Number 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (PDP Law). Employing a descriptive qualitative method based on a literature review, the research examines structural, technical, and institutional challenges in the enforcement of the PDP Law, including low levels of public digital literacy, the absence of comprehensive implementing regulations, and the lack of inter-agency integration. The findings reveal that weak law enforcement increases the risk of cyberattacks on critical infrastructure, diminishes public trust in digital services, and poses the potential for digital economic isolation. The study further highlights the importance of synergy among the government, private sector, civil society, and the media in developing an effective data protection system, supported by capacity-building for law enforcement officers, regulatory harmonization, and the adoption of AI-based legal technologies. Conceptually, successful law enforcement in digital privacy protection not only safeguards individual rights but also serves as a strategic foundation for national resilience.

Employing a systematic literature review and thematic synthesis through qualitative analysis, this study identifies, categorizes, and synthesizes key conceptual themes relevant to the research focus. The findings reveal that value-based governance serves as an ethical foundation that strengthens value-based reputation, while the latter functions as a catalyst for achieving sustainable development objectives. The synergy among these three elements produces a governance model that positions the principles of maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah as a normative framework for ethical, transparent, and sustainable Islamic financial practices. The primary contribution of this research lies in the simultaneous integration of the three major frameworks—value-based governance, value-based reputation, and SDGs—which enriches theoretical discourse on Islamic financial governance and provides strategic direction for the development of policy, sharia auditing, and sustainability reporting systems oriented toward ethical values and global welfare.

focused on nutrition and health aspects, while this research addresses the research gap by analyzing policy strategies based on cross-sectoral collaboration at the village level. The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze stunting mitigation policy strategies within the framework of achieving the SDGs in Bayumundu Village, Kaduhejo District, Pandeglang Regency. This research employs Collaborative Governance theory (Ansell & Gash, 2008) and SWOT analysis (Rangkuti, 2018) to map internal–external factors and assess the quality of multi-stakeholder collaboration. The study uses a qualitative descriptive approach, collecting data through interviews, observation, and documentation, with triangulation for data validation. The findings indicate that the main strengths of the strategy are community awareness campaigns and available health infrastructure, while the greatest opportunity comes from national policy and government support. However, weaknesses such as limited community understanding and threats such as socio-economic inequality remain significant challenges. The study concludes that the success of stunting mitigation strategies is strongly determined by actor synergy, facilitative leadership at the village level, and the utilization of national policy opportunities. ri has great potential to become a leading historical tourism destination through the application of modern digital technologies. This research is highly relevant in the context of the Society 5.0 era, where digital transformation and multi-stakeholder collaboration through the pentahelix model (government, academia, business sector, community, and media) are key approaches in sustainable tourism governance. The objectives of this research are: (1) to identify the potential of AI application in enhancing the attractiveness of Taman Sari as a heritage tourism site, (2) to analyze the role of local communities in the digital transformation of the destination, and (3) to formulate a structured collaborative strategy for the development of AI based heritage destinations. The research employs a qualitative method using data collection techniques including observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Informants included representatives from government, local communities, academia, tourism businesses, and tourists. Thematic analysis was used to interpret the data and identify patterns and meanings related to stakeholder participation and partnership.
The findings indicate that AI can serve as a tool for cultural preservation and enhancement of tourist experiences, through features such as historical chatbots and augmented reality. However, challenges remain, including limited infrastructure, low digital literacy among local communities, and weak inter-stakeholder collaboration. The study also finds that local communities have the potential to act as agents of digital literacy if actively involved in training programs and AI-based tourism management.
The research concludes that developing heritage tourism destinations like Taman Sari requires strong synergy among stakeholders through the formation of inclusive digital collaboration forums. AI technology can be a valuable medium for cultural preservation when implemented in a contextual, participatory, and sustainable manner.

This study aims to analyze the role of the Tourism Office in optimizing destination management, identify influencing factors, and formulate strategic efforts towards sustainable tourism management. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews with stakeholders (government, private sector, community, academia, and media), and document studies. The results show that the Tourism Office of Solok City plays a key role in four main functions: planning, implementation, coordination, and evaluation. Programs conducted between 2021 and 2024 include destination development, tourism promotion, human resource capacity building, and cross-sector partnerships. Internal and external factors such as budget constraints, infrastructure limitations, community participation, and destination competitiveness influence management effectiveness. The implementation of Good Governance principles participation, transparency, accountability, and efficiency along with Destination Management approaches, has guided policy and program implementation. However, some aspects, particularly cross-sectoral integration and innovation in tourism promotion, still need improvement. Using an integrative literature review method, this study synthesized findings from scientific and Islamic sources retrieved from databases including PubMed, Scopus, ScienceDirect, and Google Scholar from 2015 to 2025. The findings reveal that fasting positively affects systemic inflammation reduction, improved insulin sensitivity, metabolic regulation, and the prevention of premature aging and degenerative diseases. Moreover, fasting strengthens psychological and spiritual dimensions, supporting mental health and enhancing emotional resilience. This synergy between biological and spiritual benefits highlights fasting as a holistic health strategy. The study affirms that Islamic values align with modern preventive health principles and offer a solid foundation for spiritually based health promotion. Further research is recommended to evaluate specific biomarkers related to fasting-induced cell regeneration.

However, amidst the rapid development of technology and the rapid flow of religious information through digital media, serious challenges have emerged in the process of verifying hadith, especially on platforms with minimal scientific studies. This study aims to examine the sustainability and application of the principles of Jarh wa Ta’dil in responding to the rampant disinformation of hadith in the digital era. Using a descriptive qualitative approach and literature study, this article concludes that the critical principles in the Science of Jarh wa Ta’dil remain relevant and can be developed to support digital religious literacy. One solution is through a digitalization system of hadith based on sanad and the authority of the narrators. The synergy between the heritage of classical science and advances in information technology is an important step in maintaining the authenticity of Islamic teachings from deviant narratives.

Artikel ini mengkaji keterkaitan antara ekonomi hijau, kebijakan publik, dan pendidikan kewirausahaan dalam mewujudkan pembangunan berkelanjutan. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif berbasis studi pustaka, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi berbagai kebijakan yang telah diterapkan di berbagai negara, tantangan dalam penerapannya, serta peran pendidikan dalam membentuk pola pikir wirausahawan hijau. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perpaduan antara kebijakan adaptif dan pendidikan kewirausahaan berkelanjutan dapat menjadi katalisator dalam mengakselerasi transformasi ekonomi hijau. Selain itu, dukungan dari berbagai pemangku kepentingan, baik pemerintah, lembaga pendidikan, maupun sektor swasta, sangat penting agar kebijakan ekonomi hijau dapat berjalan efektif. Dengan demikian, integrasi kebijakan publik dan pendidikan kewirausahaan hijau menjadi kunci terciptanya ekosistem bisnis yang berkelanjutan dan inklusif di era ekonomi hijau.
