his research approach is qualitative by utilizing ethnographic data, archival studies, ritual documentation, and in-depth interviews with ritual practitioners. The use of the Quran, which was originally a sacred Islamic text with normative content, has undergone a transformation of meaning when adapted into traditional Javanese rites. The process of cultural acculturation that occurred illustrates the dynamics between ancestral traditions and Islamic values, which provide space for the reinterpretation of religious symbols by local communities (Anderson, 2003; Suryadi, 2011). The historical analysis method and the theory of cultural transformation proposed by Clifford Geertz are used to explain the evolution of the use of the sacred text and highlight the role of ritual as a medium for negotiating meaning between cultures. The results of the study show that the insertion of Quranic verses into Javanese mantras not only functions as a sacred element, but also as a tool for social legitimacy and cultural identity of the Javanese people. This finding opens up opportunities for further study on the integrative role of ritual in shaping religious and cultural identity in Indonesia.

Pendekatan ini sesuai dengan ketentuan kurikulum merdeka yang sudah di terapkan di SD Supriyadi 02 Semarang. Pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila untuk materi keberagaman yang ada di Indonesia, guru menggunakan pendekatan Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) dan memasukkan unsur literasi humanistik untuk menguatkan cara belajar peserta didik dalam memahami dan mengeksplore latar belakang budaya yang dimiliki peserta didik. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa proses penerapan literasi humanistik pada pembelajaran setidaknya harus mewujudkan beberapa komponen yang ada yaitu berpikir kritis, kreatif, komunikasi dan kolaborasi, serta kematangan kebudayaan yang harus dimiliki oleh peserta didik setelah mengikuti pembelajaran. hell PD Tri Mutiara Kirana di wilayah Jakarta Selatan yang berjumlah 71 karyawan. Karena populasinya kurang dari 100, maka teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik sampling jenuh, sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah semua anggota populasi yang berjumlah 71 karyawan. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa angket literasi ekonomi dan angket perilaku konsumtif. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif , metode penelitian in menggunakan metodologi asosisi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisi regresi linier sederhana dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: (1) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara literasi ekonomi terhadap perilaku konsumtif karyawan SPBU Shell PD Tri Mutiara Kirana di wilayah Jakarta Selatan dengan thitung sebesar sebesar 4,025 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000, ttabel sebesar 1.997 dan koefisien regresi (b1) sebesar - 0,528. Karena nilai signifikansi < 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05) dan nilai thitung lebih besar dari nilai ttabel (4,025 > 1,997) maka dapat disimpulkan H1 ditolak dan H0 diterima. (2) Hasil dari analisis regresi linier sederhana diperoleh persamaan regresi Y = 83,231 – 0,528X. Nilai koefisien variabel literasi ekonomi (X) bernilai negatif yaitu sebesar - 0,528. Arah regresi negatif berarti terjadi pengaruh negatif variabel literasi ekonomi terhadap perilaku konsumtif. Dimana setiap kenaikan 1 (satu) point pada nilai X (Literasi Ekonomi) nilai Y (Perilaku Konsumtif) akan menurun sebesar 0,528. (3) Nilai R2 sebesar 0,190 hal ini memberikan pengertian bahwa 19 % perilaku konsumtif karyawan ditentukan oleh literasi ekonomi sedangkan sisanya 81 % merupakan kontribusi dari variabel lain yang tidak diteliti oleh peneliti.

wards Muhammad Rudi's leadership as Mayor of Batam. The theory used in this study is the leadership theory of Path-Goal. The theory of Path-Goal has 4 indicators, namely steering leadership, supporting leadership, participatory leadership, and achievement-oriented leadership. The method used in this study is quantitative method. The research location is in the Batam area of Sekupang District by taking 7 villages, from Tiban Baru, Tiban Lama, Sungai Harapan, Tanjung Riau, Tanjung Pinggir, Patam Lestari, and Tiban Indah Villages. Data was collected using questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents spread across 7 sub-districts. The data is analyzed using a percentage formula. Based on the results of research from the four indicators of directed leadership get a percentage value of 77.86% with the good category, supporting leadership gets a percentage value of 77.6% with the good category, participatory leadership gets a percentage value of 72.2% with the good category, and achievement-oriented leadership gets a percentage value of 78% with the good category. The conclusion of the four indicators consisting of 12 statements using the percentage formula that public perception produced for the assessment of the overall leadership indicators of Muhammad Rudi as Mayor of Batam is 95.52% is at the Likert scale interval of 81-100% with the very good category.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the Governance of Cultural Heritage in Lingga Regency using the theory of governance from Widyananda (2008) with four indicators. The method used is qualitative descriptive with 10 informants and uses data collection techniques and tools in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study found that in the management of Cultural Heritage in Lingga Regency that the Cultural Office involved related parties, namely the Cultural Preservation Agency, cultural activists and regional and provincial apparatus organizations to succeed in management, in its management the Lingga Regency Cultural Office encountered problems regarding geographical location, lack of budget and weak human resources owned, knowing this, the Cultural Office carries out policies to overcome these problems by submitting proposals to the National Research and Development Agency for Culture, collaborating with other related agencies and by conducting routine mutual assistance to Cultural Heritage. In the process of Cultural Heritage Governance in Lingga Regency, it can be said that there is less role in technology in the media social sector.

Abstract:Infant sleep quality is a fundamental biological need that plays a crucial role in growth and neurological development; however, sleep disturbances remain common among infants aged 3-6 months and are often overlooked by…
parents. This condition poses risks to physical health, emotional well-being, and overall infant development. This study aims to analyze the effect of baby massage on sleep quality among infants aged 3-6 months at Babycare Bondowoso and to identify differences in sleep quality before and after the intervention. The study employed a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental one-group pretest-posttest design involving 40 infants selected through total sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires and observation sheets, then analyzed using the Wilcoxon test. The results showed that prior to the intervention, 87.5% of infants experienced poor sleep quality, whereas after the intervention, all infants (100%) demonstrated improvement to good sleep quality. Statistical analysis indicated a p-value of 0.00, which is lower than 0.05, confirming a significant effect of baby massage on infant sleep quality. These findings demonstrate that baby massage effectively improves sleep duration, comfort, and stability through physiological relaxation mechanisms. The novelty of this study lies in providing empirical evidence of the effectiveness of baby massage as a non-pharmacological intervention that is simple, safe, and can be independently applied by parents while offering holistic benefits for infants. The findings are expected to serve as a basis for developing health education and improving infant care practices.
