Namun, praktik budidaya pada unit usaha seperti Rumah Magot Bedas 03 Babakan Penghulu masih menghadapi kendala, antara lain ketidakstabilan pasokan bahan baku, fluktuasi hasil produksi, serta belum adanya sistem evaluasi kinerja rantai pasok yang terstruktur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur kinerja rantai pasok pada Rumah Magot Bedas 03 dengan menggunakan Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) Model yang mencakup lima proses inti Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, dan Return. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi langsung dan wawancara. Setiap proses dianalisis berdasarkan Key Performance Indicators (KPI), kemudian dievaluasi menggunakan Traffic Light System (TLS) sebagai alat visualisasi kinerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak semua indikator rantai pasok mencapai target optimal. Beberapa aspek seperti efisiensi produksi, ketersediaan pasokan bahan baku, dan ketepatan pengiriman berada pada kategori kuning (cukup) hingga merah (buruk), menandakan perlunya perbaikan segera pada proses-proses tersebut. TLS terbukti membantu dalam memetakan prioritas perbaikan secara lebih jelas. Penerapan SCOR model efektif dalam memberikan gambaran objektif mengenai kinerja rantai pasok budidaya magot. Evaluasi ini mengidentifikasi titik-titik kritis yang harus ditingkatkan agar proses produksi dan distribusi lebih efisien, berkelanjutan, serta mendukung pengembangan usaha berbasis ekonomi sirkular.

Using qualitative and quantitative methodological approaches, this study collected data through in-depth interviews and descriptive surveys during the period January 2021 to December 2022. Thematic analysis and descriptive statistics reveal the dynamics of power structures and their impact on gender relations in the workplace. The results of the study show that the role of Alpha Women not only brings leadership innovation but also creates tension in established gender relations. The resulting theoretical implications contribute to the development of gender theory and managerial practice, thus opening up new spaces for dialogue on gender equality in the professional environment.

this study evaluates the dynamics of interfaith marriage criticism and its impact on religious moderation practices in society. Data was collected from journals and books published between 2018 and 2023 that discussed the theory of religious moderation and the dynamics of interfaith marriage. The results of the analysis show that criticism of interfaith marriage, while potentially hindering tolerance, also triggers negotiations of religious identity and renewal of the value of moderation. These findings reveal a new understanding that criticism, when articulated in a balanced and objective manner, can encourage the enhancement of intercommunal dialogue and the affirmation of the values of religious moderation. The implications of this research are important in the development of inclusive public policy and religious practices, and are expected to serve as a basis for further research and decision-making in the fields of religious moderation and socio-religious studies.

Data dikumpulkan selama studi lapangan tiga bulan pada tahun 2023 dari lima belas informan kunci yang dikenal karena peran mereka sebagai pemelihara masyarakat dan ulama. Berdasarkan tinjauan ekstensif literatur internasional kontemporer (n≥25), penelitian ini menunjukkan proses akulturasi dan reinterpretasi simbolik yang sedang berlangsung yang menjembatani kepercayaan tradisional Jawa dengan ajaran Islam. Temuan tersebut menyoroti fungsi ganda ritual untuk menjaga ikatan komunal dan membentuk identitas agama dalam konteks budaya-hibrida yang terus berkembang. issue of ethnic, religious, and racial differences, this study seeks to uncover the universal and contextual dimensions of the principles of diversity in Islamic teachings. Gadamer's hermeneutic approach is used as a theoretical framework for critically interpreting Qur'anic texts, with the aim of contributing to the treasure trove of modern interpretations of pluralism. The findings of the study show that the Qur'an, through verses that emphasize the unity of humanity and respect for diversity, provides a strong foundation for the implementation of diversity values. The discussion also explained the social implications of the application of the principle of diversity according to the Qur'an, including in the context of politics, education, and intercultural relations in pluralistic societies. By integrating critical analysis of sacred texts with empirical data and theoretical studies, this article is expected to make a significant contribution to the research treasure trove of Islamic studies and pluralism. In the midst of the increasingly complex dynamics of urbanization in Indonesia, the question of how religious values, especially those contained in the Qur'an, can encourage collective action based on social justice is very relevant. By examining in depth the relationship between the teachings of the Qur'an and social solidarity, this article contributes to the development of social theory and practice in urban Indonesian society. It is hoped that the findings and recommendations presented can be a reference for academics, researchers, and policymakers in formulating strategies for integrating Islamic values into contemporary social dynamics, so that in the end it can produce a more just, inclusive, and dignified society. The results of the study show that there is a strong integration between the theological message in the Qur'an and the dynamics of social interaction, as well as its implications in the formation of pro-people public policy. Thus, the conceptual framework proposed in this study not only makes a theoretical contribution to the development of Islamic studies and sociology, but also offers practical recommendations that are applicable to the strengthening of social solidarity in the modern era. This study suggests that further studies can explore more empirical aspects, involving field data and participatory analysis, to ensure that the values of the Qur'an are truly integrated into social life and public policy as a whole. This research invites further dialogue between stakeholders in an effort to realize solid social solidarity, as a tangible manifestation of the application of the principles of goodness and justice enshrined in the Qur'an.

The findings of the study show that the implementation of maqashid values—such as the protection of soul, religion, intellect, descent, and property—can be the basis for formulating budgeting policies that are not only efficient but also socially just. In addition, this article develops an innovative analysis model, integrates budget efficiency indicators with the maqashid principle, and offers practical implementation recommendations for researchers and policymakers. The implications of this research are expected to help in the formulation of more holistic and progressive Islamic economic policies. This research has shown that the integration of the principles of Maqashid Al-Quran into budget management has the potential to improve fiscal policy by strengthening aspects of justice, transparency, and efficiency. Using the systematic literature review method, this article not only identifies gaps in the conventional literature, but also offers an innovative framework that can be used as a reference for researchers and practitioners in the development of Islamic economics. The implementation of this framework requires a joint commitment between stakeholders to reform fiscal governance and integrate ethical values at every policy stage.
