ch is part of King David’s family history. The family, which should be a place of refuge, instead becomes an unsafe place. The patriarchal system that gives power to men and places women in a subordinate position is one of the causes. The text of 2 Samuel 13:1-39 is implied in the modern context because the problem of sexual violence in private spaces such as the home is also experienced by women today. A feminist approach is used to draw out women’s values and analyze the structure of the Davidic Kingdom family, identifying the causes and impacts, and how Tamar, as a woman, faced and overcame the moral crisis and sexual violence she experienced. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with a hermeneutic approach, focusing on literature review to discuss related topics. The author found that Tamar, who experienced sexual violence in the family environment, did not receive justice. The cause of violence is the patriarchal system. Power struggles and invalid laws. Tamar did not remain silent but sought justice for herself by communicating her experiences to the public through religious and social symbolism. Learning from Tamar teaches modern women how to speak out about the injustices they experience.

This study aims to analyze the electrical installation condition of SDN 002 Bontang Utara through the evaluation of lighting systems, power requirements, conductors, protection systems, and air conditioning based on PUIL 2011 standards and DIALux simulation. The study employed a field research method with a quantitative descriptive approach through observation, technical measurements, documentation, and lighting simulation analysis. The findings indicate that the school’s electrical installation still exhibits several discrepancies with actual technical requirements, particularly regarding the number and capacity of lamps, air conditioner capacity, and electrical power demand. DIALux simulation revealed that several rooms have not yet met the required lighting standards, while power analysis demonstrated that the actual demand of 25,794 VA exceeds the installed capacity of 22,188.8 VA, thereby necessitating adjustments to the protection and conductor systems to enhance installation safety and efficiency. The study concludes that the electrical installation of SDN 002 Bontang Utara requires improvements in lighting, cooling systems, power capacity, and electrical protection. The novelty of this research lies in its integrated evaluation of elementary school electrical installations through field analysis, PUIL 2011 technical calculations, and DIALux simulations across rooms with diverse functions, thereby producing more comprehensive and applicable recommendations.

low ability to recognize, understand, and manage emotions adaptively, highlighting the need for effective strategies to enhance emotional awareness. This research investigates the effectiveness of self-reflection and journaling in improving students’ mood awareness. A combination of descriptive qualitative and quasi-experimental pretest-posttest designs was used, with instruments including mood scales, reflection guidelines, and students’ daily journals. Results showed a 32% increase in the average mood awareness score, a decrease in students with low awareness from 64% to 18%, and an increase in high awareness from 14% to 56%. Active participation was observed in 78% of students, while 85% consistently documented their emotional experiences, 88% reported feeling relieved, and 76% could identify recurring emotional patterns. The intervention also promoted the development of more adaptive self-regulation strategies, such as time management, adequate rest, and social support, increasing from 21% before the intervention to 69% afterward. Sustainability of practice was indicated by 61% of students intending to continue journaling independently and 57% integrating it into their daily routines. The novelty of this study lies in the integration of self-reflection and journaling as a practical, systematic, and sustainable approach to enhance emotional awareness and psychological well-being. The findings confirm that a simple yet structured intervention can create significant improvements in emotion management and adaptive behaviors among students.

forcement in maritime areas presents its own challenges due to the need to monitor vast territories, limited facilities and infrastructure, as well as the complex modus operandi employed by illegal immigration offenders. In this context, the Water Police (Pol-Air) serves as the main actor in maintaining maritime security and order, particularly in efforts to prevent the entry of illegal immigrants. This study aims to analyze the strategies and actions undertaken by Pol-Air in performing this function, as well as to evaluate the obstacles faced. The research method used is normative legal research with a qualitative approach, through analysis of existing laws and regulations as well as empirical practices in the field. The results of the study indicate that Pol-Air conducts various preventive measures, such as routine sea patrols in vulnerable areas, the use of maritime surveillance technology, improvement of personnel competencies, and public dissemination of immigration law among coastal communities as a form of participatory prevention. In addition, Pol-Air also engages in cross-sectoral coordination with relevant agencies to strengthen institutional synergy. Nevertheless, the implementation of Pol-Air's duties still faces structural and operational challenges, such as budget limitations, lack of integrated information systems, and weak law enforcement against human smuggling networks. Therefore, a reformulation of policies is needed to support institutional strengthening and sustainable inter-agency collaboration.

In assessing the job prospects of a company in the past and future and assessing the achievements of a company, financial ratio analysis is used which includes liquidity ratios (current ratio), solvency ratios (debt to asset ratio), activity ratios (total asset turnover), profitability ratio (return on equity) and market ratio (earnings per share). This research is descriptive research which is studied quantitatively. The population of the research is all financial reports of PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk is listed on the IDX in 2018-2022 period. The sample for this research is the financial position report and comprehensive income statement in 2018-2022 period. Data collection was carried out using documentation techniques. The results of this research found that the overall financial performance of PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk in 2018-2022 period based on analysis of liquidity ratios and solvency ratios is in fairly good condition. Meanwhile, profitability ratios and market ratios are in good condition. However, regarding the activity ratio, the condition of PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk is still not efficient so it can be said to be not good. This is due to an increase in sales and total assets during the 2018-2022 period. Based on the results of calculations and analysis of financial ratios, it can be concluded that the financial performance of PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk in 2018-2022 period experiences growth in various aspects and profitability can increase, making the company profitable.

Peserta dalam kegiatan ini adalah 25 orang karyawan PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Regional VI Makassar 90004. Hasil analisis data menggunakan uji non-parametrik Wilcoxon Signed Rank menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam pemahaman peserta mengenai manajemen waktu setelah diberikan materi psikoedukasi, dengan skor rata-rata pre-test sebesar 80.2 meningkat menjadi 92.2 pada post-test. Nilai Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) sebesar <.001 menunjukkan bahwa program psikoedukasi ini efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran mengenai manajemen waktu sebagai sarana untuk memperbaiki kualitas hidup. Seminar psikoedukasi ini juga mendapatkan respons positif dari para peserta, yang menilai kegiatan ini bermanfaat dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang lebih produktif, seimbang, dan memuaskan.

Kegiatan PKM ini dilaksanakan di Fakultas Kesehatan Masyarakat (FKM) pada tanggal 30 September 2024 dengan sasaran peserta adalah mahasiswa semester V dan VII yang berjumlah 44 peserta. Tahapan kegiatan ini terdiri dari perencanaan (persiapan, penentuan sasaran dan waktu pelaksanaan), tahap pelaksanaan (instalasi dan pengenalan aplikasi dengan metode ceramah menggunakan infocus kemudian dilanjutkan penyampaian materi mengenai desain penelitian dan uji statistic yang sesuai dengan disertai praktik secra bersama-sama dengan peserta). unpleasant odors, and increased dependency on chemical fertilizers and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG). The main constraints are limited knowledge, skills, and access to waste processing technology. This community service program aims to optimize the utilization of cattle waste as organic fertilizer and alternative energy through the implementation of the Sustainability Techno-Integrated Agrofarm model. The method employed involves a participatory approach through extension, training, consultation, and the application of the appropriate MetaCow technology as a household-scale biogas digester. Program success was evaluated using pre-test and post-test instruments, analyzed by n-gain and paired sample t-test to assess improvements in participants’ knowledge and skills. The results demonstrate a significant enhancement in the community’s ability to process waste into economically valuable organic fertilizer and biogas, while also strengthening the institutional capacity of Sanggar Tani as a center for sustainable agricultural technology learning. This program contributes to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly in clean energy, sustainable production, and environmental preservation.

Abstrak: Masyarakat peternak sapi di Desa Branjang, Kabupaten Semarang menghadapi permasalahan utama yakni penumpukan limbah ternak yang belum dikelola secara optimal. Hal ini berdampak pada pencemaran lingkungan, munculnya bau tidak sedap, serta meningkatnya ketergantungan akan pupuk kimia serta gas elpiji. Kendala atama adalah karena keterbatasan pengetahuan, keterampilan, serta akses terhadap teknologi pengolahan limbah. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan limbah ternak sapi sebagai pupuk organik dan energi alternatif melalui penerapan model Sustainability Techno-Integrated Agrofarm. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan partisipatif melalui penyuluhan, pelatihan, konsultasi, dan penerapan teknologi tepat guna MetaCow sebagai digester biogas rumah tangga, serta evaluasi keberhasilan melalui pre-test dan post-test yang dianalisis melalui uji n-gain dan paired sample t-test untuk menilai peningkatan tingkat pemahaman serta keterampilan peserta. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan kemampuan masyarakat dalam mengolah limbah menjadi pupuk organik dan biogas yang bernilai ekonomis serta memperkuat kelembagaan Sanggar Tani sebagai pusat pembelajaran teknologi pertanian berkelanjutan. Program ini berkontribusi pada tercapainya tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan (SDGs) khususnya energi bersih, produksi berkelanjutan, dan pelestarian lingkungan.

However, the level of financial literacy among vocational high school (SMK) students is still relatively low, as reflected in the results of the National Survey on Financial Literacy and Inclusion by OJK (2019) which shows that only 38.03% of Indonesians have adequate financial literacy, including among students. Of the 30 samples used by using the method of sharing, discussion, and case studies on each student, many were still found to be unable to manage their finances. This financial training has succeeded in providing a basic understanding of good financial management to students of SMK Negeri 1 Kisaran. Through the material presented, students can apply the knowledge gained in their daily lives, from managing expenses, saving, to planning for the future.

Abstrak: Keterampilan keuangan pribadi merupakan salah satu kompetensi penting yang perlu dimiliki oleh generasi muda dalam menghadapi tantangan ekonomi di masa depan, mengingat semakin kompleksnya dinamika keuangan global dan kebutuhan untuk dapat mengelola sumberdaya secara efektif agar dapat bertahan dan berkembangan di tengah ketidakpastian ekonomi. Namun, tingkat literasi keuangan di kalangan siswa sekolah menengah kejuruan (SMK) masih tergolong rendah, sebagaimana tercermin dalam hasil Survei Nasional Literasi dan Inklusi Keuangan oleh OJK (2019) yang menunjukkan bahwa hanya 38,03% masyarakat Indonesia yang memiliki literasi keuangan yang memadai, termasuk di kalangan pelajar. Kegiatan ini dilakukan oleh team dosen universitas royal dimana sampelnya sebanyak 30 orang yang merupakan siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejurusan Negeri 1 Kisaran dalam penyampaian materi digunakan dengan menggunakan metode sharing, diskusi, dan studi kasus pada masing-masing siswa. Pelatihan keuangan memberikan pemahaman dasar tentang pengelolaan keuangan yang baik kepada siswa SMK Negeri 1 Kisaran. Melalui materi yang disampaikan, siswa dapat menerapkan ilmu yang diperoleh dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, mulai dari mengatur pengeluaran, menabung, hingga merencanakan masa depan.
