The synthesis of the literature reveals that successful problem-solving is significantly influenced by leaders’ ability to integrate transformational, instructional, and adaptive leadership styles that foster collective participation, professional collaboration, and the establishment of a progressive learning culture. Effective leadership is characterized by reflective capacity, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to create a supportive work climate for innovation and change. Conversely, recurring challenges include limited resources, resistance to transformation, misaligned external policies, and administrative burdens that constrain managerial flexibility. Based on these findings, this study emphasizes the importance of developing context-based leadership models that position problem-solving as a core competency through enhanced data literacy, emotional intelligence, and continuous reflective learning. Based on the analysis of literature, including books, journals, and scientific articles, it was found that the main challenges in character education include the negative impact of technological advancements, social and economic inequality, lack of teacher training, and limited parental involvement. On the other hand, the modern era also presents significant opportunities, such as utilizing technology for interactive learning, integrating local, national, and global values through digital media, and fostering collaboration among schools, families, and communities. Additionally, the development of relevant and flexible curricula is also an important factor in supporting character education. Although the challenges are considerable, character education in elementary schools can be optimized by implementing innovative strategies, strengthening collaboration among various stakeholders, and wisely utilizing technology. This research offers recommendations to educators, policymakers, and the community to work together in supporting the achievement of character education goals, so that the younger generation can grow with integrity and adaptability to the changing times.

The researchers suggest a need to increase awareness of healthy and constructive social media use among students. This study also emphasizes the importance of mental health education and intervention programs in educational institutions. These results provide insights for policymakers, educators, and mental health practitioners in developing effective strategies to support the mental health of students in the digital era. uantitative approach with a causal-associative design and utilizes secondary data obtained from official publications of Bank Indonesia (BI) and the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The research population consists of 45 banking companies, from which 20 companies meeting the sampling criteria were selected using purposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted comprehensively through descriptive analysis, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing with the assistance of SPSS software. The findings reveal that, partially, exchange rates have a significant negative effect on stock prices, and interest rates also exert a significant negative effect. Furthermore, simultaneous testing confirms that both independent variables significantly and negatively influence banking stock prices. These results highlight that macroeconomic volatility, particularly exchange rate fluctuations and interest rate movements, are crucial determinants to be considered in capital market analysis. Academically, this study contributes to the literature on the relationship between macroeconomic indicators and stock price dynamics, while practically, the results may serve as a reference for investors in making investment decisions, for policymakers in formulating economic stabilization strategies, and for banking institutions in anticipating market risks arising from both global and domestic economic uncertainty.

Utilizing a quantitative approach, this study employs Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the assistance of PLS and IBM Statistics SPSS 26.0 programs for data analysis. The research sample consists of 108 respondents who are employees meeting specific criteria within the Regional Apparatus Organizations of Bogor City. Data collection was conducted through questionnaire distribution to these respondents. The analysis results indicate that regional financial management accountability plays a significant role in mediating the relationship between the accessibility of regional financial reports and regional financial accounting systems towards good governance. These findings suggest that improving the accessibility of financial reports and enhancing regional financial accounting systems can promote the establishment of good governance through increased accountability in financial management. This research provides an important contribution to understanding the factors influencing the realization of good governance at the regional government level and can serve as a reference for policymakers in formulating strategies to improve the quality of governance, particularly in aspects of regional financial management in Bogor City and other regions in Indonesia.

Through the utilization of research and development (R&D), the primary focus of investigation can be directed towards the creation, advancement, and assessment of learning media in terms of design and viability. The end result is an Android game that serves as a learning tool for computer system topics. The assessment findings indicate that the storyboard design has achieved a validity score of 4.91 out of 5, placing it in the “Very Good” category. The score was derived from the evaluation of two design professionals. The initial design expert assigned a validity score of 4.88, while the second design expert assigned a validity score of 4.94 on a 5-point scale. These scores indicate that the research results fall into the “Very Good” category. According to the assessment conducted by linguists, the language employed in creating the tale has been given a validity score of 4.73 out of 5, placing it in the “Very Good” category. The score was derived from two linguists. The initial linguist assigned a validity score of 4.5, while the second linguist assigned a validity score of 4.7 on a 5-point scale. Additionally, difficulties frequently arise in determining priority locations during emergencies or disasters, as well as vulnerabilities to subjective errors due to human limitations in analyzing complex data. Another issue is the unequal allocation of logistics, where some locations receive more logistics than needed, while others experience shortages. A Decision Support System (DSS) is a computer-based system designed to assist decision-makers in analyzing data, evaluating various alternatives, and providing recommendations. DSS aims to simplify the decision-making process to make it more effective. Various methods are used in the decision-making process, one of which is the Multi-Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method. This system aims to reduce subjectivity, increase efficiency, and ensure a more equitable allocation of logistics based on needs. It is expected that this DSS can serve as a solution that facilitates faster, more accurate, and transparent decision-making.

Abstrak: Distribusi logistik kepolisian melibatkan berbagai lokasi dengan kebutuhan yang berbeda-beda, yang membuat pengambilan keputusan menjadi sangat kompleks. Pengambilan keputusan secara manual sering kali menghadapi tantangan, seperti banyaknya faktor atau kriteria yang harus dipertimbangkan, misalnya jarak lokasi, tingkat kebutuhan logistik, jumlah personel di lokasi, dan ketersediaan logistik di gudang. Selain itu, sering kali ada kesulitan dalam menentukan prioritas lokasi yang harus didahulukan dalam situasi darurat atau bencana, serta adanya kerentanannya terhadap kesalahan subjektif akibat keterbatasan manusia dalam menganalisis data yang kompleks.Permasalahan lain yang muncul adalah ketidakmerataan alokasi logistik, di mana beberapa lokasi menerima logistik melebihi kebutuhan, sementara lokasi lain mengalami kekurangan. Sistem Penunjang Keputusan (SPK) adalah sistem berbasis komputer yang dirancang untuk mendukung pengambil keputusan dalam menganalisis data, menilai berbagai alternatif, dan memberikan rekomendasi. SPK bertujuan untuk mempermudah proses pengambilan keputusan agar lebih efektif. Terdapat berbagai metode yang digunakan dalam proses pengambilan keputusan, salah satunya adalah metode Multi Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA). Sistem ini bertujuan mengurangi subjektivitas, meningkatkan efisiensi, dan memastikan alokasi logistik yang lebih merata berdasarkan kebutuhan. Diharapkan, SPK ini dapat menjadi solusi yang mampu memberikan pengambilan keputusan yang lebih cepat, akurat, dan transparan.

This community service initiative aims to assess MSME actors’ initial understanding of AI, deliver targeted training, and evaluate improvements in strategic planning using the Value Proposition Canvas (VPC). The program was conducted in three stages: pre-assessment, training implementation, and post-training evaluation. Initial findings revealed that most participants had limited knowledge of AI and its applications. However, after the training, there was a significant increase in participants’ confidence and capability. The training effectively reduced lack of knowledge by 40%, addressed infrastructure and internet challenges by 45%, and decreased uncertainty regarding AI's return on investment by 30%. Participants began applying tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, and the VPC method to better understand customer needs. Although the study was limited by a short evaluation period and a specific geographic focus, it offers valuable insights for policymakers, educators, and development stakeholders. The findings support the importance of accessible, hands-on training in making AI a practical and beneficial resource for small businesses, ultimately promoting inclusive, technology-driven growth.

Abstrak: Transformasi digital yang pesat mendorong perlunya pemberdayaan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Kota Jayapura melalui integrasi kecerdasan buatan (AI) dalam strategi bisnis mereka. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menilai pemahaman awal pelaku UMKM terhadap AI, memberikan pelatihan terarah, dan mengevaluasi peningkatan dalam perencanaan strategis menggunakan Value Proposition Canvas (VPC). Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dalam tiga tahap: pra-asesmen, pelatihan, dan evaluasi pascapelatihan. Hasil awal menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas peserta memiliki pengetahuan terbatas tentang AI dan penerapannya. Namun, pascapelatihan terlihat peningkatan signifikan dalam kepercayaan diri dan kemampuan peserta. Pelatihan berhasil menurunkan tingkat ketidaktahuan sebesar 40%, mengurangi kendala infrastruktur dan internet sebesar 45%, serta menekan keraguan atas keuntungan penggunaan AI sebesar 30%. Peserta mulai memanfaatkan alat seperti ChatGPT, Canva AI, dan metode VPC untuk meningkatkan pemahaman kebutuhan pelanggan. Meski terbatas pada waktu evaluasi yang singkat dan wilayah Jayapura, studi ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi pembuat kebijakan, pendidik, dan pemangku kepentingan untuk mendorong pertumbuhan UMKM berbasis teknologi secara inklusif.
