Abstrak: Aplikasi cuci kendaraan menggunakan mobile merupakan aplikasi yang bertujuan untuk membantu pengguna dalam mempermudah pengguna dalam memesan jasa cuci kendaraan secara online. Aplikasi ini dirancang untuk memudahkan pengguna dalam menggunakan dan memungkinkan mereka mengirim notifikasi cuci kendaraan kapan pun dan di mana pun mereka mau menggunakan perangkat seluler. Fitur Pemesanan : Aplikasi ini memiliki beberapa fitur utama yaitu Fitur Pemesanan : Pengguna dapat memesan jasa cuci kendaraan dengan mudah melalui aplikasi ini. Mereka hanya perlu memilih jenis mobil yang diinginkan, layanan yang diinginkan, serta waktu dan tempat di mana mereka ingin bekerja. Abstrak: Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Asahan merupakan salah satu instansi pemerintah yang ada di Kabupaten Asahan. Badan ini bertugas untuk melayani masyarakat dan memberikan informasi terbaik bagi masyarakat terutama dalam hal pengolahan data. Salah satu program pemerintah yang digunakan untuk menanggulangi kemiskinan adalah KUBE. Secara umum permasalahan yang terjadi di KUBE masih belum optimal dan belum tepat sasaran, sehingga terkadang banyak warga yang protes karena warga yang seharusnya menerima bantuan tidak mendapatkan bantuan dan sebaliknya warga yang seharusnya tidak berhak mendapatkan bantuan dari Kelompok Usaha Bersama (KUBE). Dengan mengetahui kekurangan yang terdapat pada perhitungan manual yang dilakukan oleh Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Asahan. Sehingga dapat ditentukan penerima manfaat sesuai dengan kriteria yang ditentukan oleh Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Asahan. Tujuan dibuat sistem dengan menggunakan metode Weighted Product untuk melakukan perhitungan yang akurat dalam pemberian bantuan yang dibuat dengan bahasa pemograman PHP dengan Database MySQL, untuk membuat pendukung keputusan terkomputerisasi baru yang merupakan alternatif yang baik dengan mengutamakan efektifitas dan efisiensi dalam penentuan pemberian bantuan Kelompok Usaha Bersama (KUBE). Doctors' performance evaluation is still done manually and the data processing process does not yet use application programs in making decisions. In the process of assessing the performance of doctors as the main professional staff in hospitals, it must be carried out realistically, objectively and based on evidence and specifically according to specialization and/or specific procedures. For this reason, a tool is needed in the form of designing a decision support system (DSS) in evaluating the performance of doctors which aims to understand the deficiencies of the performance that has been carried out, so that it can open up space for improvement or improvements to quality and efficiency in hospitals, for the purpose of providing incentives and reward programs and value-based purchasing strategies for doctors. The method in this study uses the Weighted Product method, with the concept of weighting the rating of an appraisal variable that will be selected as the best alternative. The system to be created is a decision support system using the Weighted Product (WP) method, which is a method of determining the order (priority) in multi-criteria analysis. The results of this system design are expected to be a tool for Setio Husodo Hospital in analyzing and deciding on the performance of doctors who will be given incentives and reward programs as well as value-based purchasing strategies for doctors.

Abstrak: Untuk mendorong kinerja yang lebih baik dan semangat berprestasi, institusi memberikan penghargaan kepada dokter yang dianggap berprestasi.Metode tradisional masih digunakan untuk menilai kinerja dokter dan manajer. Evaluasi kinerja dokter masih bersifat manual, dan proses pengolahan data belum menggunakan program aplikasi untuk mengambil keputusan. Proses evaluasi kinerja dokter sebagai anggota staf rumah sakit penuh waktu harus realistis, objektif, berbasis bukti, dan spesifik untuk spesialisasi dan/atau prosedur tertentu. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan perancangan sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK) untuk evaluasi kinerja dokter sebagai alat yang bertujuan untuk memahami kekurangan dalam pelayanan yang diberikan dan memberikan ruang untuk perbaikan dan ruang untuk peningkatan kualitas dan efisiensi. Rumah sakit mendorong dan memberi dokter program penghargaan dan strategi pembelian berbasis nilai. The Population and Civil Registration Office of Kubu Raya Regency utilizes IT in carrying out public service activities using the SIPEMUDA Application. An information system audit is needed to improve system performance. In this study, using the Control Objective for Information and Related Technology (COBIT 2019) to determine whether the organization's needs have been supported by management and the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL 4) domain service management to determine suggestions for improvement. Capability level assessment in this study using COBIT Performance Management. The results of the capability assessment are that there are 6 processes reaching level 1, 33 processes reaching level 2, 28 processes reaching level 3, 18 processes reaching level 4, 7 processes reaching level 5 while the level that does not meet the capabilities is 19 processes. Furthermore, the results of process recommendations that do not meet the capabilities are prioritized using the Action Priority Matrix.

Abstrak: Pemanfaatan TI dapat memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat, mendorong kemudahan dalam pelayanan publik dengan biaya yang lebih terjangkau dan efisiensi kinerja. Tata kelola TI yang mencakup kepemimpinan, struktur organisasi, dan proses, dalam pengelolaannya untuk memastikan bahwa TI dimanfaatkan seoptimal mungkin memenuhi kebutuhan organisasi saat ini dan yang akan datang. Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Kubu Raya memanfaatkan TI dalam melaksanakan kegiatan pelayanan publik menggunakan Aplikasi SIPEMUDA. Audit sistem informasi diperlukan untuk meningkatkan kinerja sistem. Dalam penelitian ini, menggunakan Control Objective for Information and Related Technology (COBIT 2019) menentukan apakah kebutuhan organisasi sudah didukung oleh pengelolaan serta Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL 4) domain service management untuk menentukan saran perbaikan. Penilaian level kapabilitas pada penelitian ini menggunakan COBIT Performance Management. Hasil penilaian kapabilitas yaitu terdapat 6 proses mencapai level 1, 33 proses mencapai level 2, 28 proses mencapai level 3, 18 proses mencapai level 4, 7 proses mencapai level 5 sedangkan level yang tidak memenuhi kapabilitas yaitu 19 proses untuk diberikan rekomendasi. Abstrak: Distribusi menjadi hal penting berwirausaha, salah satunya pada bidang pertanian untuk pendistribusian benih sampai lokasi tujuan. Permasalahan sering ditemui dalam proses pendistribusian adalah efektifan, efisiensi waktu dan jarak tempuh. Sehingga penelitian akan membangun perangkat lunak dengan memasukan data titik lokasi awal dan beberapa lokasi tujuan agen konsumen ditambahkan secara dinamis. Parameter jarak menggunakan latitude-longitude terintegrasi pada google maps yang mendeteksi keberadaan lokasi, selanjutnya diketahui generasi kromosom atau jalur distribusi terbaik dengan rute minimum. Pendekatan Heuristic menggunakan Algoritma Genetika meniru konsep evolusi biologis deretan struktur pertukaran informasi secara acak. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini dapat mendistribusikan jenis benih dengan pilihan bobot yang telah terbagi dalam wilayah lokasi. Satu wilayah lokasi terdapat beberapa lokasi toko ditambahkan secara dinamis, dengan proses yang sudah ditentukan titik awal keberangkatan. Penelitian ini menekankan pada proses penentuan rute lokasi saja. Hasil pengujian jumlah populasi rata-rata nilai fitness cenderung bersifat tetap dari nilai sebelumnya selisih 1-10 nilai fitness dan iterasi optimum dengan 9-12 dengan rata-rata nilai fitness 44,2. Hasil optimum didapatkan ketika Mutation rate (Mr) lebih tinggi dibanding nilai Crossover rate (Cr). Maka, Algoritma Genetika bisa digunakan untuk TSP jalur distribusi benih pengujian menghasilkan evaluasi fitnes 1:2 untuk Algoritma Genetika dibandingkan dengan estimasi jarak biasa digunakan.

Therefore, this study has goal to compare the music steaming applications’ user experience of the Joox and Spotify by using User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) method. There are 6 scales assessed by UEQ, including attractiveness, perspicuity, efficiency, dependability, stimulation, and novelty. Data was collected by distributing online questionnaires and obtained as many as 104 responses that could be processed. The results show that both applications have positive impressions which are indicated by the average value of each scale greater than 0.8. This indicates that these two applications are considered quite fun, effective, easy to understand, and innovative. However, the comparison’ results show that between Spotify and Joox is not significantly different, with Spotify scores slightly better than Joox.

Abstrak: Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi, cara masyarakat mendengarkan musik juga mengalami perubahan dengan munculnya banyak aplikasi streaming musik. User experience suatu aplikasi berperan penting untuk menarik dan mempertahankan pengguna aplikasi. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk membandingkan user experience dari aplikasi streaming musik Joox dan Spotify dengan metode User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). Terdapat 6 skala yang dinilai oleh UEQ yaitu daya tarik, kejelasan, efisiensi, ketepatan, stimulasi, dan kebaruan. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner secara daring dan diperoleh sebanyak 104 jawaban yang bisa diolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kedua aplikasi memiliki impresi positif yang ditandai dengan nilai rata-rata setiap skala lebih besar dari 0.8. Artinya kedua aplikasi ini dinilai cukup menyenangkan, efektif, mudah dipahami, dan inovatif. Meskipun demikian, hasil perbandingan menunjukkan bahwa perbedaan antara Spotify dan Joox tidak terlalu signifikan, dengan nilai Spotify sedikit lebih unggul daripada Joox.

Abstrak: Pada era digital sekarang, hampir semua sektor pelayanan kesehatan membutuhkan pelayanan yang cepat, tepat, detail, dan valid. Hasil observasi menunjukkan bahwa selama perkuliahan mahasiswa masih kesulitan memahami alur input, proses, dan output dari suatu aplikasi yang baik, serta belum mengetahui dan mempunyai gambaran tentang Software Aplikasi di Fasilitas Pelayanan Kesehatan yang sudah berjalan di fasilitas kesehatan dikarenakan beberapa mahasiswa yang melakukan Praktek Kerja Lapangan ditempatkan di institusi fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan masih menggunakan sistem manual dengan kertas dan pencatatan di buku. Pada penelitian ini dirancang dan dibangun sebuah sistem informasi rekam medis elektronik sebagai aplikasi pembelajaran mahasiswa mengenai aplikasi pelayanan kesehatan, uji akurasi sistem menggunakan ISO 9126, dimana ISO 9126 menilik Functionability, Reliability, usability, efesiency, maintainability dan portability sistem yang baik serta memberi rekomendasi apabila ada temuan sistem yang belum sesuai kebutuhan. Hasil dari penelitian ini diperoleh nilai Sistem Informasi yang dibangun hanya 75,92593 % yang merupakan hasil pengukuran kualitas sehingga aplikasi ini tidak masuk kategori standar ISO 9126 karena ada Karakteristik Portability yaitu unsur Adaptability, dan Installability tidak terpenuhi, untuk temuan ini diberikan rekomendasi perbaikan agar sistem dapat berjalan sempurna sesuai kebutuhan penggunaannya.

Analysis is carried out on several aspects of the product operation including the quality factors of correctness (truth), reliability (reliability), efficiency (efficiency), integrity (integrity) and usability (usability). Data was collected through questionnaires from 38 respondents involving workers/employees and customers. The results showed that overall the quality of the Sulaman Mayang information system was at the level of 76% (the quality of the information system was good according to the scale interpretation of the percentage of quality factors). Thus the quality of Mayang embroidery information systems needs to be improved in accordance with recommendations which are improvements to the quality of Mayan embroidery information systems.

Abstrak: Industri Sulaman mayang sejauh ini menerapkan sistem berbasiskan dekstop dalam pengolahan data, sistem yang digunakan satu arah hanya melibatkan satu aktor/pengguna sistem saja. Sehingga dalam penggunaan ada beberapa persoalan baru yang bermunculan yang mempengaruhi kinerja layanan terhadap pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa dan menguji kualitas sitem informasi sulaman mayang dengan meggunakan metode McCall. Analisa dilakukan terhadap beberapa aspek dalam product operation diantaranya faktor kualitas correctness (kebenaran), reliability (keandalan), effisiensy (efisien), integrity (integritas) dan usability (kegunaan). Data dikumpulkan melalui kuosioner dari 38 responden yang melibatkan pekerja/karyawan dan pelanggan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan kualitas sistem informasi sulaman mayang berada pada level 76% (kualitas sistem informasi tersebut baik menurut skala penafsiran persentase faktor kualitas). Dengan demikian kualitas sistem informasi sulaman mayang perlu ditingkatkan sesuai dengan rekomendasi yang merupakan perbaikan kualitas sistem informasi sulaman mayang.

Abstrak: Pengawasan terhadap persediaan barang sangat mendesak untuk dilakukan oleh pengusaha yang bertujuan untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan perusahaan sehingga didapatkan persediaan yang ideal. Dengan menerapkan metode FIFO (First In First Out) stok persediaan yang datang pertama kali maka akan dijualkan atau dimanfaatkan terlebih dahulu oleh perusahaan itu sendiri. Artinya bahwa barang (bentuk, tipe dan nama yang sama) yang pertama dibeli maka barang tersebut akan pertama dijualkan. Hal ini bertujuan untuk menghindari expired dari barang-barang tersebut. Sasaran dari hasil penelitian ini nantinya untuk meninjau sejauh mana prosedur-prosedur yang ada dan dapat menyajikan informasi sekaligus untuk menghasilkan suatu sistem informasi yang mutakhir sehingga tercapainya efisiensi kerja. Dengan penerapan model RAD (Rapid Application Development) pada sistem persedian barang yang terkomputerisasi dan juga yang dilengkapi dengan bahasa pemrograman visual basic 2010 dan laporan crystal report dapat membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan yang cepat. Implementasi dengan sistem RAD untuk mewujudkan sistem informasi persediaan barang telah mampu menghasilkan produk dengan hasil yang mumpuni. Aplikasi yang dirancang telah dapat melengkapi keperluan transaksi dan mengelola informasi persediaan barang dengan metode FIFO.

Penggunaan sistem informasi penjualan akan meningkatkan efektivitas dan effesiensi dalam proses kerja, seperti kemudahan dalam menghasilkan laporan penjualan, data inventaris, informasi harga dan cetak faktur. CV Mitra Tani adalah salah satu mini market yang menjual kebutuhan sehari-hari masyarakat. Bisnis proses yang ada di CV Mitra Tani masih manual, dimana informasi harga masih dicatat di buku, tidak ada data penjualan, inventaris dan tidak ada faktur. Masalah yang dihadapi oleh CV Mitra Tani dengan bisnis proses yang masih manual adalah waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk melayani pelanggan lama, tidak ada data yang dapat digunakan untuk mengetahui untung atau rugi, dan ketika melakukan stok barang tidak ada. Permasalahan tersebut akan diatasi oleh CV Mitra Tani dengan membangun sistem informasi penjualan berbasis web. fitur dari sistem yang akan dibangun adalah menghasilkan data penjualan, inventaris barang, informasi harga, dan cetak faktur. Sistem akan dikembangkan menggunakan metode prototype dan bahasa pemograman PHP, sedangkan databasenya akan menggunakan MyQL. Berdasarkan penelitian, penggunaan sistem informasi penjualan dapat meningkatkan efektitivitas dan efesiensi Cara kerja bisnis proses, seperti kemudahan dalam mengetahui harga, kemudahan menghasilkan laporan penjualan, inventasi dan kemudahan dalam mencetak faktur.
