design and implement databases through a library application case study. The main problem addressed is the limited competence of students in structured database design, including data requirement analysis, Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) development, normalization, and the lack of practical experience in using MySQL and applying it to real-world cases. The method employed consists of integrated theory- and practice-based training through interactive lectures, demonstrations, hands-on practice, and mentoring. The activities were conducted in four stages: introduction to database concepts, ERD design and normalization, SQL implementation (CRUD and JOIN), and integration with a simple web application. The results indicate that participants gained improved understanding and skills in designing and implementing databases, aligned with current developments in information technology, particularly in the context of a library application case study.

Abstrak: Pelatihan perancangan dan implementasi database bagi siswa SMK di LKP Pelita Media bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman konsep dasar basis data serta kemampuan merancang dan mengimplementasikan database pada studi kasus aplikasi perpustakaan. Permasalahan utama adalah terbatasnya kompetensi siswa dalam perancangan database secara terstruktur, meliputi analisis kebutuhan data, pembuatan Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), normalisasi, serta kurangnya pengalaman praktik menggunakan MySQL hingga implementasi pada kasus nyata. Metode yang digunakan berupa pelatihan berbasis teori dan praktik terintegrasi melalui ceramah interaktif, demonstrasi, praktik langsung, dan pendampingan. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dalam empat tahap, yaitu pengenalan konsep basis data, perancangan ERD dan normalisasi, implementasi SQL (CRUD dan JOIN), serta integrasi dengan aplikasi web sederhana. Hasil menunjukkan peserta memiliki pemahaman dan keterampilan perancangan serta implementasi database yang relevan dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi khususnya pada studi kasus aplikasi perpustakaan.

in PostgreSQL, compare the effectiveness of B-Tree and Hash indexes, and evaluate their influence on query planner decisions. A quantitative experimental approach was employed using the TPC-H benchmark dataset at scale factors SF0.1, SF1, and SF10. Experiments were conducted using EXPLAIN ANALYZE on exact match, range, and join queries under three conditions: without indexing, with B-Tree indexing, and with Hash indexing. The results demonstrate that indexing significantly improves query performance. For exact match queries on the SF10 dataset, execution time decreased from 93.36 ms without indexing to 0.034 ms using B-Tree and 0.045 ms using Hash indexes. For join queries, execution time was reduced from 857.77 ms to 0.180 ms using B-Tree and 0.079 ms using Hash indexes. B-Tree showed consistent performance across different query types, while Hash achieved the best results for equality-based queries. Furthermore, index usage influenced query planner decisions in selecting more efficient execution strategies. These findings indicate that appropriate index selection can substantially improve data access efficiency in PostgreSQL.

Abstrak: Performa query merupakan faktor penting dalam pengelolaan basis data berskala besar. Salah satu teknik optimasi yang umum digunakan adalah indexing. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan indexing terhadap performa query pada PostgreSQL, membandingkan efektivitas B-Tree dan Hash index, serta mengevaluasi pengaruhnya terhadap keputusan query planner. Penelitian menggunakan metode eksperimen kuantitatif dengan dataset benchmark TPC-H pada skala SF0.1, SF1, dan SF10. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan EXPLAIN ANALYZE pada exact match query, range query, dan join query dalam kondisi tanpa index, menggunakan B-Tree index, dan Hash index. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa indexing meningkatkan performa query secara signifikan. Pada exact match query dataset SF10, execution time menurun dari 93,36 ms tanpa index menjadi 0,034 ms menggunakan B-Tree dan 0,045 ms menggunakan Hash index. Pada join query, execution time berkurang dari 857,77 ms menjadi 0,180 ms menggunakan B-Tree dan 0,079 ms menggunakan Hash index. B-Tree menunjukkan performa yang konsisten pada berbagai jenis query, sedangkan Hash index memberikan performa terbaik pada query berbasis equality. Selain itu, penggunaan index memengaruhi keputusan query planner dalam memilih strategi eksekusi yang lebih efisien. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemilihan metode indexing yang tepat dapat meningkatkan efisiensi akses data pada PostgreSQL

20, with a significant increase during the pandemic. Telkom University, as a private institution of higher education in Indonesia, has become one of the topics of discussion on Twitter. Users’ opinions about Telkom University vary, ranging from positive to negative. To gain deeper insights into public view, sentiment analysis is essential. The analysis follows the Knowledge Discovery in Databases (KDD) process, utilizing the Naive Bayes classification algorithm. The evaluation results indicate the best accuracy achieved with an 80:20 data split, resulting in an accuracy rate of 82.05%, precision of 82.3%, recall of 82.05%, and F1-Score of 82.08%. The Naïve Bayes model demonstrates good performance for sentiment analysis of public views regarding Telkom University on Twitter.

Abstrak: Media sosial Twitter berkembang pesat sebagai sarana masyarakat berekspresi untuk menuangkan opini dan pikiran mereka mengenai topik apapun, termasuk pendidikan. Pengguna Twitter meningkat tajam hingga 10.645.00 pengguna pada tahun 2020 dan terus meningkat selama pandemi. Telkom University sebagai perguruan tinggi menjadi salah satu topik yang dibicarakan yang berkaitan dengan pendidikan. Pendapat mengenai Telkom University yang diungkapkan oleh pengguna Twitter beragam, baik positif maupun negatif. Analisis sentimen diperlukan untuk memahami pandangan publik lebih mendalam. Digunakan tahapan Knowledge Discovery in Databases dan algoritma klasifikasi Naïve Bayes dalam analisis ini. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan akurasi paling baik dicapai dengan rasio data 80:20, dengan nilai akurasi sebesar 82.05%, nilai presisi sebesar 82.3%, nilai recall sebesar 82.05%, dan nilai F1-Score sebesar 82.08%. Model klasifikasi Naïve Bayes memiliki performa baik untuk analisis sentimen pandangan publik di Twitter mengenai Telkom University.

Abstrak : PT. Kompacindo Area Utama merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang berlokasi di Sunter, Jakarta Utara bergerak dibidang penjualan suku cadang alat berat berupa coupler. Perusahaan ini awalnya menggunakan lembaran stok dalam pengelolaan stok barang, dokumentasi untuk barang masuk dan juga keluar masih menggunakan lembaran manual sehingga rentan hilang, rusak dan tidak dapat dicadangkan, serta pembuatan surat jalan dan invoice masih menggunakan Microsoft Excel. Untuk itu dibuat suatu program yang dapat memperbaiki pengelolaan stok barang dan dokumentasi surat jalan dan invoice. Sistem yang dihasilkan dapat melakukan pengelolaan stok barang meliputi dokumentasi barang masuk, barang keluar, kemudian dapat membantu administrasi mencetak surat jalan dan invoice. Sistem Administrasi Stok Coupler Pada PT.Kompacindo Area Utama dibuat menggunakan aplikasi berbasis website menggunakan PHP sebagai bahasa pemrograman dan MySQL digunakan untuk menangani dan mengelola database.

ceptual findings published between 2017 and 2026 concerning the determinants, measurement, and consequences of regional financial independence, particularly the role of local own-source revenue (PAD), intergovernmental transfers, and capital expenditure. Using a systematic search of Scopus, Google Scholar, and Garuda databases, 30 relevant articles were screened, selected, and analyzed following defined inclusion and exclusion criteria. The review finds that fiscal decentralization consistently strengthens local revenue mobilization and administrative accountability when accompanied by adequate institutional capacity, transparent governance, and effective management of natural and economic resources. However, the effectiveness of decentralization varies considerably across regions due to disparities in economic potential, human resources, and political commitment. The synthesis further shows that financial independence positively affects the quality of public services and regional economic growth, although the relationship is moderated by expenditure efficiency and governance quality. The novelty of this review lies in its integrative framework linking revenue-side determinants, expenditure behavior, and governance mechanisms within a single analytical narrative, an integration rarely addressed jointly in prior single-country studies. The findings offer practical implications for policymakers designing fiscal transfer formulas and for future researchers seeking to test moderating variables such as digitalization and institutional quality in the fiscal decentralization–financial independence nexus.

In response to these challenges, neuroscience provides a theoretical and empirical foundation for designing learning media that align with how the brain processes, stores, and retrieves information. This study aims to systematically examine the integration of neuroscience principles into science learning media and their effects on elementary students' scientific literacy. A Systematic Literature Review (SLR) was conducted using the PICO framework (Population, Intervention, Comparison, Outcome). Relevant peer-reviewed studies published between 2019 and 2024 were retrieved from Scopus, Google Scholar, ERIC, and DOAJ databases. The review followed four stages: identification, selection, quality appraisal, and thematic synthesis. The results indicate that neuroscience-based interventions—such as Augmented Reality (AR), Brain-Based Learning (BBL), interactive multimedia, and multisensory instructional strategies—consistently improve students' motivation, attention, conceptual understanding, critical thinking, and scientific literacy compared to conventional instructional approaches. The novelty of this study lies in its systematic synthesis of neuroscience-based science learning media through a PICO-oriented framework, highlighting the interaction between cognitive, affective, and technological dimensions of learning. The findings provide important implications for science education, particularly in guiding the development of neuroscience-informed learning media and instructional designs to enhance scientific literacy in elementary schools.

Illness (IMCI) by WHO and UNICEF is a strategy that combines prevention, treatment and health promotion, including impact counseling to provide education to parents about the importance of disease management and access to health facilities. This research uses a systematic literature review to assess the influence of impact counseling in IMCI on parents' attitudes in bringing children to health facilities. Data was collected from databases such as PubMed, Scopus, and Google Scholar using relevant keywords. Articles that met the inclusion criteria were analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively to measure the effect of counseling on parental attitudes and behavior. The results of the analysis show that impact counseling significantly increases parents' understanding and involvement in children's health care. Counseling reduces anxiety and increases parents' confidence in caring for their child. The use of information technology in counseling makes it easier to access information and support. Counseling also improves access and utilization of health facilities by providing important information about available services. In conclusion, counseling in IMCI has a significant influence on parents' attitudes and behavior in bringing children to health facilities. Counseling helps increase understanding of a child's health, reduces anxiety, and promotes better health practices at home. Ongoing counseling programs are expected to improve child health outcomes and support the overall well-being of the family.

Literature searches were carried out through scientific databases such as PubMed, Google Scholar, and several international journals. Inclusion criteria included studies that addressed the impact of teenage pregnancy on maternal mental health, with analysis of factors influencing this relationship as well as variations in findings based on geographic and cultural context. This SLR analysis identified that teenage pregnancy consistently has a negative impact on maternal mental health, including increasing the risk of stress, anxiety and depression. Factors such as social support, social stigma, and economic conditions play an important role in influencing the mental health of teenage mothers. The variety of findings suggests that cultural norms, family structure, and global crises such as the COVID-19 pandemic may significantly influence the experience and impact of teen pregnancy. These findings highlight the need for a holistic approach in supporting the mental health of teenage mothers, including increasing access to affordable mental health services, strong social supports, and educational programs that strengthen community awareness. Evidence-based policy implications can help reduce the negative impact of teenage pregnancy on maternal mental health, by integrating cultural and contextual perspectives in interventions aimed at improving the well-being of teenage mothers worldwide.

A literature search was conducted through various databases and articles that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were selected for analysis. The main finding of this literature review is that several effective strategies have been identified for the reduction and prevention of anemia in pregnant women, including iron and folic acid supplementation, dietary changes, regular check-ups, health education, and community-based awareness campaigns. Factors such as public awareness, supportive health policies, and easy access to health services play an important role in supporting the successful implementation of these strategies. However, there are also obstacles such as limited access and resources, non-compliance, and cultural challenges that can hinder efforts to prevent anemia. The conclusion of this research is that strategies for reducing and preventing anemia in pregnant women require a holistic approach involving various aspects, including strengthening health services, targeted health education, and cross-sector collaboration. By implementing appropriate recommendations, it is hoped that a significant reduction in the prevalence of anemia in pregnant women can be achieved and improve the overall health of mothers and fetuses.
