However, there are still few promotional and information services available for tourists related to cultural tourism to visit, such as location information, events and access to cultural tourism spots in West Sumba. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to create a mobile phone-based application that can promote bu-culture tourism in West Sumba Regency. The specific objective is to create a platform that makes it easy for tourists to explore and understand the cultural richness and cultural tourism destinations of West Sumba. This research uses a user-centered design (UCD) approach to create a successful mobile application. This application will help tourists get information about cultural tourism destinations in West Sumba. In addition, the app has additional features, such as maps, traditional villages, local dances, cultural festivals, event schedules and travel agents.

Namun, masih sedikit layanan promosi dan informasi yang tersedia bagi para wisatawan terkait wisata budaya yang ingin dikunjungi, seperti informasi lokasi, acara dan akses ke tempat-tempat wisata budaya di Sumba Barat. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat aplikasi berbasis ponsel yang dapat mempromosikan wisata budaya di Kabupaten Sumba Barat. Tujuan khusus adalah untuk membuat sebuah platform yang memudahkan wisatawan untuk mengeksplorasi dan memahami kekayaan budaya dan destinasi wisata budaya Sumba Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan desain berbasis pengguna (UCD) untuk membuat aplikasi mobile yang berhasil. Aplikasi ini akan membantu wisatawan mendapatkan informasi tentang destinasi wisata budaya di Sumba Barat. ustering algorithms to categorize individuals based on their marriage choices. Data was collected from a questionnaire completed by 110 respondents from Bekasi Regency, specifically individuals aged 18 to 30 who are single, including 80 women and 30 men. Data analysis was conducted using the RapidMiner software to evaluate the effectiveness of three clustering algorithms K-Means, X-Means, and K-Medoids in categorizing marriage decision patterns among young people experiencing a Quarter Life Crisis in Bekasi Regency. Results indicate that each algorithm has its own strengths and limitations in handling Quarter Life Crisis data.The results of the analysis show that the K-medoids algorithm provides the best clustering results with the lowest DBI value of 0.195, followed by the X-Means algorithm with a value of 0.199 and K-Means with a value of 0.207. These results can help understand the pattern of marriage decisions in the Quarter Life Crisis phase and help provide insights for policymakers in Bekasi Regency to make more effective intervention programs.

Abstrak: Sebagai salah satu kota besar di Indonesia, Kabupaten Bekasi memberikan konteks yang tepat untuk mempelajari kompleksitas pengambilan keputusan pernikahan di tengah krisis seperempat usia. Penelitian ini berfokus pada pemanfaatan algoritma clustering untuk mengelompokkan individu berdasarkan pilihan pernikahan mereka. Data diambil dari kuesioner yang diisi oleh 110 responden di Kabupaten Bekasi, yang terdiri dari individu lajang berusia 18 hingga 30 tahun, yaitu 80 perempuan dan 30 laki-laki. Analisis data dilakukan dengan perangkat lunak RapidMiner untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas tiga algoritma pengelompokan—K-Means, X-Means, dan K-Medoids—dalam mengelompokkan pola keputusan pernikahan di kalangan pemuda yang menghadapi Quarter Life Crisis di Kabupaten Bekasi. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa setiap algoritma memiliki keunggulan dan kelemahannya masing-masing dalam memproses data Quarter Life Crisis. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa algoritma K-medoids memberikan hasil clustering terbaik dengan nilai DBI terendah yaitu 0.195, diikuti oleh algoritma X-Means dengan nilai 0.199 dan K-Means dengan nilai 0.207. Hasil ini dapat membantu memahami pola keputusan menikah pada fase Quarter Life Crisis dan membantu memberikan wawasan bagi pembuat kebijakan di Kabupaten Bekasi membuat program intervensi yang lebih efektif.

As the smart Indonesia program progresses, many parents of students complain because the selection of students receiving PIP assistance is not on target and does not comply with the provisions. As with the data collection of students receiving the Smart Indonesia Program (PIP) assistance at State Elementary School 014673 Mekar Sari Village, it is also not optimal where the recording system is still inputted into Microsoft Excel. Therefore, a system is needed that is integrated with a calculation processing technique, namely a decision support system used at State Elementary School 015673 Mekar Sari Village to determine prospective recipients of the Smart Indonesia Program assistance who are truly worthy and appropriate. For this reason, this study uses the Multi-Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) method to find students who are eligible for PIP benefits in the determination process.

Maka dari itu pemerintah memiliki kebijakan untuk membantu dengan mengeluarkan Program Indonesia Pintar (PIP) sebagai tujuan untuk membantu biaya pribadi siswa dalam menempuh pendidikan. Seiring berjalannya program indonesia pintar banyak kalangan orang tua siswa mengeluh dikarenakan dalam pemilihan siswa penerima bantuan PIP tidak tepat sasaran dan tidak sesuai dengan ketentuan. Seperti halnya dengan pendataan siswa penerima bantuan Program Indonesia Pintar (PIP) di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 014673 Desa Mekar Sari juga belum optimal dimana masih sistem pencatatan lalu di input ke Microsoft Excel. Maka dibutuhkan sebuah sistem yang sudah terintegrasi dengan sebuah teknik pengolahan perhitungan yaitu sistem pendukung keputusan yang digunakan pada Sekolah Dasar Negeri 015673 Desa Mekar Sari untuk penentuan calon penerima bantuan Program Indonesia Pintar yang benar layak dan pantas. Untuk itu penelitian ini menggunakan metode Multi-Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) untuk mencari siswa yang layak mendapat manfaat PIP dalam proses penentuannya.

POLRES Asahan is still lacking systematic timing delays in making decisions in managing the disbursement of loan funds. Therefore, an efficient and effective method is needed to minimize risks and maximize profits for the cooperative and its members. One method that can be used is the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method, which has been proven effective in various decision-making contexts. This study aims to apply the SAW method in the process of disbursing loan funds for Primkoppol members, and to evaluate the performance of this method in selecting eligible loan recipients and optimizing fund allocation. The loan disbursement process uses the SAW method, which calculates the relative preference value for each prospective loan recipient based on predetermined criteria. The results of this study indicate that by applying the Simple Additive Weighting method to 10 loan applicants, 3 applicants successfully applied for loans with a preference value > 0.7, in line with the requirements. The implementation of the SAW method in loan disbursement for Primkoppol members has successfully increased efficiency and accuracy in selecting loan recipients.

Abstract: Pemberian dana pinjaman merupakan salah satu kegiatan yang penting dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan anggota Primkoppol (Koperasi Polisi). Proses penentuan kelayakan pemberian pinjaman di PRIMKOPPOL POLRES Asahan masih kurang sistematis keterlambatan waktu dalam menentukan keputusan dalam mengelola pemberian dana pinjaman. Untuk itu diperlukan suatu metode yang efisien dan efektif untuk meminimalkan risiko dan memaksimalkan keuntungan bagi koperasi dan anggotanya. Salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan adalah metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), yang telah terbukti efektif dalam berbagai konteks pengambilan keputusan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan metode SAW dalam proses pemberian dana pinjaman bagi anggota Primkoppol, serta untuk meng-evaluasi kinerja metode tersebut dalam memilih penerima pinjaman yang layak dan meng-optimalkan alokasi dana. Proses pemberian dana pinjaman menggunakan metode SAW yang menghitung nilai preferensi relatif bagi setiap calon penerima pinjaman berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa dengan menerapkan metode Simple Additive Weighting dari 10 calon pemohon pinjaman, 3 calon berhasil mampu mengajukan pinjaman dengan nilai preferensi > 0,7. sesuai dengan persyaratan. Implementasi metode SAW dalam pemberian dana pinjaman bagi anggota Primkoppol berhasil meningkatkan efisiensi dan keakuratan dalam pemilihan penerima pinjaman.

In the testing process, the black-box method is utilized to identify system weaknesses, validate the congruence of executed data with inputs, and prevent potential deficiencies and errors in the application before user deployment. Abstrak: Penelitian ini menggambarkan pentingnya teknologi informasi dalam menghasilkan informasi yang relevan, akurat, dan waktu tepat sebagai dasar pengetahuan strategis untuk pengambilan keputusan. Aplikasi, sebagai perangkat lunak, memiliki peran vital dalam menyajikan informasi sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna, berlandaskan pada data masukan yang diberikan. Flutter, sebagai SDK untuk pembuatan aplikasi mobile, menghadirkan kemampuan unggul dalam pengembangan aplikasi lintas platform. Pengembangan aplikasi mobile untuk Sistem Informasi Wisata Kebun Buah di Sidoarjo menggunakan Flutter bertujuan memudahkan pencarian tempat wisata kebun buah sesuai preferensi pengguna dan menyediakan informasi yang terperinci tentang lokasi tersebut. Tujuannya adalah memfasilitasi masyarakat dalam menemukan dan menikmati wisata kebun buah di Sidoarjo. Dalam proses pengujian, metode black box digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi kelemahan sistem, memvalidasi kesesuaian data yang dieksekusi dengan yang dimasukkan, serta mencegah potensi kekurangan dan kesalahan dalam aplikasi sebelum digunakan oleh pengguna. Pada proses pengujian, aplikasi telah berhasil melewati pengujian untuk aspek tampilan dan seluruh fitur yang disediakan dengan sukses.

There needs to be a selection in determining the eligibility of RASKIN for the right people and avoiding mistakes. The selection process can be completed using the application of computer science. Based on this, a decision support system is needed that can be used by the Sei Silau Timur village head's office staff in distributing RASKIN rice, which later this application can help and benefit the village community. This research uses the AHP method, which is carried out by comparing a matrix of several criteria and alternatives. The final assessment result is implementing the AHP method, where criterion 4, namely Total Income, is selected, with Alternative 1 named Selamet.

Abstrak : Sebagian dari masyarakat di Desa Sei Silau Timur di kecamatan Buntu Pane, Kisaran mempunyai penghasilan yang rendah. Dengan adanya kebijakan pemerintah dalam program penanggulangan pangan yang bekerja sama dengan pihak Bulog untuk meringankan beban masyarakat dengan menyalurkan raskin ke desa-desa yang masyarakatnya berpenghasilan yang rendah. Dan tidak semua masyarakat mendapatkan kesempatan penerimaan RASKIN karena kuotanya terbatas. Perlu dilakukan dengan seleksi dalam penentuan pemberian kelayakan RASKIN kepada orang-orang yang tepat dan menghindari kekeliruan. Proses seleksi tersebut dapat diselesaikan dengan menggunakan penerapan secara ilmu komputer. Bedasarkan hal tersebut maka diperlukan suatu sistem pendukung keputusan yang dapat dipergunakan oleh petugas kantor Kepala Desa Sei Silau Timur dalam proses pembagian beras RASKIN, yang nantinya aplikasi ini dapat membantu dan bermanfaat bagi masyarakat desa tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode AHP, dimana metode yang dilakukan dengan membandingkan matriks sejumlah kriteria dan alternatif. Hasil penilaian akhir yang terpilih merupakan implementasi dari metode AHP, dimana yang terpilih adalah kriteria 4 yaitu Jumlah Penghasilan dengan alternatif 1 bernama Selamet.

process and personal development of students. Through the development of an expert system-based counseling model based on backward chaining, this study seeks to discover trends in student behavior. The research process starts with problem analysis, goal setting, literature study, data collection, system design and implementation, and results analysis. It then moves on to counseling model development and implementation in the school setting. To determine the reasons for the unruly behavior of the kids, data were analyzed using a backward chaining methodology. UML Usecase diagrams are used in system design to define the roles of actors and users. The established counseling model, which consists of 14 behaviors, 67 phenomena/symptoms, and 14 rules, focuses on goals and methods to modify student behavior. Three students underwent system testing based on previously achieved goals from therapy. The findings revealed "Smoking," "Emotional Problems," and "Fighting" among the student behaviors. When the Backward Chaining-based counseling model is used, it is simpler for homeroom teachers to gather information about students' conduct from them and to offer remedies based on the transfer of professional knowledge without having to wait for the counselor guidance procedure

The system for submitting surety bond guarantee certificates at PT Jamkrida Bangka is still done manually starting from applying, completing the supporting document requirements, checking the suitability of the applicant's supporting documents, paying the guarantee fee, and printing the surety bond certificate as proof of guarantee. The system currently running will be developed into a web-based system to increase the speed of the administrative service process when applicants submit applications for surety bonds. The web-based system was developed using the Object-Oriented Analysis and Design method and Unified Modeling Language (UML) as a tool to develop in line with user needs. Sistem pengajuan sertifikat jaminan surety bond di PT Jamkrida Bangka masih dilakukan secara manual mulai dari mengajukan permohonan, melengkapi persyaratan dokumen pendukung, memeriksa kesesuaian dokumen pendukung pemohon, pembayaran biaya jaminan, dan pencetakan sertifikat surety bond sebagai bukti jaminan. Sistem yang saat ini berjalan akan dikembangkan menjadi sistem berbasis web untuk meningkatkan kecepatan proses layanan administrasi saat pemohon mengajukan permohonan jaminan surety bond. o overcome this problem, forecasts are made so that later, the government can take policies to control and suppress the unemployment growth rate. This research aims to predict unemployment in Indonesia in 2023 using the Weighted Moving Average method, widely used to determine the trend of a time series, which is part of one of the Time Series methods that gives different weights. The dataset used was obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) relating to unemployment data from 2000 to 2022 (23 years). To analyze the level of accuracy of the results of this unemployment forecast using the MAD, MSE, and MAPE methods. This research concludes that the Weighted Moving Average method can be applied in predicting unemployment in Indonesia in 2023. The results of this research are a prediction of the number of unemployed in Indonesia, as many as 8,874,942 people at a weight value of 3 (three) where the accuracy of the MAD value is 745786.1833, the MSE value is 948402050986.3 and MAPE is 8.28%.

Abstrak: Pengangguran menjadi isu ekonomi global yang berdampak secara langsung terhadap tingkat kehidupan manusia di negara-negara yang sudah maju maupun yang sedang berkembang khususnya di negara Indonesia, yang jika diabaikan akan berdampak serius terhadap dinamika sosial masyarakat. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut dibuatlah peramalan agar nantinya pemerinta dapat mengambil kebijakan dalam mengendalikan dan menekan angka pertumbuhan pengangguran tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memprediksi pengangguran di Indonesia pada tahun 2023 menggunakan metode Weighted Moving Average dimana metode ini banyak digunakan untuk menentukan trend dari suatu deret waktu yang merupakan bagian dari salah satu metode Time Series yang memberikan bobot yang berbeda-beda. Adapun dataset yang digunakan diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Satatistik (BPS) berkaitan dengan data pengangguran dari tahun 2000 sampai dengan tahun 2022 (selama 23 tahun). Untuk menganalisa tingkat akurasi dari hasil peramalan pengangguran ini memakai metode MAD, MSE, dan MAPE. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu dapat diterapkannya metode Weighted Moving Average dalam memprediksi pengangguran di Indonesia pada tahun 2023. hasil dari penelitian ini berupa prediksi jumlah pengangguran di Indonesia sebanyak 8.874.942 orang pada nilai bobot 3 (tiga) dimana akurasi nilai MAD sebesar 745786,1833, nilai MSE sebesar 948402050986,3 dan MAPE sebesar 8,28 %.
