quality, but also on the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with customers. Customer loyalty… ty has become a strategic asset that influences business sustainability and competitiveness. Handmade Willy, a creative business engaged in the production and sale of handicrafts, faces various problems in customer management, such as difficulties in identifying customer preferences, limitations in ongoing communication, suboptimal customer segmentation, and the absence of a structured system for monitoring customer satisfaction and feedback. These problems have an impact on the ineffectiveness of marketing strategies and the potential decline in customer loyalty. This study aims to optimize customer relationships at Handmade Willy through the application of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) concept. The research method used is descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach through data collection from observation, interviews, and literature studies. The blackbox testing results show that the system runs smoothly without any obstacles. The implementation of CRM helps Handmade Willy understand customer characteristics and preferences, perform more accurate segmentation, improve communication effectiveness, and systematically monitor customer satisfaction. Keyword: customer loyalty; customer relationship management; handmade willy.   Abstrak: Perkembangan era globalisasi dan digitalisasi menuntut pelaku usaha untuk tidak hanya berfokus pada kualitas produk, tetapi juga pada kemampuan membangun dan mempertahankan hubungan jangka panjang dengan pelanggan. Loyalitas pelanggan menjadi aset strategis yang berpengaruh terhadap keberlanjutan dan daya saing bisnis. Handmade Willy sebagai usaha kreatif yang bergerak di bidang produksi dan penjualan kerajinan tangan menghadapi berbagai permasalahan dalam pengelolaan pelanggan seperti kesulitan dalam mengidentifikasi preferensi pelanggan, keterbatasan komunikasi berkelanjutan, belum optimalnya segmentasi pelanggan serta belum adanya sistem yang terstruktur untuk memantau kepuasan dan umpan balik pelanggan. Permasalahan tersebut berdampak pada kurang efektifnya strategi pemasaran dan potensi penurunan loyalitas pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan hubungan pelanggan pada Handmade Willy melalui penerapan konsep Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif melalui pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara dan studi literatur. Hasil pengujian blackbox menunjukkan sistem yang dibuat berjalan dengan lancar tanpa ada kendala. Dengan penerapan CRM mampu membantu Handmade Willy dalam memahami karakteristik dan preferensi pelanggan, melakukan segmentasi yang lebih tepat, meningkatkan efektivitas komunikasi serta memantau kepuasan pelanggan secara sistematis. OPTIMIZING CYBER ATTACK SIMULATION AS A RESPONSE TO ESCALATING SECURITY THREATS USING A MACHINE LEARNING APPROACH

Abstract: Abstract: The growing intensity of cyber attacks, marked by rapid, large-scale, automated, and adaptive execution, requires analytical methods that represent the diversity of network environments, including variations in… target platforms such as IoT, traditional networks, and hybrid infrastructures. This study compares machine learning models for cyber attack classification under heterogeneous environmental conditions and formulates a conceptual optimization framework based on model performance. Four publicly available benchmark datasets were used, namely UNB CIC IoT 2023, UNB CIC IDS-2018, UNSW-NB15, and a Kaggle cyber security attacks dataset, comprising approximately 40,000 to over 3.6 million records and 25 to 80 features across IoT, conventional, and mixed network environments. Random Forest, XGBoost, Multilayer Perceptron, and Transformer were implemented within a unified pipeline involving preprocessing, feature selection, and Bayesian Optimization-based hyperparameter tuning. All models achieved F1-score and Cohen's Kappa above 96%, with XGBoost performing best (97.80%, 97.26%), followed by Random Forest (97.78%, 96.96%) and Transformer (97.44%, 96.82%), while MLP scored lowest (96.74%, 96.00%), a gap below one percentage point. Confusion matrix analysis revealed persistent misclassification in minority and overlapping attack classes, informing a proposed adaptive cyber attack simulation optimization framework.             Keywords: cyber attacks; optimization; machine learning; environmental variability.     Abstrak: Meningkatnya intensitas serangan siber yang berlangsung cepat, masif, otomatis, dan adaptif menuntut pendekatan analitis yang merepresentasikan keragaman lingkungan jaringan, termasuk perbedaan karakteristik platform sasaran seperti Internet of Things (IoT), jaringan konvensional, dan infrastruktur hibrida. Penelitian ini membandingkan model machine learning untuk klasifikasi serangan siber pada kondisi lingkungan heterogen, sekaligus menyusun kerangka optimasi konseptual berdasarkan performa model. Empat dataset benchmark publik digunakan, yaitu UNB CIC IoT 2023, UNB CIC IDS-2018, UNSW-NB15, serta dataset Kaggle cyber security attacks, dengan jumlah data berkisar 40.000 hingga lebih dari 3,6 juta rekaman dan 25 sampai 80 fitur, mewakili lingkungan IoT, konvensional, dan campuran. Random Forest, XGBoost, Multilayer Perceptron, dan Transformer diimplementasikan melalui pipeline terpadu mencakup pra-pemrosesan, seleksi fitur, dan optimasi hyperparameter berbasis Bayesian Optimization. Seluruh model mencapai F1-score dan Cohen's Kappa di atas 96%, dengan XGBoost menunjukkan performa terbaik (97,80%, 97,26%), diikuti Random Forest (97,78%, 96,96%) dan Transformer (97,44%, 96,82%), sementara MLP mencatat skor terendah (96,74%, 96,00%), dengan selisih kurang dari satu poin persentase. Analisis confusion matrix mengungkap misklasifikasi yang konsisten pada kelas minoritas dan serangan dengan karakteristik serupa, yang menjadi dasar kerangka optimasi simulasi serangan siber adaptif yang diusulkan.   Kata kunci: serangan siber; optimasi; machine learning; variabilitas lingkungan

ANALYSIS OF PSI METHOD IN DECISION SUPPORT SYSTEM TO SELECT THE FEASIBILITY OF COVID 19 PATIENT DATA SCANNER RESULTS

Abstract: Abstract: Hospitals play an important role in examining the scan results of patient data infected with the Covid 19 virus. However, there are problems when processing the scan results, namely that sometimes errors occur… in the scan data, causing many failures and delays in sending data to the Health Office. The purpose of this study is to build a Desktop-based decision support system application that can facilitate hospitals in selecting the eligibility of the scan results of Covid 19 patient data. The urgency in examining the scan results of Corona patient data is a very pressing public health issue, because the long-term impact is very significant for patients. Thus, a scientific discipline is needed that can support the decision-making process, namely the Decision Support System using the Preference Selection Index (PSI) method. PSI is a simple and easy calculation method, based on statistical concepts without having to determine attribute weights. The results of this method are clear and firm values ​​​​based on the level of strength of the rules applied. The results of the research conducted on the PSI process can be concluded that valid Covid 19 patient data is Recap File I with a value of 0.2042 which is declared valid and accepted.             Keywords: covid-19; decision support system; PSI

IoT-ENABLED SMART FIELD LIGHT AUTOMATION WITH MONITORING FOR FUTSAL

This study focuses on finding lighting… hting solutions for futsal fields that are still running manually by providing alternative solutions in the form of implementing the concept of a smart automation system based on the Internet of Things (IoT) by combining the working systems of LDR sensors, ultrasonic sensors, and microcontrollers, this aims to provide convenience while creating innovation for existing problems. Using observation and implementation methods produces a system that is designed in such a way that the results will later be displayed on the Kodular android application for remote monitoring. It is hoped that the system in this study can work effectively and efficiently in managing field lighting that can answer the problems raised.             Keywords: automation; IoT; kodular; lighting; monitoring.   Abstrak: Pencahayaan merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam hal yang mendukung kenyamanan fasilitas publik terutama untuk lapangan futsal yang mengandalkan pencahayaan untuk visibilitas pengguna lebih baik pada malam hari. Penelitian ini berfokus pada pencarian solusi pencahayaan pada lapangan futsal yang masih berjalan secara manual dengan diberikannya solusi alternatif berupa penerapan konsep sistem otomatisasi pintar berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) dengan memadu-padankan sistem kerja sensor LDR, sensor ultrasonik, dan mikrokontroler, hal tersebut bertujuan memberikan kemudahan sekaligus menciptakan inovasi bagi permasalahan yang ada. Menggunakan metode observasi dan implentasi menghasilkan sistem yang dirancang sedemikian rupa dengan hasil yang nantinya akan ditampilkan pada aplikasi android Kodular untuk pemantauan jarak jauh. Diharapkan sistem dalam penelitian ini dapat bekerja secara efektif dan efisien dalam pengelolaan pencahayaan lapangan yang dapat menjawab pemasalahan yang diangkat.                                            Kata kunci: IoT; pencahayaan; otomatis; pemantauan; kodular.

CRM is a service to customers that is personal, with the aim of providing consistent experience, so that it can provide customer satisfaction, and also get good relationships in the long term. By implementing a good E-CRM, companies will more easily interact with potential customers and customers and provide information according to their needs Customers can also obtain the information they need more quickly and easily. By implementing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) carried out at Anekatex Stores as an effort to improve customer strategies are well proven by the series of processes above and with this application to increase buybacks from total sales every month.

CRM INNOVATION IN IMPROVING CONSUMER SERVICE AND MARKETING OPTIMIZATION

Abstract: Abstract: The growth of information technology continues to grow rapidly, especially in the business sector in Indonesia. Every year the growth of business shops increases to 3.98 million business units in 2022 from the… real industry and trade sectors. So, this makes the Tanjung Shoe Store have serious challenges that affect sales levels which gives rise to problems of decreasing sales levels because there is no effective communication media, the shop is unable to analyze customer needs and market trends, customer disappointment often arises with the shop because it still applies conventional sales, and damage or loss of store operational data. To overcome this problem, a website-based system is needed by implementing a superior CRM (Customer Relationship Management) strategy in increasing customer retention with operational data management features, discounts, chat, online ordering, so that customers get updated information. The CRM concept used is operational, analytical, and collaborative. The application of CRM in this research aims to make it easier for users and improve customer service and optimize marketing at the Tanjung Shoe Store. So, this CRM strategy is an effective solution in facing modern business challenges in improving store performance and competitiveness. Setiap tahunnya pertumbuhan toko usaha semakin meningkat hingga 3,98 juta unit usaha pada tahun 2022 dari sektor rill industri dan perdagangan. Sehingga hal ini membuat Toko Sepatu Tanjung memiliki tantangan serius yang mempengaruhi tingkat penjualan yang menimbulkan permasalahan penurunan tingkat penjualan karena tidak ada media komunikasi yang efektif, toko tidak mampu menganalisis kebutuhan pelanggan dan tren pasar, sering timbul kekecewaan pelanggan terhadap toko karena masih menerapkan penjualan konvensional, dan kerusakan atau kehilangan data operasional toko. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini diperlukan sistem berbasis website dengan menerapkan strategi CRM (Customer Relationship Management) yang unggul dalam meningkatkan retensi pelanggan dengan fitur pengelolaan data operasional, diskon, chatting, pemesanan online, sehingga pelanggan mendapatkan informasi secara update. Konsep CRM yang digunakan operasional, analitis, dan kolaboratif. Penerapan CRM pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memudahkan pengguna dan meningkatkan pelayanan pelanggan serta mengoptimalkan pemasaran pada Toko Sepatu Tanjung. Maka strategi CRM ini menjadi solusi yang efektif dalam menghadapi tantangan bisnis modern dalam meningkatkan kinerja dan daya saing toko.
