nsulin action. Based on IDF data, the prevalence of diabetes mellitus in Indonesia in 2024 is estimated to reach 11.3% of the population (approximately 20.4 million people). In addition, the Ministry of Health shows that in 2023, cases of diabetes mellitus will reach 11.7% and are predicted to continue to increase. High blood glucose levels, if left untreated, can cause various complications such as heart disease, stroke, nerve damage, and wound infections that can lead to amputation. One non-pharmacological treatment that can be given is by giving boiled moringa leaves, because moringa leaves contain antioxidants such as flavonoids, vitamins A, C, and E which can lower blood glucose levels. Objective: To determine the effect of Moringa leaf decoction on reducing blood glucose levels in diabetes mellitus patients in Sikampuh Village, Kroya District, Cilacap Regency. Method: The method used was a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach. Results: Based on the research results, administering Moringa leaf decoction to blood glucose levels in diabetes mellitus patients for 7 days was proven to be effective in lowering blood glucose levels. Conclusion: Administering Moringa leaf decoction to diabetes mellitus patients for 7 days can lower blood glucose levels.

The focus of this study is to examine how DP3A carries out its role in addressing child abuse in Gowa Regency and to identify the inhibiting factors it faces in handling such cases. The findings reveal that DP3A Gowa Regency plays a strategic role in addressing child abuse through preventive measures such as community outreach and education, case handling through the UPTD PPA with legal and psychological services, and child recovery programs including counseling, therapy, and social reintegration. Collaboration with schools, the police, the Social Affairs Office, NGOs, and the establishment of a Children’s Forum further strengthens the child protection system in the region. However, the study also identifies several inhibiting factors, including a shortage of professional human resources, limited operational funding, and low public awareness influenced by patriarchal culture and the normalization of violence. These obstacles result in limited services, delays in case handling, and a large number of unreported cases. In conclusion, DP3A Gowa Regency plays an essential role in creating a comprehensive child protection ecosystem, although it still requires greater support in terms of human resource capacity, funding, and shifts in societal paradigms to ensure optimal child protection

a new historical science that focuses on problem solving and finding solutions to problems so that humans as historical actors can enjoy a better life in the present and in the future. This research finds that the “Pattern of Islamization of Trade and Civilizational Dialogue” is the “Early Pattern of Islamization in Southeast Asia.” This pattern took place from the end of the 7th century to the beginning of the 16th century. The agents of Islamization were Islamic traders or Islamic scholars who worked as traders. The weakness of this pattern is that it takes a long time. To achieve good results, this pattern requires the willingness and awareness of both the agents of Islamization and the indigenous population in undergoing the process of Islamization. This pattern does not have a negative impact on innocent Muslims and non-Muslims or those who live elsewhere. This pattern is carried out in a healthy and friendly manner that does not trigger cases of Islamophobia. Conclusion. This research contributes to overcoming the global impasse in addressing the crises, conflicts, wars, and disasters that emerged after COVID-19.

, and stress. A quantitative case–control design was applied to 60 respondents (30 cases and 30 controls) selected through purposive sampling. The results showed that individuals with a family history of hypertension were about 26 times more likely to develop hypertension than those without such a history, indicating a strong and significant association. Excessive sodium intake increased the risk approximately 3.5 times and was statistically significant. Stress was associated with nearly double the risk, but this association was not statistically significant, possibly due to individual differences in coping mechanisms and measurement limitations of subjective stress levels. This suggests that stress may influence hypertension indirectly through behavioral or physiological pathways. In conclusion, family history and excessive sodium intake are significant predictors of hypertension, while stress contributes to an elevated yet statistically nonsignificant risk. Preventive strategies should emphasize sodium reduction, regular blood pressure monitoring, and effective stress management in daily life.

The prevalence of anemia in pregnant women in Sintang Regency showed that in 2017 there were 116 cases, in 2018 there were 121 cases, and in 2019 there were 164 cases. This research method uses a quantitative analytical approach with a cross-sectional design in Sintang Regency. The population is all pregnant women registered as many as 369 respondents within the scope of the Health Center services in Sintang Regency during the data collection period. The simple random sampling technique was used to select respondents, with a sample size of 192 pregnant women after calculating the population size. The results showed that there was a relationship between knowledge with a p value = 0.000 and OR = 6.900, parity with a p value = 0.000 and OR = 5.040, consumption of iron tablets with a p value = 0.000 and OR = 5.271 with the incidence of anemia in pregnant women in Sintang Regency. The most dominant multivariate test result is knowledge with OR = 7.25 followed by consumption of iron tablets with OR = 4.61 and parity with OR = 4.26. The conclusion related to the incidence of anemia in pregnant women is knowledge, parity, and consuming iron tablets and the most dominant is knowledge and followed by consumption of iron tablets, and parity. It is recommended that pregnant women can improve their knowledge, multi and grandi para pregnant women to comply with consuming iron tablets routinely.

According to data from the National Cyber and Crypto Agency (BSSN) for the period 2019 to 2023, the number of incidents increased significantly from 290,000 cases in 2019 to 1,031,389 cases in 2023. The dominant types of cybercrime shifted each year, starting with phishing in 2019, malware in 2020, ransomware in 2021, DDoS attacks in 2022, and data breaches in 2023. This surge in incidents reflects the growing complexity of cyber threats faced by various sectors in Indonesia. In response, the government and private sector have strengthened regulations through the enactment of the Personal Data Protection Law and have adopted technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI) and blockchain to enhance detection and prevention of cyberattacks. Effective cyber risk management requires integrated preventive, detective, and corrective measures to safeguard information systems and sensitive data from increasingly sophisticated attacks. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative method using a literature study. The results of the study indicate variations in the framing of the OP M conflict in Papua by social media. Some media provide different views; some provide support to the TNI-Polri in the OPM eradication operation, while others provide views on the many cases of crime committed by the Armed Criminal Group (KKB), most of whose victims died. This finding indicates a difference in approach in reporting conflicts that can influence public perception in the conflict. The results of this study are the importance of awareness of the discussion and views used by the mass media in reporting on conflicts and acts of violence and the need for analysis of news received by the public in order to understand the broader context of the Eradication of the Papua Merdeka Organization by the TNI-Polri Apparatus.

This research examines how male and female lawyers respond to ethical violations that occur in their environment as well as the factors that influence their decisions to report or address these violations. The research results show significant differences in the way male and female lawyers handle violations of professional ethics. Factors such as perception of authority, influence of organizational culture, and professional experience also influence their behavior. This research also found that female lawyers tend to be more sensitive to issues of ethical violations and report cases that occur more often than male lawyers. These findings provide new insights regarding gender dynamics in the legal profession and the importance of creating a more inclusive environment in dealing with violations of professional ethics.
