o health services, low health literacy, and contextual challenges in health communication within the community. The implementation methods included health education, training on the use of simple health technologies, community mentoring, and strengthening culturally based health communication. The activities were conducted collaboratively by involving local health workers, community members, students, and lecturers as part of international cooperation. The results indicate an improvement in community understanding of basic health pravtices, more optimal use of health technology, and increased active participation in maintaining personal and community health. In addition, the establishment of international collaboration networks supported the exchange of knowledge and best practices. The evaluation shows that an integrative and participatory approach was effective in supporting program sustainability, despite challenges related to infrastructure limitations and digital literacy. Overall, this community service program contributes significantly to enhancing health literacy and community welfare and can serve as a model for international community engagement based on health technology and communication.

to improve the understanding and skills of cooperative administrators in financial administration through a hybrid Pelatihan (online and offline). This program aligns with the government's "Red and White Cooperative" initiative, which promotes digitalization and professional cooperative governance. The Pelatihan was conducted using a participatory approach involving lecturers, students, and cooperative actors. Results showed an increase in participants' understanding of transaction recording, the preparation of simple financial reports, and the importance of transparency in cooperative fund management. Technical challenges in the hybrid implementation can be overcome with active mentoring and the use of appropriate digital platforms. ovide character education in response to this phenomenon, so that students are able to build awareness and resilience in facing digital social pressure. The service methods used include interactive lectures, value simulation, and case study-based mentoring. This activity involved 34 students as the main target and 3 resource persons as facilitators The results of the activity showed an increase in participants' understanding of the form and impact of digital bullying, as well as the growth of concern and proactive attitude to create a safe school environment. Participants also showed improved ability to manage emotions, understand the importance of strong character, and not respond to pressure with aggressive actions. Based on these results, it is recommended that character education based on anti-bullying values continue to be strengthened through continuous habituation and training programs, in order to form a resilient and adaptive young generation in the digital era.

Salah satu gaya kepemimpinan yang semakin relevan dalam konteks organisasi modern adalah kepemimpinan spiritual, yang menekankan nilai-nilai spiritualitas, kebermaknaan kerja, dan kesejahteraan holistik bagi perawat. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman perawat manajer tentang gaya kepemimpinan spiritual guna mendukung peningkatan kinerja perawat dalam pelayanan keperawatan. Kegiatan dilaksanakan menggunakan pendekatan edukasi interaktif berbasis ceramah (lecture-based talks) dan diskusi kelompok terfokus (focus group discussion) yang melibatkan 9 orang perawat manajer dari rumah sakit Umum Aisyiyah Padang. Waktu pelaksanaan pada 7 Februari 2025. Evaluasi pengetahuan dilakukan dengan pre-test dan post-test untuk menilai efektivitas kegiatan edukasi. Hasil menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan skor pengetahuan peserta dari 11,1% (pre-test) menjadi 88,9% (post-test), yang mengindikasikan adanya pemahaman yang lebih baik mengenai konsep dan implementasi kepemimpinan spiritual dalam praktik keperawatan. Hasil pengabdian ini diharapkan dapat diimplementasikan secara berkelanjutan dalam pengembangan kapasitas kepemimpinan spiritual perawat manajer untuk menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang penuh dengan nilai-nilai, sikap, dan perilaku calling, membership, dan altruism yang mendukung kinerja optimal perawat dan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan keperawatan di rumah sakit.

This community service aims to increase the capacity of teachers at SMK Pelayaran Permata Ilmu Maros in developing teaching modules that are contextual, adaptive, and oriented towards differentiated learning. The activity was carried out through intensive training and mentoring, including material on learning outcomes (CP), learning objectives (TP), learning objectives (ATP), and the integration of the Pancasila Student Profile. The implementation method consists of interactive lectures, group discussions, hands-on practice, and evaluation of participants' work. The results of the activity showed that there was an increase in teachers' knowledge and skills in compiling teaching modules that are relevant to the conditions of students and the shipping skills program. Equivalency Education Program. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the community empowerment management function through the Package C Equivalency Education Program at PKBM Buana Mekar Baleendah using the POAC (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling) management approach. The study used a descriptive qualitative method with the research location at PKBM Buana Mekar, Bandung Regency. The research subjects consisted of PKBM managers, tutors, and Package C learners. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the planning function has been carried out through identifying community needs and preparing flexible learning programs. The organizing function is seen from the division of tutor tasks and a clear organizational structure. The implementation function is carried out through andragogy-based learning with lectures, discussions, questions and answers, and skills practice methods. Meanwhile, the supervisory function is carried out through learning evaluation, attendance monitoring, andsupervision of skills practice. Although the program's implementation has been quite successful, several obstacles remain, such as limited digital learning media, unstable student attendance rates, and suboptimal utilization of practical facilities. The process of integrating Powtoon learning media with a sense of responsibility in Gen Z students requires a comprehensive effort, considering that the assessment indicators for this attitude are crucial for learners in the modern era. Gen Z students (born 1997-2012) are digital natives who are pragmatic, creative, and highly dependent on technology for learning and personal branding. They favor visual-interactive methods, care about mental health/the environment, and focus on practical career outcomes (side hustles), but are prone to distraction and anxiety. Meanwhile, types of student attitude assessments generally include direct observation by lecturers, self-assessment, peer assessment, and daily journal entries. Aspects assessed include discipline, responsibility, honesty, cooperation, politeness, and initiative. This technique often uses a Likert scale or descriptive rubric. Therefore, it is crucial to pay attention to these items in the learning process at university. Powtoon is a web-based online animation and presentation creation platform that allows users to create engaging visual content, such as explainer videos, without requiring advanced graphic design skills. This application uses drag-and-drop features, ready-to-use templates, animated characters, and is supported by AI-based tools. This research uses a descriptive method, namely a research approach that aims to describe, explain, or map the characteristics of a phenomenon, situation, or population systematically, factually, and accurately based on data collected during the study. The results show the successful integration of Powtoon learning media with the responsible attitude of Gen Z students, evidenced by the existence of an orderly, understandable learning process and a high quality of understanding.

eading worksheet, sourced from 20 ninth-grade students at SMP Negeri 21 Medan. Techniques for collecting data included distributing questionnaires, conducting interviews, and documentation. Instruments used were interview sheets, printed documents, and questionnaires. This study involved six key stages of Borg and Gall method, which included: gathering data and information, analyzing the data, designing the product, expert validation, revising and finalizing the product. The result of gathering and analyzing data showed that students had low interest in descriptive reading text due to monotonous and unvaried worksheets. This data identified students’ necessity (85%), lacks (55%) and wants (65%) for an interactive worksheet, engaging worksheet to develop reading understanding. The material designing and revising stage resulted in the Topworksheet Web, which consists of interactive descriptive reading practices, utilizing Canva-based visualization and educational games, including a glossary and word search. The expert validation involved a lecturer and a teacher, was 87.2%, and 98.4%, achieving an "Excellent" category. Based on the high validation scores from the experts, it can be concluded that the final product, the Topworksheet Web, is a highly appropriate and effective students' descriptive reading worksheet tailored to the specific needs of students at SMP Negeri 21 Medan.
