measuring glomerular filtration rate, accurately reflecting kidney function. This study aims to evaluate Cystatin C levels based on gender among patients with kidney function disorders at the Prodia Cibubur clinic laboratory. The research was conducted from February to March 2023 using a descriptive cross-sectional approach. The sample comprised 120 patients with kidney function disorders selected through total sampling. The findings indicate that 16 patients (13.3%) had normal Cystatin C levels, while 104 patients (86.7%) had elevated Cystatin C levels. Notably, among males, 61 individuals (50.8%) tended to exhibit higher Cystatin C levels, suggesting a greater potential for kidney function disorders due to factors such as activity intensity, body mass influence, and hormonal factors.

o identify the differences in hemoglobin levels using the Dirui BCC-3600 and Quick Check devices in the elderly population at Puskesmas Biromaru. This research is descriptive-comparative in nature. The sample consisted of 30 patients undergoing hemoglobin examination at the Puskesmas Biromaru laboratory between March 29th and April 30th, 2023. The sampling method used was accidental sampling, with venous blood samples from 30 respondents. The results of the study showed that the average hemoglobin level using the Dirui BCC-3600 device was 12.86 g/dL, while with the Quick Check device it was 11.77 g/dL. Normality testing was conducted using the Shapiro-Wilk test, which yielded a p-value of 0.023. A p-value < 0.05 indicates non-normal data distribution, thus followed by the Mann-Whitney test. The Mann-Whitney test resulted in a significant value (p) = 0.011. In conclusion, there is a significant difference in hemoglobin levels using the Dirui BCC-3600 and Quick Check devices in the elderly.

The results show that the system provides core features such as inventory management, borrowing transactions, and automated reporting. System testing indicates improved data accuracy, a 70% increase in search efficiency, and enhanced transparency in laboratory asset management. The methods used include socialization, administrative assistance, and guidance in fulfilling technical requirements and laboratory testing. The results indicate that Arifin Snack MSME successfully understood the licensing procedures and met the requirements set by the relevant authorities, enabling them to obtain the SPP-IRT. With this certification, it is expected that Arifin Snack MSME can enhance consumer trust and expand its market reach.

Abstrak: Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran penting dalam perekonomian lokal, namun seringkali menghadapi kendala dalam legalitas dan standarisasi produk. Salah satu persyaratan penting bagi UMKM makanan adalah Sertifikat Produksi Pangan–Industri Rumah Tangga (SPP-IRT) sebagai bentuk jaminan keamanan pangan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mendampingi UMKM Arifin Snack di Pati dalam proses pembuatan SPP-IRT agar dapat memenuhi standar regulasi yang berlaku. Metode yang digunakan meliputi sosialisasi, pendampingan administrasi, serta asistensi dalam pemenuhan persyaratan teknis dan uji laboratorium. Hasil pendampingan menunjukkan bahwa UMKM Arifin Snack berhasil memahami prosedur perizinan serta memenuhi syarat yang ditetapkan oleh dinas terkait, sehingga dapat memperoleh SPP-IRT. Dengan adanya sertifikasi ini, diharapkan UMKM Arifin Snack dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan konsumen dan memperluas jangkauan pasar.

ield. Currently, the learning process is still conducted manually, where teachers bring components such as resistors, capacitors, and other electronic parts. This method presents challenges in teaching the names of electronic components, as manual learning requires more time and students must recognize each component physically, one by one. Furthermore, students need to process resistor color codes and IC markings, which demand significant time and understanding. The YOLOv4 algorithm, known for its efficiency and accuracy, is utilized to detect and identify the type and value of components such as resistors, capacitors, transistors, and ICs automatically. This community service activity includes training, workshops, and the implementation of an image-processing-based application designed to assist students in a more interactive and efficient learning process. The results of this initiative indicate that the use of this technology positively impacts students' comprehension and improves the effectiveness of learning media in the school laboratory.

Abstrak: Penerapan teknologi YOLOv4 dalam sistem pembelajaran berbasis image processing di SMK Negeri 2 Tanjungbalai bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa dalam mengenali berbagai komponen elektronika di bidang Teknik Audio Video. Media pembelajaran yang dilakukan saat ini masih menggunakan secara manual dengan cara guru membeawa komponen seperti resistor, kapasitor dan komponen lainnya. Dengan cara ini terdapat masalah dalam media pembelajaran untuk pengenalan nama nama komponen elektronika. Masalah yang terjadi pembelajaran manual membutuhkan waktu yang lebih lama dan siswa harus mengenali satu per satu nama nama komponen secara fisik. Selanjutnya siswa membutuhkan proses membaca kode warna resistor marking IC membutuhkan waktu dan pemahaman yang sangat lama. Algoritma YOLOv4 yang dikenal efisien dan akurat digunakan untuk mendeteksi serta mengidentifikasi jenis dan nilai komponen seperti resistor, kapasitor, transistor, dan IC secara otomatis. Kegiatan pengabdian ini mencakup pelatihan, workshop, serta implementasi aplikasi berbasis image processing yang dirancang untuk membantu siswa dalam proses pembelajaran yang lebih interaktif dan efisien. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan teknologi ini memberikan dampak positif terhadap pemahaman siswa serta meningkatkan efektivitas media pembelajaran di laboratorium sekolah.

us through mindfulness meditation groups. This community service was placed in Sukolilo Village in collaboration with the Sukodadi Lamongan Health Center. This activity was attended by 32 elderly with diabetes melitus. Community service activities include forming mindfulness meditation groups, developing mindfulness meditation modules through Focus Group Discussions with health workers at the Sukodadi Health Center, training in mindfulness meditation, and activity evaluation. The evaluation was conducted using a questionnaire on psychological well-being, quality of life; physical and laboratory examinations. The mindfulness meditation group improved the psychological well-being and quality of life of the elderly. Mindfulness meditation plays an important role in creating peace of mind and helping patients channel energy in a positive direction so it can improve the psychological well-being and quality of life of the elderly with diabetes melitus. Mindfulness meditation can be done periodically. It can be used as part of a chronic disease management program.

Abstrak: Lansia dengan diabetes melitusmemiliki tingkat kesejahteraan psikologis dan kualitas hidup yang rendah. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteran psikologis dan kualitas hidup lansia penderita diabetes melitusmelalui mindfulness meditation group. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan di Desa Sukolilo bekerjasama dengan Puskesman Sukodadi Lamongan. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 32 lansia penderita diabetes melitus. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat meliputi pelatihan meditasi mindfulness dan evaluasi kegiatan dengan kuosioner kesejahteran psikologis, kualitas hidup; pemeriksaan fisik dan laboratorium. Mindfulness meditation group mampu meningkatkan kesejahteran psikologis dan kualitas hidup lansia. Meditasi mindfulness berperan penting dalam menciptakan ketenangan pikiran dan membantu pasien menyalurkan energi ke arah yang positif sehingga dapat meperbaiki kesejahteraan psikologis dan kualitas hidup lansia dengan diabetes melitus. Mindfulnes meditasi dapat dilakukan secara berkala dan dijadikan sebagai salah satu bagian program penanganan penyakit kronis.

Abstrak: Kelurahan Sadeng, Gunungpati, masih menghadapi tantangan dalam penerapan Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) di kalangan tukang bangunan. Kurangnya pemahaman dan kesadaran tentang pentingnya K3 menyebabkan praktik kerja yang berisiko dan berpotensi menimbulkan kecelakaan kerja. Program Pengabdian pada Masyarakat (PPM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi tukang bangunan dalam menerapkan prinsip-prinsip K3. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan terpadu dan partisipatif, meliputi sosialisasi dan kunjungan langsung ke proyek dan laboratorium. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan kepatuhan terhadap prinsip-prinsip K3. Diharapkan, program ini dapat menjadi langkah awal untuk membangun budaya kerja yang aman dan sehat di kalangan tukang bangunan di Kelurahan Sadeng, serta mendorong penerapan K3 yang berkelanjutan di masa mendatang.

plishments remains inadequate, rely-ing on manual systems. Consequently, the collection and recording of student achieve-ment data at SMAN 1 Waru are disorganized and often not up to date. Recognizing this issue, the community service team has developed an information system to manage stu-dent achievement data. This system includes comprehensive training to facilitate the ef-ficient processing of student achievements for both internal and external purposes, such as accreditation. The training session took place on March 28, 2024, at SMAN 1 Waru's computer laboratory and was attended by 35 students, website administrators, and three teachers. The training employed various methods, including lectures, practical exercises, and discussions. All participants demonstrated a clear understanding of the application's usage, as evidenced by their improved pre-test and post-test scores. Statistical analysis using the t-test confirmed the significance of this improvement, indicating that the train-ing effectively enhanced participants' understanding of using the student achievement website. Furthermore, the success of the training is reflected in the records of achieve-ment data inputted by the participants.

Therefore, this community service activity aims to implement a web-based laboratory application at the Gandus health center to assist laboratory staff in completing, collecting, processing, and presenting data in a more structured, easy-to-read, timely, and accurate manner. The stages of the activity include interviews, discussions, patient data collection and laboratory examinations, application installation, and socialization of its use. This activity can improve the quality of laboratory services and add value to the accreditation of the Puskesmas.

Abstrak: Puskesmas sebagai pusat penggerak pembangunan berwawasan kesehatan, pemberdayaan masyarakat, keluarga dan tempat pelayanan kesehatan tingkat pertama bertanggung jawab meningkatkan mutu layanannya melalui penyampaian informasi yang relevan, cepat dan tepat sasaran kepada pasien, dalam upaya mencapai visi dan misinya. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan aplikasi laboratorium berbasis web di puskesmas Gandus dalam upaya untuk membantu staf laboratorium dalam melengkapi, mengumpulkan, memproses, dan mempresentasikan data secara lebih terstruktur, mudah dipahami, akurat, dan tepat waktu.
