Therefore, the implementation of an enterprise architecture (EA) framework is crucial to ensure a strategic alignment between educational goals and technology. However, before implementing the framework, schools must evaluate various factors that influence the suitability and effectiveness of EA, including current technology needs, staff competencies, existing infrastructure conditions, and other factors. This study gathers and analyzes data from related studies, and the results indicate the importance of understanding EA principles to optimize academic and administrative processes. By considering variables in the selection of the EA framework, evaluating school readiness, and identifying existing challenges, this research aims to assist secondary schools in effectively implementing EA. The expected outcome of this research provides theoretical support for the adoption of EA, thus facilitating more efficient strategic and operational planning in secondary schools.

Abstrak: Penggunaan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) secara luas telah meningkatkan efektivitas dan kualitas dalam manajemen, penelitian, dan pendidikan di institusi pendidikan. Di era digital ini, sekolah menengah dituntut untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan strategi pendidikan melalui pemanfaatan teknologi informasi. Oleh karena itu, penerapan framework arsitektur enterprise (EA) menjadi penting untuk memastikan aliansi strategis antara tujuan pendidikan dan teknologi. Namun, sebelum penerapan framework dilakukan, sekolah harus mengevaluasi berbagai faktor yang mempengaruhi kesesuaian dan efektivitas EA, termasuk kebutuhan teknologi terkini, kompetensi staf, kondisi infrastruktur yang ada, dan faktor lainnya. Penelitian ini mengumpulkan dan menganalisis data dari studi terkait, hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa pentingnya pemahaman tentang prinsip-prinsip EA untuk mengoptimalkan proses akademik dan administratif. Dengan mempertimbangkan variabel-variabel dalam pemilihan framework EA, evaluasi kesiapan sekolah, dan identifikasi tantangan yang ada, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu sekolah menengah dalam mengimplementasikan EA secara efektif. Diharapkan hasil dari penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoretis yang mendukung pengadopsian EA, sehingga memfasilitasi perencanaan strategis dan operasional yang lebih efisien di sekolah menengah.

During the development process, an analysis of each sprint is carried out from preparation to the development process. The results of development using the Scrum method show that each feature was completed within 8 hours per day, with each sprint completed in a week. The total time required to complete all sprints designed on the BITA Information System is 128 hours. The application of the Scrum method provides results that enable rapid identification of changes during the development process, as well as optimizing the process of submitting and validating titles, determining supervisors, evaluating guidance, and scheduling exams. Thus, this research provides an effective solution in increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of the final assignment coaching process for students in completing their studies.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem yang dapat membantu proses pembinaan tugas akhir dengan fokus pada penyelesaian kendala yang sering dihadapi, seperti kejelasan status judul penelitian, proses bimbingan, dan jadwal penelitian. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan metode Scrum dengan skala dan tim kecil. Selama proses pengembangan, dilakukan analisis terhadap setiap sprint yang dihasilkan dari persiapan hingga proses pengembangan. Hasil pengembangan menggunakan metode Scrum menunjukkan bahwa setiap fitur diselesaikan dalam jangka waktu 8 jam per hari, dengan setiap sprint selesai dalam seminggu. Total waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk menyelesaikan semua sprint yang dirancang pada Sistem Informasi BITA adalah 128 jam. Penerapan metode Scrum memberikan hasil yang memungkinkan identifikasi cepat terhadap perubahan selama proses pengembangan, serta mengoptimalkan proses pengajuan dan validasi judul, penentuan pembimbing, evaluasi bimbingan, dan penjadwalan ujian. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini menyediakan solusi yang efektif dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas proses pembinaan tugas akhir bagi mahasiswa dalam menyelesaikan studi mereka.

The aim of this research is to create a tool for prospective hotel guests in making decisions on hotel selection recommendations using the TOPSIS and SAW methods. This research uses 8 hotel data points in Laweyan District, Surakarta, and hotel data obtained from the Tourism Office. The results of the McCall Test with 5 indicators, namely accuracy, reliability, efficiency, integrity, and usability, average 86%, so this system is categorized as very good.

Abstrak: Kota Surakarta menjadi salah satu kota yang ramai dikunjungi wisatawan lokal maupun mancanegara karena terdapat berbagai macam wisata budaya yang menarik. Banyaknya hotel dengan pelayanan dan fasilitas yang banyak membuat wisatawan kebingungan dalam memilih hotel, sehingga calon tamu hotel memerlukan waktu yang lama untuk memilih hotel terbaik sesuai kriteria yang diinginkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membuat suatu alat bantu bagi calon tamu hotel dalam pengambilan keputusan rekomendasi pemilihan hotel menggunakan metode TOPSIS dan SAW. Penelitian ini menggunakan 10 titik data hotel yang ada di Kecamatan Laweyan Surakarta dan data hotel yang diperoleh dari Dinas Pariwisata. Hasil Uji McCall dengan 5 indikator yaitu akurasi, reliabilitas, efisiensi, integritas, dan kegunaan rata-rata 86%, maka sistem ini dikategorikan sangat baik.

es from Accelerated Segment Test (FAST) method in a web-based Inventory Information System to increase the speed of object detection and recognition in the stock monitoring process. The system development method in this research uses the Framework for the Application of System Thinking (FAST) which consists of 7 development phases. The FAST method helps ensure that the objectives are clear, specific, and achievable, ultimately leading to a more efficient and effective system. Implementing of this method in the web-based Inventory Information System is expected to provide faster and more accurate results in identifying stock changes, thereby minimizing the risk of shortages or excess inventory. Users can easily access real-time stock information via a responsive web interface. The system performance evaluation’s findings demonstrate that the FAST approach can speed up object detection, which benefits inventory management. Implementing the FAST method in a web-based inventory information system can bring many strategic and operational benefits and is expected to significantly increase the efficiency and accuracy of inventory management in an increasingly competitive market.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan metode FAST pada Sistem Informasi inventaris berbasis web guna meningkatkan kecepatan deteksi dan pengenalan objek pada proses monitoring stok barang. Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan Framework for the Application of System Thinking (FAST) yang terdiri dari 7 fase pengembangan. Metode FAST membantu memastikan bahwa tujuan jelas, spesifik, dan dapat dicapai, yang pada akhirnya menghasilkan sistem yang efisien dan efektif. Implementasi metode ini pada aplikasi inventaris berbasis web diharapkan bisa membagikan hasil lebih cepat dan akurat mengidentifikasi perubahan stok barang, sehingga meminimalkan risiko kekurangan atau kelebihan persediaan. Pengguna dapat dengan mudah mengakses informasi stok barang secara real-time melalui antarmuka web yang responsif.Hasil evaluasi performa sistem menunjukkan bahwa metode FAST mampu meningkatkan kecepatan deteksi objek, sehingga memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap manajemen persediaan barang. Dengan adanya implementasi metode FAST pada Sistem Informasi inventaris berbasis web, dapat membawa banyak manfaat strategis dan operasional dan diharapkan bisa memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam menaikkan efisiensi dan kecermatan pengelolaan persediaan barang di pasar yang semakin kompetitif.

POLRES Asahan is still lacking systematic timing delays in making decisions in managing the disbursement of loan funds. Therefore, an efficient and effective method is needed to minimize risks and maximize profits for the cooperative and its members. One method that can be used is the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method, which has been proven effective in various decision-making contexts. This study aims to apply the SAW method in the process of disbursing loan funds for Primkoppol members, and to evaluate the performance of this method in selecting eligible loan recipients and optimizing fund allocation. The loan disbursement process uses the SAW method, which calculates the relative preference value for each prospective loan recipient based on predetermined criteria. The results of this study indicate that by applying the Simple Additive Weighting method to 10 loan applicants, 3 applicants successfully applied for loans with a preference value > 0.7, in line with the requirements. The implementation of the SAW method in loan disbursement for Primkoppol members has successfully increased efficiency and accuracy in selecting loan recipients.

Abstract: Pemberian dana pinjaman merupakan salah satu kegiatan yang penting dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan anggota Primkoppol (Koperasi Polisi). Proses penentuan kelayakan pemberian pinjaman di PRIMKOPPOL POLRES Asahan masih kurang sistematis keterlambatan waktu dalam menentukan keputusan dalam mengelola pemberian dana pinjaman. Untuk itu diperlukan suatu metode yang efisien dan efektif untuk meminimalkan risiko dan memaksimalkan keuntungan bagi koperasi dan anggotanya. Salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan adalah metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), yang telah terbukti efektif dalam berbagai konteks pengambilan keputusan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan metode SAW dalam proses pemberian dana pinjaman bagi anggota Primkoppol, serta untuk meng-evaluasi kinerja metode tersebut dalam memilih penerima pinjaman yang layak dan meng-optimalkan alokasi dana. Proses pemberian dana pinjaman menggunakan metode SAW yang menghitung nilai preferensi relatif bagi setiap calon penerima pinjaman berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa dengan menerapkan metode Simple Additive Weighting dari 10 calon pemohon pinjaman, 3 calon berhasil mampu mengajukan pinjaman dengan nilai preferensi > 0,7. sesuai dengan persyaratan. Implementasi metode SAW dalam pemberian dana pinjaman bagi anggota Primkoppol berhasil meningkatkan efisiensi dan keakuratan dalam pemilihan penerima pinjaman.

The company's harvest yield estimation still uses a traditional approach based on the average bunch weight (BJR), considering the year of planting and the planting area. However, this technique is less effective and efficient. If the company's estimates are incorrect, it can potentially lead to losses or increased production budgets. The purpose of this research is to obtain a comparison of forecast results for the next month with the best alpha accuracy measure using the Single Exponential Smoothing method. The research method used is based on qualitative and quantitative data from interviews and observations of data from December 2022 to November 2023. The forecasting results with an alpha accuracy value of 0.9 using the Single Exponential Smoothing method show a forecast for December 2023 of 13,835.57844 with a percentage error rate (MAPE) of 9.28%, MAD of 1,021,423.6, and MSE of 174,130,366.

Dalam upaya meningkatkan produksi, perusahaan perkebunan, peningkatan efisiensi produksi agar harga produk sawit lebih kompetitif dengan menentukan hasil panen. Pada perkiraan hasil panen perusahaan masih menerapkan pendekatan tradisional berdasarkan berat janjangan rata-rata (BJR) dengan mempertimbangkan tahun tanam dan luas area tanaman. Namun, tehnik ini kurang efektif dan efisien, Apabila perkiraan yang dibuat perusahaan salah berpotensi menyebabkan kerugian atau peningkatan anggaran produksi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mendapatkan perbandingan hasil peramalan pada bulan berikutnya dengan ukuran akurasi alpha terbaik menggunakan metode Single Exponential Smoothing. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah berdasarkan data kualitatif dan kuantitatif dari hasil wawancara dan observasi data bulan desember 2022 - november 2023. Hasil peramalan dari ukuran akurasi nilai alpha 0.9 menggunakan metode Single Exponential Smoothing diperoleh peramalan untuk periode desember 2023 sebesar 13.835578,44 dengan tingkat persentase error MAPE sebesar 9,28%, MAD 1021423.6 dan MSE 174130366.

This study aims to assess the performance of the alma mater suit supply chain at the SACIKA Cooperative using the SCOR Matrix. This type of research is descriptive quantitative, with data collection conducted through interviews and observations. Supply chain performance measurement is carried out using four attributes and matrices, namely Reliability with Perfect Order Fulfillment (POF), Responsiveness with Order Fulfillment Cycle Time (OFCT) Matrix, Agility with Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), and Assets with Cash-to-Cash Cycle Time (CTCCT) Matrix. The results showed the performance value of each matrix, namely POF of 96.47%, OFCT 1 day, COGS 92.94%, and CTCCT 8 days.

Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan evaluasi terhadap kinerja rantai pasok di Koperasi SACIKA guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan kesesuaian dalam pengadaan jas almamater. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai kinerja rantai pasok jas almamater di Koperasi SACIKA menggunakan Matriks SCOR. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dan observasi. Pengukuran kinerja rantai pasok dilakukan dengan menggunakan empat atribut dan matriks, yaitu Reliability with Perfect Order Fulfillment (POF), Responsiveness with Order Fulfillment Cycle Time (OFCT) Matrix, Agility with Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), dan Assets with Cash-to-Cash Cycle Time (CTCCT) Matrix. IDPS performance analysis for mitigating SQL injection and syn flood attacks will use Suricata tools, where performance analysis will include evaluation of system accuracy and efficiency in detecting attacks, as well as the impact of the system on network or information system performance. By doing this performance analysis, it can be seen how effective the IDPS is in providing defences against such attacks. The results of the IDPS performance analysis can help an organisation or company select and implement the right IDPS according to the needs and conditions of the information system. Thus, organisations or companies can improve the security of their information systems from threatening cyber attacks.

Abstrak: Serangan cyber seperti SQL Injection dan Syn Flood Attack dapat mengancam keamanan sistem informasi suatu organisasi atau perusahaan. Intrusion Detection and Prevention System (IDPS) digunakan sebagai solusi untuk mendeteksi, mencegah, dan merespons serangan-serangan ini. Namun, efektivitas IDPS dalam melindungi sistem informasi perlu dievaluasi melalui analisis performa. Analisis performa IDPS untuk mitigasi SQL Injection dan Syn Flood Attack ini akan menggunakan tools suricata dimana analisa performa akan meliputi evaluasi terhadap akurasi dan efisiensi sistem dalam mendeteksi serangan, serta dampak dari sistem terhadap kinerja jaringan atau sistem informasi. Dengan melakukan analisis performa ini, dapat diketahui seberapa efektif IDPS dalam memberikan perlindungan terhadap serangan-serangan tersebut. Hasil dari analisis performa IDPS dapat membantu organisasi atau perusahaan dalam memilih dan mengimplementasikan IDPS yang tepat sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan kondisi sistem informasi yang dimiliki. The prototype method allows developers to design and develop application prototypes that can be tested by users (teachers, students, and parents) before implementing the actual application. This will help identify user needs, collect feedback and ensure that the resulting Smart School application meets the expectations and needs of all stakeholders. The Smart School application has many features, such as student data management, lesson schedules, homework and test management, communication between teachers, students and parents, and tracking student learning progress. This application is designed with a web interface like computers, tablets and smartphones. The resulting Smart School application using the Prototype approach will be better able to meet changing user needs and help improve the quality of education in schools. Apart from that, web technology will make it easier to access and use applications by all stakeholders in the world of education.

Abstrak: Kemajuan teknologi informasi sudah meninggalkan efek yang substansial terhadap dunia pendidikan. Salah satu dampak tersebut adalah munculnya konsep sekolah cerdas. Aplikasi Smart School merupakan solusi untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi pengelolaan prosedur pendidikan di sekolah. Riset ini bermaksud untuk merancang aplikasi Smart School dengan menggunakan metode Prototype berbasis Web. Metode Prototipe memungkinkan pengembang merancang dan mengembangkan prototipe aplikasi yang dapat diuji oleh pengguna (guru, siswa, dan orang tua) sebelum menerapkan aplikasi sebenarnya. Hal ini akan membantu mengidentifikasi kebutuhan pengguna, mengumpulkan umpan balik dan memastikan bahwa aplikasi Smart School yang dihasilkan memenuhi harapan dan kebutuhan seluruh pemangku kepentingan. Aplikasi Smart School dirancang dengan banyak fitur yang beragam seperti pengelolaan data siswa, jadwal pelajaran, pengelolaan pekerjaan rumah dan ulangan, komunikasi antara guru, siswa dan orangtua, serta pelacakan kemajuan perkembangan pembelajaran siswa. Aplikasi ini dirancang dengan antarmuka web seperti komputer, tablet, dan smartphone. This study aims to improve the efficiency of product inventory management at Bakti Jaya Stores by implementing a technology-based and information-based Supply Chain Management system. The research method is a qualitative method, with data collection techniques through interviews with informants, conducting field observations, and also obtained from literature studies. This research produces a product stock management information system using Supply Chain Management that connects Bakti Jaya Stores with suppliers to maximize coordination between stores and suppliers, facilitates control of the flow of stock availability in stores, and makes it easier for store owners to make decisions related to purchasing and procuring goods by providing accurate inventory analysis and real-time product stock information.

Abstrak: Toko Bakti Jaya adalah salah satu toko yang ada di Kisaran yang bergerak dalam bidang penjualan bahan kue dan makanan. Saat ini, toko tersebut masih mengelola persediaan produk secara manual dengan mencatat jumlah barang masuk berdasarkan catatan pemesanan. Penghitungan stok dilakukan dengan cara melihat langsung gudang, yang menyebabkan kesulitan dalam pengawasan stok secara akurat dan berisiko terjadi kekurangan atau kelebihan stok. Kendala tersebut dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan dan operasional toko. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan persediaan produk di Toko Bakti Jaya dengan menerapkan sistem Supply Chain Management berbasis teknologi dan informasi. Metode penelitiannya ialah metode kualitatif, dengan tehnik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara kepada narasumber, melakukan observasi ke lapangan serta juga didapat dari studi literature. Penelitian ini menghasilkan Sistem Informasi pengelolaan stok produk dengan menggunakan Supply Chain Management yang menghubungkan Toko Bakti Jaya dengan para supplier dapat memaksimalkan koordinasi antara toko dengan supplier, memudahkan pengendalian aliran stok ketersediaan barang di toko serta memudahkan pemilik toko membuat keputusan terkait dengaan pembelian dan pengadaan barang dengan menyediakan analisis persediaan yang akurat dan informasi stok produk yang real time.
