e availability of competent and standardized laboratory human resources (HR). Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) testing has become the primary diagnostic method for pathogen detection, both in routine services and in public health emergency situations. The development of a PCR training curriculum and modules by the Center for Health Biology Laboratory (BBLBK) represents a strategic step toward standardizing the competencies of laboratory personnel. This article aims to describe the urgency of implementing certified PCR training policies as part of a national system for enhancing the competence of health laboratory human resources. The writing method employs policy analysis based on document review and the framework of national health regulations. The analysis results indicate variations in laboratory personnel competencies, the absence of a national certification scheme, limited availability of trainers, and the need for continuous curriculum updating. Certified PCR training is therefore recommended as a national instrument for fulfilling competency standards in health laboratories. The integration of training into the health human resource development system, along with the strengthening of quality- and safety-based approaches, is key to the successful implementation of this policy.

ecent decades, with increasingly fierce competition among leading manufacturers. OPPO, a Chinese technology company founded in 2004 and part of BBK Electronics Corporation, has demonstrated significant competitiveness in the global market despite facing challenges in maintaining its market share from 2021 to 2024. This study uses a descriptive qualitative methodology, analyzing primary data from OPPO's official documents and secondary data from industry reports and academic literature. Findings show that OPPO implements production sharing in strategic geographic locations, with design and development centralized in China and manufacturing spread across countries that offer labor or infrastructure advantages. The study shows that OPPO's global expansion follows the Uppsala Model of internationalization, starting with culturally and geographically close markets such as Southeast Asia before expanding to more distant regions. Through technology-based supply chain optimization, digital integration, and the adoption of artificial intelligence (AI)-based coordination systems, OPPO has developed the ability to manage complex global networks while overcoming geopolitical challenges and supply chain disruptions. This research contributes to understanding how technology companies from developing countries leverage the Global Value Chain to enhance international competitiveness, providing insights into the relationship between supply chain strategy and the success of global expansion in the highly competitive smartphone industry.

Through a participatory approach and an applied training model, this program focuses on improving production and marketing capacities by developing healthy culinary products made from low-calorie tofu. The training included the processing of two flagship products—Tofu Rolade and Tofu Dimsum—with the application of food safety standards, flavor diversification, and packaging innovation. In addition, participants received assistance in business management, cost of goods sold (COGS) calculations, branding, as well as digital marketing using social media and e-commerce platforms. The results show a significant increase in production skills, understanding of the value chain, and the ability to downstream local souvenir products. The program successfully fostered an innovative entrepreneurial orientation, strengthened local culinary identity, and has the potential to increase household income and the economic sustainability of the community.

The research employs a qualitative multi-site case study method with data triangulation from international literature (FATF, OECD, IMF, Chainalysis, Cambridge) and national regulations (OJK, PPATK, DJP). The findings indicate that cryptocurrency platforms serve as key actors in detection and enforcement; however, their effectiveness is constrained by the sunrise problem, the migration of illicit activities into DeFi and OTC ecosystems, and legal sovereignty tensions arising from the dominance of global platforms. This study introduces the concept of Platform-Embedded Enforcement as a novel theoretical framework, integrating monitoring and enforcement mechanisms directly into platform architectures, thereby enabling compliance to be enforced automatically, in real time, and across jurisdictions. These findings contribute to the development of more adaptive, holistic, and effective cryptocurrency regulation in emerging markets.

The dominant types of cybercrime shifted each year, starting with phishing in 2019, malware in 2020, ransomware in 2021, DDoS attacks in 2022, and data breaches in 2023. This surge in incidents reflects the growing complexity of cyber threats faced by various sectors in Indonesia. In response, the government and private sector have strengthened regulations through the enactment of the Personal Data Protection Law and have adopted technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI) and blockchain to enhance detection and prevention of cyberattacks. Effective cyber risk management requires integrated preventive, detective, and corrective measures to safeguard information systems and sensitive data from increasingly sophisticated attacks. Innovation in various aspects of the value chain, such as productivity improvement through agricultural technology, processing efficiency, and product diversification based on palm oil, is a key factor in enhancing the industry's competitiveness. This study aims to analyze the role of innovation in the palm oil industry value chain in Merauke Regency by identifying the types of innovations applied and the factors that support or hinder their adoption. The research employs a qualitative approach, using data collection techniques such as in-depth interviews, observations, and document studies. The findings indicate that upstream sector innovations, such as the use of superior seedlings and digital plantation management, have improved productivity and efficiency. Meanwhile, downstream innovations in palm oil processing and value-added product diversification still face challenges, particularly in infrastructure and regulatory aspects. The study's implications suggest that optimizing innovation in the palm oil value chain requires more adaptive policies, increased investment in research and development, and capacity building for human resources. Thus, innovation can serve as a driving force in creating a more competitive, sustainable palm oil industry that contributes to local economic development in Merauke Regency.

Attar Jaya store still uses a manual inventory management system, so the restocking recording and decision-making processes are not yet supported by an integrated and data-driven system. This condition has the potential to cause inefficiency in inventory management. This research aims to apply the concept of Electronic Supply Chain Management (E-SCM) integrated with the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method to determine the optimal order quantity of goods. The EOQ method is used to calculate the most economical order quantity by considering ordering and storage costs, while E-SCM plays a role in integrating inventory management processes digitally. The research methods include observation, interviews, and literature studies, with system design using the Unified Modelign Language (UML). The system was developed using the PHP programming language and the MwSQL database. The research result are expected to help Toko Attar Jaya improve the accuracy of resctocking decision-making, minimize the risk of overstocking and understocking, and increase the efficiency of inventory mangement.

Kesalahan dalam menentukan jumah pengadaan barang dapat menyebabkan terjadinya penumpukan persediaan maupun kekurangan stok yang berdampak pada meningkatnya biaya penyimpanan seerta menurunnya tingkat pelayanan kepada pelanggan. Toko Attar Jaya masih menerapkan sistem pengelolaan persediaan secara manual, sehingga proses pencatatan dan pengambilan keputusan restok belum didukung oleh sistem yang terintegrasi dan berbasis data. Kondisi tersebut berpotensi menimbulkan ketidakefisienan dalam pengelolaan stok barang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan konsep Electronic Supply Chain Management (E-SCM) yang terintegrasi dengan metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) dalam menentukan jumlah pemesanan barang yang optimal. Metode EOQ digunakan untuk menghitung jumlah pemesanan yang paling ekonomis dengan mempertimbangkan biaya pemesanan dan biaya penyimpanan, sedangkan E-SCM berperan dalam mengintegrasikan proses pengelolaan persediaan secara digital. Metode penelitian meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan studi literatur, dengan perancangan sistem menggunakan Unified Modeling Languge (UML). Sistem dikembangkan mengguanakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan basis data MySQL. Hasil penelitian diharapkan mampu membantu pihak Toko Attar Jaya dalam meningkatkan akurasi pengambilan keputusan restok, meminimalkan risiko kelebihan dan kekurangan persediaan, serta meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan persediaan.

n raw material procurement, manual stock recording, and the absence of an integrated system with suppliers. These problems impact the overall production process efficiency. This study aims to develop a web-based Supply Chain Management (SCM) system to optimize the raw material inventory management at RO Aquatub. The system development follows the waterfall model, consisting of requirement analysis, system design, implementation, and testing phases. The system is designed to serve three main entities: admin, supplier, and manager, with key features including stock management, material purchase requests, live chat, and transaction reports. The results of system testing using the black box method indicate that all features function as intended. The system improves stock management efficiency, speeds up communication with suppliers, and supports decision-making by providing accurate and real-time data. With this system, RO Aquatub can manage its production operations more effectively and more controlled manner.

Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang pesat menuntut perusahaan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dalam pengelolaan rantai pasok. RO Aquatub merupakan usaha yang bergerak di bidang pembuatan bathub, namun dalam praktiknya sering mengalami kendala seperti keterlambatan pengadaan bahan baku, pencatatan stok yang masih manual, serta tidak adanya sistem terintegrasi dengan supplier. Permasalahan tersebut berdampak pada kurang optimalnya proses produksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem manajemen rantai pasok (Supply Chain Management) berbasis web guna mengoptimalkan pengelolaan persediaan bahan baku pada RO Aquatub. Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan pendekatan waterfall, dengan tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, dan pengujian sistem. Sistem dirancang untuk memfasilitasi tiga entitas utama yaitu admin, supplier, dan pimpinan, dengan fitur utama seperti manajemen stok, pengajuan pembelian bahan, live chat, serta laporan transaksi. Hasil pengujian menggunakan metode black box menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fitur sistem berjalan sesuai fungsinya. Sistem ini mampu meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan stok, mempercepat proses komunikasi dengan supplier, serta membantu pimpinan dalam pengambilan keputusan berbasis data yang akurat dan real-time. Dengan adanya sistem ini, pihak RO Aquatub dapat menjalankan operasional produksi secara lebih efektif dan terkontrol.

nventionally in a general ledger. As a result, the store often experiences overstock, which increases storage costs and the risk of damaged goods, or stockouts that can disappoint customers. To address these issues, this study aims to implement an integrated, web-based Supply Chain Management (SCM) system. This system is designed to accurately record inventory, manage demand, place orders in a timely manner, and support fast, data-driven decision-making. The system was built using the PHP programming language and a MySQL database. The implementation results show that the proposed SCM system is able to improve operational efficiency and inventory management accuracy at Semangat Store. Store owners can monitor sales and order reports directly, and the system provides notifications when inventory reaches the minimum limit. Thus, Semangat Store can reduce the risk of overstocking or understocking, increase profitability, and simplify the restocking process with suppliers through a more structured system.

Abstrak: Toko Semangat, sebuah toko ritel yang berkembang pesat di Kisaran, menghadapi tantangan dalam pengelolaan stok barang karena masih menggunakan sistem manual. Proses pemesanan barang dilakukan dengan menghubungi pemasok satu per satu, dan pencatatan data penjualan masih dilakukan secara konvensional di buku besar. Akibatnya, toko sering mengalami kelebihan stok (over stock) yang meningkatkan biaya penyimpanan dan risiko kerusakan barang, atau kekurangan stok yang dapat mengecewakan pelanggan. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan sistem Supply Chain Management (SCM) yang terintegrasi dan berbasis web. Sistem ini dirancang untuk mencatat stok barang secara akurat, mengelola permintaan, melakukan pemesanan secara tepat waktu, serta mendukung pengambilan keputusan yang cepat dan berbasis data. Sistem ini dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL. Hasil dari implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem SCM yang diusulkan mampu meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan akurasi pengelolaan stok barang di Toko Semangat. Pemilik toko dapat memantau laporan penjualan dan pemesanan secara langsung, dan sistem memberikan notifikasi jika stok barang mencapai batas minimum. Dengan demikian, Toko Semangat dapat mengurangi risiko kelebihan atau kekurangan stok, meningkatkan profitabilitas, dan mempermudah proses restock dengan pemasok melalui sistem yang lebih terstruktur.

However, limited access to experts poses a challenge for parents in obtaining adequate information and consultation services. This study aims to develop a web-based expert system capable of analyzing stunting symptoms in infants using the forward chaining method. This method works by tracing the facts provided by users to reach a conclusion about the likelihood of stunting. The system is expected to assist parents in identifying stunting risks and providing appropriate prevention and treatment recommendations. The system is developed using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The research findings indicate that the expert system can analyze stunting symptoms quickly and accurately, making it an effective tool in supporting stunting prevention efforts.

Abstrak: Stunting merupakan masalah kesehatan serius pada balita yang terjadi akibat kekurangan gizi kronis selama 1000 hari pertama kehidupan. Kondisi ini berdampak pada pertumbuhan fisik dan perkembangan kognitif anak, yang dapat mempengaruhi kualitas sumber daya manusia di masa depan. Kota Tanjungbalai masih menghadapi angka prevalensi stunting yang cukup tinggi, sehingga diperlukan langkah-langkah pencegahan dan penanganan yang lebih efektif. Namun, keterbatasan akses terhadap tenaga ahli menjadi hambatan bagi orang tua dalam memperoleh informasi dan layanan konsultasi yang memadai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem pakar berbasis web yang mampu menganalisis gejala stunting pada balita menggunakan metode forward chaining. Metode ini bekerja dengan menelusuri fakta-fakta yang diberikan oleh pengguna untuk menghasilkan kesimpulan mengenai kemungkinan stunting. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat membantu orang tua dalam mengenali risiko stunting serta memberikan rekomendasi pencegahan dan penanganan yang sesuai. Sistem ini dikembangkan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem pakar yang dirancang mampu menganalisis gejala stunting secara cepat dan akurat, sehingga dapat menjadi alat bantu yang efektif dalam mendukung upaya pencegahan stunting.
